lol created a Scogan fankid shortly after watching D&W. In fact, I created a whole bunch :D. And for some reason, my brain made it so that:

-two (or well one ig bc their just variants of each other) have scruffy bird wings on their back’s, with one of them having been born from a accidental soul bonding/mating ritual while the other just kinda spawned in ggbffgvv

-one is a violent & world ending villain w/ a symbolism & ‘tinkering’ (AKA dissecting bodies) obsession

-another one is a born-20-years-old clone who eventually figures out a personality & becomes a monotonous metaphorical (bc their super tall & cryptid looking) little shit who also has a world-threatening-villain variant (who also happens to have a kaiju-esc form??? what?????)

-another two are quarter slightly-horrific-alien from a post secret invasion type A.U

-another one is basically in the situation of Paul from dune, making them a cult leader + ‘commander’/contract partner with an eldritch abomination/shifter/spirt(??) (who is also an ironstrange fankid wth)

-another one is a from a fdugding M.L.P pony looking A.U (Y’know those crosship posts on Deviantart where they use M.L.P pony bodies as bases for the characters??? Anyone???????) who is part symbiote & can sense/predict other’s emotions and/or actions

-(you know the drill) another one is from an canon divergence X-men 97’! universe & has horrifying/ragged movie monster teeth + an unhinging jaw (their 5)

-another one has the FUCKING ABSOLUTE SOLVER AS THEIR POWERS (why?????? bc after watching the murder drones final, my thoughts were like: “he hey image if Logan was the A.S host lmao???” (Idk I luv puppet &/or janky movement animation 😁😋✨))

-yet again, another one is an edgy assassin/sort of anti-hero in the future-current reality of a Logan! reincarnation A.U :DDD

-another one (last one fn I swear) is just baby :D. Who’s currently living in an demonic/infection A.U apocalypse with their mum (who is Scott) yaaa:3

Since Bug is a fankid of two Unova characters i doodled up a kinda "what if" of her at Blueberry Academy. This *probably* isn't canon for her, but it is definitely fun to think about!

I like the idea of amicas fucking. Like, a conjunxed bot banging their amica, and their conjunx being OK with it 'cuz it's natural for bonded besties to party like that from time to time. Selfship Journal Ideas!

I’ve been having a lot of fun with a journal dedicated to selfshipping, and I saw a couple people saying they wouldn’t know what to do with their own version, so here are some ideas for a selfship journal and what you could include!

write down how you met your fictional other

sticker page of things that remind you of your f/o! (you can start them mostly blank and add to them in the future if you don’t have a big sticker collection)

collage of images of your f/o

if you enjoy art, draw your f/o and doodle some things that you associate with them

playlists for your f/o: if one song is especially meaningful, you could write it out in full

make a list of things you love about your f/o

make a list of things you would like to do with your f/o

poetry or quotes that remind you of your selfship

print out a shipping template, glue it in and fill it out!

list of favourite quotes/moments from your f/o

collect a colour palette for your f/o

use the notebook as a journal, but write from the perspective of your self-insert in their universe

design some fankids and what they would be like

brainstorm what relationships you have with other characters in your f/o’s universe (friends, enemies, family members)

if you have dreams about your f/os, write them down! or you can write down what you would like to dream about, and try to manifest it

letters to your f/o (or from your f/o)

use an OC template to write details about your self-inserts

wedding plans, if applicable

use the journal to explore some AUs for your ship

review the media your f/o is from (do you like it? do you recommend it? what do you think are the themes and how well are they explored?)

collect photos of fashion you think your f/o or your s/is would wear

use the journal to vent to your f/os and write down what you think they would say to comfort you

list the things that remind you of your f/o: smells, sounds, activities, locations, colours, foods, anything at all

if you ever gets stuck, you can always use a selfship ask game and fill out all your answers in the journal as well!

Okay,I spent literal days brainstorming but every design I've come up with it that I actually like is just Lunella Lafayette from Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur

And funilly enough Lunella actually is the perfect combination of them. She's

An actual kid genius with a hint of mad science energy (Who can kick anyone's ass as Moon Girl)

Pretty bad at connecting with her peers at first but makes good friends with all the weird things she attracts (Literally the first episode and Kid Cree)

Hyperfixates on science stuff HARD and goes straight for a scientific solution for something instead of emotions (See Hair today,Gone Tomorrow and Suit Up!)

Fangirls over her idols with just as much energy (Family Matters and literally bases her entire hero identity based on the original Moon Girl)

I might make a whole compilation of their similarities when I can start video editing,she's like the perfect Apriltello fankid

Was this also an excuse to plug Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur? Partially. But also I am going to make every ROTTMNT fan get into MGADD

Made a Yukakoi Fankid. Because why not

Name: Nadeshiko Hirose

Age: 7ish

Stand Name: Cotton Fields

Stand description: If the user touches a plush object, then they will be able to manipulate it. It has a “main” body which is sentient, if the vessel for the sentience is destroyed then it can get transferred to a new body

I wasn’t sure how I wanted to go about making her at first, trying to make her obviously be a yukakoi kid, but then I realized that I should actually try to make her a full blown OC, and then give her some traits of her parents to add on, and not just be her whole personality.

I knew I wanted her to be a Stand User, so it became a game of, let’s figure out her stand and go from there. I think I must’ve been thinking of Daiya with her fluffy design, which then reminded me of a That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime character, Alice Rondo, whose power is to manipulate her dolls, which is how I got Nadeshiko’s stand! Though while brainstorming the actual usage’s of her stand now that I had a basic idea down, I did get really attached to the idea of a sentient plush that’s basically just her opposite, like Koichi and Act 3, so I decided that she could have both!

As for her name, I’ve once heard that Yukako’s name is a play on the “Yamato Nadeshiko” which is basically just the “ideal Japanese woman” meaning something along the lines of “Perfect Flower” ofc as Nadeshiko is 7 she’s not actually a play on the “perfect Japanese woman” like Yukako is, I figured it’d be fun to take the name for my OC kid for her. Add on that Koichi gets his last name from the Hirose River, technically her name is something like, “Beloved Flower by the River” or at least, something like that lol. Here’s the wiki article that I found that explains the term:

As for her stand name, I figured that since it has to do with plushies, the first thing that came to my mind was “cotton” since that’s what’s often used as stuffing for toy animals. I looked up Cotton song and found two different songs, both named Cotton Fields. They both seemed to fit the musical aesthetic that jojo music references go into, so either song is fine. Bonus, one of the first things that came up when I searched Cotton was Cotton Eyed Joe, which would be hilarious, wasn’t what I was looking for lol. I do love making Yukako and Josuke twins though, so it would be a funny contender

In the mentioned AUs where Yukako and Josuke are twins, her name’s probably more Nadeshiko Hirose-Higashikata instead of just Hirose
