Y’all remember that scene in SoN when Percy punched a bookcase cus he remembered smth abt annabeth and then forgot it and got frustrated? I just realized how fucking scared hazel and frank must’ve been in that scene, like at that point in time they didn’t know him very well, they’d only been with him for a few days + he had amnesia so even he didn’t know much about himself. So all they saw was this scary, strong, godlike 16-17 year old with a weird and frankly disturbing fighting style punch this book case out of no where while looking pissed and (probably) breathing heavily, so just imagine what they were thinking, they probably thought Percy was about to fucking murder them or flood the city bc he got some super important memory about his life that told him they were his enemy or something, I mean hell the lares at camp Jupiter were calling him “graecus” from day 1 and his father was basically a walking red flag, also at this point in time neither frank or hazel were very strong, frank couldn’t shapeshift and was relatively new to fighting as a whole and hazel hadn’t mastered her powers as much or learned how to use the mist, so if Percy did attack them they were most likely fucked

There’s probably a better smarter way to word this thing but it’s like 4 am for me rn and I’ve had this on my mind for months and just needed to get it out

Whenever I think of Camp Jupiter.. I just get so.. mad. Knowing that even after 11 years of Jason's sheer service, even after the fact that he dedicated his whole life to Rome at the age of 2, a ripe CHILD, a BABY, nobody even cared to look for him even 6 months after his disappearance..??

Nobody went "I miss Jason!" Like everyone did in Camp half blood for Percy, even the hunters of Artemis went out of their way to look for him. Jason's "friends" Dakota or Gwendolyn never spared a glance at his direction, his friendship with Reyna was fractured because of communication issues, etc.

Camp Jupiter was, realistically NOTHING without Jason (and Reyna duh) yet they have the audacity to neglect him.

And then they cheaply "made up" for it by giving him some grand state funeral. What's the point? His body was wrapped in an expensive silk, but his soul left that world feeling useless and unwanted. An expensive fancy funeral isnt going to change that.

His funeral was dark and empty, because not a single one of his Greek friends could make it.

Jason Grace was doomed to be chained to the clutches of the soulless camp of Rome till the very end. Like Michael Varus said "born a roman, die a roman"

Camp Jupiter was more or less a dystopian society covered up with beautiful architecture. Like shiny fake gold that wears off its glow.

i have suddenly become obsessed with a theme that HoO established but never proceeded to extrapolate on, which is:

theres lots of underrated and underestimated characters in pjo but absolutely no one does it like Frank Zhang. My man is descended from not one, but two major gods, was so good at archery that he was convinced he was descended from another god, can LITERALLY turn into ANIMALS, went from Probatio to Praetor in less than 2 months, and had his life force tied to a peice of wood because he was deemed too powerful by a literal GODDESS. if frank isn't your favorite or most interesting character that makes sense, everyone has their favorites, but I'm sick of people acting like he's not one of, if not the, most powerful demigods in the series

After some time, jasons ambrosia started to taste like food from camp half blood again i am crying

Leo has a giant nerf gun

Piper is the best at mario cart (even better than leo) and generally beats everyone at everything when they have video game nights

Hazel and Piper make diy makeup together

Jason has a soft spot for scented candles (piper and leo always gift him some)

The only thing stopping him from going after her were those around him

Nico can feel her soul slowly disappearing

He can't bare to look Nico in the eyes for saving him and not Annabeth

Frank and Jason beat themselves up for her death because they couldn't fly down to her

Piper can feel Percy losing hope in love

She knows he they never got to tell one another

The first time Percy saw Chiron cry was when he heard the news about Annabeth, he makes sure she has the best shroud, she was like a daughter to him

Thalia goes on a hunt into the Underworld demanding Annabeth to be brought back

Hades looks at her and feels the pain she's going though, he looks at his niece dressed in punk clothes and mascara and eyeliner flooding her face

Grovers heartbroken, even though he was able to save Thalia he knew it was top good to be true, he would.always be the satyr who lost a demigod on the way back, he just didn't expect it to be the 7 year old girl who depended on him

The Athena cabin are now told how their oldest sister went head first into where Arachne lived, and brought her into Tarterus along with her self and her brave sacrifice

When Athena found out she let out a silent tear, she truly did love her daughter however even though she was the goddess of wisdom, she still had no idea of how to show it

She then summoned back the invisibility cap and Annabeths leather necklace

She now keeps the hat on her throne at olympus and a reminder of her favourite daughters bravery

The necklace was mailed to Annabeths father who now wears it every single day

Her mortal family are obviously devastated, even more at the fact that they never had a chance to say goodbye or burry her body as it was lost in tarterus

The camp seems to be darker without Annabeth around

Annabeth then goes on to Elysium, where she's greeted by Charlie, Silena, Luke (who she gives the cold shoulder to), Ethan, Bianca and everyone else

Hoo Boys x Reader Headcanons You Come Home Covered In Bruises

Percy Jackson would go batshit insane. Someone is dying. The man would literally kill a god for his friends. He'd sit you down and demand to know who hurt you. Whoever hurt you would be dead. Percy would absolutely make sure you were okay first. If you insisted that no one hurt you, he would threaten to kill a rock or a door or whatever you claimed caused the bruising. No one touches a friend of Percy Jackson. No one especially touches his lover.

Jason Grace would panic. How on Earth could something else be powerful enough to give you that much bruising? He'd stay calm, obviously. But internally, he'd be a wreck. He'd pull you aside and ask you if you were okay. He'd reassure you that no one was mad at you and you weren't going to get in trouble for anything you did. You're safe with him. He'd never be mad at you. He'll find whoever hurt you and try to talk to them peacefully first.He'd try to do things the right, Roman way. Going through the law. But the second they say something rude to him or about you, it's over, no more diplomatic Jason. Whoever touched you would have hell to pay. If you insisted that no one hurt you, and that you had some sort of accident, he'd laugh it off with you. Jason would still be worried, though. He'd make sure you were okay, insisting you go to the infirmary just in case.

Leo Valdez would try to play it off, hoping it was just an accident. How could anything intentionally hurt such a sweet, caring person? Once it hits him that you're genuinely hurt, he's dropping everything to take care of you. There's nothing more important to him than you. You won't be walking anywhere or lifting anything until you are 100% better. He'll definitely have a chat with anyone who hurts you or tries to ask you to do anything more laborious than breathing. And threatening arson. He wouldn't ever actually light anyone on fire, but they don't know that. He'd liter your face with kisses and a gentle one on each individual bruise.

Frank Zhang would drop to his knees when he sees you, taking your hands in his and pressing them to his lips. He'd insist you tell him what happened, his eyes pleading for you to tell him that you're okay. He'd believe whatever you told him instantly, no second thoughts. He'd definitely try to report whoever hurt you, trying to avoid direct conflict. But if he saw someone hurting you, they're getting mauled. He'd defend you until the end. But he'd much rather avoid conflict.
