like no you're not actually going to be able to normalize a lot of stuff, because it's statistically unusual or aberrant. you can't normalize shit that is not by any definition normal.

what you need to do is fucking stand up for the weirdos, freaks, and deviants, and remind everyone who is normal that their position just makes them normal. not good, not right, not correct, not better, not perfect, not beyond reproach or improvement.

being weird isn't bad. stop normalizing that, already.

Hot take I know, but I feel like we should train ourselves to stop talking about the deaths of ~90 year old celebrities like it's some sort of inconceivable, brutalizing tragedy. I mean you can be sad if you want, but did your parents not explain aging and death to you? Are your great-great grandparents still alive? There's plenty of less inevitable stuff to be not-ok about, I promise. It's probably not that fun to live to 100+ anyway.

When I've been extremely low and sad yknow what I did? I watched the grumps and it helped me feel better because they just radiate happiness and watching them always helps me smile even when I don't wanna Not to mention the sleep aid compilations! They're so good! It's just them playing games and rambling but the screen is black so you can totally just sleep! It's the best!
