As long as the name isn't harmful, offensive, and/or disrespectful, the name does not matter at all. Plus, I think -pelt and -fur can be great suffixes! Sundaepelt comes to mind! But also Fuzzypelt, doesn't that sound like a cuddly cat! Berryfur sounds like a beautiful, color tortie with a pleasant scent! Bramblepelt sounds like a big cat with spiky, rough, thick fur! Firfur is an actual viable name, might seem silly, but it makes me think of a lanky cat with a bouncy personality! You can make great names with these suffixes!!!!

one of my early OCs was a character named Whitefur, who was born albino and was named because of his strikingly white fur [which, compared to his ginger mom and brown tabby dad, stood out greatly lol]

not to mention, when you combine them as Daylight names, you get some funny combos [Princepelt and Babyfur for example]
