Recipe:
1. Prepare the coffee according to your preference. Whether it’s espresso, americano, or cappuccino—it’s your choice. The key is that the coffee should be aromatic and freshly brewed.
2. Warm the ghee milk over medium heat, without bringing it to a boil. Aim for a temperature around 65°C. Stir constantly to prevent the milk from burning.
3. Pour the “Old Tallinn” liqueur into a pre-warmed glass. This fragrant liqueur will give the drink a unique taste and aroma.
4. Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the glass with the “Old Tallinn.” Gradually add the ghee milk to create a beautiful layered effect.

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, about 4 pounds. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 cup walnuts. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup white wine vinegar. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Sprinkle a lot of salt and pepper on the inside and outside of the chicken. Cover the chicken in olive oil. On a roasting pan, put the chicken. Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and golden brown. Prepare the candied walnuts while the chicken roasts. Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, or until they smell good. Add the granulated sugar to the pan and stir it around all the time. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sugar melts and covers the walnuts. Put the candied walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and harden. Slice the fennel and put it in a small saucepan. Add the white wine vinegar, water, honey, mustard seeds, and fennel seeds. A simmer should be reached over medium-low heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the fennel is slightly softer and the flavors have mixed. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. After the chicken is done, let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting it up. Pickled fennel and candied walnuts should be served on the side with the roast chicken. Have fun!

Ingredients: 250g sirloin steak. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup red wine preferably Cabernet Sauvignon. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 sprig rosemary. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 tablespoon butter. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Add salt and pepper to the steak. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. For two to three minutes on each side, sear the steak until it turns brown. Cut up some garlic and add it. Cook for one more minute. Honey, balsamic vinegar, and red wine should all be added. Add a sprig of rosemary. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated. Roast for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the meat is medium-rare or to your liking. Put butter in a different skillet and heat it over medium-low heat while the steak roasts. This will take about 5 minutes of cooking after you add the cherry tomatoes. After taking the steak out of the oven, let it rest for a few minutes. Put steak on a plate and top it with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley. Enjoy with a glass of the red wine that's still left!
