Okay, so I've kinda got a few of these unwritten fanfic ideas that I daydream about. This is one of the most recurring ones.

The fandom it would be for is Head of the Class. It would take place roughly in the mid-to-late 2000s. Alan Pinkard is a Republican candidate for the Senate. He has the perfect image: he's young and handsome, intelligent, believes in the party causes, and has a beautiful wife and two kids. Then he is rocked by a scandal - an illegitimate daughter. Alan takes responsibility for her. His daughter hates him, his family hates her. On her way to school, she gets hit (or narrowly misses being hit, as I'm still deciding) by a car. The next thing she knows is a man helping her up off the street. He thinks she is a student at the school he is subbing at. She follows him into the building, shocked to see Alan as a high school student.
