becoming a mother was a gift in itself and while alessia was still pretty young, she was cherishing each moment since becoming a mother just under two weeks ago.

you were the most chill baby ever and while of course you had your moments. your were still a baby you of course cried but nothing that a few snuggles in your mummy’s arms couldn’t slove.

alessia had been adjusting to having a little someone to watch over the past week and a bit and while it had been difficult the first few days, a little help from her mum and alessia was back on track.

the day had came for you to meet someone very special and important to your mummy. her best friend, ella toone.

and while alessia and ella may not have been sister by blood. they were definitely found sisters which made ella your chosen auntie.

ella had been talking about meeting you since you were born just over a week ago, so when it came to finally meeting you ella had already began to spoil you. bringing you a welcome to the world gift as well as bringing alessia some of her favourite things.

a big smile getting bigger as alessia introduced ella to you. you being asleep in alessia’s arms as ella stroked a light finger across your cheek, you not even moving an inch in your mummy’s arms.

“do you want to hold her?” alessia asked as the two took a break from the topic of conversation as ella shook her head furiously, no.

“no, no! she’s so small and fragile. i- ” ella quickly mumbled out as a confused look took over alessia’s face. confused as to why not considering ella had been so excited to finally meet you.

“why?”

"no less i can't, i don't want to hurt her..." ella trailed off as alessia rolled her eyes at her best friends clear panic, waving it off as alessia placed you down gently in your bouncer for a moment.

“so sit back comfortably and then this hand is going to hold her head, and then this hand will go under her bottom” alessia pointed to each hand and showing the position ella’s hands should be in, in order to hold you properly.

alessia moved to carefully pick you back up out of your rocker, your being peacefully asleep. your arms stiffening up as alessia picked you back up and moved her body to face her best friend.

slowly placing you in ella’s arms as ella was in shock, whispering oh my god, under her breath as your tiny form was placed into her arms. alessia having to move ella’s hands slightly in order to make sure your tiny head was being supported properly.

“see, your a natural!” alessia smiled at her best friend who was sat so tense carefully that if she made any movement that one you’ll wake up and two she might hurt you, that being the last thing ella wanted to do.

“less, she’s tiny!” ella gushed as she looked down at you in awh as alessia nodded, that you were. alessia watched as ella slowly got more comfortable with holding you, as she admired your tiny features.

“i actually can’t believe that she’s here, feels like just yesterday when you found out you were going to be a mum” ella commented as alessia let out a little laugh, the time had gone fast but she was trying to cherish every moment.

“it does doesn’t it!” alessia continued, “she’s going to be one lucky little girl”

It’s A Ship - Literally Revisited

As many of my long-time followers and friends know…

THIS BLOG supports the POTENTIAL FUTURE of Beetlejuice and Lydia.

In the past, I have written posts about WHY we ship Beej and Lyds, specifically here on this blog, when there are so many controversies. It needed to be cleared up many times because, with every new piece of media, there comes opposition, which is totally understandable if you are not used to supernatural or horror-themed romance tropes.

I am here to help break it down for all the new fans sitting back and trying to figure out the ship's where, what, why and whens.

Here we go!

Movie verse:

Many of us were young when we met Beetlejuice and Lydia for the first time. Some latched on to and related to a young Winona Ryder. It was a vibe, and while we are well aware that in real-life terms, a teen is not ready to be involved with a 600+ ghost (cuz that’s an option 🤣), we couldn't help but find the allure in the Living Meets Death dichotomy. As you will undoubtedly see, this is a running theme in the fandom.

We had countless reunion fics featuring an older Lydia (sometimes by years, sometimes by months) reconnecting with her villain/antagonist. Many were dark fic, some light and fluffy and some off the wall chaotic, while some crossed over into the MoToon verse (yes that is a thing)

So here we are, more than 30 years later, and our pair reunited legitimately on the big screen. It was beautiful and, without giving away any spoilers since this new piece of media is still fresh, it gives us more to play with because, let’s face it, he is not done haunting her.

With this movie universe, there is still potential for this ship to thrive. (And that’s not just because Winona and Michael are down. I still am in shock over their revelations)

Toon Verse:

Yet another oldie that many grew up on. This one is a hotbed for both friend-shipping and Relation-shipping.

Here, we have a long-term bond that can be wholesome, platonic, romantic, complicated, or, on occasion, dark and twisted.

Stories have ranged from childhood crushes to outright possessiveness. The fanart from cute fluff to… well… rule 34.

Lydia is young in this cartoon. We are aware of that and in any cartoon fandom, aging up is par for the course. It is expected (and preferred by many) that any stories of romance happen in circumstances outside of the toon cannon.

Age issues aside, we cannot deny that BJ adores her. The man has an entire shrine in his head, idolizing this twisted, weird girl that, once again, many older fans related to. He would do anything for her and has proved it many times. The chaotic dead man with no shits to give will give up freedom and wealth and go against his nature to make her happy.

How can we not find the potential for a future of these two goofballs?

Musical Verse:

This universe combined the goofiness of Toon with the antagonism of the movie—a nice combo that I and those we call MusicalBabes enjoy.

Regardless of what the cast believes or feels about the shipping subject, they are working with a pair of unseen, attention-starved, chaotic nut jobs—a compliment, not disparagement.

Beetlejuice and Lydia need each other. They were miserable before they met and would have continued to be so had they not entangled themselves in the other’s existence.

Living and the dead, once again, need each other to balance their lonliness.

Does musical verse have ship potential? Hell, yes, it does. (Also, this is the only piece of media where the wedding actually went through)

I created this blog many years ago (around 2016) to collect all the goodness in the fandom. Memes, art, fics, fan theories. I picked up the ship names and used them as tags. Gathered as much as I could from Tumblr posts, in all universes, and tried so hard to stay neutral amidst the internal fandom drama. (give or take a few misteps, iykyk)

It started with a collision, your running figure bumping into Astros as he stepped out of his bedrooms door, him letting out a pathetic yelp as the two of you tumble to the ground. You rushing out apologies a thousand times and him saying it’s okay a thousand times back, it was a mess the two of you. Though you left shortly after, giving him a candy out of kindness, said candy sitting in a container along with other items that belong to you. To say he was he didn’t know you before the collision was a lie, for he had been admiring you silently in the shadows, acknowledging how you treated the others, how you spoke, ate, walked, your favourite interests, and even that little poster of yours hidden behind your bed frame. Yes, the poster of him with stars drawn around him. He might come off as shy and quiet to you, but oh sweetheart once you find out what type of person lays under that midnight blue blanket you better beware. And it was awfully, painfully, obvious that you were the most special to him compared to others, because one, when talking to you he payed full attention, not zoning out, dozing off or even blinking groggily. When it came to you somehow he was always awake, with others? You couldn’t even catch him with his eyes open. Maybe it was just a coincidence that you always caught him when he was awake, who knows? For all I know is that you are his favourite, and he’ll do anything to keep you as his.

It all started with a simple greeting and smile from you, your smile quick to put Dandy into a trance, and as if you two had been childhood best friends you talked and talked, sharing and telling information about yourselves, and sometimes others or random things too. But as time passed everyone knew, every single toon could tell that you were Dandy’s favourite, because well…to be honest it wasn’t really kept hidden well, or even at all. It all started with him giving you small discounts on some items to him giving you them for free, even when you said no and tried to give them back, which some found clearly unfair. I mean who wouldn’t? They had to pay and work hard for it while you just got it for free! Though, it wasn’t really your fault was it. Since Dandy was the one giving it for free and half the time you either gave it away to someone who needed it or forced Dandy to take it back. Yet he didn’t like how you did that, he found how kind you were cute and admirable, but not when your attention was focused on others. Of course, the others are his friends but, you, were his favourite friend. No one could surpass you, you were brilliant, perfect, everything positive…and that’s why he likes you so much. Because you’re so caring, too caring, too much that he might need to lock you up forever so you stop helping others and focus helping only him. But he can’t, sadly. So that’s why he’ll just kill everyone so it can be just you and him, forever and ever.

All Star (Millie Bright x GN Reader) Featuring WSL + BPL players

Sam Kerr XL VS Erling Haaland XL

A massive day in English football that was arriving. The Women's Super League and The Premier League were in a agreement to have a All Star match. Both teams made up from Stars of the WSL and the PL and the week would draw a lot of inspiration from the NBA all star week, Contests, Celebrity match, etc

Even though their was some concerns about the players playing too much, the game would be in off season and players had a choice to play if they wanted too. The idea of playing with some of the best in the country and friends was a exciting idea so when where contacted to be apart of Pep's side you jumped at the chance

Much Excitement was gathering for the event, especially since you was contacted to be apart of the Haaland XL and would take on the Kerr XL. The days following up to the event was press, media and training with the teammates for the match. The likes of Haaland, Mead, Foden, Son, TAA, Leah Williamson, Walker and more. Whilst the other team would have Sam Kerr, KDB, Russo, Millie Bright, Daly, Ederson and more.

During training camp you met with friends like Mead, Leah and Heung Min Son and new like Haaland, Lauren Hemp, Thiago Silva just to name a few.

Training camp was filled with banter, fun and energy. You loved being around the league's top stars that sometimes it you had to pinch yourself to see if this was real.

"Ok team, this will be the line up for the game. everyone will have time on the pitch. Even though this is a game of fun, I'm sure we all don't like to lose" Pep said in a light hearted tone which was responded with smiles and head nods. The slide would show the line up and you study it.

GK - Mary Earps

DEF- Walker, McCabe, Le Tissier, Sliva

MID - Williamson, Son, Foden

ATT - Y/N, Haaland, Hemp

You smiled at the line up, This team looked good and the bench was good too. You felt a nudge behind you to see Haaland and received a high five turned into a fist pump. Hemp who was sitting next to you also did the same. Leah, Son and Foden would just be magic. the back 4 screamed hard work and aggression and Mary had that passion to motivate the entire team. You, Hemp and Haaland is a dangerous trio. Hemp with her pace and quick thinking, Haaland is well Erling Haaland and you were the Top Goal scorer in the F.A cup and Champions league last season. This Team was powerful.

The meeting went on as Pep gave game plans and who would most likely deal with who. Like the defence and Mary having to hold off Sam Kerr and Salah. Midfield up against Rice, KDB, Cuthbert and Toone.

"Y/N, Hemp,Haaland. You will most likely be up against Trippier" You rubbed your chin, he can be a challenge "Steph Houghton" You lean forward excitement filled you as you go up against a lioness legend "Harry Maguire" You smirked at the easy challenge "And Millie Bright" Your smirked turned into a full blown evil smile, Not only would you a Arsenal Striker go up against a Chelsea captain but you LOVED challenges and Millie fitted that category. You looked at your attacking teammates who also looked intrigued and ready untill "I got a tenner on F/N making one of them break" you hear McCabe say from the back who made the room laugh, you turned to her with you smile on show. What did McCabe mean by her bet? Well you had a reputation..............for being one of the biggest shit talkers there is.

Whenever you were marked by a defender you just talked...and talked.... and talked until you were in their head or made them so irritated that they would try and two foot you and not be able to focus most of the time you catching them off guard and finding yourself through on goal

One thing that everyone knew about you when playing

No one could shut you up.

"I SAY TWENTY!" Hemp shouts taking the bet on you gave an eye roll

"THIRTY AND A ROUND OF DRINKS ON ME IF IM WRONG!" You had to double take as Son jumped in on it which threw you off "SONNY!" you said flabbergasted as the rest of the team were taking that bet

"HUNDRED!" You turned to Pep and gave him a really look

"I HAVE ONE FOR YOU F/N!" you turned back to Leah " Millie is a tough one and won't be easily broken" You tilted your head a little bit, interest building "If you can get Bright to break, I will be your assistant for a 24 hours" The room filled with oohs as you crossed your arms leaning back, biting your tongue, feeling a nudge from Hemp as Son put his hands on your shoulders and shock you "Go on!" Son said "Yeah you can make her suffer" Hemp said You smiled at your friends

"And if I don't?"

"You would my assistant for a full day" You smirked and leaned forward "And then McCabe's for another 24 hours" Your smirk dropped god knows what Katie would make you do. The Team were enjoying every moment of this after the brief thought, You knew you were the best at it when it came to cracking people. You turned to Katie who had the most terrifying smile you have ever seen in your life and past lifes. Leah walked over to you with a smug and extended her hand "do we have an accord" she said in a posh accent

"I Accept" You stood up and shock to the team clapping and voicing excitement. As Leah back to her seat you gently pulled her towards you with a evil smirk "Sonny!" You said gaining the Korean's attention "Yes?" "You don't happen to have a spare Tottenham shirt i can borrow right?" You asked in a innocent voice to which Leah's grin dropped and the blood drained from her face as the room started to giggle. "Yes i do, Why would you need one" He said smiling innocently "Just thinking Leah suits white and black clothing" Leah gave you a glare before returning to her seat.

The bet was on!!!!!

After many training sessions, interviews, social media posts, recordings for tv and youtube

The day was here, The team arrived at a sold out Wembley Stadium. Fans were on a high to watch football, see interactions they thought they would never see. The whole team was excited and determined to have a great match.

The team would go out for the last training session on the field before the game, it was there you would see the other team on the other side of the pitch and there she was. Your challenge Millie Bright, you looked at the Lioness she was quite the looker and you shamelessly checked her out. But then had an idea that hopefully would work, It was simple. She just needed to look at you. and thankfully she did.

She caught you looking at her and she nodded at you but frowned at little when you didn't nod back. She waved but all you did was smirk and went back to warm up. You were all ready trying to get inside the Chelsea captain's head.

The match was about to start, you walked out to the field with your team and waiting to shake the enemy teams hand and say good games and such. As you looked around you had to admit. Being in Wembley, on the pitch in front of that crowd was something.

You felt like a immortal everytime you played there, the cheers, the atmosphere. To you Wembley was the stage where legends made. And you know that after you scored the last minute goal for arsenal in the F.A Cup final against West Ham last season. You loved it here.

You were shaken out of your thoughts as you saw Sam Kerr approach you, clasping your hand and both winking at each other before saying "Have a good game" and this would continue down the line until you held Millies hand and gave a smirk which made frown a little bit.

As the match kicked off, you went to your position and found yourself marked by Millie. You glanced at Hemp who gave you a smile and raised her eyebrows at you

"This gonna be a great match" you said to Mille "Yeah it's crazy it's happening" She said in a happy voice

"Too bad i didnt get the male chelsea captain to deal with"

"Ooh is that How's it gonna be?" Millie replied in a amused voice as she glanced at you as you just gave a smirked.

A couple minutes later, you would find yourself running through on goal and was heading towards goal as you feel Millie trying to push you off the ball as Eddison was ready to challenge you. As Millie tried to kick the ball away she ended up dragging you down but you got a kick out of it but Eddison's fingers tip skimmed the ball enough to divert it to the post.

Next thing you knew you hit the ground hard as you felt someone fall on you. You looked at who was on top of you and was Millie "Sorry if that was a bit rough, you ok?" She said with her own smirk trying to get back at you. You couldn't help but get hot under the collar feeling her hot breath fall on you as she was on top of you but you remained composed

"Nah I'm good. I like it Rough, especially in the postion" you said in a flirty voice as you looked Millie up and down who responded with a flabbergasted face before she quickly got up and brushed herself off. You evilly cackle to yourself loud enough to hear.

Later as your team received a corner you would take your postion and felt a strong presence behind you. You glance to see Millie. She stood next to you as she got ready to fight in the air. You felt her hand on your waist.

"Oh Millie" You said in a fake shock but flirty voice. To which Millie give you a seconed look and glared at you. But heard McCabe cackle and you saw Kerr in front of you starting to chuckle. And a friendly bump on the arm by walker. But at that moment you heard the whistle and the ball was kicked in by Hemp and you locked on to the ball and was about to jumped but saw Haaland jump into the air for the header. You would jocky agaisnt Millie and you managed to throw off balanced so she couldn't challenge Haaland who buried it into the net.

Thr crowd cheered as the team chased Haaland but before you ran, you looked to Millie who was in the ground.

"That wasn't the brightest idea, Brighty!" You said before running off. Not noticing Rachel Daly heard the pun and couldn't help but feel proud at the pun. "It'd beginning to look like you gonna be wearing that spurs shirt Leah" Daly said as he walked past a worried Leah. Millie was being broken down slowly.

The game was 1-1 and you weren't slowing down with the jabs either, you tell Millie irratation was rising. "You seem to not be enjoying the match Millie. What could be wrong?" Nothing. You were standing behind her and couldn't see her face as you started to walk in front of her getting ready to make a run for the ball as the counter attack was coming "It's a nice view by the way Millie"

"What?"

"You backside"

"E-excuse me!" You heard her say in a shock voice as she stuttered the sentence out. In that moment before she could register you sprinted off towards the goal as Son lobbed the ball towards the goal as the chased it. "LITTLE SHIT!" You heard Millie shout trying to chase you down. The sentence threw her off long enough for you acceleration to get distance on her. You saw Maguire coming in for a tackle to which you did a Ronaldo chop to the left sending Maguire sliding in embarrassment. The crowd rained oohh and cheers, as you continued but the slight delay of the move let Millie catch up and you then would pull off a Cruyff turn which resulted in something the world rarely saw with Millie Bright. You sent Millie falling face first onto the ground, you didn't looked back as you ran towards the goal you were one on one with Eddison. Calm and collected to curled the ball past the Brazilian into the goal which led to cheers and claps as you ran off to find Son to thank him for the assist. "LETS GO SONNY BOY!" As you embraced each other and felt others join the bundle. Not knowing Bright was at her limit

Half time would come along and you would walk back to the locker room not before noticing a glare from Millie

You sat down waiting for Pep to talk about the game plan and you felt hands on your shoulders "I can't see much from my postion but I think you winning this bet L/N" you hear Mary Earps say. You turn to her "yeah I feel bad though, hopefullyshe doesn't kill me" you grimaced "Oh she is gunning for you. I saw her face and know what that face means. Whatever happens Just apologise after the game. Hopefully you haven't pushed her too far that we never see you again" She said patting you in the back. Rest of the team walked in over the next couple minutes.

After the talk about the game plan and getting ready to go back out, you see Leah "You seem quiet Leah" Leah sighed

"Cause she bit off more then she could chew" Foden cheekly said as he grabbed a drink "Are you really gonna make her wear a Tottenham shirt? Couldn't be me" Declan Rice said giving you a friendly punch on the arm Leah groaned in annoyance "I'm getting annoyed here" She voiced in the room "So is Bright, You gonna be a good assistant" hear McCabe say as you and her step put of the locker room "ATLEAST I DIDN'T GET BOOKED A YELLOW!" You hear Leah shout at Katie before the door shut behind you, leaving you and Katie laugh as you walk back to the field

You were running into the box as a counter attack was on and Rice lobbed the ball into the box and you went to for the ball but felt a pain in your back sending flying as you jumped and just narrowly missing the goal post and falling to the ground. You gasped the wind was knocked out of you and winced "Jesus" you said sat up and saw Millie staring at you "Oh are you ok? I didn't break you did i?" She said in a sarcastic tone. You smirked "Yeah I deserve that one" you winched as you sat up "Yeah ya did brat" as she walked towards to you and extended her hand. You accepted her hand "Though I must say, You hit me so hard I started to angels. Then one helped me up" You winked at her "Oh for the love of"

*Whistle blows*

You notice the sub board

You run off to the sideline not before clapping and sending love to the crowd, high fiving the team and the enemy team

You glanced at Leah and wiggled your eyebrows. You won the bet and she looked miserable and fearful for that 24 hours

You approached your replacement Bethany England who became a close friend of yours during the All star team training.

You doubled high fived her "She all weared down for ya Bethy" She smiled and shook her head "GO GET ONE" You shouted to the the Tottenham captain

The match ended 5-3 to your team. You would shake hands and show respects

"Oi Millie!" You saw her coming towards you, You put your hands up as a sign of meaning no harm "You really a tough defend-Oof" She shoulder barged you into a stagger and walked to her team. You looked at her leave and then glanced at Daly who gave you, you are in trouble and I fear for your life look. You were shaken from your thoughts by two Tottenham players calling you. You turned with a smile and jogged to Son and Bethany for the trophy lift.

You be lying if you said you didn't feel bad about Millie. You admit you did a bit much especially in efforts for a bet. You found yourself in a secluded area of the hotel both teams would away for the night. You asked Leah if you could have Millies contact details in efforts to apologise. To which she did even after the endless teasing from the team after losing the bet. The team all agreed that Millie cleary let you in her head. You messaged the lioness

"Hey Millie, it's Y/N. Leah gave me your number. I wanted to apologise for my actions I got carried away and went to far in my shit talking today and I am at the hotel and I wanted to apologise in person. If you want nothing to do with me I understand"

"What door number and I will you at 11 pm"

You responded with the door and was left on read thus leading to you waiting outside your door with it open with anxiety building

"OI L/N!" You eyes snapped to the voice and there she was a furious lion that was Millie Bright marching towards you that you would say was murderous intent. Oh she gonna kill you. You put your arms up in defence

"Ok Millie, I'm sorry I really messed and you are very right to be piss-" You were cut off by Millie shoving into your room sending you stumbling. You hear the door slam and felt Millie grabbed you and put you agaisnt the door. You breath quicken as her face was inches away from yours as her breath was heavy and her eye were starring into your soul.

Millie stopped and locked eyes with you

"You are going to make up for today" you looked at her helpless as you felt her hand move from your waist to your backside and she grouped. "I can't wait to see that view." She said in a devilous voice as she grouped your backside You were in a trance, you couldn't look away from her and you were still trying to control your breathing.

"But since I didn't get a trophy today, I'm going to take another one and mark it" She said lickling her lips before biting down on your neck and sucked on it. Making your wide eyed. Squeezing you fists and your voice caught in your throat. You let herself submit under her control as she continued to grope and pull you towards her grinding movements. "F-fuck M-millie" you said as you felt her mark your neck

The sound of the front door shutting echoed throughout the calm house. Shoes kicked off and sat cozily in the entryway, and coats hung from the hooks near the door. Sighing, Y/n threw off her shoes and placed her scarf and coat next to each other on the hooks. She had just gotten done with being dragged from place to place all around the city by her best friends, Mk and Mei, for her birthday celebration. Now she was finally home late at night and genuinely ready to collapse. Slowly, Y/n shuffled her way into the kitchen, the warm smell of sweets wafting around her. A smile graced her features when she walked into the room to find her boyfriend hard at work decorating a cake and not noticing her come in. Not wanting to disturb him, Y/n leaned on the doorframe tiredly and listened to the mumbling coming from her partner. 

Soon enough, Y/n realized he would never figure out she was standing behind him. “Redson?” She asked gently, not wanting to scare her boyfriend. But her efforts were in vain, as the boy jumped in surprise and whipped around to face his love. “Oh Y/n! I didn’t think you’d be back so soon.” He spoke nervously, trying (and failing) to hide the cake behind him. “What do you have there?” The young woman asked, gesturing behind Redson. “Nothing! Nothing at all, haha!” His actions betrayed his words. A doubtful look placed itself on Y/n’s expression. Letting out a defeated sigh, Redson noticed it was time to show her anyway. Stepping out of the way, he let her see the cake he put his heart into making. 

The art on the cake couldn’t be described in words. It rivaled those of Van Gogh or Da Vinci. The icing depicted Redson, Y/n, and all their friends sitting on a couch and watching Y/n’s favorite show, Toon Quest. Awe filled her eyes when she saw it. The decoration was so detailed that she couldn’t form words to express her admiration and joy. Y/n turned to Redson, seeing him waiting for her reaction. All she could do in the moment was wrap her arms around him in a tight hug. Not being one for physical touch, Redson would’ve shoved her off and reminded her coldly how he hated touch. But something about the way Y/n held him, the way she spoke to him, the way she looked at him, the ways she’d acknowledge him and let him be heard, the way she loved. He wouldn’t even dare move her, slowly putting his arms around her too. 

The duo stood like that for a bit before Y/n pulled away, still smiling. Redson smiled back before remembrance struck him. “Oh, I got you a gift. Sit down, please.” He told her as he walked to the living room, returning a few seconds later with a small box. Y/n found her spot at the circular dinner table and waited patiently. Her partner sat down across from her and slid the box over. “Go ahead, open it.” A glimmer of anticipation was dancing through his eyes. Y/n quickly opened it, excited to see the present. When she got the wrapping paper off, a pure white box was left. Taking off the lid, Y/n carefully lifted a small wooden box from within and set it on the table. She gracefully opened up the wooden box as music began to move in the air. A soft tune, almost like a kalimba, of Ladyfingers wafted elegantly throughout the room. Astonishment rang through Y/n’s face as she watched two small figurines spin in a circle at the center of the box. The figures were dressed in formal wear, but she could immediately recognize them as her and Redson waltzing. On the inside of the box’s cover was a photo of the couple. The very first photo they took together. It was the two of them on top of a nearby skyscraper, watching the sunset. As the music began to come to a close, so did the night. 

Redson stood up and held his hand out to his lover. “May we?” 

“We may.” Y/n accepted his hand as he brought her to the living room, grabbing two pieces of cake on the way. Redson quickly switched on the television and put on the newest episodes of Toon Quest. They settled down on the couch, both with a piece of cake in their laps, and snuggled close. Y/n leaned on Redson that it looked like they belonged in a jigsaw puzzle. The light of the TV cast a soft glow in the unlit room. 

“Happy birthday, dear.”

Whooaagh, that's gonna be a long list, I have a ton of like small headcanons for them that mean like absolutely nothing, but I'll try to keep it to a simple list

Just quickly though:

I HC them all to be generally around 27/28 and in their late 30's/early 40's during WTFuture/in the future,, there was no real way to put that in a good list with them lol

And they're all best friends - just cause they're a group of people doesn't mean they only get to have one bestie yk, they're all super close

Also Ellsworld is canon alongside Eddsworld, they co-exist with each other

Tom - Mixed Race (Black/Irish from his mom, White/American-Hawaiian from his father - Trans Masc-Nonbinary (AMAB) He/They/(sometimes)It (It/Its depends on who it is) - Bisexual (massive masculine lean) (worst taste in men EVER) - Styles his hair to look like his fathers (otherwise his hair is usually textured around the 3's,,, like 3A/3B) - Very pear shaped like his father, and hairy too lol, the alcohol certainly doesn't help with that - Wears reading glasses (later this turns into him genuinely needing a prescription,, another thing he gets from his father - he looks very similar to his mother in terms of facial features and skin tone, but has a lot of his father's aspects) - Fear of eye contact (has gotten a lot better about it now that he's an adult, but still struggles with it with people he does not like/does not know) - Autistic - 5'5" (the shortest of the ensemble) - Works at a diner while part-timing music independently - "Monster" form is man made and extremely painful to turn into (there is no way he could control it,,, in some iterations of my headcanons like in different stories there are ways that he can have like a pact with it,,, like in my Mattsworld AU (WHICH I NEED TO POST ABOUT AUGH) he's "controlled" it a bit by making a deal with it,,, of what I haven't quite figured out yet oof) - Has quite a few tattoos on him,,, (Polynesian shark teeth on his left upper arm, cyan colored harpoon tattoos on his left side, a pinup mermaid girl on his right side, and the Nordic rune for "Wolf" on his right outer thigh) - Also he inherited his anger issues from his father as well, forgot to add that earlier with the list of things he's inherited from his old man lol - Momma's boy (/affectionately, not like he can't do anything without his mom, moreso like he really loves her a lot and obviously they're very close since they both lost Tom's father that day so for a while they were all the other had to remember him by) - Tamara is his cousin from his mother's side of the family - His first friend was Edd - His mother died when he was in highschool - father when he was in elementary, it really hit him hard (it was just before his senior year and had he not done so well the years prior he would've failed HS because of it) - Diesss ???? Hard fucking order but he LOVES they process of creating art, seeing the end result is so gratifying to him and being able to see all the love and attention he put into it - Has a Youtube channel where sometimes he reviews animated movies/shows/shorts - he doesn't update it a lot, it's like a "if I feel like it" cause he only does Youtube as a hobby and as a place to hold his animation portfolio - His first friend was Matt, they've been friends since like diapers - REALLY really good friends with Tord - doesn't really know why but they are like bound by the hip - He's only got ear gauges - he doesn't try and stretch them a ton like Tom does, he's fine with just normal sized gauges that don't stretch his lobes all that much - Has a VERY BROAD music taste, anything from Lemon Demon to Oingo Boingo, to PinkPantheress, to Joey Valence & Brae, to Weird Al,,, anything under the rainbow of music genres he's probably heard one song from each - PowerEdd is canon still !! Not the superhero, but the powers he and Eduardo now suffer with lol,, but they're not really potent, his body chemistry is just kinda fucky now cause of it,,, bro glows in blacklight and sometimes just in general

Matt - British/French,,, basically he's incredibly white - Pansexual (he used to also be GenderFluid in my headcanons,,, but in the past year or so I've decided against it - he's more of just a guy who likes makeup and to wear dresses more than anything else) - Ginger with freckles, they cover his body in splotches mostly, but he's got a few individual ones here and there on his body as well (they've clustered around his face, hands, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees and like two separate patches on his back) - His hairstyle has changed so much with me over the years and it's my own damn fault lol, I don't draw him enough but that most comes with the "I don't wanna draw him wrong" thing but if I don't ever draw him how will I draw him right ?? It's a cycle is what it is - The only one with prescription glasses since middle school - he just wears contacts instead, he HATES how he looks in glasses - his parents had him get LASIK surgery to correct his vision,,, since then - His personal account where no one (except like the gang) knows it's him is very unhinged, he says some devious shit on there (it's a public Twitter account) - Also Autistic, but in a DRASTICALLY different way than Tom is, they're like opposite sides of the spectrum (Tom doesn't mask often, Matt masks like all day every day, Tom can't make eye contact, Matt makes intense eye contact, that kinda thing yk,,, even despite the fact they both have texture issues they have very different issues with textures - also Tom was very early diagnosed and Matt only got diagnosed after Tom kept pestering him to do so) - He's some kind of narcissist, just haven't been able to really pin point it down yet,, I need to do some more research on it - this could change in the future because of that so this is like a maybe canon - His father left him when he was very young like maybe 5-8 range, and his mother married his step father WAY too soon after, him and Matilda is his step sister (He HATED her at first, she tried to be very kind to him cause they're the same age and everything, and this is the first time she's had a sibling, but every time Matt looked at her all he could see was his father leaving him,,, it took until after college for them to actually grow closer as siblings and friends) -6'1" just an inch above Edd - Edd was his first friend - they've been through thick and thin together, they comforted each other when both their parents divorced, so obviously they've got a bit of a trauma bond through that, and are really the only ones who understand that kind of issue - at least in their eyes - Twink. Through and through. Despite being partially French he's got very back luck with growing hair on his body, and when he does it's thin and very lightly colored - Works as a model and "social media influencer",,, basically he's a walking propaganda poster - Has earrings, mostly wears a lot of gold - Doesn't like listening to music often,,, this hurts me to write as someone who can't NOT listen to music, but he just doesn't have a music taste,, I've mentioned before how he listens to some female rappers and other song artists like Mitski and Girl in Red, but that's only because he's listened to them on like the radio or had someone else recommend them to him, he doesn't actively listen/search for music - Still a vampire,,, er, really just half vampire ?? I'd like to think they lads did a séance of some sort on him and for the most part it worked but like Edd his chemistry is still a little fucked cause of it, y'know ? Like he's still got pointed ears and teeth, can't really do much about that, and a BIG craving for red meat and the like, but he can survive without a constant need for blood, and his skin was already sensitive to the sun anyway so there's nothing really new there

Yes, I do ! I have some roblox ocs, two being for the game Regretevator ! Broseth is just a completely original guy that I had created based off one of my avatars, and Gamma Ray was kinda ... a shameless semi-self insert character to be buddies with one of my favorite characters in game (Mach)

I also have this guy, Tixton ! Based off the now deceased roblox currency, he was apart of a friend roblox oc group called Investors ! There's a long story to it all, but Tixton's whole deal was him being an undead ghost guy that was so hellbent on the idea of being alive again (he died with the removal of tix, and was young when that happened) that he basically tried to steal someone's body. I seem to have a liking for making undead / weirdly semi-undead characters, huh

Moving on from roblox, here's Bumbo ! A guy that was originally made for a fanbase I really don't wanna name, but has now been converted into a BBIEAL / Baldi mod oc ! Originally I was gonna kinda leave him the dirt after leaving aforementioned unnamed fandom, but my boyfriend helped me redesign him for his own Baldi mod / fangame ^_^ <3 Now he is my bumbling sweet baby boy

Now moving to . Ourple FNF ... ? There was this guy I created, Aerguhbee ! Though, I very much fell off of keeping up with Ourple / FNF stuff in general for a lot of reasons, I still kinda like this guy. He had a bit of a sloppy story, and it never really was even completed, but from what I remember- he was a trapped soul within a security monitor, killed in his place of work as a nightguard. The monitor served as an eternal purgatory for him called 'Moire Edge'. He was able to manifest a form outside of the monitor in order to lure others into his forever limbo, under the guise of becoming friends. If anything, I might just bring back this guy as a wholly original character since I do still kinda fuck with him

And, before going onto the next question (FINALLY), I'll throw in a bonus : Deacon originally wasn't LC related ! He was a Toontown : Corporate Clash oc, which is such a MAJOR contrast compared to how he is now LOL . I don't think he really had much of story when he was a TT:CC character, besides the fact of being secretly miserable about his job, but I think that's really it. I'll admit I kinda miss his really bright yellow, but I am so much more happier with him now (featuring my toon sona / oc in the last pic but this ain't about him)

As for Jawbreaker's home planet, they most likely are continuing on their lives as normal. Metsu probably does wonder where he went off to, but hey- not their problem anymore. As for what happened to the guards that failed to capture him again after his prison escape, they most likely were shattered (killed) and their resources recycled

THIS IS A TOUGH ONE. I think it's also just because all my original ocs are very personal to me and I genuinely treat them as parts of myself segmented into their own stories and worlds. Though, if I really have to pick one, I think it would be my art deity guy- which, I am kinda getting tired of just saying that, so I'll just say his name : Abstrakt Mondrian. He is very much an oc of mine that I hold close to my heart, especially considering his story deals with grief, and it almost sounds stupid to say he is an oc of mine that has helped me through a lot ? Also, design wise, I just really like him. Like, I'm not fucking joking when I say that I've had this guy for 4-ish years and his design has barely changed at ALL . It's crazy

Metanoia jumping to different dimensions does very much fuck up his appearance, and there have been a couple places he's found very dissatisfying or horrifying ! These dimensional distortions don't last whenever he exits the dimension that causes it, but it's not that pleasant for him in the moment. These distortions can range from very minimal things, things he can handle, such as a simple change of colors or height, to distortions that almost make him unrecognizable and feel uncomfortable in his own body. Here are some quick examples I did of those !

( Btw, distortions can be fucking crazy. The main thing about them is they could be literally any style and still work, so if anyone wants to take a crack at one you can literally go insane and do whatever LOL )

Shows that were canned too early that deserved better (imo)

We all hate it when we get wayy too invested into a show with good characters, an interesting plot, and a solid setup right? Well it seems that the networks for these shows didn’t really see it that way sadly, some of these shows are known, others aren’t, but this is just gonna be me rambling about how we didn’t get more of these said shows 😭

The Owl House

Now this one I wont dig deep into too long? We did get a solid ending in the end, but we were definitely robbed of a full season 3

The fact that this was Disneys next big thing, (like Gravity Falls) and still got axed kinda baffles me a bit because executives love big ratings

I heard they cancelled it because of it ‘not fitting the disney brand’ (mostly because there were two main gay characters in it) which I thought was super unfair, because they really were that homophobic 💀

All in all, I enjoyed this show and wanted a full season 3

Close Enough

From Regular Show creator J.G Quintel, this show was definitely more for an older audience, and let me say they did amazing at it.

The shows humor didn’t revolve around cussing or sex jokes, (which is what I see all the time now in modern adult animation) and the show was definitely funny!

Unfortunately though, Max cancelled it after 3 seasons due to the merge of Discovery + and HBO Max, with Max canning alot of shows during that time, this being one of them

We kinda sorta got left on a cliffhanger of sorts?? At least imo. Liked the show and wish we had more

Wander Over Yonder

For a show made by Craig McCracken (Powerpuff Girls, Fosters Home) you’d think it would be popular and have a bunch of seasons right?

Well no, with this show only having two seasons after Disney cancelled it because ‘80 episodes were enough for this show’ which is kinda dumb?? I dunno I just don’t like executives and rules and stuff

I remember this show from my childhood, it was really good in my opinion, I feel like we could’ve had more if Disney didn’t cancel it as early as it did

The fact that this show left on a cliffhanger too made me even more upset that Netflix cancelled it as early as they did

I CANNOT stress enough about how this show deserved so much more than what it got, I actually would’ve put it at number one, but the next one is kinda justifiable so ._.

From Todd Kauffman and Mark Thornton (Total Drama Island) this show featured a kid and his friends that were in a band, and used lead singers sisters diary as lyric ideas, bc they suck at writing them

And I loved it

I swear I don’t think I’ve ever been heavily interested in and emotionally attached to the characters in a show before, it was so good

The songs in this show were also heavenly, I suggest you give them a listen, theyre really good!

Also another reason I really liked the show was because it was a Canadian toon that didn’t revolve around gross out humor (I applaud them for that)

Unfortunately this was a show Cartoon Network screwed over BIG time, with when it came out during the summer it was airing, kids were mostly outside playing, never really gaining an audience, and then after the first half of the season aired, it was on a 2 YEAR hiatus. With fans questioning if the show would ever come back

Fortunately it did! Except Cartoon Network shoved it on their app, and a year later shoved it onto their sister channel, Boomerang. Then, after the show FINALLY ended their first season, the show was immediately cancelled, with Cartoon Network never really giving it a chance

The whole way Cartoon Network handled this show frustrated me immensely, with it having a decent fanbase, and people wanted more (me being one of them:()

The creators even had alot of plans for next said season, but I guess we will never get to see them (unless a Clone High situation happens but that’s doubtful)

Show was very underrated and deserved SO much more, Cartoon Network fumbled this one and the last show Im about to mention

Sym Bionic Titan

This sci fi animated series by Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack, Dexters Lab) only lasted one season with 20 episodes

With Cartoon Network cancelling it because of the failure to produce a TOY LINE

The fact this show got axed because of toys just makes me so upset

This was one of those shows that also left on a cliffhanger sadly, so we never really got to see how this show properly ended

With Genndy even saying that he wrote 10 more episodes, but now we will never get to see them

ALSO THE SHOWS SOUNDTRACK WAS SO GOOD?! Love when shows put banger songs in the bg, reminded me so much of Clone High

Warner Bros. Discovery announced a bunch of greenlights at Annecy, including a reboot of a certain Craig McCracken show! No, not one involving kindergarten superheroes.

Foster's Imaginary Nursery has a new name: Foster’s Funtime for Imaginary Friends. While Variety says Cartoon Network Studios, the poster shows Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe. This is the preschool spinoff of Foster's, which is interesting to see after what they did to Jessica's Big Little World, and we can only hope this doesn't have the same fate. Craig McCracken has promised that it will have the same fun pace, but with a simpler structure and with less cynical humor.

Adventure Time may have had an adult-focused spinoff with Fionna and Cake, but that doesn't mean Adventure Time's original demographic will forever be left out: Adventure Time: Side Quests. Unlike the last few Adventure Time series, these side quests will be episodic, and probably better for reruns.

One greenlight we know absolutely nothing about, and one that came as a complete surprise, is Untitled Regular Show Project. How are they going to continue Regular Show after that regular epic final battle? The only things we know is that J.G. Quintel is still heading it and it will feature characters from Regular Show.

Along with greenlit shows, they announced some projects in development:

We got another Scooby-Doo show in the works. Go-Go Mystery Machine involves Shaggy and Scooby going to Japan, accidentally unleashing a bunch of yokai, and having to get help from Scooby's uncle, a Shiba Inu named Daisuke-Doo and his two friends.

Adventure Time isn't just getting a new school for the kids, it's getting a show for the younger kids, too. Adventure Time: Heyo BMO stars BMO in a new neighborhood with new friends as he goes on a quest to learn and fill his database. (Variety says this is from a description; Cartoon Network's pronouns for a non-binary character, not Variety's or mine.)

Other projects: Untitled Barbara Throws a Wobbler Project. Another one for preschoolers, and one based on a book. The Adventure Time Movie is still going to happen, with Rebecca Sugar of Steven Universe and early Adventure Time fame serving as creator. Bad Karma, a family movie project set in a mythical fantasy world. Finally, the only one in this article that is not a kids show: Lovey Dovey, a show by one of the writers of Harley Quinn about a dove who wants to look for his true love that ends up getting stuck with a bunch of streetwise pigeons who want to, quote, "screw the large bird from a popular kids TV show."

The Amazing World of Gumball has its own panel tomorrow, and Annecy has banners proclaiming that "more Gumball" is coming.

This video - regarding the idea of The Lion King being similar to Hamlet - made me consider a similar comparison I made about two decades ago.

You see, remember the old Disney cartoon Brandy and Mr. Whiskers?

I at one time thought it rather similar to Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland; a blonde girl meets a white rabbit and then falls into an unfamiliar world where she meets a striped animal who helps her, a furry creature who tells stories that go nowhere, twins that do battle, a grumy bug and a murderous monarch.

Given contemplation, that comparison holds little water. For example, Brandy "actually" is in the Amazon, and it's not a "curious dream" she awakes from to tell her sister. Mr. Whiskers may be a white rabbit who led Brandy into an adventure, but his disgusting childish personality is the complete opposite of Carroll's White Rabbit, who was uppity and pretentious (warning for fatphobia and body shaming):

The whole point of Wonderland is that most of its residents are older than Alice and reflecting how confusing adults seem to children. The friends Brandy makes seem around her age, and they share many of the same interests. While Alice constantly questions who she is throughout her adventure, Brandy frequently confidently states she is "Brandy Harrington of the Florida Harringtons" (though, to be fair, there is an episode where she has an existential crisis due to finding out she's an adopted mixed breed).

According to this, Brandy wasn't even blonde originally, Whiskers wasn't white, and they were shipwrecked as opposed to falling from the sky.

Like Lion King might be more similar to Henry IV, Brandy and Mr. Whiskers may also be more comparable to Lewis Carroll's other work, Sylvie and Bruno and Sylvie and Bruno Concluded, as those books feature a duo made up of a proper yet somewhat snarky young girl and her naive, immature little brother. There are even anthropomorphic dogs (though neither of the title characters are), cruel dictators and a contrast between the worlds of nature and high society, as Sylvie and Bruno's fairy tales are contrasted with the narrator's friend wooing a Lady Muriel.

There's even plenty of non-Carroll children's books Brandy and Mr. Whiskers is similar to. Like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Brandy falls from the sky into an unfamiliar world, tries to get home with the help of a "brainless" friend and runs afoul of a villain and their primate henchmen. Like Mr. Toad, Brandy is a spoiled rich animal who learns humility from other animals and adventures in a setting she's not used to.

The official pitch bible, however, notes the show's inspirations, none of them Lewis Carroll.

Think of it as “Milo and Otis” on cough medicine. Or the “Incredible Twisted Journey”. Or “Gilligan’s Island” meets “Indiana Jones”.

Sorry to remind of recent events, but Gaspar is compared not to The Queen of Hearts but Donald Trump with a better hairdo.

Though that doesn't mean Carroll couldn't have provided a bit of subconscious inspiration. The Alice books have been noted to be the most quoted work of literature after the Bible and Shakespeare, and you can tell by how many times "down the rabbit hole" has been used in various contexts.

Many people complain when kids' movies make contemporary references that will date the movie, but Alice in Wonderland has several parodies of poems that were most well-known in the time they were published. The Mad Hatter is thought to be a caricature of Theophilus Carter and Benjamin Disraeli, a forebear to Animaniacs' and Tiny Toons' celebrity caricatures. Through the Looking Glass proves making subtle dark jokes in a children's story is hardly new:

Alice felt even more indignant at this suggestion. “I mean,” she said, “that one can’t help growing older.”

“One can’t, perhaps,” said Humpty Dumpty, “but two can. With proper assistance, you might have left off at seven.”

You could say Carroll is to children's literature what Shakespeare is to more mature literature, but work for adults could be seen as taking influence from Carroll as well. The recent Ludwig series is about mirror images and adventures mirroring games, similar to Through the Looking Glass. Alice in Wonderland presents a distorted version of Victorian England with talking animals in clothes, Bojack Horseman presents a distorted version of modern day Hollywood (or Hollywoo) with talking animals in clothes.

Even Sylvie and Bruno Concluded offers this joke, which may remind modern readers of Blackadder's "lovely little sausage" and Spongebob's "ugly barnacle":

“And I’ll tell oo a story,” said Bruno, beginning in a great hurry for fear of Sylvie getting the start of him: “once there were a Mouse—a little tiny Mouse—such a tiny little Mouse! Oo never saw such a tiny Mouse——”

“Did nothing ever happen to it, Bruno?” I asked. “Haven’t you anything more to tell us, besides its being so tiny?”

“Nothing never happened to it,” Bruno solemnly replied.

“Why did nothing never happen to it?” said Sylvie, who was sitting, with her head on Bruno’s shoulder, patiently waiting for a chance of beginning her story.

“It were too tiny,” Bruno explained.

“That’s no reason!” I said. “However tiny it was, things might happen to it.”

Bruno looked pityingly at me, as if he thought me very stupid. “It were too tiny,” he repeated. “If anything happened to it, it would die—it were so very tiny!”

Many say The Wizard of Oz was inspired by Alice in Wonderland, and recalling Joel Coen's suggestion that "every movie ever made is an attempt to remake The Wizard of Oz", Carroll's influence over media, directly or otherwise, may be larger than some would think.

Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs Headcanons

1. The toons were created in 1932 - 5 years before the film came out. The final year was spent tidying the film up and spending money and convincing people to see it. The first 4 years? Spent filming it. 

By that point Walt Disney had several toons, prominent ones like Mickey and Minnie as well as many, many back-ground toons. He now wanted to move from short 7-minute cartoons to a feature-length movie. His animators told him this was mad. The toons were good at doing the short cartoons, but for a movie over an hour!? There was no way they’d be able to do it. 

As well as that there was the backgrounds. At that point the animators were drawing scenery and the toons were leaping into the pictures and acting it out. [It’s difficult to describe] What Walt wanted was more of a set, and so the idea of Toon Town was born.

Soon enough [within the space of a year] the palace, the dwarfs cottage, the mine and the forest had been set up. The dwarfs cottage was what would be later described as a ‘3-D’ house - I.E. you can go inside it. Same for the mine, which is a lot deeper than it looks. Snow White’s palace is a bit different, it’s mainly just a painted backdrop, you can move around in front of it near the well and stuff, but there’s not much inside it. There’s actually only a extended ‘stage’ of some sort that will allow a toon or two to stand on it. Even if a Human could get inside it, it would never support their weight.

So for the film when the queen was standing in the window looking down on the courtyard, she was standing on the stage behind it. Now you might wonder - the queen dungeon and rooms? How do you access those? Simple -you go behind the backdrop. No seriously. Go behind it and you’ll see the set for the rooms, built separately. At first it was accessible to everyone [much to the queen’s hatred] but eventually as more magic-users entered Toon Town she managed to negotiate a spell placed on her surrounding that will let no one but her and people she deems trustworthy in. The queen has a book that she writes the names of which she wants to let into her space. No one else can access it, as it’s in the protected space, surrounded by a protective spell. Slightly overkill, but hey, this is the queen we’re talking about. She never does anything by halves.

Anyway, back to Toontown. Walt deliberately placed the buildings quite close together because he already knew he wanted a city. He quickly made a row of houses for the background toons [3-D] and a separate lot of houses - modelled after mansions - for the likes of Mickey, Minnie, Dippy Dawg and Donald. Daisy’s was added later. 

He did get a lock of flack for this, but when Walt pointed out that at the rate he was creating Toons they would soon outnumber the amount of employees, suddenly people were a lot more receptive.

In a surprising move at the time, considering the terms they were on, Walt actually went over to Warner Bros and pitched to the directors there that they join forces and make one giant Toontown. At first W.B. were a bit suspicious, but once they listened to Walt and he point blank asked how many Toons they were planning on making, they saw sense. This is why there is a literal line in between WB/Hanna-Barbera’s side and Disney’s. 

2. Back to Snow White. The film took 4 years to make, so by the end of it they were very good friends, and the dwarfs especially were as close as any brothers. They did live together in that house 24/7 after all. Snow White and the prince didn’t live with them though - that would have been to much. They have their own palace up near Mickey and the rests mansions. 

This is why it may seem a bit odd that in the film the group are singing ‘The Silly Song’ like they’ve known each other forever rather than 24 hours. 

3. On that note [pun totally intended] the dwarfs wrote ‘The Silly Song’ themselves as a way of passing the time. They also made their own instruments - again, as a way of passing the time. It wasn’t actually meant to be in the movie, but about two years into filming Snow and the Dwarfs were meant to be at an appointment with Walt, but he was delayed.  After about half an hour Snow suggested singing a song to keep their spirits up. The dwarfs - who had been listening to Doc and Grumpy bicker for what felt like years - readily agreed and whipped out their instruments. Snow joined in singing and Walt and some people from the bank heard the whole thing from his office. 

Well. Turns out that was the push the bank people needed. Walt had already showed them the script, the set and they’d met the Dwarfs and Snow White already, but seeing them perform like that? It made them happy and the bank people said they’d give Walt the rest of the money on one condition - that song made it into the movie.

4. The dwarfs are close, though you’d be forgiven for thinking otherwise what with the amount they argue. Especially Doc and Grumpy, but 70+ years on and the bickering has gotten a lot less venomous and serious and is now almost friendly. 

Grumpy although, well, Grumpy, is a sweetheart and although it’ll probabaly either take a truth potion or something extreme to make him say it, he does care for his brothers and the prince. [He says he cares for Snow quite frequently.] He’ll come to their aid if needed, albeit with a snarky remark, and is more than willing to put himself on the line if needed.

Like the time that the queen decided to test a speech improvement potion on Doc. Seemingly just for the hell of it, because their was nothing wrong with her voice. She donned a disguise and headed to the mine. As Doc is the one checking the diamonds he’s often out near the front with only Dopey for help. The queen - knowing they’d see through the old women act - modelled herself to look like Snow. She asked to see Doc, he went with her and she kidnapped him. Didn’t take the other dwarfs long to figure out what happened because Dopey was smart enough to follow them because he was getting ‘bad vibes’ from ‘Snow’. 

It was Grumpy who organised the others into getting into the castle and freeing Doc. He even punched the queen out with the immortal words. “No one messes with my brother but me!” 

After being freed Doc hugged Grumpy tightly with a: “Yank thru - tank who - er...”

 And Grumpy’s there completely awkward, like. “Ok, I get it. Now gerroff me! I can’t breath!”

There have been similar incidents throughout the years.

5. Final one. As ‘The Ones To Start It All’ the cast often get other Toons - especially those in feature films - coming to ask advice on how to deal with the stress and the publicity. They normally meet up in Snow and Ferdinand’s castle so they can have a private one-on-one session.

Imagine you're not realistic, I mean. You popped into Phantasia, a city for creations like you. Yep, that's right, you're a drawing! After you've been created. You don't fit the criteria of a drawing, how you walk the talk is a kin to a regular person. You're neither.

You aren't bound to the laws of human physics. You can bend in unimaginable positions that weren't possible, fold, electrocute, hell. You can jump off a cliff and you won't die. Still you bleed and get bruises from it before a few shake offs.

One of the things you didn't like about yourself is that you're an assistant bunny girl in a magician's suit. And yes, you do have stockings. Most people can't take you seriously when you tell them you looked up to Betty Boop. You'll show them, and rub it in their faces that a deformed 'creation' like you could have their own show!

No entertainment programs could accept you due to your humane features, you weren't eye catching enough. Nor do you do funny gags consistently enough to retain children's attention for a good amount of time like other regular normal cartoons like Tom and Jerry, SpongeBob, Looney toons or maybe even Disney's toons. But children's educational programs allowed you to star in their shows. Even if you also attracted adults to the program when you didn't mean to. As long as you're being paid, not in peanuts like dumbo the elephant and the others.

But there is a particular group of people you aren't that much aware of in the entertainment industry. Today you're supposed to air in other countries like in Snezhnaya. You're acutely aware of them, but as a creation you have nothing to do with it. And besides you got kids to teach!

Occasionally, you get to meet other people. Like this child named Teucer who's been your fan since the show aired. At the convention, you're here for a meet and greet with some fans, of course all of them are lovely like him. Alongside is his brother Tartaglia who watched your show with Teucer.

Soon, someone from the entertainment industry proposed to you to let you have your own show like your own show, with its own educational flair. Though you owe everything to the first educational program you've entered, it feels rather scary that they offered a position that pays well and higher exposure.

In the end, you stayed with your program until the series finale when your partner, Kiki the protagonist, has grown up to be a fine woman. Often she comes to you for help.

So right now with income gone, left jobless. With merchandising still going strong and passively giving you some retirement funds.

Thinking about that little boy named Teucer. You dabbled into a side gig of being an entertainer at parties. And of course your first customer would be the little ginger boy at his birthday party.

You entertained guests with neat tricks and gave all fun games and rewards for anyone who participated.

Except for one kid who you couldn't cheer up. An indigo haired boy in a formal suit. Whenever you looked at him, he made a deeper frown than the last.

You discovered his name is Scaramouche and was forced to go to this 'kid's birthday party'. So you tried to cheer him up with fun party tricks like being in two places at once, though it drains you to do that.

Teucer's older brother Childe seemed to be interested and asked for your phone's number.

It lead to multiple meetups like at the park or even at Phantasia. There you met some of his other friends like Mr. Capitano, Ms. Signora. The latter had given you great tips on how to sound better when singing.

Columbina and Arlecchino are an odd bunch, since they just gave you some treats and sweets, then left. But you recognize the maiden anywhere, she licensed your studio's theme song and soundtracks. So you're lucky to even see her.

Meanwhile this 'Doctor' person kept asking you out on 'dates' to quote on quote to 'investigate' further. But of course he was stopped by a high ranking socialite Mr. Pantalone.

This boss person, you could have sworn you've met somewhere before in your life. Him and creations don't mix like water and oil but after meeting you, he just tolerates you since you aren't as wacky as the other creations from Fantasia's studios or something of the like. He somewhat finds it odd to know that you worked in the education program instead of-... Nope nevermind!

You liked Sandrone and Pulcinella, (mostly Sandrone) since they interacted with you the most. Asking how creations like you work, occasionally gives you a drawing of an outfit which thankfully adds a variety to your wardrobe and not wearing the same outfits each visit.

Thanks to them, you get to meet a very special person. The Tsaritsa herself in private! She's kind and warm just as they described her as such.

Abel The Rebel Angel x Reader

"It's only November!"

Y/n was walking through a mall in her home city. She wasn’t shopping for anything in particular, just browsing through the sections. 

It was only November 5th, and the whole mall was decorated for Christmas. 

After walking for a bit, Y/n stopped in a local family owned store. It was decked out with festive decor. Ornaments glistened from the front windows, and Christmas music sang from the speakers.

As she was looking around, she didn’t notice a toon walking towards her, busy looking at his phone. When Y/n looked up, it was too late; the human and the toon bumped into each other, causing them both to take a few steps back.

“I am so sorry! I didn’t mean to bump into you!” Y/n panicked, trying to make sure the toon was alright. 

“First it’s Christmas in November; now I get hit by some daydreaming idiot.” She heard him grumble as he steadied himself.

Y/n leaned back, giving him an offended look. 

"Well, excuse me, Mr. Grinch!” Y/n glared at him with a sassy tone.

Abel looked at her and into her eyes, staring into her soul with his pie cut eyes. Unexpectedly to Y/n, he let out a small chuckle.

She didn’t notice it before, but she did now; the toon had major wings on his back. His head had a tilted halo hanging above it, and he was in a nice suit. The toon's hair was well kept as well. All in all, he seemed to care for his appearance, and she wouldn’t lie if she had to admit that he was pretty attractive. But that doesn’t automatically mean she’s head over heels—no,  not at all.

“What?” Y/n frowned.

“You have weird insults.” The toon smiled.

“Well ok then, why not tell me some of your ‘oh so great’ insults?” Y/n mocked, putting her hands on her hips.

“First off, don’t call someone a Grinch-” The toon began before being cut off by Y/n.

“It’s true though! You were acting like The Grinch.” She states matter-of-factly.

He just deadpanned.

The two of them talked for a long time, sometimes bantering or playfully arguing. They eventually learned each other's names. 

~~Time skip~~

It had been a year since the two met, and now they’re inseparable. 

Currently, the two were simply lounging around on Y/n’s couch. Y/n was lying down, her legs laying on top of Abel’s lap. Abel was sitting up, scrolling through channels on Y/n’s TV. 

He tried to ignore how pretty she looked right now; they were just friends after all. Nothing more. 

As Abel scrolled through the channels, he stopped on an interesting one. It was going on about how electric cars are made. 

“We’ll be right back after this short break.” The channel spoke. As the screen of the TV faded to black, it was replaced with blaring Mariah Carey and red and green lights. 

“It is November! Why are there Christmas commercials out?!" Abel shouted at the TV.

Y/n couldn’t help but burst out laughing at his anger.

He looked over to her, a smirk flashed over his features. Shoving her off of him and the couch, Abel couldn’t help but laugh too.
