เรื่องใกล้ตัวอย่าง "การล้างมือ" ก็ถือเป็นเรื่องสำคัญระดับโลก โดยที่สมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติ กำหนดให้มี "วันล้างมือโลก" - Global Hand Washing Day ขึ้น ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 15 ตุลาคมของทุกปี เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมการล้างมือให้สะอาดถูกสุขอนามัยทั่วโลก

โดยการล้างมือที่ถูกต้องนั้นต้องล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดและสบู่ ถูตามขั้นตอนทั้งหมด 6 ขั้นตอนง่ายๆ

โดยทุกขั้นตอนให้ทำ 5 ครั้ง สลับกันทั้ง 2 ข้าง คือ

ถูวนฝ่ามือทั้งสองข้าง

ฟอกหลังมือและง่ามนิ้วมือด้านหลัง โดยเน้นซอกนิ้วมือ ทั้งสองข้าง

ฟอกฝ่ามือ และง่ามนิ้วมือด้านหน้า โดยเน้นซอกนิ้วมือ ทั้งสองข้าง

ฟอกนิ้วมือกับฝ่ามืออีกสองข้าง โดยนิ้วมืองอเกี่ยวกัน ทำทั้งสองข้าง

ฟอกนิ้วหัวแม่มือทั้งสองข้าง

ฟอกปลายนิ้วมือ เล็ก โดยหมุนวนไปมาบนฝ่ามืออีกข้าง ทำสลับกัน

ควรล้างมือบ่อยๆ 2 ก่อน และ 5 หลัง ดังนี้

2 ก่อน ได้แก่ ก่อนรับประทานอาหาร และก่อนเตรียมปรุงอาหาร 5 หลัง ได้แก่ หลังเข้าห้องน้ำหรือห้องส้วม หลังหยิบจับสิ่งสกปรก หลังเยี่ยมผู้ป่วยในสถานพยาบาล หลังสัมผัส��รือเล่นกับสัตว์เลี้ยง และหลังกลับมาจากนอกบ้าน

แม้โรคติดเชื้อจำนวนมากสามารถแพร่กระจายได้ง่าย ด้วยการสัมผัส แต่การล้างมือก็เป็นวิธีการง่ายๆ ที่จะป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของโรคเหล่านี้ได้

ดังนั้นเราควรใส่ใจเรื่องการล้างมือ ล้างมือให้ถูกวิธี และทำบ่อยๆ ให้เป็นนิสัย เพื่อความปลอดภัย และสุขอนามัยที่ดีของตัวเรา และคนรอบข้างค่ะ

body washes often have things like oils and moisturizers in them. surely those are bad for clothes?

Anon, you gave me a very confused moment before I realized you were asking about my handwashing tip of just wear that shit into the shower.

We don't use stuff that has a lot of extras in it, but you make an excellent point. A lot of body washes do have extras in them that make your skin feel nice but may not be great for your clothes.

That being said, your shampoo may work well. It's all about stripping oils and removing build up even if it's not clarifying. And you're gonna have body oils and stuff on your clothes.
