Rainbow Express: The mysterious Necro Line is a group of aristocrats obsessed with sucking the life out of the Earth and using it for their own nefarious purpose. Four teenagers from Earth are chosen by the Conductor (Ke Huy Quan) of the Chrono Line - an opposing force to the Necro Line - to become the newest Power Rangers team to protect the Earth from falling into darkness.
