Went out to #highperformancefitness in Matteson, IL tonight and ran into my homie Big Tatum and the @teamhpf crew... Felt going for 565 x 2 and no one told me I was being too loud with the weights, lol! Looking back I feel like I could've done another rep tho. On my second attempt of another double I got 1 due to feeling of tightness but then later had a spot for 3 additional reps at 565. Had a good time and did a lot of accessory work also. I always seek to learn and improve.
