I got an hour in on the elliptical last night.

I am still worried about my mom.

The basement is cold, weather turned and looks like snow.

Am happy to see a lower number. (Can't wait for 176, keep going keep going kep going)

I wanted something before bed, made sure with a made good bar, for 80 c. I already had a protein bar and a protein brownie. I definitely didn't need an extra 200 c

I need to work on saving those for treats. Yesterday they were for my afternoon dopamine dip.

Ugg. Am trying to remember to have a beverage instead of a snack, but it gets hard. I get tired of peeing so much. Tired of water.

Remember- coffee, tea, diet coke, sparkling water, crystal light, or flavor pack. You got this, dude.

This phase was trying on & popping the tags off all the thrifts shorts I bought. Size 12 ya'll. How?

3 piles. 1 I feel great in now. 1 I am a bit scared to wear likely because I don't know how to style it. 1 that I will try again in 5-10 pounds (mostly old navy).

I feel weird. Disjointed. My belly still feels as big as it ever did. I have loose skin. Which I am trying not to notice.

But I have new shorts and new tanks. New strapless bra.

Now I just need to wear them somewhere...

I am not going to dampen my joy with a summary of my sins.
