I think what Baiken smokes is absolutely just tobacco but she also carries around like just a baggie for days that are just especially fucked and she needs to zonk out for like. An hour.

She needs some strong stuff though because she's been alive for so long and did so much that she's more or less immune to the normal stuff. She had a "special" brownie once by accident and felt literally nothing. Anji goes to some strange places for Baiken's weed. The seller calls it something bombastic like "devil's grass" or "blood high" or some shit but Baiken smokes it like its a vape.

She stops when Delilah shows up though because Delilah says that the smell just REALLY messes with her.

Delilah tried sneaking a puff off of Baiken's pipe once, nearly coughed up a lung. It wasn't even weed. Baiken didn't punish her because she was too busy laughing, which was somehow worse.
