I’d give anything for him to have just called Carmy when he was on that bridge and for him to have answered and for Carmy to change his mind. Oh my god I’m so- like oh my god? This show. I can’t.

EP7 ; Final Thoughts - Another good episode!! Very balanced which I like, the character centered episodes feel very heavy but I still love them. I'm just happy that we got a little bit of a second to breathe!! I think it’s cool how they’re doing the beef on the side, like so cool! I never thought of that as an option. Because it’s true the neighborhood would probably miss their local sandwich spot! I liked this episode a lot :) Carmy can go fuck this episode, though he’s in the dog house and I hope Syd leaves to teach him a lesson! (& it makes him realize he loves her!!!)

EP10/S3 ; Overall Final Thoughts -

IM CRYING omggggg omg omg omg omg omg omg the whole thing with the boss had me in actual tears. In order to wrap this up we had to fully understand why carmen is how he is, are you all catching my drift here? I cant wait for S4!!! I feel it that SydCarmy will happen, I know that chefkids will put it in to words because their brain is much bigger then mine - but wow wow and wow. i just adore how gentle and kind she is. when feyre says that elain still held so much hope during their poorer days my heart swelled for her. she sees the best in everyone. even her doing something like making the solstice dinner or making feyre's birthday cake is just so kind of her 🥹 shes just a beam of sunshine and it really rubs off on everyone around her

ooooo this is tough... the moment she earns her "kingslayer" title has to be up there. she is *so* fiercely protective of the ones she loves and i cant wait to see this highlighted again in her book. another one has to be when she shrieks in laughter after nesta insults her. she has such an intriguing humour that i cant wait to see more of (elain shotting whiskey??!? miss gorl is about to be an absolutely menace at rita's with the ic)

again i have a few here... i love the idea that she has life powers - the opposite of nesta's death powers. the idea that as a human she was so talented in nurturing plant life translating into extraordinary fae healing abilities excites me... which plays into her reviving the dusk court's dead land. i also really think she's going to explore beneath the 3rd sister peak (thanks eris) and discover the weapons and other things hidden beneath Ramiel.

was catching up with my gOrL cousins earlier via chat and we realized how we hv so many kwentos to share with each other as it has been so long since we had a get together. we just got caught up with each of our own respective lives so we havent rlly had the time to plot our schedule and meet up in person. anyway, while we were catching up, we also realized that there are a lot of good things that are happening to us so we rlly have to see each other soon and just pour our hearts out.

💐moose and i hv been working on sa own company namin, and today, we got to close yet another deal with a huge client (((an international one!))) ♡ i wasnt rlly able to keep it to myself earlier when we were having our breakfast shoot by the beach. i squealed with delight when moosey messaged me that they responded to our proposal and they said yes to it! waaaaaahhh we're so happy! we'll be ironing the details when i get back from my werq trip but moosey already did reach out na to our soon-to-be employees.

employees—i cant believe we will be onboarding and handling our own people na. omg. life is rlly amazing! big g is rlly amazing! this is all because of big g!! HUHUHUHU.

💐im getting a sewing machine! grandma messaged pala around midday, asking me if i hv a smol sewing machine. i missed her call and message bc i was supah dupah busy with our shoots and wtvr. as that is the case, i called her right away when i read her message. i called dibs on the sewing machine that she sent a photo of on our chat. apparently, oir neighbor gave it to grandma. it is new but our neighbor just doesnt hv the time to sit and learn it so shes not rlly sure if it still werqs. lol.

im gonna take my chance with it though. ive been wanting to learn how to use a sewing machine. over the pandemic, i practiced sewing by hand and i enjoyed it so much! ive been putting off buying a sewing machine bc im worried im gonna get overwhelmed and then izz just gonna end up as a clutter sa house. hehe. so now that i got a free one, a cute smol one, i feel like there's lil to no pressure for me so to say that im excOited is surely an understatement 🥰🎉 wahahahahahaha. yay!!

Hi as someone whos played Dragon Raja for a good amount of time (but not really much anymore whoops) i can tell you what features are the same or very similiar in Life Makeover for people who might have not played.

The housing feature. Both games feature pretty much the same housing mechanic where you can even build your house from scratch and visit friends. Tho the food mechanic is different bc i don't remember being able to eat at home (no baths either) but there is a hunger mechanic in dragon raja where you get boosts for eating and lose the ability to dash when hungry (theres also a chef job there so anyone who takes it can make their own food or give it to others)

In fact a lot of the furniture items are the exact same (theres a rug you can unlock that i also have in my dragon raja home)

The ability to repair furniture either urself or with a service and having players as i think a butler? Doesnt exist in LM like it does in DR tho i think they are introducing a roommate feature or something?

Character Customization - now its been a hot second since i touched Dragon Raja's character maker so i dont remember every feature but the two different types of gorl u can pick is the exact same....they just took out the male player option youd get in dragon raja (but dont let that stop you, i see you and i suppoet u keep going) also this is probably why pointy ears exist u can do it in dragon raja too

Guild costs real money to make....yes if you wanted to make your own guild it costs real money. I did this in Dragon Raja TWICE! i was used to being able to have a guild of just me and my gf and maybe a friend in other mmos that the auto combine and disbanding if under performing was new to me and our guild got merged with a random one....

I cant say for sure if this carried over bc i joined the first english guild i could get into

Auto joining guilds! Yup this happens in both! If you see a guild you want to apply to or know the name apply fast! Or get used to leaving guilds until you can join or make your own....

Weird translations and unmatching subs.....you get used to it....i feel like it was worse in dragon raja this seems to plague a lot of mobile games anyway

Dyeing system! Id say its MUCH better here where in DR you not only need the special currency for dyeing things the colors you unlocked were always random so youd have to keep going.....while you do unlock one random palette on extending in LM you're still free to unlock as much as u want (and its not one color per either)

Lots and lots of currencies and such....yup....at least theres not a lot of stuff taking up invo space you have to manage

ok so Lucy's character was not explored at all, just kinda taking care of the baby on the side until gru goes on the mission with the baby.

and then the gorls didn't age at all even tho the baby seems to be at least a year old. oh and they didn't get character development either. except margo was bullied :"( why did they do that to her :"( yeah no Edith being badass or Agnes being baby either. I mean kinda? Agnes got to see her baby goat again at the end and that was cool. but that was it, unfortunately.

ok what about the villain? ooooh cool design! aaaaaaaand boring plot. ok well I mean it was a funny back story with gru stealing his song at the school talent show, but like. that's the most interesting thing I can remember. like what did he even do... oh it was cool that he communicates to cockroaches n shit. that was cool af. dude I was so fucking hyped for stinky bug villain but no. I got stinky plot.

ok what about the baby? yeah no the baby hates gru and loves Lucy haha and the baby likes gru only if he's being a villain. idk man it was cool but I kinda feel like he was overhyped for his role in the movie.

ok what about Gru? well yeah he was gruing around. but not really. I mean kinda...? there was no real crisis for him tho, he didn't have to choose between villainy or his family or even anything really. his goal was kind of ambiguous.

ok what about the minions? I have no strong opinion, they were definitely minions. they weren't even as funny tho. if anything, I realized maybe they represent the working class, the lowly proletariat. its more scary when you think about how "minionese" is just a bunch of languages mashed up (English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, French, Russian, Italian, Japanese, Korean) and there are theories that certain people at the top are mixing all the races to dumb everyone down into a slave. I think that if that's really happening, then the plan is going to backfire, because mixing races makes people stronger and more resilient against a broader spectrum of problems. Anyway it became apparent that the minions represent the working class because they were seen working for the good guys after a life of crime. too much to articulate, not enough care to bother with it.

ok what about the themes of the movie? I really don't know. I have no fucking idea. I thought it was gonna be family or commitment or something but I really have no clue. um I guess uh... ... ... ... ... holding on to a grudge wastes time? I mean yeah cause the cockroach guy was very upset about his song getting stolen, but gru could've chosen to be upset about getting pantsed in school. but he took revenge instead, and the cockroach guy just couldnt stand the taste of his own medicine. so he lives his life alone and miserable (not implying being single by choice is miserable. y'all are lucky and smart) while gru doesn't let that past experience bother him and he lives doing the things he loves with the people he loves. but other than that yeah I have no fucking clue.

maybe I was high but idk, the whole movie just seemed very uh.. hmmm... idk the word for this, but yknow those sketches where you erased and drew over the part over and over again? and then the paper gets worn out and thin and grey because you kept erasing? yeah that. that's what the plot and basically the whole movie felt like.
