-lay in the sunshine and bask

-paint your nails and toes!

-wear perfume that smells like spring

-take a long shower after being outside all day

-track the days getting longer and lighter

-plant some seeds

-read a book with a springy vibe

-make a vision board or a new pinterest board

-lay on your driveway at night and look at the stars

-make strawberry or lavender lemonade

-go thrift shopping

-set up a picnic for yourself and some friends

-deep clean your house! drawers cabinets cupboards

-go to your library and pick out a book

-bake something sweet

-wake with the sun and feel your circadian rhythm smile

-find seasonal fruits and veggies and enjoy them!

-do something to shake up your daily routine

-play in the rain

-check something off your bucket list

-open all the windows in your home and enjoy the breeze

-meditate— start with 10 min a day and build to longer

-buy and wear a brand new outfit

-experiment with some paints on a canvas

-light your favorite candle

-find and read some poems about spring

-wear some glittery eye shadow

-look for rainbows

-learn the specific names of flowers

As I traverse this day, I’m reminded of the beauty in simplicity, the gentle rustle of leaves, the quiet gift of a new start, and the peace found in being fully present. Drawing a Goblin

If one were to venture into the frequently overlooked nooks of fantasy, beyond the valiant knights and damsels distressingly undistressed, one might stumble upon the goblin.
