new items added to our Ko-fi shop!
hello, i'm equinox. i'm a multiply disabled mixed black trans lesbian. i deal with schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, hypermobile ehlers danlos, degenerative disc disease, 2 unhealed injuries, and gastrointestinal issues. i am currently applying for disability, i got off the phone with disability determination earlier today. i have multiple appointments with GI specialists coming up very soon. i need help with income in the mean time. i currently have no other income aside from this. i am in need of transportation to appointments, i also need to get to my pharmacy to get my meds, groceries, cleaning and hygiene supplies, and more.
i'm currently saving up money for a procedure being done at the end of the month. i am having a colonoscopy and they are having me purchase gatorade and mirilax, instead of prescribing me something that's more effective. i also need to save for rent, which is $178/month in my place due to my low income.
feel free to ask any questions about these pieces or ask if customs are an option- they very well can be!

Advancements Reshaping the Colonoscopy Devices Market
In the realm of medical diagnostics, the Colonoscopy Devices Market has emerged as a pivotal player, transforming the landscape of gastrointestinal health assessments. With the growing prevalence of colorectal diseases and the rising adoption of preventive healthcare, this market is undergoing rapid innovation, propelling it to new heights of efficacy and patient comfort.
The Colonoscopy Devices Market is witnessing a paradigm shift, fueled by technological advancements that are redefining the diagnostic experience. Traditional colonoscopy procedures were often met with anxiety and discomfort due to the invasive nature of the examination. However, modern colonoscopy devices are integrating high-definition imaging, ultra-slim designs, and advanced maneuverability, ensuring a less intrusive and more accurate assessment.
One of the groundbreaking trends in this market is the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. These technologies empower colonoscopists with real-time analysis and insights, enhancing the detection of polyps and abnormalities. AI-driven colonoscopy devices are poised to reduce human error, improve diagnostic accuracy, and ultimately save lives through early detection of colorectal diseases.
Moreover, the Colonoscopy Devices Market is experiencing a surge in the development of disposable and single-use colonoscopy devices. These innovative solutions eliminate the need for meticulous cleaning and sterilization processes, ensuring patient safety and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. As healthcare institutions prioritize infection control, these devices are gaining traction for their convenience and hygienic benefits.
Telemedicine is another pivotal trend shaping the Colonoscopy Devices Market. With the advent of remote medical consultations, patients can now undergo colonoscopy procedures while being remotely monitored by healthcare professionals. This approach not only enhances accessibility, especially in remote areas, but also minimizes the need for patients to travel long distances for screenings.
As patient comfort takes center stage, colonoscopy devices are being designed with features that alleviate discomfort and anxiety. Automated insertion and withdrawal technologies, along with advanced sedation techniques, are contributing to a more relaxed patient experience. These innovations are expected to drive higher participation rates in colorectal screenings, thereby leading to earlier disease detection.
In conclusion, the Colonoscopy Devices Market is on a transformative trajectory, fueled by technological innovations that prioritize accuracy, patient comfort, and convenience. The integration of AI, disposable devices, and telemedicine solutions are redefining the landscape of colonoscopy procedures, making them less invasive, more accurate, and accessible to a wider population. Hey guys, my friend Ayiko recently got diagnosed with colon cancer and needs help paying for his cancer treatments.
“*grey freeze frame* i’m sure you’re wondering how i got here—and for those of you who don’t know, i’m Ayiko, a 22 year old queer artist and musician. I’ve always been a creative, from theatre to a film major. My dream is to keep creating, to keep telling stories, to keep sharing my art with the world and with your help i’ll be able to continue with what i love, with my passions. On the night of February the 6th, what was thought to be a routine doctor visit for severe stomach pain turned into an in-patient hospital stay. A CT-Scan revealed the source of the pain was from a rare telescoping and entanglement of the intestines, known as Intussusception. After a successful colonoscopy relieved the pain, it also revealed a lump that was removed during the procedure. Further testing by the pathology department discovered that not only was the lump cancerous but there were additional tumors that were inaccessible without open surgery. The cancer had grown into 5cm tumors and had spread to some lymph nodes. On February the 17th i went under the knife(or in this case a laser) for a robotic colectomy to remove the remaining cancer. There was very little risk in it spreading and it was one of the least aggressive cancer of its type(Neuroendocrine Tumor of the Gastrointestinal Tract). After the surgery, i will be unable to lift more than 10 lbs or walk for long periods of time, which has left me unemployed. Now in post-recovery, i gently ask the community to rally behind my family and i as we face the financial burdens of hospital bills. As a first generation immigrant i am also aware of the family back home that my parents have to look after too(in fact my father is going to visit Uganda in less than a week). That’s why we would greatly appreciate donations of any amount, as i continue my recovery and face the possibility of chemotherapy. Just sharing the link can go a long way. Thanks for reading!” -Ayiko @pretty-roach
Currently donations are at 1.2k out of a 20k goal- any & all help is appreciated, please reblog to circulate.

web of wyrd: annual energies and potential surgeries associated with the year
the outer rim of the wyrd web foretells the themes of our year ahead. today i will be covering some common surgeries that tend to occur. in no way does one number mean a single surgery type. each number can mean different surgeries - multiple surgeries - no surgery... this is just what i associate medically with these energies and i have seen correlate with other charts when surgery occurred. your lack of a number correlation with an experience below does not mean to minimize your experience. this is a general hypothesis not a fact.
tw: sensitive topics like amputation, ivf, addiction, weight, physical trauma, and end of life care are included in post.
1 (the magician): laser surgery
skill, precision, and transformation. this technique uses precision tools to create change in the body.
2 (the high priestess): diagnostic surgery
intuition, secrets, and hidden knowledge. seeks to uncover hidden issues or provide clarity about a medical condition (will be common for 2000 baby around the time doctors start recommending colonoscopies and mammograms).
3 (the empress): fertility surgery
surgeries like in vitro fertilization (IVF) or other fertility-related procedures.
4 (the emperor): orthopedic surgery
structure and stability. anything involves bones, joints, and structural support of the body, resonates with this energy.
5 (the hierophant): cardiovascular or oral surgery
what maintains order/structure in the body a.k.a. anything dealing with the heart and blood flow. oral surgery is because of this card connection to the throat and sharing of beliefs which requires the mouth - it might be time for your wisdom teeth extraction.
6 (the lovers): cosmetic or reconstructive surgery
this is often elective surgery / chosen for personal reasons related to self-image.
7 (the chariot): neurosurgery
deals with the brain and nervous system (the body's control center), which aligns with the chariot's themes of mastery and control.
8 (strength): physical rehabilitation surgery
requires a lot of resilience as muscles and tendons aren't easy to heal...
9 (the hermit): gastrointestinal surgery
involves the digestive system, relates to the internal processes and inner workings (aligning with hermit energy).
10 (the wheel of fortune): emergency surgery
often needed unexpectedly and dictated by fate, aligns with the theme of chance.
11 (justice): corrective surgery
aims to fix or balance out bodily functions or appearance, mirrors the themes of rectifying and balancing.
12 (the hanged man): organ transplant
sacrifice, suspension, and new perspectives. transplant surgery involves the sacrifice of one organ for the life of another, offering a new lease on life.
13 (death): amputation
a literal removal or ending of a part of the body, that can also lead to a transformative process of healing and adapting.
14 (temperance) : bariatric surgery
used to achieve weight balance and improve health.
15 (the devil): addiction, breast reduction, and reproductive surgery
surgeries that address addiction-related issues, such as gastric banding for overeating. but also reproductive surgery like a tubal ligation or vasectomy. any surgery where something big/open becomes small, constricted, snipped, or thinned.
16 (tower): trauma surgery
sudden upheaval, destruction, and revelation. this type of surgery is often performed in response to sudden, life-altering accidents or injuries, echoes the energies themes of sudden change and crisis.
17 (the star): reconstructive/plastic surgery
hope, healing, and renewal are themes of this energy - this surgery which restores form and function after trauma or illness, aligns with the themes of healing and rejuvenation.
18 (the moon): biopsies and tissue collections
biopsy involves extracting tissue to investigate potential issues, often when there’s uncertainty about a diagnosis or the presence of something hidden (like tumors or other abnormalities).
19 (the sun): pediatric surgery
performed on children and ensures their health and vitality, which connects with the energy's themes of life, energy, and well-being.
20 (judgment): organ transplant or some other life changing/saving surgery
life-saving surgeries, such as heart or organ transplants, can offer a second chance at life, reflecting the energy's themes of renewal and awakening.
21 (the world): making a full recovery or end-of-life care
surgeries that lead to a full recovery or decisions around end-of-life care align with the themes of closure and achieving a state of completeness found with this energy.
22 (the fool): exploratory surgery
represents the unknown. aligns with entering a medical situation without knowing what will be found.

I'm going to follow up on the fantasy-horror thoughts to be expanded Transformers, so-
Medical/Biological Horror
I haven't really seen takes about established Cybertronian medical biology and the complications with the "humans into Cybertronians" trope.
Like we see the heavy emphasis on T-cogs across the iterations and how it's deeply connected to independence, identity, and person-hood, so how about an ex-human that lacks a T-cog?
Ironically, T-cogs have a lot of emphasis on that particular organ is similar to human hearts in terms of emotional, cultural, physical, and physical capabilities and significance. Similar to how humans are capable of donating hearts to others, Cybertronians can perform an equivalent procedure with T-cogs. (On a related side note, the phenomenon of 'cellular memory' has to be extremely appalling to the mechanical species. Not in the sense of upcycling parts, but in the sense that the organs, frame, and equipment still retain the echos of the last person to the point that it influences the new body.)
Imagine that once human inside a medbay as the medics tutted and sadly inscribe their new medical file about their new monoformer status. What a shame, they said. They could have been an excellent addition to (insert whatever frame kibble visible that correlates to a function), they said. Poor thing! With that kind of extrasensory equipment, they'll be a walking target, they said.
So that monoformer with no kibble or those visible beastformer traits without the means to completely escape... What. A. Shame.
Until a random Cybertronian sees that monoformer casually wheeling around with heelies. It's easy to wave away as a reinvention of training wheels, but then they notice those heelies disappear back into the monoformer's frame. The ex-human still has no T-cog. Sweat breaks out because said ex-human had done the fucking impossible.
They're paying closer attention now. They're seeing little micro-transformations happening. The subtle signs of a frame shifting to accommodate an area or space, the way fingertips would sharpen too easily with a file or with a raw cut as a tip is used to scrape away at something, the seams expanding and contracting, so something is happening, they just can't tell...
While this can overlap with the body/psychological horror aspect, I say we should take it more extreme. There had been takes with dysphoria, particularly with the play between mechanical parts and human organs, the differences in senses, and if 'sticky sexual interfacing' is part of it, then sexual hardware of both sets.
However, what about acceptance? The exploration of feeling truly at home in your own new skin? Even if it's high-tech and something out of a sci-fi film/video game with a platform that's incomprehensible because you don't understand the language it uses, but guess what? You can download a packet to fully comprehend a new language. You may not be fluent or comfortably at ease with speaking, but you can read and understand what's being said. A possibility of delving into human disabilities that translate into something easily curable or nonexistent or have well-established accommodations in a Cybertronian framework. Something like hormonal disorders or gastrointestinal issues due to upset gut biome would be wiped clean. Poor/limited eyesight can be compensated with a visor that can't be easily removed or taken away or the additional sensors that provide environmental data. Cybertron has a form of sign language with chirolinguistics where communication is done "by stimulating the nervecircuits in the fingers, wrist and palm of their conversational partner. It seems to be fairly common to know at least a little hand." TFWiki page And it pairs well with internal comms that double as cell phones or an unique user on platform where a Cybertronian can live chat or text another.
A massive tradeoff for this kind of comfort? You now have a visible soul.
Think about it, your soul can be directly handled, as in someone can physically go mess with your most distilled sense of self.
Humanity had long debated the existence of it via philosophy, spiritually, scientifically as well. The heart is the most recent popular choice, but major historical contenders had been the stomach and the mind as well as arguments of the soul isn't found in one specific organ but rather the bridge between them.
People swear by souls and the afterlife. There are many myths and legends that involve souls. Even the most doubtful had been deeply raised in a cultural framework of the concept via media usage, figurative speech, religious imagery, and depictions in art.
That has to be the most mind-blowing and deeply unsettling reality a former human must accept.
I see the comparisons of sparkeaters to vampires as they both prey on the living, but the more apt description should be the product of Harry Potter with Dementors as those Dark creatures eat souls.
So this touches on another genre-
Supernatural Horror
Human adaptability combined with the Earth transformation myths/magic would deeply terrify modern Cybertronians as those new cybered beings don't fit the established medical reality they function with.
This can easily tie very well with expanding Cybertronian folklore of otherworldly beings of their version of fae, demons, spirits, or yōkai. Beautiful, terrible beings that mimick Cybertronians too well... unless to look closer: the shadow missing or not matching (can be tied to Unicron), conflicting kibble, EM fields too wild with a chaotic rhythm no one else can match, colors that change to suddenly, a strange wardrobe (made of deaf creatures) that ripples and warps without a breeze, an mechanimal with too much intelligence glittering in its optics...
I'm not even fully delving into the rampant chaos of ex-humans having a host of adaptations suited for tolerating far more ranges of environmental stress and disease-resistance due to the rapid evolution by organic life compared to Cybertronian fauna. Remember, humans are animals. Highly intelligent apex predators that specialize in endurance/persistent pursuit with strong social and communal behaviors, and the cleverness to suit the environment from aquatic to deserts to wetlands to forests to grasslands to tundra. Humanity found ways to not just survive but to thrive in those biomes.
This opens a potential storyline where cybered humans become Cybertron's extremophiles, so that can easily translate into those beings capable of manipulating their own selves to a multitude of frames and shapes.
The example above with the human to monoformer was a show in how transformation mechanisms could be different between the species. If T-cogs are an inherently modern Cybertronian biological trait, then cybered!Earth natives should be either throwbacks or have another approach to it.
And that's the more muted fuckery, but what about straight-up transformations that were deemed unthinkable? Where unnatural formations keep twisting upon themselves, collapsing just to rise higher and higher? The sudden appearance of not one or two extra limbs, but dozens, even hundreds without a sequence as they try to compute how the hell they pull all that mass from nowhere? Armor plating, sure and steady, then turning into a substance that swallows everything and anything as a solid becomes a liquid.
The repression technology may or may not even work as it targets the frame's T-cog. What can it do to a mecha that doesn't have one?
Another aspect overlooked is the animal-human relationship in domestication of wild animals or how communities form symbiotic relationships with different kinds of wild fauna. Combined humanity's collective love for highly dangerous creatures... Wouldn't it be absolutely sick as hell if cyber!human got a sparkeater as their companion? It's still a wild 'animal,' not a fully tame one like a domesticated animal, so they're trying to tedtalk on a human's approach to curating a stable relationship with a predatory species while the rest of the Cybertronians are basically dead-white from sheer fright.
Or on the opposite yet equally delightful spectrum of said exhuman caring for orphaned creatures that reminds them of human pets (like a bunny or a mouse), but those 'cute babies' usually cause massive structural damage to city-states and a known mech-killer. Something like a Scraplet (because, let's be real, deep in your heart, you know a person that would try to keep it as a pet and succeed at it), so their tedtalk about behavioral training, 'reasonable precautions,' and emotional/physical fulfillment is filled with scientists who's curiosity (slightly to completely) overtakes any sense of self-preservation.
#transformers#analysis#my thoughts#cybertronian culture#cybertronian biology#humans being humans#cultural misunderstandings#culture clash#cultural differences#maccadam#look if earth is uncrion then it's space Australia#it's equally reasonable to assume cyber!humans are very much Cybertronian fae/orcs/touches on folklore on otherworldly beings#magic#creature#horror#fantasy#im playing with 'Things that should frighten Cybertronians if found in their own faces'#there were dragons that were worshipped and dragons that we hunted and humans that fucked dragons#all im saying if humans found their way to prehistoric Cybertron then they would definitely be found in the Wilds#weirdly enough possible enough to fulfill certain niches to ensure Cybertron didnt go as nuclear as it had. food for thought 🤔

sasusaku month 2024 | days 1 and 3: the start of everything x hospital visits
AO3 ✍🏽https://archiveofourown.org/works/57048928
It has become a habit—Sasuke’s nightly vigil by the window.
Part curiosity: he watches people, sees them come and go, uses his honed senses for a pinprick of residual danger in the aftermath of the war. Humans are creatures of habit. The daytime shift security marshall takes a nap across the bench and waits for his partner to finish at eight. They have this secret handshake that lingers a few seconds too long. The two pediatric receptionists sneak out under the dogwood tree to eat their okonomiyaki at the nearby yatai. It’s the one that has long lines where nobody seems to be in a hurry. The novelty of a good taste. An elderly bald patient prefers to take his walk around the oval, twice and a half. Tonight, he is faster by ten minutes.
When the door to his room opens and the antiseptic cuts through the air, Sasuke is also reminded of his own ticks. He tenses just a little bit, leans forward towards his bent knee, and gives a nonchalant nod as greeting.
This is the other side. Part pretense. Pretending he didn’t notice that her shift is over a while ago and that she is late today. He had told himself earlier, that she has a life outside of her white robe and maybe she smells something other than alcohol and betadine. On some nights when she did just that, Sasuke couldn’t help but feel it again—loneliness.
Everyone in his line of sight has somewhere to go, something to do, some place to be, while he is here, in his hospital room, in an existential limbo. What will he do tomorrow? It depends on his chart. Does he have someplace to be? Where even is home? What happens when he gets discharged? Untethered, he is.
The bottom corner of Sasuke’s bed sinks as Sakura sits.
“Did you have an emergency?” he asks.
She nods. “A gastrointestinal case.” Her nose scrunches up as if reliving the memory. “It was a quick one.”
“Hn. You better go home. I heard from Naruto you’ll have an early start tomorrow.”
“Ah yes, the boring council meetings. Kakashi and Tsunade-sama insist we attend, for the transition or something.” Ever perceptive, she picks up on his brooding. “What is it?”
Sasuke shakes his head, feeling silly now. “Nothing.”
Sakura learns, over the course of their nightly conversations, to wait the silence out and carry in comfort the weight of the yet unspoken. It’s the hospital, she said to him one time, it’s the people on these beds that taught me patience while knowing that time is precious.
So eventually, he lets it go. “Great things are waiting for you. Kakashi will be hokage as will be Naruto given his birthright. And you, you’ll be the hospital director.” The green eyes staring at him glimmer at the anticipation. She has been waiting for this, he realizes. “You’ll be the best,” he adds and her smile only gets bigger.
“I know,” she tells him, “Thank you.” In that split moment, Sakura seemed unrecognizable to him. Gone is the girl who would shy away from compliments. Here in front of him now sits someone who basks in her own light.
Everyone has found their place after the war, like stepping into shoes already made for wear. What happens to an avenger? Sasuke muses. No one tells stories of the avenger who survives the battle and lives.
Sakura inches a little closer to him, the proximity of their fingers jolting him out of his self-pitous revelry. “The girl we operated on today had to have her intestines dissected and sewn together again to get rid of a tumor. It’s an invasive procedure, but I can better control her vitals than risk cutting through everywhere. Her gut lining, however, got wiped out, but it didn’t scare us one bit. Ask me why.”
“You’re treating me like your intern,” Sasuke winces, but then relents, “Why?”
“Like blood, the cells in our gut lining live under a week. They get replaced rather very quickly, a day, in three to one hundred and twenty days. About 330 billion cells get replaced daily, equivalent to about 1 percent of all our cells. In three and a half months, these would be like 300 trillion cells,” Sakura explains. “Some cells that make up our organs also get replaced, did you know that? Your esophagus, your skin, your eyelashes, your lips. They say, it takes seven years. Seven years to become a whole new you.”
Sasuke couldn’t help but look at the stump that borders his arm, one that prevents him from reaching out to tuck the stray strand that keeps on escaping her headband. “Some parts don’t grow back.”
“You’re right.” She throws both of her legs on the bed and sits under them. “Some cells regenerate very slowly—your brain, your heart—but I think it’s better that way, isn’t it? After all, they hold our memories, our feelings. I would never want to part with them.”
“It’s a dangerous thing.” Sasuke thinks back to his past, to the many unspeakable sins he committed, the wrongs he tolerated, the decisions that put him on this bed, in front of a girl he once tried to kill with the limb that is now missing. “To be promised with a new beginning.”
“It’s the universe’s way of giving chances to our bodies, I guess.” Sakura lies down completely across his bed, barely grazing his leg, her fingers gingerly dancing with the breeze from the window. “We don’t really have the power to deny life.”
Sasuke recalls this view. She is fourteen, splayed across the blanket in the middle of a clearing, and the storm has just passed. The grass is wet, and the forest is thick with the sound of crickets and frogs and buzzing of insects. The air is clear and so is the sky. The villagers said that a comet will pass by the earth after traveling for one thousand years in human time. Kakashi and Naruto are asleep while Sakura plays with the embers from the campfire, incandescent particles that burn too bright and too hot and fizzle out just as quickly but leave them with a warmth that lingers. She knows this, Sasuke realizes, that’s why she’s not afraid.
He doesn’t witness the comet’s arrival. He was busy watching it make its journey in her eyes.
“Seven years is too long,” he tells her in the hospital room.
“There’s no reason to rush now that peace is here,” Sakura assures him. “Besides, we’re not leaving Konoha anytime soon. I mean, Naruto and Kakashi, and me.”
There’s no stars tonight, and the air rides on the cusp of spring and the start of everything. Sakura is still playing with the wind, and her hair is a mess of wisps. Sasuke reaches out and tucks the persistent strands behind her ear. He doesn’t look at the window, but the moon is full tonight.

TW: Vermin infection
"Pull the tapeworm out of your ass! Hey!"
Prisoner #: ANM-634-P
Name: Sally Aníbal
Nickname: "Tapeworm Girl"
Crimes: Indecent assault, rebellion, riot, theft, arson
Number of Victims: 19
Subject Class: Anomalous | Kali 🟠
Cell Procedures: ANM-634-P, referred as "Tapeworm Girl" or just "Sally" by the personnel is to be housed in a standard humanoid containment cell reinforced with bio-resistant materials to prevent the spread of parasitic infection. The cell must be equipped with non-porous surfaces and regularly sterilized to prevent possible contamination. ANM-634-P should be provided with limited, supervised access to recreational materials, particularly those related to her fascination with heavy metal music, provided such activities do not result in behavioral escalation, personnel are not advised to enter her cell while loud music is playing.
Personnel interacting with ANM-634-P are to wear full biohazard protective gear, and contact with her face, mouth, or any exposed fluid must be strictly avoided. Any staff member exhibiting signs of gastrointestinal distress or other symptoms of parasitic infection after interaction with ANM-634-P is to be immediately quarantined and examined for tapeworm infestation.
ANM-634-P manipulation of her parasitic abilities must be constantly monitored, especially in scenarios where she perceives herself as being threatened. If aggressive behavior is exhibited, immediate isolation protocols are to be enacted, and non-lethal containment measures (e.g., tranquilizers) should be employed to prevent further spread of tapeworm-based infection.
Description: ANM-634-P subject is a humanoid young of approximately 20 years of age, standing 160 cm (5'3") tall and weighing approximately 50 kg (110 lbs). She possesses a thin physique, with light blonde hair and pale, nearly albino-like skin. The most notable anomalous feature is the texture on the right side of her face and neck, which is marred by clusters of small cavities that resemble parasitic infestations. The origin and purpose of these cavities are currently under study, though they are capable of secreting a viscous, clear fluid with unknown properties. Chemical analysis of the fluid has shown no immediate toxicity, but its connection to ANM-634-P parasitic nature is under investigation. Her left eye possesses an purple lens, which the anomaly uses as part of its style, the original color of its iris is light green.
Despite her grotesque physical appearance, ANM-634-P displays a playful and flirtatious demeanor, often unnerving staff with her teasing and exaggerated gestures. One prominent behavior is the frequent extension of her tongue, which is abnormally long (with 25cm extension). ANM-634-P takes great pleasure in unsettling personnel by engaging in what could be considered flirtatious or overly familiar behavior, although she has yet to display overtly hostile or violent tendencies toward staff under normal circumstances.
Sally has developed a preference for heavy metal music, often headbanging and altering her vocalizations to match the intensity of the music. Her cell is decorated with imagery consistent with the aesthetic of metal subcultures. When heavy metal music is played, ANM-634-P exhibits signs of increased agitation and excitement, causing her anomalous effects to become more pronounced. For example, when she starts headbanging her head violently, fluids and parasite instances are thrown everywhere.
While ANM-634-P is largely non-aggressive, she is capable of deploying an array of parasitic tapeworms, particularly when she feels threatened. These parasites target the victim's digestive system, eyes, throat, and genital areas (interior of the penis, uterus, vagina, derivatives). The infection is rapid, often resulting in the tapeworms consuming vital organs. The parasitic infestation can spreads through direct interaction with the holes on her face and neck.
When provoked, ANM-634-P infections have been observed to be fast-acting and extremely painful, often culminating in death. ANM-634-P, however, refrains from using this ability unless directly threatened, or under manipulation, showing a degree of control over her abilities.
ANM-634-P tapeworms are a unique parasitic species under her full control. These tapeworms, upon entering a host, rapidly seek out internal organs and begin consuming tissue at an accelerated rate. Once inside the body, they secrete an enzyme that breaks down soft tissue, allowing them to digest their surroundings with alarming speed. This process results in intense pain, internal hemorrhaging, and, in many cases, death if left untreated. In addition to their parasitic nature, the tapeworms have a secondary function: they increase ANM-634-P metabolic rate exponentially during their release. This surge in metabolism grants her enhanced speed, stamina, and healing speed, allowing her to evade or counterattack if needed. The tapeworms can either remain in their host to continue feeding or return to ANM-634-P body, where they retreat back into the cavities on her face and neck. Despite the gruesome nature of these attacks, ANM-634-P appears to use this ability sparingly, showing a degree of restraint.
Behavioral Analysis:
ANM-634-P displays an extroverted, playful personality with a fixation on certain Institute personnel, typically those who interact with her frequently. She often uses her appearance and demeanor to manipulate and charm individuals into granting her favors, though no violent fixation has been recorded. Despite her manipulation, she does not exhibit any long-term strategic planning and behaves in a mostly whimsical and impulsive manner.
Additionally, ANM-634-P has demonstrated a childlike fascination with specific objects and behaviors, particularly loud music, which leads to increased activity from her parasites. Metal music in particular seems to evoke strong emotional reactions from ANM-634-P, suggesting a possible connection between her anomalous nature and external stimuli such as sound.
Personnel are advised to engage with ANM-634-P carefully, minimizing personal connections or repetitive engagements to prevent her from forming unhealthy attachments or using her abilities for manipulation.
Addendum:
Sally has taken to calling herself by her nickname, "Tapeworm Girl", with apparent pride. It is unclear whether this is an intentional effort to embrace her anomalous nature or simply part of her playful personality. Further psychological evaluation is advised to determine her motivations and how best to prevent her from manipulating personnel.
Research is ongoing regarding the clear fluid secreted from her cavities, as well as the exact mechanisms by which she controls and deploys parasitic tapeworms.
The following is a list of heavy metal bands that ANM-634-P is known to listen to and engage with during her periods of increased activity:
Slayer
Slipknot
Cannibal Corpse
Black Sabbath
Pantera
Metallica
Meshuggah
Lamb of God
Gojira
Iron Maiden
Sepultura
Behemoth
Dimmu Borgir
Death
Arch Enemy
System of a Down
KoRn
These bands, known for their intense sound and aggressive themes, seem to provoke strong reactions from ANM-634-P, with certain songs causing her parasitic abilities to manifest at an very accelerated rate and more agressive, Sometimes they are able to target other parts of the body, such as the heart, bones and even the brain and muscles.

Did you give your thoughts about the colonoscopies? I would love to know your take on what was said and implied because I have some thoughts..
I almost didn’t do it but okay let’s go.
The Brolonoscopy (they pronounced it as Brolinoscopy?)
I will once more start with the puzzle piece reference. Let’s see the exact quote: “Well, the technical term is colonoscopy when a doctor explores your large intestine with a little camera to check for signs of cancer, polyps, gastrointestinal abnormalities, missing puzzle pieces. It could be anything.” Okay, with all the objectivity I can master, the possibility of this being a throw-away statement and not a reference to their own old video is, very seriously, below 1%. Let’s start from what the joke is on the surface. The superficial joke is the weird objects people insert in their rectum for sexual gratification. But why say puzzle pieces of all things? I don’t think I need to explain why a puzzle piece has a shape that is not meant to offer any pleasure but is sure to cause huge discomfort. Nobody (I hope) would like the idea of sticking a puzzle piece up there = 0% pleasure, 100% cuts and pain. So why go with puzzle pieces and not a million other objects that would have a more reasonable shape? Furthermore, notice that it is the ONLY irrelevant item Rhett mentions. He says cancer, polyp, other health abnormalities… and MISSING PUZZLE PIECES. He jumps to it straight away. It is not part of a series of items that have no business in your butt. He just says this one, in specific, all alone and nothing else. Lastly, of course this quote is from the scripted intro. No incoherence, no thoughtless blabbering. Scripted intentional statement.
The Link butt flashing is nothing truly important, it’s a throwback, Link had also done it in the brosectomy. Rhett looked the other way but there was also a cut there lol
I love how butt flashing Link thought Rhett was being indecent because a little bit of the shoulder was showing 😂
Let’s go to drugged up Rhett. The things he says are: a) using buttplugs regularly, b) eating a lot of hotdogs (although when sane he has said he doesn’t often opt for actual hot dogs), c) a man fond of looking and entering the asshole (although when sane he identified as a vagina fan man). So he spoke of three things and all were associated with anal sex and more so gay anal sex (hot dog). I think at some point Link’s embarrassment almost became genuine. There’s more to be said here but I will come back to this later.
Rhett was somehow so endearing when he was mumbling how Link complains about everything except peanut butter.
Link makes it clear he’s fine with something going up his dookie shoot.
Overall, sedated Link is more of a normally sedated person than Rhett was and there is stuff to be said about it. But first, let’s talk about the normal stuff: when Link is brought to during the colonoscopy, he initially is antsy, has discomfort, asks repeatedly if the doctor found anything bad, tries to move. Those reactions were normal. The only not normal one up to this point was wanting to canoe down a colon… But, again, there’s a lot more to be said.
“I’m glad we saved ourselves for each other and broke the seal together” intentional joke when Rhett was fully awake.
Link also said something like “I spent all my life with a cone up my ass” probably a metaphor of repression.
And now: THE REAL PART
As a person who has had an endoscopy with anaesthesia (maybe more than a regular dosage), a relative who had one with half the typical dosage of anaesthesia and a thug relative who did it with NO anaesthesia, in case you are young and vibrant and healthy, which I very much hope so, and have not undergone such a procedure yet, let me tell you something: regarding many parts of their incoherent sedation, THAT’S NOT HOW BEING INCOHERENT DURING SEDATION WORKS.
Link commented in the end of the video that he was more out of it than Rhett was and Rhett disagreed due to all the insane stuff he had said, for which he took no responsibility. The thing is, Link was telling the truth and perhaps intentionally. He was more out of it than Rhett. “Out of it” here means being more sedated and therefore more incapable of communicating or talking. And certainly NOT saying sexual and other supposedly crazy stuff with extraordinary detail. There is proof for that in the video, as spoken by the doctor, which was not edited out.
The doctor said Rhett took less medicine than the typical dosage is and, you know, doctors have the tendency to minimize pain anyway. Which means that for the doctor to be impressed that Rhett handled it so well, he was in fact not all that drugged up. The dosage that was given to him was apparently enough to numb the pain / discomfort but he was pretty conscious for most of the time. Compare it to Link, who was given more medicine and when they tried to wake him as much as Rhett, he had discomfort, was making motions and asking the doctor questions about his health. Link’s state was making a lot more sense. There are several cuts and edits during Rhett’s colonoscopy but in general I feel like he took one up for the team (literally) so that he would say certain things under the cover of incoherence. Like they said, they asked the doctor to use the minimum drug dosage so they could be as alert and conscious as possible - apparently Rhett was able to tolerate a lower dosage that inevitably made him remain more alert for a longer time. Bodies are different. In any case, Rhett took much less drug than his doctor expected him to need, which means he was able to communicate well and maintain an unusual level of consciousness during such a procedure. Besides all the sex jokes he made with full phrases, this is more obvious in the “Jessie” question. Here’s how sedation works: if you are in the state that you don’t remember your mother for example, you definitely also don’t remember the lyrics of an obscure song you listened to once. End of story. What happens with Rhett here is exactly that. He supposedly is incapable of remembering his wife but he has no problem remembering… let’s analyse this.
Doctor: So, Rhett, who’s Jessie? You got a tattoo.
Link: That’s his favourite proctologist.
Rhett: You’re talking about Jesse Pinkman?
Doctor: We got Jessie on your right buttcheek.
Rhett: … he was the right hand man of Walter White in Breaking Bad.
Link: No, they are talking about your wife, dude.
Rhett: Jesse James was a…
(Irrelevant chatter about endoscope going in.)
Nobody:
Rhett: Jussie Smollet was a…
Link: No, let’s not talk about him.
Also look:
Look at him. He is pretty alert. He looks at Link when he talks to him, he is wide-eyed, he raises his head. He also repeatedly looked to his right (our left) during the Jessie conversation. This was a bit. Perhaps the various Jessies were written on a paper there because he could have a problem remembering them on his own. When the endoscope was inserted, he was like “oh yeah hehe there it is, hello, ask for consent maybe hehe”. It’s funny, it’s inappropriate but IT IS NOT incoherent. It was a sex joke very suitable to the situation. He knew what he was saying at all times. Therefore, no matter how numbed he was, he was not enough to forget his own wife or repeatedly ignore the cues Link and the doctors gave him about her, all while listing a sidekick character from a show, a notorious bandit from the American civil war and a controversial but little known gay actor who staged an assault against himself and has mythomanic tendencies.
Link emphasises on the bit by saying to the doctor: “ I wonder if he’s gonna remember his wife when he wakes up. Because he certainly remembered every other Jessie he’s ever heard about”.
Like, okay? Trust me on this. Anaesthesia doesn’t work like selective amnesia. And few very particular amnesias work like remembering the obscure thing and forgetting the pivotal one.
This. Was. A. Bit.
And even Link’s embarrassment is parts real, parts a bit. Like, emphasising on how Rhett can’t think of anything besides buttholes.
Meanwhile, Link’s eyes are half-lidded and whenever the endoscope moves he tries to move and the nurses stop him. He’s on a bigger dosage and he’s more sensitive to this procedure than Rhett. Honestly, Link is just way more normal, I don’t know if Rhett was that hell of a champ or there was crazy editing going on. But Link is brought at some point more to as well. And then he says this:
“You know, Rhett, I am glad you are here for me. Why don’t we hold hands?” *Editing with a lot of stuff about polyps, business decision etc, at this point Link communicates well too* “I am so grateful that I get to have something shoved deep into my colon, in your presence… because you know that’s what life is all about.” Throughout this monologue, Link also looks somewhere at Rhett’s left and he is a little robotic. Maybe he was reading as well. This, too, was a bit.
And just like with all recent videos, this has similar vibes to another one. Let’s go back to the We Dug A Medium Sized Hole. As Rhett and Link dig with their shovels, Link says;
“You know, there is nothing I’d rather be doing now than digging a hole. Seriously, this is exactly what I want to be doing. And there’s no one else I would rather be digging a hole with.”
That’s all from me, you said you had thoughts as well, if they are additional or different, I would love to read them!

finally got some answers on my stomach/gastrointestinal pain, nausea, and other symptoms:
i've got a gallstone stuck somewhere and it looks like they wanna do surgery to remove my gallbladder. it's not necessary to live, so i don't mind. i'm trans so the thought of surgery doesn't scare me- i just want to stop being in constant pain. fatty liver disease will be an easy thing to treat for me, i already don't eat red meat or dairy, so i just have to cut out some fried foods and whatnot. however this explains why i've felt like hell and couldn't figure out why!!! it explains why i've been waking up out a of a dead sleep with nausea. it explains why i have constant pain in my torso
this is why i have been under the weather lately. the pain in my abdomen has been getting worse. i can't really stand for long periods of time or walk very far. i've been having to rely on dramamine (meclizine version) because i have not been prescribed any antiemetics. it has been getting harder for me to eat anything. staying hydrated has been a challenge as well. i have no idea how long this has been going on for but its gotten very bad lately, so i'm glad they're taking matters seriously. i have some more procedures scheduled coming up as well as the surgery:
hopefully these tests will provide more answers
