I love wizard protagonists in Discworld because they are literally THE post-exams mood. Every time the apocalypse happens they’re like “Ah. I memorised this for a test once 😔” and then still have no idea what to do because the university doesn’t teach them to apply that knowledge.

Victor and Rincewind are going through life with the same “Duh, I learned it from a source in a Year 6 practice reading comprehension SATs paper, keep up.” knowledge as us and I think it’s brilliant.

Me, repeatedly telling numerous doctors over and over again that my pain is not a new things and unlikely to have been caused by stress from my GCSE’s because I’ve been experiencing this pain since I was eight and I did not know what GCSEs were back then

Apologies if I go radio silent over the next month or so; GCSEs are trying to murder me. I now have a stack of flashcards thicker than a 3-in-1 edition of LOTR and the overwhelming desire to set my physics textbook on fire.

Got my gcse exam results today. When I saw them, I had a panic attack, cried a bit, decided that it's not that bad, and am now looking at a levels that seem more interesting than the ones I wanted to do before. Never thought I'd say this, but I'm glad I didn't get the grades I wanted

gcses started this week (my first exam is tomorrow), and during a computer lesson, in which all of my coursework is done, i searched up 'were Gerald Croft and Eric Birling Gay', and AO3 was the first result...

I am not sure, if I should bemore surprised at "squiffy twink", or at the fact that my school bans reddit, but you can still get on AO3...
