i am. in so much pain and i really need to see my pulmonologist/allergologist and i need to see her specifically because everyone else is dismissive and she’s been treating me since i was an infant and i have to call the hospital to ask when she’s working er/which shift she’s working so i can either get a referral or just walk in because i’m very brave but no one’s answering the phone and it’s been like that for a while and i went there once couple of weeks ago and they practically kicked me out and told me that they have no way of knowing which shift she’s working that week???? which is bullshit ??? i can’t fucking believe i can’t go to see a doctor because the staff is irresponsible and rude
