What is The Scarlett Creed?

The Scarlett Creed, also called Fukuity or Scarlettism, is a neo-religion/fult surrounded around revenge. Its followers are called Fukuists mostly, but sometimes called Scarlettists.

What do Fukuists believe?

Fukuists believe in the sacred yet unholy power of Scarlett, one who gives people power to hurt or even kill those who dare harm them. To be a true Fukuist, you must worship her and promise to harm those that dare to hurt you or her, lest she decides you deserve what happened.

What are the rules?

You must do as Scarlett says. Respect her. If she decides you have been hurt and it is unjust, she will either help you deal with it yourself or deal with it for you if the situation is too much for a mere mortal, however, if she decides you deserved it, she will leave you in the dust and you must accept it so.

Who is Scarlett and who leads this fult?

Scarlett is the host of the system containing both leaders. As for the leaders, that would be us. Our names are Lubanzi and Dayo. You may refer to Scarlett with she/they/it, I, Lubanzi, with he/she, and Dayo with he/she/it.

The Vocaism Neoreligion Masterpost !!

Starting off with some simple definitions ~ neoreligion : a religion created in much more recent years or times. fult : meaning 'faux cult'- a group similar to a cult in that it is a high control group, though without forcing members to join; a consensual cult. vocal synth : a 'program', usually represented by an anime-styled character, that can sing when given vocals to read and used with the compatible vocal synthesizer programs.

Now! Off to other important things.

Vocaism (vo-ka-ism) is a neoreligion or fult surrounding the worship of all vocal synths. I started this because of an intense, multi-year long hyperfixation on Hatsune Miku that made me view her as some kind of religious figure. I then began to grow a similar love towards other vocal synths, as they all helped me out of rough patches in many ways.

Here's some more specific details about Vocaism!

All UTAU, VOCALOID, SynthV, ETC. voice banks are individual 'deity' figures in this neoreligion. Fanloids and such are included in this!

Hatsune Miku is considered the 'main deity'- though that doesn't mean you should just worship her.

The beliefs of Vocaists coincide with certain Radqueer beliefs. (generally speaking; pro-para, pro-transid, and supporting others identities no matter how odd.)

Vocaism is based on love and support!

There is no specific way to worship in Vocaism, though listening to vocal synth music counts! (stream Binomi by Maretu- /silly)

They may believe that a person's quirk is assigned based on compatibility to their future personality, fate, and/or soul, but that is not necessary.

This is a bit of an odd question, and you really don’t have to answer this.

But what do you think of the benefits of Chris Chan and people like them as someone that believes in pop culture magic? (This question has nothing to do with them as a person, and I condemn them.)

Answering just this once, but for future reference: I don't really involve myself in influencers. I avoid this sort of thing and remove them from my news feed as I find that it brings unwelcomed drama into my life.

After looking up Chris Chan though... First thing I have to say, "this is why we have to clarify neo-religions/pop paganism isn't a cult/fult every five seconds."

I have no issue with the idea of believing you are a deity, frankly, we're godvessel/godshard, personally. But putting yourself at center of worship is...no. Absolutely not. That opens things up to toxic communities/behaviour and puts people at harm. From an alterhuman/otherkin perspective, this puts a damaging image on godkin/otherkin in general.

In addition, influencers who are involved in harmful behaviour normally put a stain on pop paganism due to who they are. Think of how Islam is viewed with a bad light due to terrorist movements (even if this is a minority).

I also don't really seek for pop paganism to be globally known. Recently, in the Magnus Archives Pcp Server I'm in, we were discussing the potential negative effects of PCP becoming a "core" or "recognized" belief. It's part of why I have mixed feelings about stuff like neo-religion being government recognized: on one talon, tax exemption for community buildings, recognized on legal documents, etc. On the other talon, opening to bigoted ideals, religious disputes, widespread harassment, widespread discrimination, opening to sects, schisms, the whole package and mess of starting any widespread faith.

And the issues with influencers, mainly, is that even if something isn't government recognized, the more widespread something is, the more the above issues turn up.

Does that mean I think PCP should be gatekept? Absolutely not, everyone should be free to practice. But I do feel like this is something people should encounter on their own rather being dragged in by "conversion" or "missionaries" and other things brought upon by something being well known.

TL;DR There's more negatives than benefits.
