This Halloween Y/N didn’t feel like going to any parties, so instead, she opted to get free candy from the people in Rafe’s neighbourhood. He watches as she puts her hair into two buns in her Winnie the Pooh onesie. The Tigger onesie is getting a little too hot while he waits for her. “Are you almost done, Angel?” he asks, looking at her through the mirror. She nods her head, “Yep, I’m ready to go.” He picks up the honey pot-shaped Halloween buckets for them and takes her hand into his other hand. They head out the door toward the house next door. Little kids litter the street dressed in various costumes. Once they get to the first house, they are the tallest ones out of the bunch. “Trick or Treat,” they chant with the rest of the kids. 

They let the children go before them and at the front, the owner of the house pauses to get a good look at them. “Well, aren’t you two just so cute,” the older lady gushes, going to squeeze Rafe’s cheeks. She gives them their candy and they mutter their thank yous. The next house is another frat house. When they see Rafe’s costume, they attempt to laugh but the threatening look on his face stops them. He knows their laughter would make Y/N feel bad. “Trick or Treat,” she says, holding out her bucket. Ryan grabs mini bottles of fireball, “Since you guys are grownups, we have some adult juice for you guys.” Rafe does a small cheer as he watches the bottles drop into his bucket. The pair thanks Ryan and Rafe is about to pull Y/N to leave when she steps closer to the other frat boy. “Ry, can you take a pic of us, please?” she asks holding out her phone for him. He nods his head and takes her phone. Rafe wraps his arm around her waist, pulling her in closer to him. Other boys may be embarrassed by memorializing this moment, but Rafe could not care less who sees him in this outfit if it makes Y/N happy. His grin matches hers and gives her a kiss on the cheek once Ryan hands her back her phone.

The night is coming to an end and they are at the house at the end of the street. There is a bowl on a table in front of a door with a please take one note leaning against it. A group of teenage boys and a little girl are walking in front of them. They catch up with the girl dressed as Darth Vader, standing behind her to wait for the teens to be done. The older boys snicker at the sign, taking the bowl and dumping all of its contents in their bags. Y/N watches as Darth Vader’s face turns sad at the realization that the force isn’t going to bring candy into the helmet-shaped basket. Y/N feels bad for the little girl and she approaches her. “Here. Take my boyfriend’s and my candy,” she offers, motioning for the girl to hold out her basket. 

Y/N tips her honey jar over so all her candy flows into Darth Vader’s head. Rafe isn’t one to object to his girlfriends and walks over to do the same. Darth Vader smiles massively, wrapping her arms around Y/N’s waist as a thank you. The little girl runs back to her mom and Rafe steps closer to his Angel. “That was really sweet of you,” he tells her, pressing his forehead against hers. She shrugs her shoulders, “It was nothing. I can buy myself a treat anyway.” His hands bring her in by the waist. “You won’t need to buy any candy. Let me be your treat, Angel,” he offers, pulling her into a passionate kiss.

What do you mean Spencer missed Hallowen? Sacrilege!

Lil guy over here was actually wearing his best Crowley skin at a party until 3am with his dear brother - whom dressed as a demon himself, which I did not miss the joke on, mind you - some old and new friends and an angel of my own

Oh yeah, I managed to do it. Not exactly the angel I had planned to go with, but an angel nonetheless and, I'm happy to announce, we were not the only angelic&demonic lil pair at the party, or the only bloody Crowley and Aziraphale!

Now, I won't share any pictures my Aziraphale and I took together because the only 2 I have have a bit of a problem: the first one was taken by the worst photographer on the planet (my Aziraphale. She might be a dear, but Jesus Christ-), the second one is not for public eye, but we do have planned on meeting again and probably doing a little Christmas inspired photoshoot, so hopefully the actual photographic proof there works out better

Mind you, I'm a stubborn idiot. We walked to the club and yours truly might or might not almost have broken his nose, being literally saved at least twice by the angel that partnered up with me for the night, pulling me away from stray street lamps, because I refused to take off my shades for "My eyes are not cannot compliant because my contact lenses were delayed in transit and didnt arrive yet" reasons, so i could barely see a meter in front of my own nose.

Long Halloween party story short:

- My Aziraphale got hit on by one of my friends because apparently I inspire no fear on these God forsaken people

- I quickly figured out Crowley does not wear that ridiculous lil tie for style, but for "Being Dragged Around By The Angel Like a Bloody Dog" reasons

- I did end up finding 4 other Crowleys (a gorgeous one escaping the cliché the 4 other copies fell into and actually choosing Eden Crowley and, my man, all the kudos to her. Not only were her wings absolutely gorgeous, but they MOVED) and we absolutely ganged up together for most of the night

- I learned that one should never try and recreate the Apology Dance while wearing slippery shoes on a floor sticky with alcohol, at risk of breaking a bloody leg (not me. Did give me a good laugh, tho)

- A really cool guy with a Tenth Doctor costume joined the Crowley gang at some point and kept paying for free beers for the rest of us which <3 I will never forget you, random fellow David Tennant fan whose name I don't recall

- Most songs were, as predicted, spooky themed, Brazilian funk or portuguese romantic/folk, which can be fun, don't mind me, but they did play Under Pressure almost at the end of the night and the 3 remaining Crowleys - yours truly included - may or may not have completely butchered the song, trying to "sing" (I would call it yell, if we are being realistic) as loudly as we could and jumping through the whole "Can we give ourselves one more chance?" segment of the song as my Aziraphale and the girlfriend of one of the other Crowleys (wearing that really gorgeous Wednesday Addams black dress she wears for a party in the TVshow, ya know the one) very heavily pretended they didn't know us, but hey: brotherhood amongst demons and what not. If Queen starts playing and one Crowley starts yelling and jumping, the other Crowleys shall yell and jump. It's the law

- Dunnot! I repeat: DUNNOT! Try to pin a taller Aziraphale against a wall when you are a Tiny Crowley because you will end up embarrassing yourself

All this to say: Good Omens fans are terrifying. We are literally everywhere, and we are all equally bloody sick. Yet, my fellow crazies keep being some of the coolest people I've ever met in my life. I swear, this fandom is the gift that keeps on giving, and I lowkey own my wildest night in 23 years to this silly fandom

I did most of the context/explanation for this in part 1, which you can find HERE, but in short, I have a folder full of various screencaps of Geoff from different videos, and a few of y'all said you'd be keen on seeing them (after I asked about it). Part 1 was for screencaps from videos on his solo channel, and so part 2 is pictures of Geoff from VoicePlay videos.

As with part 1, these just go alphabetically by title because that's how I have them sorted in the folder, and the list is not "fully comprehensive" - it has room for expansion. For example, I don't have any pics from Tennessee Whiskey (gasp) or Hellfire (GASP), but that doesn't mean he doesn't look damn freaking good in them, but i just haven't taken the time to get screenshots from them (or find some worth keeping, in Hellfire's case, where I still at least have my VoicePlay Visuals post). So yeah, this is just some/most of what I have at the current moment, ft. some thoughts/commentary from me along the way.

I found this pic when going searching for reference images for my "Geoff characters" fanart poster, and damn this literally almost looks like a painting and I love it

I didn't properly start going through VoicePlay's full catalogue of videos till like November last year, but still, it took me a while to watch Golden Hour, because I got weirded out by the thumbnail. I did familiarise myself with the actual song cover on Spotify though! I can't remember when I actually decided to watch this video, but goddamn it was so absolutely worth it! You don't get payoff much sweeter than this honestly. Golden Hour I love you!

Out of all the videos that involve Geoff having his entire face (and neck) covered in a layer of paint, "Geoffsula" is almost definitely the best one (of VoicePlay's channel at least)

Forever in love with Geoff as "Baron" in the Queen Medley video (well, really I'm forever in love with Geoff full stop, but you get what I mean). The face design! The eyeliner! The outfit! The freaking aura/energy of this man! Like if he used his skull cane to lift me up by my chin I think I'd be then frozen to the spot tbh

(Oh and Geoff still owns that skull cane fun fact; it lives in his office/home studio!)

Yeah yeah we all love vampire Geoff in This Is Halloween (though this isn't his final transformation stage)

Honestly I could almost make a part 3 (or part 2.5?) to this if I felt like going back through certain videos (Tennessee Whiskey, Hellfire, Frozen 2 Medley, If I Were A Rich Man/Girl, etc.) and found other favourite Geoff moments of mine. And man don't even get me started on the Minis and shorts! But yeah hope you enjoyed this, even if there were fewer pics than in the first post!

The costume party post! Ramble and pics below cut<33

My orange goggles broke 20 minutes after I got to the institution but I brought backup shades. Got into candidates for best costume, got into top 13 (11th place smh), at least I had fun with friends.

I spent my own money to get candy from the store, stuffed them into my utility belt bag and threw it into the crowd after getting chosen for top 13 to earn the audience's favor (I studied politics trust me/j)

3 or more times I've been mistaken as a guy. When I first got to the institute I went hunting for soldier or military themed cosplays, either getting their attention to salute, or gun them down. I got Kick killed to a guy who went as a soldier with a ghillie covered machine gun.

At the end of the program the band my best friend was in played, started with Zombie by the cranberries, then Bring me to Life, Creep by Radiohead, then several local popular songs. The crowd was hyped to complete silence while I was there waving my green glow sticks around and vibing. I may or may not have sucked the hype out of the crowd and became the human embodiment of audience enjoyment of the band

People may not know Kick, but hopefully they remember him as the silly dude who threw candy at their faces.

HAPPY HALLOWEEEN!!! 👻🎃 (yes ik its not actually Halloween but its for Halloween). Sun and Moon dressed up as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!! Those two would no doubt love mlp. Moon would also be a big hello kitty fan, like he appears all dark and broody to like all the parents, but the kids and Sun all know he’s a softie.

Also big tidbit, I have a couple different versions for my Sun and Moon. Theres these versions and then my story versions. These two I do not see as siblings, they are more like best friends/coworkers (or lovers idc, again I’m no hater). But my story version of them (our normal life) are siblings. I just wanted to make this clear, cause I really dont mind any version of them, but I do have set universes of them.

I kinda rushed through this to be honest.

Oh and the second pic is my version of DJ. I 1000% think his glamrock body would look like a spider. Like his design would be based on a jumping spider cause they are genuinely so cute, with their big ole eyes. I also like to think that he has glasses he put on top of his eyes cause sometimes the younger kids get a little scared. Oh and he has mainly four arms, but he has an extra pair he can call out whenever! He definitely can climb the walls. Oh between his arms, like apart of his outfit would have tiny little webs. To be honest I don’t think DJ would talk. maybe selective mute? I was actually thinking he would be like boombox from gumball, where he has a switch but it’s turned off from talking, so instead he makes like boombox noises. Idk that idea may change a bit, but I like where it’s going. Btw his height is still around the same like maybe 8ft?? I know Sun and Moon would be 7ft, and I want DJ to be the tallest so yeah 8ft seems right.

Spooky Love

BOO! Surprise Halloween pic! Or I guess it’s not that much of a surprise seeing as how it is October and everyone is doing Halloween stuff lol. Still, a good time as ever to get some stuff relating to monsters and demons and spooky shit and all that. Or rather it’s a good time as ever for me to commission a pic revolving around another one of Shantae’s un-used transformations that I not only happen to really like but also fits the Halloween vibes. One that she’s using to hypnotize her boyfriend, aka my sona, and being all flirtasous with him playing into the fact that she is currently a succubus.

Like with the Naga transformation the Sucubus form was another potential transformation planned for Half Genie Hero but never made it into the game much to my sadness. All we know about this form is the official artwork of what it would of looked like, it would have been used to control the undead and could stun foes. Also like the Naga transformation the succubus form is another transformation for Shantae I really, really like! The fact that the original intention of this form had heavy implications of hypnosis involved makes it even better in my mind. Why shouldn’t I get my sona being hypnotized by her while she’s in this form!?!? … Okay to be fair they never directly say she has hypnosis in this form but I mean, when has that ever stopped hypno artists giving characters hypnosis in the past? Or stopped me from fantasizing about certain characters having it. ;D

And then there’s my sona being dressed as Dante because again, it’s Halloween and being dressed as a demon is only fitting! Well, half demon at least. Even more so if I’m wearing this while being hypnotized by the woman of my dreams, in a cut transformation that would of turned her into a type of demon herself. And it’s the DMC 2 look as well because I was going to get my sona in this outfit one day anyway, might as well make it here now while the opportunity is right. Especially since it’s one of my favourite looks for the character outside of his original look. I don’t have a good joke about how this drip is “the only good thing about DeeEmmCeeTwo” but I know if I don’t bring that up at some point, I’ll never hear the end of it. And even then, for as much as I do agree that Devil May Cry 2 is the worst game in the series for a lot of reasons, this outfit’s not the only good thing about that game to me!

Apex is a cuddler who will let you do anything you want to him, if you can lift him off the ground. Weighing as much as some of your children doesn't stop him from becoming a very fetching drapery, across your arms, shoulders, back, wherever looks comfy. He will not break eye contact first and sees you doing so as a sign of boredom. If you're petting him, he may gently bite or claw, but only to make sure you never ever stop. He's not big on drawing blood or causing pain but if you want to be absolutely dwarfed by Kevin's body-opposite, Apex is the way to go.

Apex comes with a small extra fee not reflective of his large extra weight, as handling him also counts as a short-term gym membership.

OCTOBER PROMPTS 🎃 — 8. Hector

A/N: the way I always had something in the drafts to write for my beloved man like back during the summer time. The universe had other plans and what better time than to revisit this episode on Halloween! I think this is my first time ever writing on the day of this superior season?! Happy Halloween people 🧡 🪄

Oh the wonders of being a big time celebrity during the month of Halloween. That’s right, a whole entire month! Which felt like so because you were constantly in the limelight with people not only dissecting your love life but also your roles which consisted of either being the lead scream queen in a thriller series, supporting actress in horror movies, and also being the star drummer (on some Sheila E shit!) and backup singer of a Alt-Pop girl band on the side.

So yes, you stayed busy and were worth talking about.

“Whatever you decide to be this year has to be big. I mean Destiny’s child, Britney Spears, Zac and Vanessa, and Halle Berry are all gonna be here at your party this year.” Your manager/publicist ranted as she paced the floor in your open concept closet.

You’re lounging on your studded chaise lounge chair, texting away on your blackberry while chewing on some gum, half listening, “Halle’s my god-mom, of course she will be here to support but who else is on this list exactly?”

“I invited pretty much everyone, the hottest stars even those who may or may be in your age range. It doesn’t matter! As long as you get good pics that brings fresh press.” Natania voiced as she began flipping through a notepad.

You hum knowing the deal, considering you’ve been in the limelight since you were fourteen so this was not anything entirely new. “I’ve got the perfect outfit for Hector and I.”

Natania glances up from writing, “funny you mention him after I say press.”

“Him has a name and who also happens to be my boyfriend?”

“Don’t remind me,” Natania mutters, “and just to think you could still be with Taylor Lautner right now. His stats are only climbing after ‘Breaking Dawn Part I,’ dropped and I can only imagine how much more attention he’s gonna get.”

Shrugging your shoulders you say, “I’ve got more than enough attention with and without a guy by my side. It was fun while it lasted but as soon as he booked the role for twilight, the distance just grew. It was all only a matter of time.”

At sixteen and seventeen years old you got into a relationship, naturally with who everyone may know as Jacob Black but he was just Taylor to you. You met way back in a martial arts class that your uncle actually taught but you didn’t end up sticking with it thanks to a tv series you booked. You met again not long after at a audition for “Sharkboy and LavaGirl.”

“Well the both of you could have at least faked it for a little!” Natania almost stomped her feet before sighing, “I mean Taylor still talks highly about you although you decided to pick a old paparazzi instead as your new fling.”

“I wouldn’t expect him to say anything less,” you blinked, “wasn’t a bad break up anyway and I don’t pay you to make judgements on who I date. I pay for you to manage my career, not my personal life, sooo mind yours.”

Natania rolled her eyes beneath her glasses, “whatever, you’re right. I’m just saying you could have done better. There’s just something off about him—Hector and not the whole follow people like you around for cash either.”

“Nat!” You hissed, “shut up already, hector’s coming over, he’s gonna be at that party with me and that’s that. When’s the stylist coming over?”

Natania puts on a forced smile and glances at the watch on her wrist, “in about a hour.”

“Great! Hector says he’ll be here in fifteen so that gives us a little down time. You can let yourself out whenever you’re ready.” You state laying back to rest your eyes.

You’ve been up since six thirty this morning doing a extreme workout routine you didn’t like with a trainer who took it too seriously. You were more of a cardio person than juggling ropes, jumping and squatting, and flipping over tires.

Soon the door bell rings and you pry one eye open to see the monitor by the door glowing, making you aware who it could be. Groaning you took your time getting closer to the screen, seeing no one there. Shrugging to yourself, you plopped down on the lounge just as your closet door budged open revealing your stylist and no other than your boyfriend, Hector.

Lounging on your elbows you smile and wave at the two.

“No, please. Don’t get up, I got it.” Your stylist wheeled in a rack while you laughed at the usual sarcasm.

“Hey, baby.” You craned your neck to meet Hector’s lips as he leaned over you in greeting before sitting next to you, “what happened to fifteen minutes?”

Hector laughs, rubbing at the back of his neck, knowing that he was late, “traffic? Even on my bike and Hunger…”

You hum at this.

“Just burgers.” Hector whispers as you shrug your shoulders.

You knew what it was like, actually dating someone in the supernatural world. It could always go one or two ways and of course there were heavy rumors surrounding Hector since he was there at the time of Mazey Day’s death. He should have been dead—especially with the amount of damage done to his body, you knew what he and Bo were up to and the pictures Bo showed you was not something you would forget.

However Hector was meant to live and see it through…and he did with the help of your family.

They got to him first.

That’s right, a long history of, “werewolf or wolf training,” depending on which form. You had more experience with simply wolfs while the higher skilled like your parents and siblings dealt with the werewolf’s. Due to your involvement with the spotlight you didn’t have much time for…family activities but you weren’t completely clueless.

If you were able to get to Mazey Day in time, perhaps things could have been different. No one really knew and some still didnt accept what it was.

Werewolves were fucking real and you so happened to be dating one.

“Soooo,” you drag pushing yourself up once more to face Hector with a tired smile, “I’ve got an idea of what we should be for Halloween.”

“Aw but you didn’t see what Freddie brought yet.”

“Oh it’s in there alright,” you push off the chair to head over to Freddie who has measuring tape draped over his shoulders.

You do the honors of taking the protective cover off the clothes and run your fingers over the various fabrics, “we have DoubleDare contestants from the 90s, or you can be Cupid and I’ll be a large fuzzy heart, or my personal fav: little red riding hood and her werewolf of a grandmother.”

Hector blinks after briefly studying the costumes and says, “I love you, I swear I do but we’re not wearing matching costumes.”

“Uh oh,” Freddie mutters while you frown at the curly haired man.

“And why the hell not? The last option is the best one.”

“I get that one,” Hector replies with a knowing look in his dark eyes, “but don’t you think it’s a little…corny?”

“We’re supposed to be corny! You’re my boyfriend and I’m your girl.” Digging your fists into your hips and peer at Hector who snorts.

“Yeah but—

“At least try it on! I mean if we’re gonna be at my party together shouldn’t we at least match?”

Hector lightly grips your wrist to pull you from Freddie’s ear shot, “it’s gonna be a full moon that night.”

“Even better.”

“For who? Not me.”

“It’s been a year already,” you slip your hand down to squeeze his, “you’re gonna be fine.”

“That’s not what your mom believes.” Hector’s shoulders almost slump, which irritates you, the fact that your mother was always getting into his head was not something foreign to you but when she started to do it to people you cared about, that’s when it became a problem.

“Newsflash, she doesn’t know everything like she claims.”

“I mean I should listen to her since…”

“Since she’s more skilled than me? Ah alright well I get it. Look, I’m not gonna peer pressure you. I just know I wouldn’t have you here if I didn’t think you could handle it. We’d take all the proper precautions a few days before just like I planned but if you really don’t feel comfortable…we’ll just make sure to take the pictures in advance and we’ll go from there.”

Hector studies you then. He knew that it was hard to be around each other sometimes whenever the moon shifted. He was thankful he got another chance at life…sure but life just become a whole lot more difficult now with this new lifestyle and being legit involved with someone in the public eye. No doubt he’s thought about it before but never pictured it happening and Bo also told him it was a bad idea after figuring out that he basically resurrected and could transform into a hairy ass creature!

You lived one way and he lived another, there were contrasts to you just like the sun and the moon, the pair of you worked taking turns to let the other breathe separately. Space was efficient when it came to your relationship but when you were together? That opened up a whole new feeling. A scary one. He wasn’t sure if this relationship would be long term but he had the chance to see you for what you are beyond the lights and that was a treat in itself.

He exhales, lifting a hand to cup the side of your face, “…let’s try these costumes on then.”

And you squeal, hopping into his arms and he holds onto you as you lock your legs around his hips, his beaming smile meeting yours as you peck all along his handsome face.

“We look foolish,” Hector comments as he readjusts the gingham hat on top of his head while you stand side by side in a full length mirror.

You laugh as you wrap your arms around the curly haired man in the floral green nightgown, “correction: we look fine as hell.”

“Fine enough to where I don’t need to spend two hours sitting in a chair having ass cramps and getting wolf prosthetics on?” Hector slips on his circular glasses and peeks over them at your reflection.

Red was certainly your color.

You snort, “you could always let the moon do it’s thing.”

“That’s not even funny.”

Pressing your chin against the back of his shoulder you say, “Wanna give me a little snarl or something?”

Hector sends you a pointed look as you trail one hand up to twist one of his damp curls, “Oh Granny, what pretty curls you have.”

“All the better for you to tug my dear,” Hector begins to play along.

A smirk makes its way onto your red painted lips, “Oh granny, what a beautiful face you have.”

“All the better for you to,” Hector starts before quickly twisting his body to yank you tight against his body, “sit on.”

You see the specs of ember swirling in Hector’s ink eyes now and you know you were pushing it as the length of his nails began to poke at the fabric of your red hood.

He then places a open mouthed kiss to your beating throat, “you didn’t say anything about my teeth.”

Standing up some with your hands locked around his neck now, you lean just a bit closer so that your forehead presses against Hector’s; you reply just as some knocks sounded at your closet door, “Now that’s satire.”

Hector let’s out a small laugh as you untangle yourself from his grasp to get the door, making a show of pointing the makeup artists in his direction only.

With your confidence in him and against the full moon, Hector can’t help but to shrug his shoulders and take a seat peeking at the face he got used to over the years. Somehow even this skin felt different and not just the scars embedded.

He just hoped you were right but knew he wouldn’t hear the end of it.

Well…here’s to a new change of course for Halloween! That might actually be terrifying but as long as he had you on his team, his doubts and speculations from outsiders—which he used to be—didn’t seem to matter as much anymore.

Ok, so who all wants to see some ancient designs?? Thought this might be fun since there's so many new people around lately, and even the not-so-new people may not know about these! Here's the first 3 skaters I ever made, back when I was still Syppah's Cute Creations mainly doing amigurumi crochet:

Creepy Eyes is a true OG that's been around since about July 2015! It isn't very popular on skaters or joggers since I stopped doing cons, but it's still going strong as midis and maxis. I've also used the pattern on eyeglass cloths, face masks, scrunchies, tights, zipper bags, and more. I don't think I'll ever fully retire it, haha. The other two up there are Rainbow Narwhals and Cute Eyes (original light pink version below, got the hot pink version above as a misprint afterwards).

The next ones I got that no longer exist were Rainbow Candy, Double Rainbow Candy, and Happy Bees:

tiny prehistoric pics because i can only find them in my old old etsy's sales history, haha As you can see, besides Creepy Eyes the vibes were incredibly different. I wanted to make clothing that could go alongside my ˜”*°•.★·.·´¯`·.·★𝓀𝒶𝓌𝒶𝒾𝒾 𝒶𝓂𝒾𝑔𝓊𝓇𝓊𝓂𝒾 𝓅𝓁𝓊𝓈𝒽𝒾𝑒𝓈★·.·´¯`·.·★.•°*”˜ even though my personal style and fashion interests were/are much more goth. That leaked through again with the Guro Guts skirt next.

The first ever Guro Guts skirt was made just in time for Halloween 2015 In 2016, plushies were still my main focus and for a number of health reasons I was essentially dead that whole year. I don't think I added any new skirts at all..

The next big addition to my skirts was in April 2017 with this set:

Demon Summoning and Vampire Night have survived until this day. Good Medicine on the top left was only made in this colorway for a short time before I switched to a purple & pink version that I also kawaii'd up. Vaporwave and Angel Summoning are both pretty much defunct as of 2021.

2017 Blue/Red Good Medicine, 2018(2019?) Purple/Pink Good Medicine. Both are discontinued

In late 2017, I separated out my clothing shop from my crochet shop and started going all-in on a more goth leaning aesthetic. Witch Vamp (originally "Witch Vampire") was truly born. A lot of designs from that time are ones you'll still recognize today

The only other one that's pretty much gone these days is Rainbow Galaxy. I used to have it in skaters and joggers, but it's another one that wasn't as popular online as it was at cons. They're also like A Lot especially for my generally goth-ish shop

Rainbow Galaxy Skater (designed in 2017), Rainbow Galaxy Joggers (2018 or 2019.. unsure, haha) I last ran preorders with Rainbow Galaxy in 2021, but I don't think I got many orders. I've just let them fizzle out since then. But the skirt semi-lives on in the glorious mistake that is the Bomb Pop Skater

Originally I had 3 of these because a few Rainbow Galaxy Skaters got printed without any yellow. But like, what a good mistake! Since then I've ordered them this way on purpose. EDIT: Another discontinued skirt was the Black Widow's Web. Idk even when I made it first. 2018? But it died in 2021.

Next casualties, between 2020-2022 I discontinued a few more joggers due to slow sales:

Astrology Joggers, Creepy Eyes Joggers, Dark Galaxy Joggers (actually the 2nd version. V1 was a bit too.... phallic with the goo drips lmao) So after that, I think the main casualties have been *item types* rather than designs. I've dropped a lot of things (lanyards, zipper bags, wallets, all-over-print tshirts, tights, pvc charm keychains, and soon enamel pins) because they were great for cons, but don't really sell online. Or because they became obsolete (skirts w/out pockets).

It's been a long journey! And if you go all the way back to my crocheting days, I've been at this whole "self-employed" thing since the day I turned 18 in 2008 and was able to open up an Etsy shop (had other jobs too back then tho, like I was a pharmacy tech for 2 1/2 years). Hope you all enjoy seeing these designs from the old days and learning more Witch Vamp lore!!!

4. What type of shoes do you wear?

99% of the time it's my gold birkenstocks that have lived a long life, but my other go to is the palladium platform ankle boots i got from a friend of mine bc they are comfortable and make me look not short (i say as i look over at our photo op pic and know you wore slip on vans and i still am a manlet next to you)

8. who was your first kiss?

this girl who i used to be friends with, on another friend's trampoline, after i went on a date with my first real boyfriend that was Really Fucking Awkward, bc she was mad that he hadn't even tried to kiss me

12. what’s your favourite store to shop at?

so i already answered for clothes but i realize the actual answer is Atlas Stationary. i love buying pens and inks and stationary supplies and pen accessories SO much and they always ship things out really quickly and have a lot of variety to fuck around with

16. if you go to therapy, do you like your therapist?

i don't have a therapist, but i do have a doctor for psych medication management and i love her, she always asks about my pets and tells me about her bunnies and i love it

20. If you could revive one tv show that has been cancelled, what show would it be?

ok so this is a little niche and was not on networks, it was a netflix show that got cancelled, and it's The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell i love that woman who loves making horror and halloween related art pieces i could have watched her and her rude puppets for years

24. Do you believe in any conspiracy theories?

i already brought up db cooper and the kuna shoe fence, but i think cryptids fall into this category and i do in general choose to believe most of them are out there, in part because we continue to find "new" animals all the time so like man who can say. tsuchinoko may be real.

28. when you’re sad, do you prefer to listen to music to match your mood, or listen to happy music?

oh i get INSUFFERABLY sad with it, i'm out here mainlining the national and the front bottoms and all of the saddest mountain goats songs i go Wallow Mode

32. how often do you do your laundry?

usually when i'm out of underwear, or have like two pairs left but it's the pairs i don't like to wear. usually averages out to like once a week/once a week and a half or so

36. do you paint your nails?

on occasion i do but i'm really impatient with letting polish dry and i usually end up creasing it and then getting mad and taking it off. i've got gel polish as well but that is a lot of initial prep that usually requires more than just me going "i wanna paint my nails" because i've gotta do all the nail prep beforehand and then it's a whole bunch of steps and i can't do it sitting at my computer bc the sunlight from the windows can partially cure the gel and fuck it up so that is a Rarity

40. what’s the most interesting item you own?

taxidermy beaver, hands down

Just went back and read some of my posts from last year.

3 Positive Things

I've made new friends since those posts. I've made friends with a few special people that continue to be happy when they see me, and want to know what's going on in my life. T and me are making plans to go to the art museum 🎨😁

My social anxiety is getting better. I don't walk in to work thinking I may not be able to talk to people that day. There have been newer hires, and younger coworkers who have been shaky on speaking up, and the mom friend loophole to my anxiety has kicked in. My workspace is most people's happy place. Many people walk in and say how much they love being there, and that has helped me too I think. I'm part of what makes someone feel more comfortable and happier, and that's important to me.

My boss is more confident in my skills as a designer, and sets me up with more creative projects every week 🍂✨ I'm glad she feels she can count on me, boosts my confidence😁 I'm looking forward to being creative this week, I'll try and remember to take pics.
