When a curse is cast to save Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer, Jaskier is forced to sacrifice his humanity. He is transformed into a small bird, and all memories of him are erased from Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri's minds.
Jaskier doesn't regret his choice. He never truly felt he belonged in their family, anyway.
Geralt often notices a tiny songbird following him on his journeys, always flitting nearby, though he has no idea why it’s there. Ciri affectionately names the bird Buttercup, and Yennefer agrees, saying the name suits it well.
Each night, Geralt dreams of a song whose name he can never quite remember.

Hello! If you’ve stumbled across this post perhaps you can provide me with some assistance. For some reason these old fics I read a while ago keep popping into my head and it’s only portions!
I’ve got two GeraltXJaskier this time! Both should be AO3 and completed.
1. Geralt gets some type of spell or maybe a s-x pollen situation and he seeks out Jaskier.who he find singing and bathing in a river. Geralt has a more a feral mindset and keeps referring to Jaksier as his mate. So “besets” him and Jaksier realizes something is clearly wrong and tries to talk the other out of it and starts saying all the things he think Geralt doesn’t like about him which makes him start to smell sad so Geralt forces out the works “no talking” which makes Jaksier smell sadder, then he tries again and says “good worlds only” which makes Jaskier happier. The next morning Geralt panicked because he thought he took advantage of Jaskier who was already panicking about taking advantage of Geralt. They work it out to a happy get-together ending.
2. Jaskier and Geralt had recently gotten together and they are camping in the woods when Jaskeir wakes up in the middle of the night (possibly due to a nightmare but I wouldn’t count on it) and decides to go take a bath in the river nearby and after a few moments Geralt joins him. During their conversation Jaksier says he has to act and Geralt should be used to it. So of course Geralt takes that in the worst possible way and says something along the lines of “you have to act in front of me?” Luckly Jaksier reads his self-hatred quickly and panics trying to explain that he doesn’t act because of Geralt but has to sometimes in front of him. I know, vague. Probably why I can’t find it 😭 I don’t remember anything else!!
I have no idea if anyone can help but it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!!
Number 1 has been located thanks to @bakewrite and @pedulum-chronometry Thank you both so much!! See the link below for All of you by Giddytf2.

As it so happened, Jaskier was the one who convinced Lambert to confess his love to Aiden. He had stumbled upon the wolf by chance in a tavern and had given much-needed encouragement.
Lambert never got the bard’s name, but he resolved to help him if he ever got the chance.
The chance came when Geralt brought said bard to Kaer Morhen one winter.
Seeing as how the bard was clearly in love with Pretty Boy, Lambert decided the best way to repay his debt was to get Geralt and Jaskier together.
Geralt was going to kill Lambert. It had all started innocently enough—Lambert had asked for Geralt’s help with something in one of the rooms. But the next thing Geralt knew, he was chained to a bedpost, courtesy of the youngest wolf witcher.
From the other side of the door came Jaskier’s muffled protests. “Put me down!” he shouted. Moments later, the door swung open, and Lambert unceremoniously tossed Jaskier inside, locking the door behind him.
Jaskier hurried over to check the lock, letting out an annoyed sigh. “Of course. Locked.”
Finally, he turned and saw Geralt. “So… is this some sort of bizarre witcher tradition?”
“It is not,” Geralt replied, his voice laced with exasperation. He didn’t know why Lambert had locked them in, but he had a sinking feeling they weren’t getting out anytime soon.

In a story as old as time, a knight rescues a prince from a fearsome beast.
But in this tale, the "beast" is none other than the Witcher, Geralt.
And the "prince" is Jaskier, a bard who would like to make it very clear that he is *not* being saved by the knight—he’s being kidnapped.

As a child, Jaskier had once heard that if someone truly loved a werewolf, they could turn it human again by calling its name and draping its cloak over it.
After the breakup on the mountain, Jaskier hadn’t thought about that tale for years. But now, he’s learned that Geralt has been cursed and turned into a wolf.
So, here he is, walking through the forest with Geralt’s cloak in his arms, wondering if this old story could really work. And if it does—does it count if the love only flows one way?
But maybe, Jaskier thinks, if Geralt in his wolf form decides to tear him apart, at least the witcher will receive this one small blessing.

Geralt cannot show weakness, but he desperately craves Jaskier’s affection. He cannot bring himself to ask for it. That would be too vulnerable. He must instead subtly hint what he wants from Jaskier.
———
Jaskier cannot believe people haven’t figured out how much of a softy Geralt is yet.
All of the time, Geralt’s shoving his head in Jaskier’s lap, giving him pleading eyes until the bard puts down whatever he was doing to pet his witcher.
If he compliments something Geralt does, Jaskier knows he will see the witcher do it 100x more to get as much praise as possible.
And, should Jaskier be the slightest bit horny, Geralt will use it as an excuse to kiss for hours.
Days like this were a rare luxury for Geralt and Jaskier. The sun shone brightly, and, more importantly, there was an unusual peace—no monsters in sight.
Geralt leaned back against the trunk of a large tree, the shade offering relief from the heat. Jaskier had his head resting in Geralt's lap, humming softly. It was a melody Geralt didn’t recognize, an old tune that seemed to carry an unfamiliar warmth.
“Where’s that from?” Geralt asked, his fingers absently brushing through Jaskier’s hair.
“It’s elder speech," Jaskier answered with a smile. "My grandmother used to sing it to me."
Before long, Jaskier’s voice filled the quiet, singing the lullaby from his childhood. The soothing melody wrapped around Geralt, and in that moment, he understood what it was—this feeling, this quiet, unwavering affection.
And in that peaceful moment, Geralt knew he never wanted to leave.

One afternoon, Geralt arrives in a bustling city to a horrifying sight: Jaskier bound to a pole, awaiting torture before execution.
The reason? Proof has surfaced that Jaskier, the famed bard, isn’t human—and no one knows what he really is. Fear spreads quickly, and the townsfolk are convinced that Jaskier must be dangerous, blaming him for the recent misfortunes plaguing the city.
But Geralt knows his friend better than anyone. Determined to clear Jaskier’s name, he persuades the authorities to give him one day to prove that, whatever Jaskier may be, he’s still innocent.

When Jaskier was captured by the Redanian Secret Service, they brainwashed him, turning him into a sleeper agent meant to spy on Geralt and Ciri.
What the Redanians didn’t anticipate was that Yennefer, having known Jaskier for years, was familiar with the chaos of his mind. It wasn’t unreadable, but his thoughts were so lively and erratic that tracking them was a challenge. Suddenly, however, the brainwashing brought an unnatural stillness to his mind, making it easy for Yennefer to sense the manipulation and uncover the truth.
Now, Geralt is determined to find a way to break the spell and free Jaskier from their control.

Jaskier rarely told anyone that his real name was Julian.
Now after the mountain breakup, as he lay injured and close to death, he couldn’t shake the thought that Geralt might never know his true name—or even remember him at all.

The truth was that Jaskier was the result of a child's surprise. Surprisingly, his grateful parents discovered that the witcher who claimed him never returned to collect.
Years later, at Kaer Morhen, everyone is shocked to learn that it was Lambert—drunk at the time—who had invoked the law of surprise.
Now, Lambert is taken quite seriously as Jaskier’s "Papa," and he’s constantly angry with Geralt. His words are clear: "You’re no good for my child," or "Never speak to me or my son again."
No matter how many times Jaskier insists that Lambert isn’t his father, it makes no difference.

When Geralt is cursed to turn into a wolf, everyone expects him to devour his Bard. That's why Jaskier, locked in a cage with Geralt and aware that he might die, smiles—hoping that Geralt won’t remember him as being afraid.
But Wolf Geralt has no interest in eating his mate. No, Geralt just wants to cuddle.

The Pankratz family is renowned for being Dragon Slayers, having mastered the art of defeating any dragon on their own for generations.
Jaskier, born Julian Alfred Pankratz, is often questioned about his family's history. Even Geralt is curious about how his flamboyant bard could hail from a line of dragon slayers.
What no one, not even Geralt, knows is the family's centuries-old secret: The Pankratz family has been perpetrating one of the greatest scams ever known.
They don't slay dragons. They are dragons.
