In „Oltréé“ von @boardgameboxpublishing spielt man einen von maximal vier Rangern. Aufgabe ist es, die Burg in der Mitte des Spielplans mit Ressourcen aus den umliegenden Dörfern wiederaufzubauen. Die erhält man allerdings nur, wenn man sich um deren Probleme kümmert. Zudem hat der Lehnsherr auch noch Aufgaben, die man erfüllen soll. Ach ja, und die Chronik schreitet voran und ändert so das Spielgeschehen. Die Tutorial-Chronik hat uns fast den Spielspaß genommen, denn alles ging unfassbar schnell, und wir wussten gar nicht so recht, was wir tun sollen. Mit der ersten langen Chronik hat sich das aber geändert. Die Mechaniken fügen sich gut zusammen, der taktische Planungsanspruch ist hoch, aber machbar, und wir hatten richtig viel Spaß. Die Präsentation des Spiels ist super gelungen, uns gefällt das Artwork total. Wir sind gespannt, wie sich die anderen Chroniken spielen und ob diese vom Anspruch her alle fordernd sind. Dazu gibt es dann einen seperaten Beitrag. Habt ihr es schon gespielt? Wie sind eure Meinungen? 🇬🇧 In "Oltréé" you play one of a maximum of four rangers. The task is to rebuild the castle in the middle of the game board with resources from the surrounding villages. However, you only get them if you take care of their problems. In addition, the feudal lord also has tasks to be fulfilled. Oh yeah, and the chronicle advances and so the gameplay changes. The tutorial chronicle quickly took the fun out of the game because it all happened incredibly fast and we didn't really know what to do. But that changed with the first long chronicle. The mechanics fit together well, the tactical planning is high but doable, and we had a lot of fun. The presentation of the game is super successful, we really like the artwork. We are curious to see how the other chronicles play and whether they are all demanding in terms of claim. Bought some 2HP drum modules to inject some rhythmic goodness into my music. First play with them and I am definitely happy. This is the A154/155 sequencing Pluck, and generating all the triggers for Kick, Snare, and Hats, as well as another sequencer that is changing the sequence length occasionally for more interest. All this going into Aikido mixer, and then into my main board. I then adlib over it with Nord piano. Fun :-)

Kolejne minuty przechodzenia najnowszego, ogromnego rozszerzenia do gry Celeste stworzonego przez społeczność fanów. Tym razem na ogień poszło 19 kolejnych rund z kolejnego poziomu trudności - tzw. “Intermediate Lobby”. Udało mi się tej nocy to skończyć. Jestem nadal zachwycony jak bardzo dopracowane są to levele, choć zdarzyła się przynajmniej jedna, która mi się nie za bardzo podobała mechanicznie. Oczywiście graficznie i muzycznie wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik. Tym razem, w przeciwieństwie do poprzednich zmagań nie natrafiłem się na żadne zagadki logiczne, przez co zamiast zaplanowanych czternastu godzin na tę przygodę udało mi się ją ukończyć znacznie szybciej - w nieco ponad dziewięć. Teraz zrobię sobie mały odpoczynek i będę dalej próbować przechodzić to arcydzieło. Choć możliwe, że zacznę już nieco przycinać nagrania, jeżeli będą mi poszczególne poziomy zabierać za dużo czasu. Zobaczymy.

#letsplay / #genesia Facts: 👱🏽1-5 Player ⏳20mins per Player 🏁14+ 🛠️Civ-Game with Card-drafting 🏢@super.meeple / Citizen Games / Giant Roc 🇬🇧 In Genesia, the goal is to be the dominant clan on the game board at the end of three epochs and achieve the most victory points. The 5 playing cards of each epoch are drafted and played in 3 phases: Growth, expansion and attack. The plastic parts for clans and cities are useful. The illustrations on the more than 100 cards, are very nicely done. The instructions are also easy to understand and leave no questions unanswered.👍 Genesia hasn't convinced me yet. Tactically successful, but it feels like you're moving troops rather than building a real civilization. Still, a solid connoisseur's game. 🧐👏 🇩🇪 In Genesia geht es darum, am Ende von drei Epochen die vorherrschende Sippe auf dem Spielplan zu sein und am meisten Siegpunkte zu erreichen. Die 5 Spielkarten jeder Epoche werden gedraftet und in 3 Phasen ausgespielt: Wachstum, Expansion und Angriff. Die Plastikteile für Sippen und Städte sind zweckmäßig. Die Illustrationen auf den über 100 Karten dagegen sind sehr hübsch gemacht. Auch die Anleitung ist verständlich und lässt keine Fragen offen. 👍 Bisher hat mich Genesia noch nicht überzeugt. Taktisch gelungen, aber gefühlt verschiebt man eher Truppen, statt eine echte Zivilisation aufzubauen.
