Honestly, I have really bad period cramps, it's painful, so I learned to take ibuprofen everytime it starts, so I can atleast function normally. However, that pill has many sideeffects - like giving me random bruisings - overall just not good for the body.

I found this "tea". It's been ages since I drank herbal teas, but honestly this baby helped me quite a bit. The plant is called Lady's Mantle (Alchemilla mollis). It def regulated my cramps a bit. I'll continue drinking it and see if it has a better effect longterm.

For anyone experiencing menstrual cramps - I'd reccommend.

i know haymitch HATED to see this coming right towards the end of the games. chaff was so close to getting out. so close and YET his body likely went with the explosion or it was just dumped in a pile somewhere and neither was a correct end for him. after not seeing him for the whole games he died unjustly and so, so swiftly.
