actually I think Eggman admitting that Stone was his friend was the perfect way to go. bro has not copped to an Emotion™ in years, he's not gonna go directly to confessing love, dying or undying. admitting that he felt anything for another human being was just enough to show he cares perhaps more than he says but not so much that it seems out of character

I KNOW I made him too skinny in the first pic I was going for a Sonic Boom art style because all the Boom designs I see (I ADORE them btw) match Chappell's fit in the single cover.
