I definitely should study the stormy sky better, but I think there is an appeal in such intuitive styling.

we live alone with god his castle we keep

(someone asked me about this just now on bluesky, they asked what it meant? well i was pretty turnt on god at the time (i am always kind of turnt on god because he talks to me and tells me things) but i was kind of sick because i have schiz and i get these really bad times still even tho i take meds, so i was constantly having demons and archons talking to me too, because they really can get at me when i'm like that. so they were telling me again that the world is not the world and it's a giant prison, but god was telling me that inside each of us is an interior castle made of crystal like a beautiful glass. a bit of god lives in that castle inside each of us, and we must take care of the castle and make it beautiful and clean to honor him and the life he gave us. even if the devil has your ear, you can go to the castle. it's always there. we have always lived in the castle. hearing that and knowing that made me feel very awake about everything and alive in a good way, instead of alive in a doomed and horrible way, which i feel like a lot of the time. so i guess that is my answer! if that makes sense.)

Continuing on with my Epic the musical excitement and Greek mythology obsession… Hermes! I originally drew him in my sketchbook and now colored him digitally. He doesn’t have wings but his cloak is in the shape of wings. They kind of look like parrot wings which I feel matched his personality. Pretty happy with it!

Two characters from my homebrew dnd campaign!

the first is Zintoris, a monk who’s patron is the god of storms Tonitru! He’s a serious serious fella who gives little room for humour and has a very severe lack of grasping sacrcasm

The second is the death god Mortem! He’s kinda the cause of the world the campaign takes place in falling to ruin, having grown tired of his role as co king of the gods (alongside Vìta, the life goddess) he passed the title along to Nex, a lesser death god. He’s grumpy however has a deep love for mortal life and cherishes it greatly, his goal now to restore his power and being balance back!
