I’m just at a lost for words. I need to scream and cry but I feel like I don’t have the privilege to because I have the privilege to not be bombed in my own home. I have struggles and pain but it’s nothing. It’s nothing. Palestinians are losing their hope. They have accepted death and I understand why they would. The world has turned its back to them. We are o Lu just now seeing some countries try to help but it’s never enough. The United States is a settler colony helping a settler colony by repeating their genocide against our indigenous peoples to the indigenous Palestinians. They want destruction and I say we all either don’t vote or vote 3rd party. We need action. If that action is scaring Joe Biden I say we do it. If the action is hoping we get called to war so we can turn against this country to help the Palestinians on the ground I say we do it. Palestine is destroyed. They can rebuild and I will be one of the first to help them but they need to be alive to do so. We need to come together as a people to help.

This world hates us being together. It’s why being “loyal” to your country is such a a huge selling point for right wing governments and politicians. Loyalty to them is hating other countries and people who don’t like the country they live in. It’s why the settlers in Israel that don’t agree with the occupation are looked down upon or threatened with jail or even put in jail. Sympathy and grief shows that you support those hurt and they hate that. It’s not rage or racism that they teach you to make sure you stay loyal to them. We need to move faster. Palestine is dying everyday and everyday it’s getting worse.

Ahlam Hilles has a family consisting of his father Suleiman Hilles, his mother, Sanaa Hilles, his brother Ahmed, 24 years old, his sister Asmaa, 20 years old, and his sister Aya, 18 years old. They initially lived in the Al-Shujaiya neighbourhood in the north of the Gaza Strip. When the genocide broke out, according to him, his father's house was completely destroyed.

They were forced to move to Khan Yunis city to their friend's house. Then, they were forced to move to Rafah and again to Deir Al-balah when the bombing got worse.

They were forced to live in a tent made of cloth and plastic in very difficult and unhealthy conditions. They couldn't even find a mattress to sleep on, or cooking gas, or any of the necessities of life like food, water, hygiene and etc.

Please help this family in getting the freedom and peace that they need.

Yesterday, he was at a tent cafe when all of the sudden an isreal air strike hit and killed him.

Medo was only 19 years old

He wanted to go to the United States for school to become a psychiatrist.
