[Ruby rushed down the Mantle streets, heart pounding in her chest as she used her semblance to catch up to Penny, still keeping out of sight behind a few buildings. Slowly, she looked out from behind the building as she watched Penny land, taking a step back and stepping on a can.]

Penny: *looking in the direction of the noise and readying her blades* Who’s there?

Ruby: *slowly stepping out and putting her hands in front of her, voice cracking as a smile crossed her lips* Penny. You’re… you’re alive.

Penny: *slowly lowering her weapons for a brief moment as she recognized Ruby’s voice, then raising them once more, glaring at her* Do not you dare take another step! 

Ruby: *freezing in her step and taking a deep breath to calm herself* I… I dont want to fight, I only want to talk.

Penny: Talk about what? 

Ruby: About you. I-I thought you were dead and now you’re here and I-

Penny: You are the reason I was killed! I trusted you, and you used me to destroy Beacon!

Ruby: That wasnt me! *letting out a sigh and held her arm to her chest, looking away from Penny* I… I was framed and I’m still trying to clear my name. I think Ironwood had something to do with Beacon falling but I need proof.

Penny: *lowering her swords* The general would never-

Ruby: Then why did he bring his fleet to Beacon? Why was it his soldiers that turned against us when the grimm flooded through the streets? Please Penny, you have to help me clear my name. 

Penny: *pausing as she received another alert of grimm breaching the walls, and then a second for an airship that failed to identify itself after crossing Atlas borders* I have to go. 

Ruby: *taking a step forward, instinctively reaching out to Penny* Let me come with you! 

Penny: *looking in the direction of the grimm siren and lowering her weapons* How do I know I can trust you? 

Ruby: Because we’re friends, Penny. *slowly taking another step towards Penny, keeping her eyes on her* And all I want to do is clear my name, to show that I had nothing to do with Beacon being attacked. Please, trust me.

Penny: *nodding and walking over to Ruby, holding her by her waist* We take care of the grimm attack, and then you tell me everything that is going on. 

Ruby: *pausing for a moment as she felt Penny’s grip around her, hesitation in her voice as she tried to hide the nervousness that ran through her body* I promise, I’ll tell you everything I know.

full disclosure i drew literally all of this before looking into the details of the AU so this is 70% my interpretation of his original post but i need to explain my thought process so. here’s the post explaining the details of the actual AU!!! and below is what my brain made up on the spot

ok so belos finds tiny child luz and is like “fuck everyone. this is mine now” and treats her like a goddamn princess. to him, she is a Gift From God to remind him to stay on his Righteous Path. an innocent little girl who is just so bubbly and always tries to see the good in everything, including him. she is a reminder of how Pure and Good humanity is, and seeing as though she’s the literal only human he’s had any contact with besides caleb in 400 fucking years, he is never letting the demon realm corrupt her like it did to him.

she’s basically his Lamb and he the Shepherd, and because he’s so desperate to keep her “““pure”““ he strictly keeps her within the castle and even then not all of the castle is available to her. he keeps her contact with witches to an absolute bare minimum.

he entrusts her protection specifically to hunter, despite the fact he’s only 2 years older. his reasoning is “caleb did a pretty good job raising me so this’ll be fine probably.” when belos himself cannot keep an eye on her, it’s hunter’s job. luz and hunter end up being raised in a sorta similar situation to catra & adora from she-ra but they are actually siblings and not just best friends.

(if u havent seen she-ra, basically its their abusive caretaker creating a golden child + scapegoat dynamic, where one kid can do absolutely no wrong (which doesnt mean they cant still be abused/manipulated!!) while the other kid is blamed for literally everything that goes wrong. the caretaker also regularly pits them against each other to encourage competition & keep the all power in the caretaker’s hands.)

similar to catra & adora, the whole competition thing doesnt really work. luz is just too damn kind and too damn good for hunter to ever resent her, and she’s all he really has. because hunter is the scapegoat, he grows wise to belos’s manipulations WAY sooner. it’s easier to figure out when you’re being mistreated when you literally watch ur guardian treating ur sibling so much better than how they treat u.

unfortunately, because luz cannot help but see the good in absolutely everyone and can be empathetic to a fault, she doesnt realize belos’s game until she ends up sneaking out of the castle. she actually really loves belos and is thankful for him taking her in for a long time. she calls him uncle like hunter, despite belos nudging her towards seeing him as a father bcus he sees her as a pseudo-daughter. (but luz remembers her dad, and has no desire to replace him with someone else no matter how much she cares for belos)

belos does love & adore luz, he would do almost anything to keep her happy and “innocent” and “pure”, but not to the extent that he could still end up redeemed. he still manipulates & subtly emotionally abuses her to keep her in line, but it’s only when she sneaks out and meets eda the owl lady does she start getting clued into this. and once luz learns what belos has done to hunter it’s all fucking over.

hunter loves luz. she is his sister and always will be. but while he’s stuck to belos because of his duties as golden guard, she sees how green the grass is on the other side and doesn’t even hesitate to hop over there. watching her slowly grow more and more distant while she keeps sneaking out to visit with her new friends (eda, king, willow, gus, amity, etc.) is one of the most painful things hunter has had to deal with.

he feels betrayed at first, as if luz is replacing him with other people who arent broken like he is, and when luz actually leaves for good- belos lies to the public and says she was kidnapped- hunter is the one who leads the hunt to find her and bring her back home safely. when they confront each other, luz tries to do her whole dramatic speech about how wrong belos is and how he’s been lying their whole lives, but hunter already knows. the only reason he stayed was for luz, but she couldnt even stay from him? it fuckin hurts man.

they end up on opposite sides for a minute. hunter gains no satisfaction from trying to ruin this new life she’s found for herself but goddamnit, he has a job to do. he cant just defect. and then he defects after watching belos try to kill luz because she’s let herself become corrupted by the witches.

thats about all my brain got for this so far. TL;DR basically just listen to the “first time in forever” and “mother knows best reprise” and “broken crown” by mumford & sons and thats pretty much the gist of it.

first one is bc claude was practicing spidey in rivals but t hen my brain took me to spiderverse au land (teleported back to 2023)

cleric who got bitten by a radioactive toxic spider, basically making his entire body poisonous. (as far as he knows.) in my head he wears the plague doctor mask to sort of purify his breathing as an extra precaution?

in his universe magic exists and stuff so he used to be very skilled at healing magic but bc of the spider it negates all the healing powers -> replaced it all w like. idk. DOT poison dmg LMAOAOFSJKDKA doomed to dps forever... that doesn't stop him tho!

havent thought of an explanation but basically he also cant make healing potions and stuff anymore, so he turned to fighting crime instead to save ppl in his city/world

he looks like a villain but he is extremely lawful good like to a fault. ofc since hes a doctor after all!! he just wants to do good for Everyone! at the cost of himself mostly

this is diff frm my frostcleric au bc that claude is like yknow pretty wacky morals but this claude is very hippocratic oath etc

his claws r gauntlets (took inspo frm passionlip fate) and he attacks by slashing and clawing and etc. he also can websling but mostly uses it for mobility. very experienced in martial arts so hand-to-hand is his specialty (which is good bc peto is long range!)

in addition he has a lot of vials on his waist, which are mostly toxins/subduing agents, but also some smoke bombs and flashbangs idk stuff like that

the antarctic spider gave her ice powers!!1 she can freeze Stuff and also surfaces. she can stick herself to ice easily which is awesome bc enemies will suffer and shes just fine basically.

she can't like. shoot ice/snow or anything but she can freeze water/Other objects and throw it/websling it if thats anything.

her city/world is very lowkey, not a lot of dangers unlike claude's world. so she actually hasn't done much in terms of superhero stuff. but she became a spiderman wayy before claude did (if u line up the timeline) they're abt the same age if not peto being a year or so older, but she was a spiderman for like 5 years while claude for only 1~ year

so shes still his senpai!!! but he is way more knowledgeable abt fighting LMAO

i also have visions of the Art Style of each of their worlds but i doubt i have the power to draw that. maybe one day...

alright so this au is basically "lol he talks about sea monsters all the time what if he WAS one?"

first off, what even IS he? well he's sorta a fire spirit with some inspiration from Japanese yokai! split tails and split ears in cats are representative of nekomata. I'm not really extremely well versed in Japanese yokai or their possible alternate stories, but from what I can tell nekomata are essentially older domestic cats that have a more sinister side and strange abilities that are often associated with death and manipulation? anyways side tangent over-

Time for weird *ss biology that doesn't make sense!

The fur is actually more like sharp quills

venomous biter, for the main mouth and the snakes

the fire on him isn't actually fire, it is energy and it is warm, but it shouldn't actually hurt you, if anything its more of an illusion

^^^ however if the fire makes contact with the venom it is... very explosive and can cause real actual fires that are very hard to put out

he scampers like a weasel or a marten on all his legs

like 14 feet tall at full strength

very bendy, great climber and jumper, very twisty, can also swim very well too

snakes have lil gills and the eye on his underside (under the first chest) is actually a false eye, its still sensitive to light, but it really acts as another source for breathing in the water lol (or spitting out venom at things trying to get his more soft and sensitive underside)

gonna be real he absolutely would eat a deer alive womp womp

6 eyes on the face, the two main ones function like normal, the two lower ones kinda work like a snake seeing heat and the two top ones are less "eyes" but more like electricity sensors lol

yes he's so over done and over detailed but he's not supposed to be a natural creature, he's supposed to be a giant freak and I love him with all my heart

THE THREE SNAKES AYY!!!!:

Ok so, the snakes are essentially just his subconscious brought out,

Noodle: Survival and awareness, very serious always alert

Worm: Nuturing and seeking comfort/shiny things

Aepep: Has adhd

Noodle is more physically seperated from worm and aepep and has more length to move around. Each snake has one "eye". Noodle has the normal eyesight, while worm has the infrared and aepep can sense things the same way a hammerhead shark can. they can all sniff, only noodle can spit venom tho, but dont tell the others theyre not venomous or else that WILL hurt their feelings.

the snakes themselves can function independently with their own behaviours and even interact with eachother, however they're still part of the main entity.

Kwazii can choose to look through them (would have to close off all eyesight from his face though, it would take at least 10 minutes to get it back) or they can basically "tell him" because they are literally his subconscious. he cant "see" what they do when they tell him things, but its more of just an innate understanding? like closing your eyes and still being able to tell what you're touching with your hands ig

because he's so long and large he also uses the snakes for balance and as a way to prevent injuries. them being able to move on their own uses a lot less of his mental energy and helps him be able to prioritize his focus, which is important when u got SO many limbs

He also sees the vegimals as little kittens just thought I'd share that

anyways onto the ACTUAL AU

i havent really developed it all that much ngl, I just wanted to make a Feral Lil Guy

but essentially the idea is that kwazii got cursed a long time ago while treasure hunting and grabbing the wrong treasure or something (thats a lie, he was the treasure being hunted LMSO lil runaway babyyyyyyyyyyyy

(the idea is that essentially that there was some treasure or something that was more like a source of energy or whatever the hell, and if some forest animals went "damn people keep trying to get this rock so they can ruin our houses and nests>:( ooh! lets get rid of it by throwing it at the next person we see!" and then they kinda just threw it into a lil kitten kwaziis skull (who was out exploring alone when he shouldnt have been) and then it just... went straight through him and he just... fcking absorbed it....

lil guy didn't even know until some years later when "SHT went down" and oh nooooooooo another evil pirate clan against ur lone crew because they think u have some weird *ss treasure y'all haven't even heard offff who could've foretoldddd... Oh noooooooooooo you discovered that you're a daemon in the worst way possible, talk about a crazy puberty transformation

all he remembers is a storm and that he's cursed and was the only one to make it out smh <:(

toby: sibling-like relationship! it started with toby being freaked out by ben (toby has a serious issue with ghosts . LMAO) and ben making fun of him for it until toby eventually warms up to ben. in which case toby starts picking on him now. which is all fun and games till ben gets mad. overall, they have a pretty positive relationship and ben has helped toby get out of trouble countless times - but it gets kinda awkward/tense after toby and jeff start beefing

brian: brian was one of the first people to get involved with ben! he was the one who encouraged the sorta "he could be really useful to us" idea to slendy/the other proxies. ben thinks hes a good guy and is pretty happy to help brian out, but theyre not really friends - moreso friendly coworkers.. ?

tim: he's really uninvolved in the paranormal aspects of his job...so he strays far away from ben. HOWEVER, they have still spoken and ben thinks tim is just kinda boring and has a stick up his ass. tim thinks ben is a freak

kate: ben thinks shes boring and a weirdo. kate thinks hes annoying and obnoxious. they rarely interact because the jobs kate takes up (patrolling the forest, bringing slendy 'meals', pinning up pages) doesnt really need bens help (cctv footage, etc). but i like to think he eventually helps her get some footing in the real world... maybe by wiping away her missing persons report so she can use her SSN and stuff for jobs.

clocky: she just feels really sad for him. she thinks of him like an annoying little brother(esp cuz she feels that way towards jeff) and she'd be one of the first(if any) to know what happened to ben, how he died, why he looks like that. and it would break her heart, cuz he's just a kid and needed someone to protect him and while they dont really share many experiences, she just feels so strongly and protective over any kid whos been hurt. ben thinks shes a total badass and loves when she hangs out with him, BUT he thinks she also has a stick up her ass at time cuz she'll get snappy if hes being too annoying

EJ: realizing ben is just everyones brother damn... he reminds EJ of one of EJ's siblings, from before the sacrifice. it kills him i think. ben and jeff often go to EJ's place and just lounge around and bother him, but EJ is secretly grateful to have some people making noise and hanging out at his house - reminds him of home. ben thinks hes cool and is always very fond of other paranormal folk, thinks theyre the only ones who can REALLY understand him. something about losing your humanity, or whatever.

sally: not a lot of things can get ben very emotional or sentimental, but sally does. he understands her pretty well, both having been betrayed and killed by someone they trusted - and while they really dont have much in common and therefore dont spend much time together, i like to think they have a really deep connection that sorta transcends anything mortal. its pretty somber, but its nice to not feel so alone

jeff: thats his BFF4L. theyve gone months being totally glued to the hips. constantly laughing and making fun of eachother and doing stupid shit and just being like. AGAIN. BROTHERLY LOL. theyre just here for a good time not a long time and bens saved jeffs ass many a time.

jane: she barely knows of him. he entirely avoids and tries to hide his entire existence from her (cuz of jeff), but since jane takes care of sally, she's vaguely aware.

liu: same as jane, ben avoids liu and has no reason to interact with him

ann: she thinks hes an insufferable brat. LOL. she doesnt like kids and she especially doesnt like him. i dont think they really hang out or have reasons to interact...

dina: same thing with ann LOL

lulu: i think theyve bumped into eachtoher a few times and lulu would give ben the creeps!! hes probably mostly just like Hm. weird. and then leaves her to wander. she doesnt have enough memories of him to have an opinion

lazari: loves him, loves playing games with him. ben and jeff will get her to say swear words and it makes EJ hella mad

I HAVENT DONE AU RA YET but I love the lizards…. My best friends lizardguys. I haven’t gotten to endwalker yet and I know there’s a few more auri characters in there so…maybe my ideas will change But

au ra are I think probably the most diverse species out there just based on HOW MANY lizards exist and how BIG the azim steppes/doma/their reach is. I don’t know if I’d divide species traits by xaela/raen or if they all share that diversity, but I’m tempted to say there are fewer raen, most of whom are either in solitude or hanging out in doma, and they kind of remain proud of their celestial lineage, so they on the whole have more often “draconic” traits, while xaela with their many different lifestyles on the steppe on the whole will be more diverse. Like eastern dragons versus every other dragon species

so! between everyone I think their scales are Way More, most of which are very very hard and difficult to scratch or dent but some of which are soft like some reptiles wherein it’s not necessarily a scale, which sheds layers (like turtles shed their scutes), and more like skin, which sheds in flakes (like snakes or geckos). Au ra whose scales are soft like that are generally the same types of au ra who can pop their (also often soft and thick!) tails off at will and regrow them. Most au ra have very tough, muscly scaly tails, anywhere from big thick crocodile tails to thin draconic tails to tails that have ossified spines or clubs at the end (like dinosaurs!). Since they’re so strong, they can be used to emote — hitting them against the ground is a happy sign, while dragging it against things is Not. Also kids tend to grab and pull them a lot, which leads to the common thought of tail pulling being seen as kiddy. It is quite rude to do to an au ra as an adult. Their scales can sometimes spread to cover most of their body, and sometimes be restricted to the forearms, face, tail, and legs. their horns (aside from being basically ears which I think is cool, they must be pretty complex organs on the inside — I think they can shed but only the tips, like goats, and breaking any further is both really hard and very harmful not only to their ears but because they’re full of blood vessels!! Be careful! ) aren’t really used for fighting or anything they are there for hearing and temperature regulation and in defense. Au ra don’t really, like, sweat? They’re warm-blooded, but don’t sweat. So an important thing to keep in mind if you’re going into the desert is that overheating looks different in an au ra vs another race (lethargy, drooling, and unfocused eyes are your main tells). many of their horns point forwards to block their face. so no, sleeping isn’t that hard bc they sleep like loafs, but yes kissing is hard :( that’s not really a thing they do unless someone else wants to they snuggle and rub scales. so says yoshi p

Protofeathers are basically dinosaur fur - they are NOT feathers. They’re little hollow filaments somewhere between a feather shaft and hair. These ones are pretty stiff. That’s why au ra hair can so easily stick right up like a cockatiel. Some au ra have been noted to have protofeathers on their neck and arms like fur too :0

i have been. Speaking for a long time. uhhhh let’s see they have feets anywhere from plantigrade (clawed, kinda geckoey) to digitigrade (DINO!!!), their claws really need trimming often bc they don’t stop growing, they are not obligate carnivores like hrothgar but like miqote they need more meat than they do veggies, and it’s sometimes very hard for a non- au ra to tell if the big growl they’re doing is happy or not because big growl is how they purr! Like wolves going HHRHRRRRRR (happy). Also im obsessed with their limbal rings im so sad they’re so faded in the graphical update. they gotta glow. Most au ra are also colorblind in some way BUT! They can faintly see infrared

Also in researching lizards i found out that some lizards and frogs have like a third eye that can’t See like images but it CAN detect light and darkness and stuff? It’s called a parietal eye! Garleans… is amphibian (taking notes) /j

you heard the keys jangle in the doorknobs and you quickly got up, you didnt even know what you wanted to say to him. you looked out your doorframe and saw him taking off his shoes at the front entrance as you angrily walked over.

"suguru what the hell! where the fuck where you at? you turned off your damn location. you know what nevermind you were probably at the bar with gojo flirting with some girls since you clearly dont give a shit about me."

it all blurted out, you felt like throwing up. why now? suguru had to take a minute to process everything from you talking to fast. "y/n i wasnt flirting with any girls nor at the bar. i just had gotten a new mission right before i got off and my phone had died." he said with no emotion in his voice. you could tell it was a lie. just by the way he looks uneasy you can tell hes been drinking.

the past 3 months have felt like hell. sugurus been getting more distant and staying out later than he tells you while getting drunk. you dont fucking get it. why is he doing this? what have you done to deserve this? youve put so much into this relationship and hes tearing it apart like its nothing.

But I am writing for a slightly different topic. You've alluded in that au (and some of the others too, really) about a possible Alucard and Dracula reunion, and you did write one for your vampire!Richter au but that one kinda got interrupted by Richter.

I am just so curious how you see the father-son reunion going in other contexts, when there's no baby shield for all the raw emotions this reunion would bring to surface. Like, I feel like Alucard could be feeling angry and betrayed by the fact that (we assume) his parents lived a full life after their resurrection and never once contacted him.

Heck, in your soldier and prince au he contacts Richter before Alucard and wouldn't that feel a smidge manipulative (in addition to everything else): trying to get to Adrian through getting in his young son's good graces?

I just have a lot of Feelings (TM) about Adrian seemingly always ending up second choice/priority for everyone around him (even Trevor and Sypha chose each other first, while Greta, even though I'm sure she cared for him, had her village as priority first and foremost in choosing to settle by the castle). Especially to those he should have been first priority. His father told him to his face that his mother was the only good thing about humanity. Of whom he is a part of. Drac spoke to Lisa's spirit/memory when he was very nearly killing his son in his childhood bedroom, not once talking to Adrian himself. And then he and his newly resurrected wife move to quaint ol' England and never even contact him. Both of them.

Not to say he wouldn't forgive them, that boy is too good. But I do feel like he deserves the chance to be a tad angry. As a treat, lol but maybe I am projecting a bit and I am definitely rambling, so I'll get out of your hair now

hey! thanks for the ask :) i definitely think that alucard's got a lot of very justified anger at his father; like you mention in "divine bloodlines", alucard's more focused on the fact that richter is there and that he's failed trevor and sypha to get into the full depths of his rage and hurt. i do think that he's got a right to be pissed! his father was consumed by grief and nearly killed him and the entire world in the process, and then he and lisa both came back and presumably (based on what we know in nocturne; he might have already reunited w dracula and lisa at some point and be lying to protect them) did not contact him--he'd be pissed! he'd be fucking furious! this guy tried to kill him and then double abandoned him and then it turns out he's still lurking around alive?

that being said, a lot hinges on dracula's reaction here. the end of castlevania implies that he's genuinely remorseful for what he's done to alucard, and he's changed enough to actively want to see the world, to travel, to build a mortal life and live it with lisa for as long as he can. it all depends on how he apologizes, bc the grief might cut some of alucard's anger or stoke it higher.

unfortunately, i probably won't write anything centered on this--my current guy (if you havent noticed from the fics, lmao) is richter and a lot of my fics and aus are through the lens of a world where he does exist and is interacting w both of these two. definitely a lot to think about though. thanks again for the ask!

As a Gustav lover I recognize he's a bad father for Alfonse, no matter what one may create for Gustav story and AU all we have is what FEH wanted to show us and what we saw is that he's not a good father

While I understand wanting to put something of Gustav in Alfonse brave alt it didn't had to be all of it, even on a historical level heirs would get the most important parts of their father outfit that were recognized as iconic for the crown and king (expect it was a full armor but Gustav never had that) I would've preferred of they gave Alfonse Gustav fur coat and chest plate which I think we're the ones passed down to generation

They could've done a lot and take inspiration from different characters and mash them together not just his father, I mean it didn't hurted if his lower half resembled Bruno clothes or even his mask somewhere. Alfonse has many characters linked to him and it's a shame FEH doesn't do anything with it

Also I kinda wished they would've given us an adult Alfonse or one from the future? Technically base Alfonse isn't an hero and hasn't done anything yet to deserve that title. It would've been nice if they gave us an Alfonse that got crowned as king after all the wars and all because THEN he would be recognized as a hero

Also give him back his sword he didn't trained all his life in swordsmanship just to throw it away for his father axe that only he could use because Gustav is a bear of a man

So uh... Earthspark Au idea

So you know how occasionally Starscream and Bumblebee somehow get paired together and goofy shenanigans insue? Like in IDW for example- Well take that but add some more shit to it- Like a lot more hand wavy magic shit to it.

Anyways spoilers for Earthspark Season 1, the whole thing. And also uh brain fart moment right here so its very rambly but I wanna try and get the main point across. I will elaborate it people are intrested tho.

Well I had a goofy au idea brainfart moment where after the events of season 1, the autobots and decepticons have to somewhat colaborate which each other to survive on earth. From finnaly freeing every captured Decepticon in the form of a transaction to get Starscream and his remaining seekers do an extended sweep over the entire earth in order to comfirm Dr Meridians death because oh boy his body mysteriously disapeared (And because Seekers aint called seekers for nothin, they hella good at tracking down anything that exists)

Other scheningans insue because Megatron wants to reconnect with his Decepticons and beocme friends with everyone- But like none of them are really having it, in fact the main motivator for any con is that they want to protect their new generation, the terrans, therefore they wont try and obliterate the autobots at every moment. This is specifically true for Starscream who literally cant exist in the same room as Megatron but gets absolutely swarmed by terrans the moment he is near them, most notoriously Hashtag and Twitch but mostly Hashtag.

And then there is Bumblebee, the mentor of the maltobots who will do anything to keep them safe- But not much can be done when your protégés are pestering the most dangerous Decepticon to ever Decepticon (Aside from Megs but he dont count anymore) So he has to just sit there and tolerate it-

Eventually though trouble arises once more and the maltobots have to fight for the freedom of their kind, now joined not only by the autobots but occasionally even a Decepticon or two whenever their expertise come into play, but the cons aren't doing it for the Autobots thats for sure.

Bumblebee is always with the terrans whenever he can be, but the five are more grown as each day passes, and far harder to keep an eye on, especially since the concept of war has been properly introduced to them. So when Starscream is there to provide intelligence or sneak stolen gadgets to Hashtag and Nightshade, Bee has to appreciate the weight the seeker unintentionally takes off his back. Afterall Starscream may be extremely dangerous, cunning and deceitful- But it certainly does wonders for him to be near sparklings.

Where the au comes into real play is when the threat of Dr Meridian resurfaces much to everyones dismay (Like pee paw willy over again).

The terrans and the kids are locked in tight combat, trapped in a very dangeorus and likley fatal situation of which they havent quite grasped the severity of. This time they dont seem to have the grace of Quintus Prime at their side as things look really grim, their only proper cybertronian assitance comes in the form of Bumblebee and Starscream who are forced to hold off the threat together the best they can before help can arrive. While the terrans do a great job of fighting alongside them as they have proved themselves plenty of times- It doesn't seem to be enough. All of them are left tattered, injuried and worse for wear- Particularly their two cybertronian gaurdians who had just taken on a fatal blow to protect them.

Quintus Prime, unlike the Maltos thought before, was with them, he watched them. He hoped, but there was little he could do, it was not like before...

But... There was a call, a plee. A promise of service. Not from the humans or the terrans. No...

Something else entirely- A presence akin to Primus itself- A spark, reaching out to him. Promising to protect.

Ah yes. The cybertronians. One of them had not yet given up yet, despite the fact he no long had functional limbs nor wings- It was present, nearby somewhere was also another presence, but so much weaker, so fragile and quickly fading.

No.. That couldn't work could it? They were already established sparks, born from the allspark directly-

Perhaps that could work.. Perhaps the Emberstone had a little extra light to give.

And so, from the rubble- Right as the enemy intends to strike another blow, two new protectors rise- And two new presences began to circulate between the thoughts and feelings of the Maltos.

tsukasa, aka hanako: swapped with amane! he tries holding back a lot of his more violent tendencies, and is pretty tight-lipped about his past. instead of amane killing him, he killed amane (beat him to death with his bare hands as self-defense and went a bit too far, for now). never became besties with the pit god, was just a bit violent because he never really got the whole hitting people hurts thing for a while, and tends to let off his violence on troublesome supernaturals instead of people he cares about now. still has some troubles with getting violent with people but hes trying his best ok

natsuhiko: taking on the role of nene! made a deal with tsukasa to get sakuras love, and kinda went through nenes whole arc. after that, he dedicated himself to sakura and winning her love the old fashioned way. not too much about him, but he isnt cursed to be immortal anymore! just cursed in a completely different way, through the blood of some poisonous supernatural i havent figured out yet that hes sharing with tsukasa. if he didnt share it he would turn into another of those supernatural, but he is just poisonous instead so Watch Out

sakura: taking on kou's role! she is a beginner exorcist who is perfectly aware of her abilities. her mentor is also at the school, and is like. making sure she doesnt die immediately. she has the same calm and cool exterior, and it makes others be over confident in her abilities. natsuhiko and tsukasa thinks shes badass and shes like 'relax, ive only been doing this for like a few months' and theyre like 'so humble! shes definitely an expert!' im not sure what weapon she wields and i need to do more research, but off the top of my head im thinking a scythe. shes just that cool

broadcasting club (og tt)

amane: swapped with tsukasa! instead of holding himself back like in canon he does not give two shits here. hes super casual about his past, and is kinda neutral on violence. doesnt hate it, doesnt like it, its just a means to an end. is homies with the pit god, and does stuff it asks. super possessive of people he perceives as his, and kinda ranks them. nene and tsukasa are currently tied in his brain, with kou after. hes scared of the other minamotos so he doesnt fight with them over kou, and just kinda goes >:| and shares him (i will elaborate on those two at some other point)

nene: taking on sakuras role! since we dont know all that much about sakura, this is mostly inspired by nenes stuff and the little mermaid >:3. she was a servant of the mermaid, but ended up running into amane, and begged him to make her humanoid and share her fish curse. he was like ok be my servant tho, and now shes doing the broadcasts and is chilling pretending to be human. avoids the exorcists in the school. she starts crushing on some humans immediately, amane threatens to kill them so she ends up just crushing on teru. wears gloves to hide her hands which are kinda scaley. still sensitive about her legs because a boy said they looked weird and she cried to amane about it. that boy was never seen again and amane started teasing her about the legs she worked so hard for. her mother also misses her dearly (i think the mermaid is one of the few who isnt rlly changed from canon i have no ideas for her)

kou: taking on natsuhikos role! hes a silly little immortal cursed guy, and has been around for a long long time. still kinda shortsighted somehow tho, and doesnt rlly think through a lot of decisions. ended up befriending nene by saving her from a supernatural, and then proceeded to pledge himself to her basically. he has his rateijiou to channel his cursed spirit energy which would literally destroy every human and supernatural in the vicinity if he didnt have it (other minamotos are unaffected because the curse is shared between them). amane hated him at first but wasnt allowed to kill him and they ended up forging a friendship over time. now they are friends and amane gets annoyed by his middle school buddies existing :)

i know you made glasmar a really long time ago but i wanted to ask what ever happened to it?? are you saving the characters (like the dragon siblings, zahaara, etc) for another project? i havent checked in in a long time but it seems like the glasmar that is now isnt connected to you and i was wondering if theyre free to use for our own personal projects like making the old glasmar that i remember playing with the beautiful lake map ^^

Hi, kinda interesting hearing people express interest in Glasmar still in 2025, that was a fun project that I dissolved away from a while back. Lake Zahaara was one of my least favorite maps I made funnily enough which is why I didn’t keep it in, but it’s on old clients that are probably floating around the net somewhere. Glad people still find interest in that game, I’m not sure how things are going with it in modern days as I’ve removed myself entirely from Impressive Title’s community since Glasmar was my one-and-done project lol

In terms of asset usage, I’ve always had the concept in mind that Glasmar and its world is open for anyone to play and have fun with, but as far as I know it’s still currently running. Things get muddy with a lot of overlapping resources and gathering permissions from all sorts of people. If anyone were to make a Glasmar Rewritten in the same vain as TTR or Corporate Clash I’d say I’m fine with it as long as there’s respect for the original game as well as not using anything that wasn’t made by me, AKA don't use anything besides the original Glasmar world and maybe a few scant additional maps like World’s Chessboard (that was a personal favorite of mine, I had a lot of fun making that map) that I made. I’m pretty sure on the old website (that I have no idea if it’s still up or not) it had a map guide and it pretty much showed which maps were made by me and then others.

In terms of characters, I don’t do anything with them nowadays and they’re pretty far removed from everything else I’ve made. The game models for them weren’t originally created by me and were only granted with permissions to use by other parties when certain servers allowed us to use their assets but if you wanted to make fan works or like, fanfictions you could if that’s what you mean. The Glasmar characters were completely separated from everything else I’ve written, other than overlapping things like I used my god characters Zoksim and Mauth, but if you liked them it’s completely alright to do what you want with the stories I’ve written and that contained world I built, I don’t mind. Just probably can’t use those models since… yeah I didn’t make those and I think later on there might’ve been issues with the dragon mob models specifically. Unsure, though.

In terms of my primary characters like the ones listed on my Toyhou.se and such like Rodger or Gracey and etc, I don’t mind people writing things about them or even making headcanons or AUs or even kinning or whatever. If you like what I made do whatever you want with it, as long as you just treat it with general respect, nothing too horrific or even like, claiming you made these characters on your own.

Glasmar’s game versions up until Version 2 I THINK (but don't quote me on that lol) all have things that were made by me and all have assets that were free to use by the general public since that was the time I was just one man banding it lol. I used royalty free music and resources, the only problem is I don’t have any of these old game versions backed up, nor do I have previous source codes. You’d have to dig for those old clients on your own and rebuild the game from the ground up, which would be probably too much of a headache to do anyway. If you want to do that though, go for it if you truly want to. Glasmar’s world and characters were all made by me for fun, the game was foundationally built with its maps and everything during winter break so only in a matter of a week or two, and I never took it super seriously. Other people are what made Glasmar fully what it is and how full of content it got, I just was fucking around. If Glasmar is still running at this point I’d say if you wanted to make a rewritten-style project could probably just give a disclaimer that it’s a fan project, probably can’t profit off of that, not like you really should anyway since IT servers imo should ultimately stay free to play. I don’t know of any servers that are pay to play though lol

Just try to treat it with respect, I’m okay with people doing what they please with Glasmar as long as they just use the assets I made and nothing else from other servers (besides original Impressive Title, because that’s just open source lol) and try to not like… Pretend you created Glasmar yourself or something or try to use the game to like, do malicious shit somehow. That’s worst case scenario stuff though lmfao but that’s all I can think of

Don’t know if I properly answered your question, sorry for the long winded post. Always happy though to hear Glasmar stuck with some people even years later, pretty neat.

Thought to add this after I posted but something to note is there’s ONE thing I made that I’d prefer not return, and that is Glasmar’s Nightclub map aka Club June or Club Luvv. That map had a lot of meme songs that were copyrighted as fuck as well as the person I made that map for I fell out of contact with. This map did appear as the background in one of my videos back in the day though lol, so that's a cool trivia fact at least.

Also, to give my friends their flowers, I founded Glasmar with my friend Theratis and she was the one who came up with the game’s namesake! The early days were fun, it was me and her along with my other close friend Kawoie that helped with other moderation stuff that I couldn’t cover. I still am in contact with the two of them and love them to pieces! I owe it to them for helping out during those early days!! We may have all moved on from Impressive Title but those are some fond memories we made :)

3. weapon of choice? any particular reason they chose their weapon?Keihos current weapon of choice is a lance! Being a lancer/dragoon class so big pointy stick sdjkdnsf.

The lore reason for Keiho going that route when becoming an adventurer i feel is mainly.. he was most used to holding lance like weapons and tools and felt it was the most comfortable way for him to get his journey started.

While the main stuff for his backstory before the beginning of the game is still kinda cooking for me, i do think he came from a smaller village kinda away from everything so they didn't have a lot of fancy resources to go around for a ton of swords or anything so the main weapons for hunting were lances. But he most likely did some spear fishing and stuff with it as well and is used to farm tools like pitchforks and hoes and stuff so again more used to lance like tools than anything else! But maybe he'll change that in the future and try different weapons now that he's got the adventure ball going!

(the none lore reason is i just liked the lance class the most and i havent bothered to try out any other class right now)

4. how crafty/resourceful are they?

i'd say they get by well enough! He's not some mastermind who's going to outsmart and trap supervillains left and right....and he definitely has his dumb moments. But he has his cleaver moments as well, def can sneak by, deceive and ambush pretty well against other regular, non super genius, folk. And can contribute in plannings if needed for battles and such.

But i do feel his resourcefulness comes out best in survival situations, he knows how to navigate the wilderness pretty well, knows how to hunt and make the most of food to make it last as long as possible and overall just knows how to get out and not die when dropped in the middle of the woods. Or build a sort of camp/housing if for whatever reason he wants to stay out there longer.

So not really some trap guy and not going to pull some crazy stunts during fights but can survive solo out in the wilderness pretty okay.

With this he is pretty lost in big cities on the other hand sjhbdnfds (me making a lore reason to explain why im always lost in limsa lominsa B) )

18. their opinion on lying, stealing, and killing?

HMMMM now this is a rather nuanced answer considering... he is the warrior of light...Hero of Eorzea etc etc... so he has his actual beliefs, the thing he preaches as a warrior people look up to and the things he believes as a warrior whos seen some of the worst the world has to offer.

Overall he fights for a world where people dont have a need to lie, steal or kill and if pressured for a black and white answer he'd say those things are bad. BUT he gets why certain people dont have any other option besides lying or stealing or even killing and doing any of those things for a valid reason isn't going to lower Keihos opinion of someone even by a bit. He also gets that while some people have a valid reason...it isn't always a good reason to do sth like killing so again... just focuses on getting as much info and then makes a choice.

Hmm personally i haven't really put a lot of thought into what element Keiho could be sdjknf BUT in game he does have the title of "Warrior of light" so i guess i tend to associate him with light, and Keiho being a Raen Au Ra (that just meaning he has light scales instead of dark scales like the Xaela Au Ra) who believe they are descendants of Dawn Father just makes the light connection more strong huh xD

And i guess i do tend to link him with crystals due to his scales reminding me of that and him having several interactions and a blessing from the Mothercrystal goddess

Okay lets take these one by one, receiving gift

Maybe back before their adventure days he would've like the occasional gift, never really liked anything to extravagant because ough you didn't need to, but small stuff like food or something handmade or some random material he needed, perfect. But after he became a hero and with every title he just.... stopped enjoying it, at some points just despises gifts all together, but not in the " i receive them so much" or the "i'm too good for these gifts" but more in the "hey i dont need nor deserve this :(( keep it to yourself you need it more :( " way. Along the way tho he also develops a weird "if i say no to a gift i'm being incredibly rude" mentality so that's when he gets super weird with gifts and wants to say "no, they dont need to go through all the effort for a gift for lil ol' me" but also the voice in the back being like if you refuse you're being rude!! so he just... puts on his hero persona and accepts it with grace.. so no one even really knows what kind of turmoil a simple loaf of bread just caused him dhsgfjukd and its quite literally nearly impossible to pry an answer out of him if you ever asked what he'd like for a gift, because the idea of requesting anything?!?!?! is just too much and he avoids the topic like the plague. quite literally need to corner him for a WHILE to get any sort of vague answer

Giving gifts

He most likely won't have any sort of weird relationship with giving gifts but i honestly dont think he gifts a lot, he's more of a i'll walk to the ends of the earth for you kinda guy to his loved ones. But the most something like a gift i feel is he'll make food occasionally without being asked or he might pick up something from stores or similar places if someone mentioned it. If he was still just a civilian he'd make some crafts here and there as well (woodwork, jewellery etc etc). But with being a hero he most likely doesn't have a lot of time or energy for those sorts of things, and most likely mentally he isn't really in a stable place rn to be doing anything like that either way, but in the future when his mentality regarding being a hero improves he'll def be making some handcrafted stuff for his friends!

Ideal gift

This is a tough one considering all the above about him not even really wanting gifts sjkdlnmfk but

Before the adventure days, it probably would've been something really simple, like some tasty food or some rare material for personal projects or even just something handcrafted! something to show the other cared enough to really think what he'd like kinda thing

And that mentality does stay a bit for post adventurer keiho! He'd avoid the topic but honestly... getting anything non adventure related, just for keiho to have after all the adventure gear has been put away for the day like again some good food or a nice shirt or just...anything again to show that they care about keiho the guy and not keiho the adventurer who probably needs new chainmail under his armour. He gets something from the heart and he is going to cry guranteed

wait. ohhhhhhhhhhh now with a lot more info talking with more long-time fans i understand why emo mukuro is more widely accepted

bc non-despair junko was just simply just a Fanon junko interpretation that was well known so basically Mukuro being in her stead in canon(UDTP/USC timelines) meant nothing to most long-time fans so like apparently to most ppl mukuro would be more interesting if she didnt fill the valley girl archetype bc like they got a fanon junko running around just doing that and thats why ppl were dissatisfied when mukuro as is was left out n is parading around as "chiller" junko in like any new media which i mean i wasn't in the fandom when USC came out so its vv much. times were different back then and i was absent lolllll

also they probably had more information and time to process than me who's like. i played thh blind like 2 months ago saw the twist blind and went. aw man they replaced the chill junko from ch1 with this FREAK LMAOOOO . basically i see mukuro how the fandom views twogami lol..........(tho twogami straight up doesnt have a name of his own) tho preference wise im way more partial to just friendly valley girl characters so its just ch1 syndrome where everyone friendly and likable dies instantly(stares at sayaka and leon)

but im like open-minded that she could be her more of her devout emotionless empty self for her inner-life but imo with the story with what i want to tell with mukuro with my AU the line blurs but i did want it that theres still a bit of stuff i wanted to take a crack at trying to repurpose her unmasked maladjusted servitude as a irreversible aftereffect bc . girl she's going thru it 😭😭😭

also it makes her dynamic with makoto and sayaka kinda somber to me bc both of them benefit off of her than mukuro can off them. like she's literally a conduit that feeds into makoto's savior complex being like the closest person to junko. at bottom of the barrel for every victim junko fucks up not even nagito comes close with how much he thinks he beefs with junko(but then he just kinda beefs with everyone atp) and sayaka is very much capable of influencing others to get things done her way and if she was more attached to mukuro then basically mukuro would simply be "under new management" just its someone that isn't her sister instead and nothing rlly changes or drives them to change each other but sometimes that kind of calm is beneficial to mukuro. it would feel at home for her(?) i do think their relationships to mukuro r STILL important to the AU bc while i plan to make mukuro very different(sorry emo mukuro fans this isn't for you its for me lol) the thing is that. take her away from her sister and either she'll internalize her memory of junko(like how korekiyo does. ?) or she'll literally just be in a perpetual state of agony and feels like she has to do anything to get back to junko to get her "needs met" bc thats junko's the only meaning of her existence so she needs those relationships even as bit of distraction to get her to like even break out of that mold bc its digestible for her even tho to me personally its strange and unfair to me but the alternative is that makoto never bails her out and continues to be a empty shell of a person serving junko out of whatever remnant of nostalgia is left after ego death or smth.

tho i need to read drif and dr0 for real this time(have the documents just havent got around to it). bc ive been putting it off bc im USC brained atm and also i kinda need to be in the right headspace to tackle it bc it's in junko's POV i think? love a unreliable narrator. hi junko enoshima cant believe i have to figure out her whole deal too tho that deep dive is probably inevitable for my research of seeing what i can work with bc like even tho i hate the overarching HPA/FF lore plot bc like. if it was like v3 lore then id probably not even have such a big lore overhaul bc my AU worldbuilding is very much v3 inspired n just sighhh why is there so much bullshit in the world abt a weird school filled with crazy kids that probably look like they'd preform just as well if they were all high school dropouts or something idfk
