Ok so there’s a really high chance someone’s already said this, fandom working fast and that, but I find the symbolism in the new TADC episode really interesting, specifically with Kinger.
Kinger’s “spookified” version in the trophy room is the monster that’s attacking them and drove Theodore Mildenhall crazy. This could mean that Kinger somehow drove HIMSELF crazy.
Further, if we’re saying that Mildenhall is Kinger and the creature is Kinger’s insanity, then the fact that Mildenhall shot his own wife from such paranoia could suggest Kinger had a hand in his wife’s abstraction, whether he meant to or not.
With Ragatha, Gangle, and Jax, we see his wife, a kind woman who doesn’t seem upset in the slightest that her husband killed her, just a little bored with his rantings. This could symbolize the moment in the fort where Queeny, though abstracted, is calm and doesn’t blame Kinger, if she did she probably would’ve attacked him. But she forgives. She doesn’t blame Kinger in the slightest. (She accepts it’s his fault but doesn’t hold a grudge is more accurate).
You can also look at the creature as a representation of death. When it screams it looks like Kinger’s dead wife, he even says that it’s beautiful, which while incredibly sweet that he thought she was gorgeous even when in a state where she likely didn’t even know who he or even she was anymore, it can also be that Kinger is looking death in the face and calling it beautiful, because he’s been there for so long. All he wants is to see his wife again, to die and to join her, however way possible, and death (abstraction) can bring this relief.
There’s also the allegory for dementia and other memory-related mental illnesses, but I’m sure that was picked up on already.
EDIT: I just went back to check and saw that the creature is in fact not Kinger but spooky, because Kinger has his own mounted head, it’s just difficult to see. I think my point can hold merit though, just wanted to be clear.

KINGER + READER
It was about your what... 5th day at the circus? and you had immediately clicked with kinger. He seemed silly to you. So one day, you were hanging out with him in his room. You didn't take him as the insect type, but he had a collection of them! You sat in a beanbag in his room as he gestured wildly at the insects. ''Here is a grasshopper! The females bite the males head off while mating.'' He always said the most... Charming facts.
''Oh wow... Thats... Really cool kinger.'' You were genuinely intrigued, he just... said the oddest things.
''Now heres a monarch butterfly! I love butterflies.'' He paused for a moment. ''My wife loved butterflies too.'' ''she was a monarch.'' ''___ I miss my wife.''
Your jaw dropped and you almost began to laugh, but you held yourself back when he started sobbing. You could almost not understand him behind his sobbing, but you knew he was babbling about how he missed his wife.
You went to hold him, like a true friend would. He.... He probably needs a therapist.

WAIT WAIT WAIT-
When Pomni gets possesed the spirit says "hows your wife kinger?" DOES THIS MEAN THE GHOSTS/NPCS KNOW OF THE ABSTRACTION??
And since it addresses him by his name, did the spirit possibly meet kinger and his wife when she was still around??
Theres so many little things in the episode that if you think about make you go "wait huh"
