just realised something random: I've always been kinda sad that there isn't any media that my parents liked and shared with me, that sort of thing. I know of things that they like, of course, but it was never something they showed me or anything.
and I just realised that's because it was never something nice, something fun, something they wanted to share - no, they only ever brought up things that they liked as a way to say that everything I liked was bad.

something abt realizing you're listening to someone sing for the last time really hits in an awful way
#so there's this girl who's a year above me and to say that she's good at singing is an understatement. if the goddess of song#herself were to appear in front of me or anyone who's ever heard a note come from her mouth and asked which one was more talented the only#appropriate answer would be that the goddess pales in comparison. i first heard her voice at the auditions for our middle school musical in#the sixth grade and i've been in shock and awe ever since. it's in the name of her voice that i decided i wanted to learn how to write musi#bc i cannot sing but wanted nothing more than some sort of reason to stand next to her. and by some twist of fate. i took music theory last#semester and guess who ended up sitting directly next to me. and who i also said no more than maybe 5-10 words to the entire time. . whoops#in my (and her) defense. it's not like she's unapproachable or anything. she's one of the genuinely kindest people i've ever encountered bu#the problem is. it's a music theory class. i was the only one in it not affiliated w the music department. and everyone in it had known eac#other for 4-7 years. even my like. actual friend in the class was ignoring me a lil (he wasn't he was just hanging out w his closer friends#and so i kept to myself the entire semester bc i didn't want to feel like i was intruding on anything + am terminally shy#(like. to the point where i get physically ill bc of it)#flash forward to today in ap world w our song parody project. our teacher was showing past examples from previous classes and guess who too#the class last year. and ofc. you Do Not get [name redacted] working on a project w/out having her sing for you#her group made a stalin-themed mr sandman parody and our teacher paused the video halfway through and it was my own personal 9/11#bc there's no good reason for our paths to ever cross again. unless she becomes some celebrity. which i have no doubt she could if merit wa#the only factor at play there. i will never hear her voice again and i'm not sure what i'm going to do abt that.#romeo.txt

also. re: neil gaiman. for all the people wondering, "what if the celebrity I like turns out to be like him?" I just want to say a few more things-
now is a good time to evaluate your relationships with celebrities or internet personalities. this is just like, a healthy thing to do in general; I do it on a regular basis when considering the celebrities whose work I like. take a minute to think about how you feel about those people, and ask yourself how personal your attachment is to them. if you feel attached to them as you would a friend, family member, or partner, you may need to confront that.
if a celebrity you like turns out to have done something reprehensible, that doesn't make you a bad person for liking them in the past. you likely didn't know. if you loved neil gaiman's writing, and even if you still do, you don't have to feel guilty about it. however, you may want to reevaluate continuing to support them financially.
I deliberately said "celebrities whose work I like" earlier, because that's an important distinction to make- a celebrity's work is just their job. you can admire their work, and it can be very important to you, but at the end of the day, they are not their work. people will talk about "separating the art from the artist" when someone does something awful like gaiman, but I think this might even apply to celebrities you admire. for instance, I'm a big fan of tom waits' music. he has a very entertaining stage persona and is an extremely talented artist. as far as I'm aware, tom waits hasn't had any major controversies. but even so, it's important for me to remember that I adore tom waits' artistry, not tom waits himself. I do not want to become personally attached to someone I do not know.
just because neil gaiman did something awful, or because any number of celebrities did something awful, doesn't mean that you should be automatically suspicious of the ones that don't have allegations against them. it does mean that you should be wary of how you should attach to them, but it doesn't do to be paranoid about, for example, david tennant, because you were wounded by neil gaiman's actions. it does mean that you shouldn't form a parasocial attachment to david tennant (or anyone else), but it doesn't mean that he's also secretly an abuser, too.

It's crazy how Dungeon Meshi's manga can feel more cinematic and emotional than the anime to me, even when they're practically the same. Compared to the anime, this moment is such a heartbreaking gut-drop. The way Kui uses negative space and flat compositions to create a sense of horrific stillness is so key.
The way the text (Senshi's monologue) is sequestered to an empty corner of a panel or huddled away from the edge of its text box is not only a great way of showing Senshi's headspace (fearful, isolated, dissociating), but creates a visual representation of pause, as if you hold your breathe after each line. The first panel puts us directly in Senshi's perspective too (compared to in the anime, which puts us as an outside observer over Senshi's shoulder). The detail of the door and bricks so effectively implies that he stared at it for so long, waiting and hoping, that its image is burned in his memory. The wood grain, the brick arch, the number of rivets. The lack of dialogue in the second panel shows a moment of realization too –– "he's dead" (also a great example of the Kuleshov effect). And it's that pause that creates a beat and sets a great rhythm to his headspace, like a music rest: "He never came back." (oh god.) "I'm all alone." Finally, the third panel's negative space, cropping Senshi, shows how truly alone he feels. Without his family, the world ceases to exists. Under shock, he traps himself in a 1-foot radius, too scared to even perceive a world outside its boundaries; a world that can hurt him, kill him, make him disappear with it. There is only his body, the stone beneath his feet and against his back, his thoughts, and that awful bowl of soup.
Even though they're a series of flat images, there's an implicit reading of silence in Senshi's realization and horror. Kui influences your experience to slow down and take your time.
Compare this to the anime, which fills every shot with dialogue. The pacing is fast; we never get to sit in silence like we do with the manga. The horizontal frame allowed the boarders to add Senshi, turning the composition into an over-the-shoulder shot, which takes us out of Senshi's POV. They also added a zoom-out in shot one, which adds unnecessary energy to a very somber scene. The tightening on Senshi as a close-up reaction shot also dulls the moment. In the original panel, Senshi stares ahead at the empty space to his left as a shadow surrounds his mind. It not only shows how Senshi's senses are dulling and his world is shrinking (setting up panel three), but shows how terrified Senshi is of what's in front of him, how the air itself becomes pitch black and opaque, how Senshi is surrendering himself to fear. The pacing is understandable and necessary; this episode packed a lot of story content together. It's just a shame because it really (imo) deflated one of the most nauseating moments in Dungeon Meshi.

I was playing ace attorney last night and had a realization of my true power. So here's some of the dream situation in ace attorney format lmao
PLEASE DON'T LET THIS FLOP I SPENT SOOOO LONG ON IT
Note:
This isn't meant to be a proper summary, I'm just having fun sldfkj
If there's errors in the video then oopsie. I'm not gonna fix them just bc it would be too much effort. (Also, some things are worded weirdly bc I took them directly from videos. Primarily with stuff Dream's saying)
If there's errors in the transcript below, then let me know!! Though I haven't captioned everything in the video, just all the dialogue and some relevant sound effects.
In case anyone's curious, I used objection.lol
Transcription under cut, though I'd recommend watching the video for music and sound effects :]]]]] I just put it as an option for those who use screen readers, have bad connection, etc.
The second week of January 2025.
Chat, as the Gallery in Ace Attorney: GET HIS ASS. SLAY (LITERALLY) hi youtube
[Gavel slams]
Tubbo, as the Judge: Trial is now in Session for Dreamwastaken.
Tubbo: Dream, your opening statement, please.
Dream, as Cody Hackins: Tommyinnit posted a video yesterday that was titled "Dream" where he said a lot of stuff about me that isn't true.
[Hold it!]
Tommyinnit, as Phoenix Wright: Is it not true that you called my fanbase a slur?
Dream: Okay yeah, I did do that. I'm sorry. Genuinely.
Tommyinnit: Good. That was the absolute bare minimum.
Tommyinnit: But what about the misogyny? And how you and your friends treat women?
Dream: You have no examples.
[clever sound]
Dream: What if I just said you're racist and called it a day!
Tubbo: You called two different women "whores." Please amend your testimony.
Dream: Ah. Yeah, but it was to my friend. She wasn't upset at all!
[Objection!]
Ludwig, as older Phoenix Wright: Lmao
Dream: Okay but I meant it in the affectionate way!!! Like in the way I've called my cat a whore.
[Loud chatter from the Gallery]
Chat: SHANE DAWSON???? HE WHAT!!!!!!! [shuttering camera] I'm lost. Are they still fighting over discs?
Dream: Whatever, that's long enough ago. I did what I could about the situation.
Tommyinnit: My video wasn't just about that. It was also how you've been awful to me. It started with early Dream SMP when-
[Objection!]
Dream: Tommy, there's no way that you actually believe this. Saying I was terrible to you with no examples or anything- like- if you don't think that my intention was to help you, then what was my intention? Why did I do all of that?
[Loud chatter from the Gallery]
Chat: BRO THAT'S WHAT WE'RE WONDERING TEXTBOOK MANIPULATION POGCHAMP Is this new lore for c!Dream?
[Hold it!]
Tommyinnit: You thrived off of holding my success over my head! You didn't treat me like an equal!
Dream: [Desk slam] I saw potential in you!
Tommyinnit: Yet you called me a promoter for saying I was working on my podcast, book, and comedy tour?
Dream: [Critical hit sound] So why is my content worth less value?! I'm sorry that I like coding and hanging out with my friends??
[Gavel slams]
Tubbo: No one was saying that?
Tubbo: You keep taking Tommy's clips out of context. Shouldn't you be more responsible with the clips you take since you're aware of the gravity of some of these claims?
Dream: [Surprised Sound] Because-
Dream: You're saying-
Dream: Uh-
Chat: [lots of periods and question marks]
[Disappointed sound]
Dream: That's a good point, Tubbo.
Dream: That's actually a really good point.
Tubbo: Thanks. :/

As much as I like Spotify Wrapped, I have to say this year was awful and the nail in the coffin for me.
Firstly, it was later than usual and was all AI. That isn't 100% a bad thing, but it was missing a ton of stats in favor for what AI generated genre description we were listening to through out the year. I wanted to know what my top genres were this year! What my tarot or energy was! But there was none of that, instead an AI podcast that reguritated the wrapped story and got it wrong for me. (Last time I checked by biggest listneing day couldn't have been 12k minutes as there's not even that many minutes in a week).
Spotify isn't even the best music streaming platform by far. It sucks with music quality where it is very noticible even if you aren't an audiophile. Let's compare individual plans. For 11.99 USD the highest streaming is 320kbps and doesn't have high-res. Amazon, Tidal, and Apple Music all have the ability to stream CD quality (for example Tidal is 1,411kbps) for their 10.99 USD each. And they have the same if not bigger catelogs. Oh and Tidal actually pays their artists and is clear about it (Spotify pays $0.00348 per stream, Amazon does $0.00426, Apple $0.00675, and Tidal $0.00876).
The biggest draw to Spotify for me was the statistics. I really enjoyed being able to see what I'm listening to and compare but now every other streaming service has that. I liked that. Except, each service is doing that now. And Every Noise At Once, a website I use to find great new music, is no longer updating cause Spotify laid off a ton of their staff. While it wasn't a Spotify "offical" thing, the person that ran it worked at Spotify and was a part of the daylist creation along with other things.
Another thing is the music recommendations. They suck. Spotify used to introduce me to a lot of new music but I feel like it just gives me the same five same songs. Shuffle is also rigged and anything generated has gone downhill since the layoff. There's no new layout or UI changes that have been asked for years. Like covers for playlist folders or album collections.
Spotify might have podcast integration but it SUCKS. There's so many better free options. I'm a big podcast listener and their podcatcher is the worst I've used. By far.
The only good thing about Spotify right now is the audiobooks for premium users. I liked that. Except the selection is limited you get 15 hours a month. There's other free options like Libby which is integrated with local libraries.
If you were disapointed with Spotify Wrapped this year, maybe look into some other options. Spotify has some nice features but I'm finding it less and less worth it.

Country Living
When he stopped to help you on the side of this lonely country road, you couldn’t have been more grateful. You didn’t expect your car to breakdown on these desolate backroads. Nor did you expect a lack of cell service. Your years studying in college didn’t exactly give you the knowledge on how to diagnose and fix cars. But based on all the smoke, you figured something was wrong.
“Aw, don't you worry none, I'm right happy to help y'all out.” He removed his ball cap and ran his hand through his short brown hair, “Name’s Bucky. What brings y'all to this neck of the woods?”
He was certainly taller and more muscular than you- not to mention ripe with the smell of a hard day’s work. And you could tell he was looking you over, the juxtaposition couldn’t have been clearer. Country vs city boy, manual laborer vs keyboard warrior, dropped out of high school vs college educated. The list could go on. But despite the bias you held towards these country folks, you were happy he was helping. And so you introduced yourself and expressed your sincere gratitude. Bucky smiled and gave you a bone crushing handshake.
“Ain't no trouble at all, I'm just glad to help out.” He smiled warmly, his dark eyes, while lacking intelligence, were filled with kindness and just a bit of mischief.
He winks at you and you felt your heart flutter for just a moment. Maybe it was the way his stubble framed his tanned face. Or the way the sweat dripped from his muscular arms as he worked on your car. Or perhaps it was the occasional glances he gave you and the sly smirk that told you he knew you were checking him out.
“I reckon I know what's wrong. Just need to grab a tool from my garage.” He said, wiping the sweat from his brow, “You care to join me? Looks like you could use a sip of somethin’.”
It was true. In the sweltering heat, you were certainly thirsty. And while part of you wanted to stay with your car, you felt beckoned to go with him. And so you did. You climbed into his pick-up truck and watched as he revved the engine. And before long, you were cruising down the old country road with your car disappearing from sight.
“Well, dang if this ain't my favorite tune!” Bucky said, turning up the volume, “You figure you into this kinda music?”
It was some country song. One about cars, beer, and living on a farm. Not something you’d listen to voluntarily. But as Bucky sang in his southern twang, you found your foot tapping along. Soon you were mouthing the words, almost as if you knew the song by heart. And a moment later you joined in with him, the two of you putting your hearts into every lyric. You barely noticed the southern twang that garnished your voice.
“Well, I'll be darned! Can’t believe you like these kinda tunes. No offense intended, but you don't quite fit the mold, do ya?” He says with a chuckle.
Bucky gives your arm a playful punch and you look down at the exposed, tanned skin of your bicep. Your muscles were contracting and seemingly getting larger, highlighted nicely by the wifebeater that clung tightly to your skin. You look up at Bucky and he gives you a wink. Again, you feel comforted by his kind smile and playful dark eyes. You turn away and absentmindedly run a hand over your growing biceps. So firm and tight, the skin somewhat weathered. But deep down you know something isn’t right. Its nagging at you, begging for you to say something. To at least find out what’s happening to you. You want to tell Bucky, but he’s just pulled up to his garage.
“Mind givin’ me a hand findin’ my toolkit?” Bucky asks. You nod quickly- your anxiety being pushed deep into your subconsciousness. And as Bucky enters the garage, he pulls off his sweaty wifebeater, “Don't pay me no mind, it sure gets mighty hot 'round these parts. You’re welcome to do the same.”
And you follow his example. As you do, you catch a whiff of your pits. The musk that invades your nostrils is a far cry from the vegan deodorant you applied this morning. Moreso, your usually well-trimmed pit hair is now a curly damp bush of dark brown hairs that poke out when you lower your arms. The smell makes you dizzy and you feel like you might fall over, but Bucky lends you a hand.
“Don’t go faintin’ on me now.” He says with a grin, “We got a lotta work to do.”
“Don't you worry 'bout me none, I got this here handled.” You say- the words leaving your mouth without much input from your brain. Bucky’s eyes light up and he grins.
“I shoulda known that.” His laugh fills your ears and you swear it’s the most beautiful thing you’ve heard. He notices you admiring him, “Gotta find those tools now.”
You nod and start rummaging through his garage and workbench. You pick up a wrench and place it down. Then another and another. You never really needed to learn basic mechanic stuff, let alone the names of wrenches. You were more focused on your degree. Your degree in... In...? You stare at the composite wrench in your hand and your eyes narrow. You were studying something at that univer... uni... book-learnin’ place of yours, right? Your thoughts are distracted when some oil spills on your hands.
“Gosh darnit.” You mutter, wiping the oil on your work jeans. Work jeans that were stained and torn from years of laboring.
You turn towards Bucky to say something, but instead find yourself gawking. His perfect stubble across his face, the sweat gleaming on his firm and toned muscles, and the way his chest hairs frame his pecs. Your dick gets hard and you quickly start to massage your bulge. And when you see how well his work jeans fit tightly around his juicy ass, you can’t but help let out a whistle.
“You say somethin’?” He asks, turning to face you, “Yeehaw! Look at you!” He says, clearly gawking.
You turn to catch a glimpse of yourself in a nearby mirror and your eyes widen. You bounce your juicy pecs, appreciating the light dusting of hairs that decorate them. You raise your thick, meaty arm and flex, causing your muscles to bulge. And then you look at your face. It had squared out a bit, giving it a masculine edge and your cheeks now sported stubble. You felt powerful, and you couldn’t help but continue to flex.
“Hey there big fella.” You let out a masculine moan as Bucky comes from behind you, his arm reaching around, and his hand grabbing a fistful of your muscle tit, “You’re bigger’n a bull in springtime!” You just nod, unable to produce words as pleasure courses through you from his teasing hand, “It sure does get lonesome out here in these parts. Reckon I wouldn’t mind some company, if it ain’t too much trouble.”
He spins you around, your bodies pressing up against one another. His hand moves down your abs and then down your work jeans. He’s staring deep into your eyes now, a primal lust replacing the prior warmth from earlier. And for the first time, you feel lost. Scared even. As though you’re going down a path you wouldn’t be able to back away from. The end of one chapter of your life and the start of another you weren’t sure you wanted.
“Wait a minute... somethin’ don’t feel right. I... this ain’t who I am.” You say, unable to talk like you used to.
“Now, don’t go overthinkin’ it. Just keep your eyes on me.” Bucky whispered, his hands working to undo the buckle on your jeans.
You watch as he pulls down your pants and slowly gets down on his knees. Your enlarged, throbbing dick continues to grow, adding inch after inch. Bucky is nearly salivating as he comes face to face with your monster, and without another word, his tongue traces along the shaft. You moan as his mouth expertly works your cock. He bobs up and down, taking its entirety into his mouth. You feel as his hands wrap around your waist and he grabs a fistful of your muscular ass, causing you to let out another deep, masculine moan. You can feel your dick throbbing, your balls growing heavy with your seed. And as he expertly works the head of your cock, you can feel it. You’re getting close... so close. And then it stops. You’re breathing heavy now, and you look down at him. A sheen of sweat covers your body, dampening your body hair and filling the air with your country musk.
“Wh... why’d ya stop?” You breath out.
Bucky smirks, “You sure 'bout this, darlin’? Leavin’ behind all that city livin’ and book-learnin’? Just you and me, livin’ simple out here?” He licks along your shaft again, “Once you say yes, that’s it. No turnin’ back, no second thoughts. You sure you’re ready for that?”
Was this what he wanted? To bring you so close? To send you into a horny frenzy? To make it so that in this moment, all you’d be able to say was yes? With a smirk and a wink, he went back to sucking your cock. And as he did, you could feel it. You could feel your brain shrinking. Your memories growing up in suburbia vanished. As were your memories of going to college in the city. Nerdy interests like videogames and comic books vanished from your brain, and you felt terror as you forgot about your friends and family. Everything that made you you was vanishing from your mind. Instead, you could feel new interests: farming, hunting, woodworking, lifting weights, and drinking beer with your husband after a long day. Your fashion sense simplified: wifebeaters and work jeans, and honestly going shirtless was preferred. And as your eyes dimmed to reflect your lack of intelligence, and Bucky bobbed up and down on your dick, you finally came, releasing all of who you used to be. And as you filled your husband’s eager throat, you blacked out.
If someone told you who you used to be in your past life, I’m not sure you would go back. When the police came by a few days after your transformation with a missing persons poster of some kid, you had no idea who they were talking about. You quickly forgot all about that encounter. You had more important things like fixing the truck. But before you did that, you should check on Bucky. It’s been a few days, and your balls were mighty full.

Carlos Sainz | 55
Skiing sounded terrifying for you. The risk of injury, the freezing cold, not being to control your movements, all of it seemed so scary. But Carlos peer-pressured you into it, which you couldn't be more grateful for. Although he's already experienced, almost at a pro's level, he still waited for you and taught you everything he knew.
There was no embarrassment in it either. He was so gentle and understanding when teaching you, always holding your hand, tucking your hair back into your cap, and cleaning your visor. It was hours filled with giggling at your mistakes and Carlo's poorly worded explanations.
But in the end, you managed to get the hang of it slightly, only doing small ramps and gliding around. He's never been prouder. He starts filming you like a facebook mom and he WILL 100% post it on his story.
Tumblr media
Charles Leclerc | 16
Being so busy with driving makes him unable to do what he really loves, which is piano. So once it's Christmas time, he has get back his skills. But even though piano is usually played solo, he always tries to add you into it.
Either by letting you sit right next to him and sing the lyrics. Or letting you play the right-hand notes while he does the left-hand notes. He's very passionate about his music, always going into long rants about the musical choices he made and his biggest inspirations.
You can't help but just admire his nerdy-ness. It's so fun to hear the calming piano and his long rants, which helps you sleep. Which he doesn't even get mad at, instead he just drapes a blanket over you and continues playing.
Tumblr media
Lando Norris | 04
Winter isn't something Lando wants to experience often. Of course, he loves to go snowboarding or watching the snow fall, but his comfort comes from the sun. So when the season ends, he's instantly telling you to pack your bags and prepare for an Australian "winter".
Which is perfect, since that's Oscar's hometown. So now you're stuck in Australia with your dumb ahh boyfriend and Lily's not-as-dumb-boyfriend. But you don't mind, it's great to get a bunch of double date time, discuss the grid drama, and more. Lily is basically your sister, you're almost more excited to see her than you are to see Lando.
But of course, he'll go back home to London with you so you can meet his family and have the true winter experience. He'll play in the snow, make an unbelievably disproportionate snowman, and possibly,,, just maybe,,, make a drawing in the snow with pee...
Tumblr media
Oscar Piastri | 81
Christmas time means it's time for him to be his real self: a professional bed-rotter. Going out is so tiring for him, and he's sick of it. So prepare for weeks on end of just staying indoors, cuddling, ordering take out, and debating over movies.
Even though you're staying indoors mostly, it's never boring with him. Mainly because he has awful movie opinions. For example, he watched "Home Alone" with you, only to root for the kidnappers to take Kevin... Or when he was rooting for Voldemort to kill Harry just to thicken the plot.
Truly awful ideas, but you love debating them and hearing his logic behind it. Despite being drama free on the grid, he can't help but love the drama on screen. So, once you're done with every Christmas movie: it's time for Love is Blind, Love Island, and more shitty TV shows with even more shitty opinions.
Tumblr media
Max Verstappen | 01
Racing was fun for Max, of course it is. But so is just staying home and being able to be a normal person. He really enjoys having time to himself just to think and enjoy the peace and quiet before he's forced to be back into a world filled with cameras, mics, and more.
So you two just do domestic tasks. Like grocery shopping, picking Christmas gifts, cooking together, and more. It's simple, but he loves it to death. There's been so many times throughout the season where he just wanted to call in sick so he could do something chill with you.
The only con is that he's an awful cook... And awful for grocery shopping... And he's not up to date with the kids,,, and picks the most awful gifts...
But thank god you're there to help! You'll be there to laugh at his stupid mistakes and help him do better, which he loves.
Tumblr media
Oliver Bearman | 87
Family is one of the most important things to Ollie. He's who he is because of his family, so be prepared to be with his family almost every single week. Although it was scary at first, his family greeted you with open arms.
His sister loves you and gets to be girly with you. You go shopping with her and talk about the gossip at her school. His brother and you both team up to bully Ollie and prank him. His mom is so sweet and always treats you like her own daughter, giving you the best dinners and gifts. And his dad is so caring towards you, being more protective of you than Ollie.
It makes Ollie start to feel like HE'S the in-law instead of you. But he never complains, instead he's so grateful to have you. He couldn't ask for anyone better.
Tumblr media
Paul Aron | 17 <3
You know those dumbass shirts at Walmart that say "Eat, Game, Sleep, Repeat"? That's the exact moto Paul lives by, but except it's training instead of gaming. Which means he's never had the chance to be able to fully relax. Even during summer vacation, he would sneak away to go to the gym or even fucking sneak a hand-grip onto the plane. This man is ADDICTED.
So you help him calm down, which is very needed. You take him to do all the fun stuff that he should be doing. But you know he's very concerned for losing his abs and muscles, so you make sure to make it a physical activity.
This means going to ice rinks, walking for miles in winter-themed towns, and even trying most aggressive ice sports. Things like skiing, snowboarding, and even hockey. Although you're not good at all of them, Paul is there to help.
Despite him just starting these sports too, he's already a pro at it. So now it's a time filled with giggles and laughs as you try all of these new activities together.
Tumblr media
Pepe Marti | 21
It's well known by everyone that Pepe is one of the very few drivers in university. So this winter break is used by him to not only study, but also catch up with friends. You and him get to experience and cozy winter, filled with cuddling, procrastinating on homework, and hanging out with friends.
You hangout with not only his university but of course, the trio. Christian and Sebastian are so fun to hang around with and they're super sweet to you. It's as if they're your brothers who annoy the shit out of and Pepe.
100% Chris is the oldest sibling, Pepe is a middle child, and Sebs is the annoying youngest. You guys all mess around by playing stupid games, screaming karaoke, riding carts in Target, and more. Just a true college experience with the nicest people ever.

Shu Sakamaki
🎻- Now because he's been alive for hundreds of years, he's seen the best of the best
🎻- And because of this, nothing you do could really pique his general interest
🎻- Wellllll ok maybe a little. He'll watch the first time around and have that image of you dancing so gracefully stuck in his head and he'll blame you for "keeping him up"
🎻- He wouldn't oppose you if you asked him to play the violin while you dance (he wants you to, so please ask)
🎻- Always shows up to your concerts, he would never miss it for the world
🎻- Slowly becomes your emotional rock since he knows the kind of pressure you're experiencing to please those around you
🎻- Since Shu is a leg man, let's say he likes to see you dance for a couple different reasons
Reiji Sakamaki
☕️- Your biggest fan ever, like I'm not even joking
☕️- LOOOOVES to see you dance and asks you to perform in private for him
☕️- Gives you pointers because he wants you to always succeed
☕️- Speaking of succeeding, he always books your auditions, makes sure you get there on time, have adequate practice sessions, etc.
☕️- Thinks you're so sophisticated and won't say it, but he thinks this makes you 10x more attractive
☕️- "How will you ever get the lead role with such shaky movements? Must I need to demonstrate every little thing for you?"
Ayato Sakamaki
🏀- Like almost everything else, Ayato takes pride in the fact that his s/o is a ballerina
🏀- I feel like his overall reaction would change depending on your gender tbh
🏀- For example, if you're a guy, he'd make fun of you for it until the day he sits in that crowded room and as the music blasts through, engulfing him in a sugary symphony, no matter HOW many people are on stage, all he can see is you
🏀- If you're a girl, he'd be more open to the idea and won't make fun of you as much, but that doesn't mean he won't tease you
🏀- Like Reiji, he also pushes you because he insists that you shouldn't have to settle for second place, or god forbid third
Laito Sakamaki
🃏- Yes yes we all know he makes perverted and out of pocket jokes about it
🃏- Finds ways to somehow include you being a ballerina to benefit him, ie flexibility
🃏- Aside from the obvious, Laito is very impressed with your ability to literally dance on your toes
🃏- He throws roses at your performances
🃏- "Don't get too cocky up there, remember no matter what, you'll always be my little bitch nfu~"
🃏- Aside from all the awe he has for you, he also has a side of him that thinks being able to move your body in such a fashion is a bit creepy
🃏- So if you ever wanna spook him, just weirdly articulate your body, trust
Kanato Sakamaki
🧸- Does your makeup for performances 100%
🧸- He loves seeing you dress in frilly pastel outfits
🧸- Gets violently jealous however, emphasis on violent
🧸- You should only be showing yourself off to him, not other people
🧸- He supposes however, that it just can't be helped, clipping a bird's wings will only make it wander about in life without a purpose
🧸- DO. NOT. piss him off before a performance, he WILL break your legs
🧸- Putting aside his violent outbursts, he thinks you're just the cutest thing ever and might even consider himself lucky that he wounded up with such a person as yourself
Subaru Sakamaki
🥀- Thinks it's cool
🥀- I wouldn't say he has strong opinions until he sees you actually perform
🥀- Like Ayato, his eyes would be glued to you all night
🥀- "I didn't realize you were that good- Of course I'm not saying it was anything special! Fuck off! Just be glad I even showed up to that stupid thing"
🥀- Honestly might doubt himself a bit and reasses his own self to see how compatible you guys are
🥀- After all, you're surrounded by talent all the time, it must be exhausting coming home to a lifeless monster like him right?
🥀- Please tell him that he's enough for you, he'll push you to be your best self if you let him know there's nothing to be worried about
🥀- Similar to Reiji and Ayato in that sense, but he knows when to quit and when to give you space
🥀- Think of those dads at their child's recitals where they always look peeved and they have that one dad pose where they sit and lean back with their arms crossed
🥀- That's him, but he's actually enjoying every moment of it

Glinda gets what she deserves at the end of Wicked
I don’t necessarily mean this in an all negative light either, Glinda’s ending is bittersweet – sad, but hopeful. But she does not deserve an all out happy ending at the end of the musical.
I don’t know if I’m gonna be crucified for this, but here goes.
Glinda in Act 2 is a key part of a fascist regime. She doesn’t just live in it, she isn’t forced to take part in it and she’s not working as a double agent (like Fiyero). She knows what they are doing to the Animals (which includes separating infants from their mothers and putting them in cages, and making Animals so afraid they literally forget how to speak), she knows and loves people it is hurting and yet she continues to actively promote it.
(I won’t point out the connections to real world situations, but I’m sure you guys can all think of examples and think of how you feel about people who are active participants in helping such regimes.)
We see she knows all this too. We see she excuses it for her ego and the power:
Glinda: Do you think I like to hear them say those awful things about her? I hate it!
Fiyero: Then what are we doing here? Let's go, let's get out of here!
Glinda: We can't leave now, not when people are looking to us to raise their spirits.
Fiyero: You can't leave, because you can't resist this. And that is the truth.
Glinda: Maybe I can't. Is that so wrong? Who could?
Elphaba: No, of course you never! You're too busy telling everyone how wonderful everything is!
Glinda: I'm a public figure, now. People expect me to...
Elphaba: Lie?
Glinda: Be encouraging!
And if one could possibly argue (weakly) that, given she’s not actually doing any of the regime’s actual violence, just keeping people’s hopes up she’s not as bad as those who are, she gets worse:
Morrible: Well, we'll just flush her out and force her to show herself.
Wizard: But how?
Glinda: Her sister
Morrible: What? What did she say?
Glinda: Use her sister. Spread a rumour. Make her think her sister is in trouble and she will fly to her side... and you'll have her.
Even if one argues that Glinda is somehow not clever enough to realise that they’ll end up killing Nessa, she sure as hell knows it will get Elphaba captured. And there’s no way that Elphaba being captured won’t lead to the execution of her best friend. Yes, she’s heartbroken, yes, she might not have said this when emotions weren’t running high, but it doesn’t make her terrible words less deadly (and bear in mind Elphaba hadn’t even done anything to hurt Glinda! It was Fiyero who chose to go with her).
Glinda only really starts realising what she has done in March of the Witch hunters, when Nessa is dead, Fiyero is tortured and presumed dead and Elphaba has descended into madness – all because of her own action. And, kudos to her, this is when she decides to change, she immediately goes to Elphaba and tries to warn her about the Witch Hunters, apologises and ultimately Elphaba trusts her with the Grimmorie and to continue her legacy (which she immediately does by overthrowing the Wizard). She has started down the track to good but she still has a long way to go.
I am not the first, nor will I be the last to point this out but “Goodness knows the wicked’s lives are lonely, goodness knows the wicked die alone”, sung by Glinda,is clearly not about Elphaba. Elphaba was not wicked, nor did she die alone (literally Dorothy was in the room and metaphorically Glinda supported and loved her). Glinda is singing about herself, Glinda knows she has been wicked, Glinda knows that it is her own actions that have lead to the “death” of her friends.
So what Glinda is left with is a chance to do good. A chance to live up to her name and make up for what she’s done. A chance to use what she’s most talented at, making people like her, to continue the legacy of her best friend. Despite everything, Elphaba does trust her, if she didn’t she wouldn’t have left her with this responsibility.
Glinda: Fellow Ozians, friends, we have been through a frightening time. There will be other times and other things that frighten us. But if you let me, I'd like to try to help. I'd like to try to be... Glinda the Good.
This is why she is going to “try” to be Glinda the Good, because she hasn’t been good yet. She has learnt a lot of very hard lessons through the narrative, been dragged kicking and screaming out of her selfishness, ego and giving into her worst impulses and is grateful for a chance to repent. And honestly, I’m sure she will suceed.
And one last thing:
Elphaba: I only wish...
Fiyero: What?
Elphaba: Glinda could know that we're alive.
Fiyero: She can't know, not if we want to be safe. No one can ever know.
I know a lot of people take ire with this line. But Fiyero, always the best strategist of the group, is right. The last time Glinda was trusted with important information it led to a death and two more people nearly dying. She has not earned that trust yet.
But, remember, Glinda isn’t stupid, Glinda is in a position where she’s going to have to think more and more. Glinda has presumably seen her roommate get wet before, she saw Fiyero’s reaction to the rumour, no matter how much searching happens Fiyero’s body never turns up, how long is it really going to take for her to connect the dots? Sure “Glinda can never know” for sure, but she sure as hell can be comforted by the fact she’s almost certain her best friend did not melt from a bucket of water.

𝙿𝙸𝙻𝙴 𝙾𝙽𝙴 🥥
Trusting that that’s exactly where you need to be right now. Doing things that make you feel wholesome. Feeling connections with your precious people. Feeling emotions in regards to your connections with your DR people (love, empathy, hate, excitement, sadness, anger…). Your bonds with those people create a strong foundation. Meditating about being in your DR to feel inner peace - to feel at home (do it regularly - maybe even daily, not to shift, just for the sake of feeling at home and basking in the connection with your DR until it becomes second nature). Practice feeling gratitude (for your connections, for your DR, for all the opportunities given to you) and let this feeling wash through your whole body. Practice experiencing your DR through your senses - revel through beauty (aesthetics), art (moodboards), music (playlists, ambience videos), scents and sensuality (imagining the feeling of your DR clothes or the things around you or imaginary acts of love-dovey stuff lol). Make it a sweet experience (imagine tasting the food in your DR you’ve been dying to try, kissing your lover which you longed for for so long, speaking gently words to the people dear to you heart and imagine seeing them smile fondly at you) - involve your emotions or focus on how these things make you feel - don’t force it, just observe and acknowledge. Your deep emotions are your strong point.
Don’t focus too much on the “finally getting there” part - for you this is not just a magical quick transition because it already started with your first shifting attempt, it all is a part of you transitioning - you need to focus more so on the slowly merging of yourself and this world - acknowledge the transitions and feel it intensely - in order to do so you must be fully present and ‘awake’ in the sense of you actively recognizing what you’re doing with no expectations or rules about what “should be”. You don’t need anyone's approval. Instead, just be unconditionally in awe of what this life is offering/presenting to you. Beauty is everywhere and you have the natural ability to see it. Devote yourself to it (seeing it). It will increase your mood, your energy and your ability to connect with what you desire.
Learning to rely on faith is a major thing in all kinds of spiritual practices. Letting loose and putting trust in yourself/the universe etc. Acknowledge personal fears and issues, finding out where they’re coming from and learning how to deal with them. Healing parts of yourself with patience, love and devotion. Devotion to yourself and your happiness. There is no need to rush. Time is irrelevant. Connect the mundane everyday life with the otherworld. Make your human life magical. You have a knack for it.
If you are struggling with the “trusting” part and are more so the type to be a ‘control freak’ maybe try to switch your perception of things, like this for example: “Change is coming whether you like it or not. You may be feeling like things are out of your control, maybe they are. You will be forced to shift, you will be forced to be in your DR - fight against or accept it”.
Also, maybe do not try to talk about this with others in your CR, I feel like there are a few people in your environment (family or friends) who are not trustworthy enough and might make you out to be crazy - which might hurt and discourage you a lot. Please be careful with who you share all this with. Others might not be able to appreciate these things like you do. You’re such a precious person. Don’t let others dim your light.
𝙿𝙸𝙻𝙴 𝚃𝚆𝙾 🌱
Doing activities here that relate to your DR that bring you immense joy and a sense of belonging, daydreaming freely about your DR and realizing consciously that all your fantasy will come true (the desired ones obviously) - see how that makes you feel and bask in that feeling. Making use of your creativity (making DR related content like posts, moodboards, playlists or stories or DR related clothes, accessories etc.), meditating on and/or imagining things about your DR that give you a sense of safety and emotional fulfillment ( ex. with relationships and family). Be at peace with your DR. Gaining inner peace will make you overflow with clarity and grace, reaching beyond depths, through your cells in your body to your soul. Practice feeling at home in your DR (imagine/visualize your DR self doing daily activities or self care at home etc.). Know that the ‘wholeness’ you feel in your DR with your precious DR people reflects the wholeness you’ve created for yourself. Doing things in the way that they align with your personal values will give you immense strength and resilience - you don’t need to bend over backwards or stretch yourself thin.
Don’t follow every other person and their advice, just follow your heart. I know that putting a lot of effort and energy into a situation is wearing you down, especially when you are not seeing the return. Right now you might lack confidence and feel as though you don't really know what you're doing. Or you might feel like something is hindering you from expressing the full range of your skills/ideas and keeping you locked up in a box, when all you want to do is to be free and flourish! You might be a little ungrounded or suppressing something - not wanting to deal with it - which confuses you in return. I feel like you’re someone who struggles with knowing what you really want, letting yourself be influenced by other people's dreams/desires  and therefore being indecisive about a lot of things. In your case, feeling stuck and unfulfilled is increasing your awareness of what you do want. This suspension in time is actually a blessing in disguise! Meditating on your ‘issues’ so that you can gain clarity before making any moves/decisions - clarity about your DR, who you want to be and what you want to experience - this clarity will bring you closer to your DR - emotionally but also on the mental/consciousness sphere (I don’t really want to say ‘physically’ here in this context but I hope you know what I mean lol). Sitting still and realizing that your life is bigger than this one moment. There are endless options and opportunities for you. Don’t get discouraged and keep moving. Every step you take is a step closer to your happiness (even if you can’t see it at that time, know that there is only movement forward not backwards).
Be innovative, do things with grace and ease - it comes naturally to you. (Your DR people, the universe, we as a community etc) We  all have your back, there is no need to worry or be anxious. You are safe. Time is irrelevant.  Once you’re clear about your intentions and use them to fuel purposeful action. The more specific you are (about your overall intentions - not necessarily about your DR or script), the more you magnetize your creative energy and manifesting magic.
Try reassessing what you worship everyday (consciously or unconsciously). What are you elevating? Where does this ‘sacred ladder’ you climb ultimately lead to? What if instead of putting your DR at the center of your spiritual/shifting practice, you put yourself, a god/goddess, the universe or nature at the center? Think about how that would change your approach. I think honoring, devoting and worshiping something gives you a lot of joy, energy and an overwhelming sense of love and gratitude. Being humbled by the immense sense of wonder this life can bring leads to a shift in your perception. You can be in awe and feel breathtaking delight of this otherworldly opportunity (called shifting), it is very natural to do so. But even if you put it on a pedestal, don’t twist its nature of existence. There is no need to sacrifice something or to acquire a certain worth first to be able to finally shift. The ability to shift ‘realities’ is an innate ability of our consciousness, there is nothing being asked to be done in return. Being in awe about something and honoring it, does not equal giving your power away. Don’t forget or undermine yourself on this journey.
When we were children (and even now), we can barely comprehend the vastness of our own lives, let alone the existence of other planets and realities. It’s  not long before we learn we (as in our CR self) arent necessarily the center of the universe: We are specks of stardust in one of its many skies. But we must all still do our part to take care of our own individual worlds, or else it throws everything else off-balance. So take care of your own little world (your mind, body...) but keep in mind that you are not alone in this world. Help and support is always available.
Some quotes for you: “The distance between two objects is always relative. Objects in a mirror are closer than they appear.” ; “Don’t just take the picture - enter it.”; “Accept what you desire, not what you feel pressured to desire.”; “Be proud of the person you’ve become.”
𝙿𝙸𝙻𝙴 𝚃𝙷𝚁𝙴𝙴 🫐
There is something toxic going on in your psychic realm aka in your subconscious. It might be present in your relationships with people and things,  in your environment or in your thoughts/speech patterns in the way that your words have a sting of poison in them. Regardless of what it is, it needs to be identified and acknowledged first. Change comes second. Overall, I can see a theme of “self-realization through suffering”.  Right now, you might feel a little scattered, moody and directionless or like you being off-course. It feels like you’re hesitating in taking control of your life. You might be holding back due to various reasons. Sorry for having to call you out but you need to start to take responsibility for your inner resistance and make choices. Because of this lack of control you’re unable to handle any stress and pressure. It feels like your life is running over with way too much drama that you can barely keep up with. It's a very unpleasant feeling tbh.
Remember when you harm others, you harm yourself. A very negative outlook on others, yourself, your shifting journey or your life will only chain you to the ground - slowly clouding your focus, draining you of your willpower and leaving you only with frustration and aggression.
There might be two or more forces pulling your psyche into seemingly opposite directions. As humans we tend to see things in black & white, forgetting all the gray in between. There might be someone or something (a feeling/desire) in your life that begins to fade away, or maybe is gone altogether now. You might want to hold onto it or bring it back to life in your DR. But the advice here is “Don’t fight it”. There are no neat and tidy bows to tie things up at the end, leaving you satisfied. Acceptance isn’t easy but it’s a thing you need to work towards. We create our own closure. You shouldn't build a home that will come crumbling down if a single person walks out of the front door, right?  When it comes down to it, we can’t depend on other people or things to make us feel happy or fulfilled. Fact is that people/things are going to leave from time to time and you’re the only one who’s guaranteed to stay. Take time to find sources of joy outside of your beloved people and things (ex. through mediating). You deserve happiness that lasts. So try to rethink your plans/ideas for your DR first of all.
In addition, I think what you need right now is stability and structure. As I said in the beginning you need to make a choice/decision on where your destination is. Make a move and try to gain back a sense of control. Don’t get discouraged when you hit some road blocks along the way. Give yourself direction by choosing to live with a purpose and/or intention. You should know that forcing outcomes can be disappointing  and will not ultimately satisfy your needs. Try to build a routine or a ritual. Whether small or large, honoring rituals can help you feel grounded and connecting to your DR. You might even join a group that has a similar interest in your DR world or start something together with a friend creating rules you can follow together.  It might give you a sense of acceptance, unity and strengthen your beliefs and resolve. Try to gain more knowledge about your DR - for example if it’s in a ‘fictional’ universe try to watch/read the original CR source or read fanfictions - anything that gives you more of a feeling of how this world works, how people interact etc. While doing so you might come up with a lot more ideas you can’t wait to discuss with others. Your excitement and creativity might come back. You feel the need to put ideas into action and just go for it. Writing and speaking might come easily to you - so anything that involves that might be good to connect with your DR (ex. journaling, letter writing, vaunting, talking to yourself as your DR self). You will want to find answers and your drive will be immense. Your will be unstoppable and success inevitable. So go after what you want, and you will succeed!

Can you please write that the reader is a singer and has insane vocals and is drop dead gorgeous. So Eminem has a major crush on her (in the 2000's). In one of his interviews he openly talks about her and her music (can you take Birds of a feather by Billie Eilish for example. Like pretend she wrote and sung it the same way). He as usual makes suggestive jokes and stuff. But later finds out that the reader reacted to it and shows admiration in a polite but not rejecting way...... pleaseeeee pleaseeee pleaseeeeeee. I love you ❤️
Eminem x reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In the 2000s, you were a rising star in the music world, known for your powerful voice that seemed to hit notes only a few could ever dream of reaching. The song "Birds of a Feather" had catapulted you to the top of the charts, its haunting melody and intricate vocal runs taking over the airwaves. It wasn’t just the song itself that caught the attention of listeners—it was your vocal range, your ability to hit those almost impossible notes with such clarity and emotion. Critics raved about your vocal technique, praising your strength, precision, and the way you effortlessly weaved through the high notes that left audiences in awe.
The music video for "Birds of a Feather" became an instant classic. The haunting visuals, paired with your soaring voice, created a perfect storm of artistry that had people talking for weeks. You quickly became a household name, a pop sensation, and your songs dominated the charts, always keeping fans on the edge of their seats, eagerly waiting for your next release.
But it wasn’t just your music that drew attention. Your appearance made headlines just as often. You were known for being strikingly beautiful, but it wasn’t just your looks that made you stand out—it was the confidence you exuded, the way you carried yourself. There was something magnetic about you, a combination of charm and charisma that captivated anyone who came into your orbit. People couldn’t help but stop and stare when you walked into a room, and soon enough, the paparazzi knew your name as well as your fans did.
-
Eminem, already a prominent name in the Detroit rap scene, found himself drawn to you in a way he hadn’t expected. Your song "Birds of a Feather" was everywhere—on the radio, at parties, and even in the background of late-night TV shows. It seemed like your voice was the soundtrack to the city, and the more he heard your name, the more his curiosity grew. The people around him—friends, colleagues, and fans alike—couldn’t stop talking about you, praising your incredible vocal range and the way you had taken the music scene by storm.
At first, it was just idle curiosity. He had heard your music before, sure, but the more people around him mentioned your name, the more intrigued he became. What really caught his attention wasn’t just the sound of your voice or your success; it was the way people spoke about you. There was this undeniable aura around you, a magnetic presence that captivated everyone, even from a distance.
As your song continued to dominate the airwaves, his admiration for you began to grow into something deeper. At first, it was just an appreciation for your talent, but the more he thought about it, the more he found himself imagining what it might be like to actually meet you. He’d be lying if he didn’t admit to having a crush, the kind of crush that, for someone like him, was rare—he’d been focused on his own career, his own struggles, for so long that the idea of being interested in someone else had never seemed realistic. But with every new mention of your name, with every new hit that seemed to climb higher on the charts, his thoughts shifted.
Eminem wasn’t one to openly gush about anyone, especially not someone in your position, but he couldn’t help it. There was something about the way you carried yourself, the way your voice soared above the rest, that spoke to him in a way few things did. He admired your raw talent, your ability to command a room, and the way you stayed true to yourself in an industry that often demanded conformity. It wasn’t just about the music; it was the person behind it, and in that moment, he couldn’t deny the growing fascination he felt.
As the weeks went by, Eminem found himself getting caught up in thoughts of you, his initial intrigue turning into a full-blown crush. It wasn’t just the fact that you were an incredible artist—though that certainly played a big part—but there was something about the way your name kept popping up in every conversation, in every corner of his world. He’d hear your song on the radio, and without thinking, he’d start to hum along to the melody, a subtle smile creeping onto his face as the lyrics played out.
It was clear that you were becoming something of an obsession, a constant presence in his mind. The more he heard, the more he wanted to know. He wondered if you were anything like the image people had painted of you, or if there was more to you than the public persona everyone seemed so captivated by. Either way, one thing was certain—he was hooked, and he couldn’t ignore the pull you had on him.
Today was like any other for Eminem—another press day, another round of interviews—but there was something different about this one. The moment he stepped into the studio, his mind kept drifting to you. He couldn’t shake the feeling that something had changed inside him, something he couldn’t quite explain. His crush on you had taken over his thoughts in a way he hadn’t anticipated, and now, during this interview, he found himself talking about you openly for the first time.
The interviewer, a young woman named Tara, was sitting across from him, ready to dig into his latest album, his personal life, and everything in between. She had done her homework and knew all the right questions to ask, but today, she had a specific topic on her mind.
"So, Marshall," she began, her voice smooth and professional, "we've been hearing a lot about a rising pop star lately. Her name's been all over the radio—'Birds of a Feather,' it's everywhere. I have to ask: Have you heard it?"
Eminem leaned back in his chair, a slight smirk tugging at his lips as he shifted his focus to Tara. His fingers drummed lightly on the armrest, but his eyes remained intense, thoughtful.
"Yeah, I’ve heard it," he said, the words coming out slowly, as if he was weighing each one carefully. "Can’t help but hear it, really. It’s all over the place. People won’t stop talking about her, so I figured I might as well listen."
Tara raised an eyebrow, noticing the subtle shift in his tone. "So what do you think? You know, of her music?"
Eminem paused, his mind momentarily spinning as he tried to gather his thoughts. He hadn’t expected to talk about you like this. Normally, he kept his personal feelings under wraps, but something about this felt... different. He decided to be honest, but in his own way.
"She's talented, that’s for sure," he said, his voice low but earnest. "Her voice... it’s insane. She’s got these crazy high notes, like nothing I’ve heard in pop music in a long time. She’s not just another singer, you know? She’s got something unique. And I respect that."
Tara smiled, leaning in slightly. "You seem to be more than just impressed. You've been hearing about her for a while, huh?"
Eminem chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Yeah, I guess you could say that. I don’t really talk about stuff like this, but honestly, I’ve heard her name so much now, it’s kinda hard not to get curious. And when you hear people saying your name over and over again, you gotta see what the hype’s about, right?"
Tara laughed, sensing an opening. "So, you’re saying you’re a little... intrigued?"
Eminem rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Intrigued? Yeah, I guess that’s one way to put it," he admitted, his gaze dropping for a moment before meeting her eyes again. "Look, I’m not used to talking about other artists like this, but there’s something about her. It’s not just the voice, though that’s a big part of it. There’s this presence she has. Like, I don’t know—there’s a thing about her that catches your attention, you know? It’s not just about the music. It’s like... she’s got this whole vibe that makes you wanna know more."
Tara leaned back, eyes glinting with curiosity. "You sound like you’ve been paying attention. Could this be the start of a new... Eminem crush?"
Eminem let out a short laugh, his expression a mix of amusement and a hint of something deeper, more genuine. "I don’t know about all that. But yeah, I’ve definitely been paying attention. It’s hard not to when she’s everywhere, and people keep bringing her up. It’s like... I’m hearing about her more than I hear about anything else right now. And I respect what she’s doing—she’s got a style, she’s got a sound, and she’s owning it."
Tara pressed further, sensing an opportunity to get more out of him. "You seem pretty passionate about her music. What do you think it is about her that’s different from other pop stars?"
Eminem sat back, his fingers resting on the edge of the table as he looked off for a moment, thinking. "She doesn’t sound like anyone else, that’s for sure," he said, his voice steady. "A lot of pop singers nowadays, they all kind of sound the same. But her? She’s not following any trends. She’s carving her own path, and I respect that. A lot of these pop stars are just out here trying to sell albums, but she’s actually got something real to offer. That’s rare."
Tara nodded, impressed. "Sounds like you’re not just a fan of her music, but you really respect her as an artist."
"Yeah," Eminem agreed, his voice softening. "There’s something about her whole approach that stands out. And I think people are starting to notice. It’s hard not to, with the way she’s taking over."
A brief silence hung in the air before Tara asked, almost hesitantly, "Do you think you’ll ever work with her? I mean, you two are both huge in your own right. A collaboration could be... interesting."
Eminem’s lips curved into a sly smile as he leaned forward. "Maybe," he said, his voice low but playful. "You never know. I’m not one to rule out anything, but... who knows? If the right time comes, and the right opportunity presents itself, maybe we’ll make it happen."
Tara grinned, clearly enjoying the moment. "Sounds like you’re keeping the door open. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that one."
Eminem let out a small chuckle, but the glint in his eyes remained. "Yeah, maybe one day. But for now, I’ll just keep listening. She’s doing her thing, and I’m doing mine. Who knows what’ll happen down the road?"
The interview was running smoothly, but Tara knew she’d struck gold when Eminem started opening up about you. He wasn’t the type to gush or openly talk about other artists, so his sudden candor was surprising—and entertaining. She decided to keep pushing, curious to see how far he’d go.
"So, you’ve talked about her voice and her vibe," Tara said, leaning forward with a knowing smirk. "But let’s be real, Marshall. A lot of people talk about how she looks. Do you agree with what they’re saying?"
Eminem grinned, a little embarrassed but clearly amused. He leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms and shaking his head. "Man, you’re really trying to get me in trouble today, huh?"
Tara laughed. "I mean, you brought her up! I’m just asking the questions everyone else is thinking."
He ran a hand over his face, as if trying to collect himself, but the grin stayed firmly in place. "Alright, fine. Yeah, I’ve seen her. And, uh… let’s just say people aren’t exaggerating. She’s—" He paused, searching for the right words. "She’s got that whole package, you know? Like, she’s beautiful, obviously, but it’s more than that. She’s got this presence. You see her, and you can’t look away."
Tara raised an eyebrow, clearly enjoying this. "A whole package, huh? Care to elaborate?"
Eminem chuckled, pointing a finger at her. "You’re slick, trying to get me to spill everything. But, yeah, she’s... I mean, come on. Anyone who’s seen her knows what I’m talking about. She’s got this… uh…" He gestured vaguely with his hands, his smirk widening as he tried to find a way to phrase it without giving too much away.
"Are we talking about her curves?" Tara teased, leaning into the moment.
Eminem laughed loudly, shaking his head but not denying it. "Man, I wasn’t gonna say it, but yeah, she’s definitely got, uh, some… assets. I mean, you can’t not notice. It’s like—damn, alright? She’s got it going on. And she knows it, too, the way she carries herself. It’s confidence. That’s what makes it even better."
"Wow," Tara said, grinning ear to ear. "You’re really laying it on thick, huh?"
"I’m just being honest!" he defended, holding his hands up in mock surrender. "What do you want me to say? She’s gorgeous, she’s got this crazy voice, and she’s killing it right now. I can’t help it if I’m a fan."
Tara laughed, clearly entertained. "A fan? Marshall, you sound like you’re one step away from starting a fan club."
"Man, if I wasn’t who I am, I probably would," he joked, shaking his head. "I’d be out here with posters and T-shirts and everything. But nah, seriously, she’s got that whole ‘dream girl’ thing going on. Like, I’m sitting here thinking, ‘Why does she have to be so perfect?’ It’s not fair."
Tara couldn’t stop laughing. "You’re really fangirling over her right now, aren’t you?"
Eminem leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table and rubbing his hands together with an exaggerated look of defeat. "I’m trying not to, but it’s hard, alright? Like, every time I see her on TV or hear her song, I’m just like, ‘Man, she’s unreal.’ And then I have to remind myself to chill because I’m out here looking like a teenager with a crush."
Tara grinned, sensing there was still more to uncover. "Okay, so if she walked in here right now, what would you say to her?"
Eminem froze for a moment, pretending to look panicked before breaking into a laugh. "What would I say? Oh, man. I’d probably embarrass myself. I’d be like, ‘Hey, uh… so… you’re, like, amazing.’ And then I’d just stand there awkwardly, hoping she doesn’t think I’m a complete idiot."
"Come on, you’re Eminem!" Tara said, laughing. "You don’t get nervous around anyone."
"Yeah, well, she might be the exception," he admitted, rubbing the back of his neck. "I mean, what do you even say to someone like that? ‘Hey, I think you’re insanely talented and also ridiculously beautiful?’ That’s not smooth at all."
Tara laughed harder, clearly enjoying his rare moment of vulnerability. "I don’t know, Marshall, that might actually work. You never know."
He smirked, shaking his head. "Yeah, or she’d just laugh in my face and walk away. Either way, at least I’d shoot my shot, right?"
The conversation kept circling back to you, with Eminem dropping more compliments, both subtle and bold. "She’s got this energy," he said at one point, leaning forward again. "It’s like, even if she wasn’t singing, you’d notice her. She’s just got that presence, you know? And when you add the voice and the... other stuff, it’s game over. She’s unstoppable."
"Other stuff?" Tara teased, raising an eyebrow.
Eminem grinned, leaning back and crossing his arms. "You know what I mean. Don’t make me spell it out. Let’s just say she’s got all the right... proportions."
Tara burst out laughing again, and Eminem shook his head, laughing along with her. "Man, you’re gonna get me in so much trouble for this interview."
"Hey, you’re the one who keeps talking about her," Tara pointed out.
"Yeah, well, can you blame me?" he replied, throwing up his hands. "She’s out here looking like a whole goddess and singing like one too. I’m just saying what everyone else is thinking."
By the end of the interview, it was clear Eminem wasn’t holding back his admiration for you. His mix of humor, flirty compliments, and genuine respect for your talent painted a picture of a man completely taken by someone he’d never even met. And as he walked out of the studio that day, still smiling to himself, he couldn’t help but wonder if, somehow, you might hear what he’d said and realize just how much he admired you.
-
A few days after the interview aired, the buzz around Eminem’s comments about you was everywhere. The media ran with it, headlines speculating about his apparent fascination. Gossip columns played up his flirty statements, and rumors began swirling that the two of you might be secretly seeing each other. Whether it was a playful misinterpretation or intentional exaggeration, the whispers grew louder with each passing day.
Eminem, for his part, didn’t seem to mind the chatter. He wasn’t one to shy away from attention, especially if it wasn’t outright negative. If anything, the rumors amused him.
One afternoon, he was in the studio with Dr. Dre, who had clearly caught wind of the gossip. Dre leaned back in his chair, casually tossing a sly grin his way.
"So, you and the pop princess, huh?" Dre said, the teasing lilt in his voice impossible to miss.
Eminem glanced up from the notebook he’d been scribbling in, his expression neutral but his lips twitching at the corners. "What’re you talking about?"
Dre chuckled, leaning forward. "Don’t play dumb. You know exactly what I’m talking about. That interview? You couldn’t stop talking about her."
"Man, you’re tripping," Eminem shot back, shaking his head but unable to hide the small smirk creeping onto his face.
"Am I?" Dre pressed, raising an eyebrow. "Because half the country thinks you two are sneaking around now. You got people out here thinking you’ve got a whole relationship going on."
Eminem laughed, setting down his pen. "Yeah, well, that’s on them. I said what I said, and they ran with it. It’s not my fault people can’t tell the difference between a compliment and a confession."
"Compliment, huh?" Dre said, his grin widening. "Bro, you were practically drooling over her."
Eminem scoffed, leaning back in his chair and crossing his arms. "I wasn’t drooling. I just said she’s talented. And, you know... nice to look at. That’s it."
"Uh-huh," Dre replied, clearly not convinced. "Look, I get it. She’s fine, man. Like, stupid fine. But you didn’t just say she’s talented—you made it sound like she’s the second coming or something. I’m just saying, you’re not exactly subtle."
Before Eminem could respond, Proof walked into the room, catching the tail end of the conversation. "Oh, we talking about the pop star now?" he said, grinning as he plopped down on the couch.
Eminem groaned, shaking his head. "Man, don’t you start too."
"Nah, I’m just saying," Proof said, throwing up his hands innocently. "You’re all over the news right now. People out here shipping you two like it’s their job. You might as well lean into it."
"Shipping?" Eminem repeated, furrowing his brow. "What the hell does that even mean?"
"It means they want y’all to be together," Proof explained, laughing. "And honestly, I can’t blame them. You were laying it on thick in that interview, man. I was watching like, ‘Damn, Em’s really out here catching feelings on national TV.’"
"I wasn’t catching feelings," Eminem shot back, rolling his eyes but unable to hide his grin. "I was just being real. She’s dope, alright? End of story."
"Uh-huh," Proof said, smirking. "You keep telling yourself that. Meanwhile, the rest of us are just waiting for the wedding invitations to roll in."
Eminem threw a balled-up piece of paper at him, laughing. "You’re all idiots, you know that?"
Despite the teasing, Eminem didn’t seem bothered by the rumors. If anything, he found the whole situation amusing. He couldn’t deny that he’d been a little extra in the interview, but that was just how he felt. You were undeniably talented and beautiful, and he wasn’t going to downplay that just to avoid some gossip.
As the days went on, the teasing from his friends continued, but Eminem took it in stride. Whenever someone brought it up, he’d either brush it off with a joke or lean into it just to mess with them.
"So, when are you introducing us?" Dre asked one day, clearly enjoying himself.
"Yeah, let us know so we can start practicing our best-man speeches," Proof chimed in, grinning.
Eminem shook his head, smirking. "Y’all are clowns. She probably doesn’t even know I exist."
"Oh, she knows," Dre said confidently. "After that interview? She definitely knows."
Eminem didn’t respond, but the thought lingered in his mind. The idea that you might have heard his interview—or even just heard about it—made his heart race a little, though he’d never admit it. For now, he let the rumors swirl and the teasing roll off his back, secretly enjoying the idea that people thought there might be something between you two.

You were rushing into a bustling studio for your latest photoshoot, clutching your bag and sipping a quick coffee when a familiar voice called out.
"(Y/N)! (Y/N), a quick word?"
You turned to see a young interviewer approaching with a mic in hand, their cameraman not far behind. While you were used to being stopped by press, something in the interviewer’s tone suggested they weren’t just here for small talk. Glancing at your team, who gestured that you had a few minutes to spare, you gave a friendly smile.
"Of course," you said, brushing a strand of hair from your face. "What’s up?"
The interviewer grinned, clearly eager to dive in. "So, the internet—and every entertainment column—is buzzing right now about Eminem’s recent interview."
Your brow furrowed slightly, though you kept your expression polite. "Oh? What about it?"
"Well," the interviewer began, holding up a notepad for reference. "He had *a lot* to say about you. I’m sure you’ve at least heard a little bit about it. He called you incredibly talented, praised your voice, and let’s just say he didn’t hold back on how stunning he thinks you are."
You blinked, caught off guard for a moment, before a genuine laugh bubbled out of you. "Wait—he said all that? Really?"
"Oh, absolutely," the interviewer confirmed, their grin widening. "And let’s not forget the part where he complimented your... uh, presence. Some are calling it the most flirty Marshall Mathers has ever been in an interview."
You tried to contain your laughter but couldn’t hide the smile tugging at your lips. "Well, that’s... unexpected. But also really sweet of him."
"So," they pressed, leaning in slightly. "The world wants to know—what’s your reaction to all of this? Have you heard the interview yourself?"
You hesitated for a moment, considering your response. You didn’t want to feed into the media frenzy too much, but you also couldn’t ignore how flattering it was. "Okay, I’ll admit it—I did hear about it. A couple of friends sent me clips, and I couldn’t not watch it after all the buzz."
"And?" the interviewer prompted, their eyes gleaming with anticipation.
"And," you said, tilting your head thoughtfully, "I thought it was... really sweet. I mean, to hear someone as big as Eminem say those things about me? That’s a huge compliment. I admire his work so much, so it means a lot."
The interviewer wasn’t satisfied yet—they wanted more. "And what about the more personal comments? You know, about your looks and all?"
You felt your cheeks warm slightly but kept your composure. "Well, he’s not wrong about the confidence thing," you teased, laughing lightly. "But seriously, I think it’s flattering. He was being honest, and that’s refreshing."
"Honest, huh?" The interviewer leaned closer. "So, are you saying you wouldn’t mind hearing more compliments from him?"
You laughed again, shaking your head. "You’re really trying to stir the pot here, aren’t you?"
"Just doing my job!" they replied with a cheeky grin. "But, since we’re on the subject—what do you think of *him*? I mean, everyone’s dying to know if this admiration goes both ways."
You paused, the smile lingering on your lips as you thought carefully about your words. Finally, you decided to give them just enough to keep things interesting. "I think he’s incredibly talented," you said sincerely. "His music has had such a huge impact, and his storytelling is unmatched. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and that’s inspiring."
"And what about on a personal level?" the interviewer pressed, clearly fishing for more.
You gave a small shrug, playing coy but letting a hint of playfulness show. "Well... I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think he was kinda cute. But I’ll leave it at that."
The interviewer’s jaw dropped in mock surprise, and they laughed. "Wow! You just made headlines with that one, (Y/N)."
You laughed along, waving it off. "Oh, come on. It’s not that serious. I’m just giving credit where it’s due."
"Fair enough," they said, nodding. "But seriously, you two are all anyone can talk about right now. Any chance we might see a collaboration in the future? Or maybe... something more?"
You raised your hands in mock surrender, grinning. "Hey, who knows? I’m just focused on my music and projects right now. But, you know, never say never."
"Cryptic, I like it," the interviewer replied with a wink. "Well, thanks for stopping to chat, (Y/N). I’m sure Eminem is going to love hearing your response."
You smiled, adjusting your bag on your shoulder. "Thanks. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a photoshoot to get to. But this was fun!"
As you walked away, you couldn’t help but feel a little giddy about the whole situation. Eminem’s words had genuinely caught you off guard, and now, with the media spinning stories left and right, you wondered what he might think of your reaction. For now, though, you pushed the thought aside and focused on your shoot, leaving the rumors—and the excitement they brought—swirling in the air behind you.

Marshall was lounging on the couch at home, the TV playing softly in the background. Hailie, still young and full of energy, sat beside him, doodling on a notepad with a crayon. It was a rare, quiet moment for him, one he cherished.
He wasn’t paying much attention to the TV until your face appeared on the screen. It was a clip from an interview, and the headline below caught his eye: *Pop Star (Y/N) Responds to Eminem’s Comments.*
Intrigued, he turned up the volume, leaning forward slightly. Hailie looked up curiously.
“Daddy, who’s that?” she asked, pointing at the screen.
“That’s... someone,” he muttered distractedly, eyes fixed on the TV.
He watched as you laughed at the interviewer’s question, your voice light and warm. Then, you said it—the part that made his stomach flip.
*"I think he’s kinda cute."*
Marshall blinked, sitting back on the couch, a grin spreading across his face. He rubbed the back of his neck, trying to process what he’d just heard.
“Cute?” he said to himself, chuckling. “She thinks I’m cute?”
Hailie tugged on his sleeve. “Why are you smiling like that, Daddy?”
“No reason, baby,” he replied, though he couldn’t stop grinning.
He reached for his phone, his mind racing. He had to talk to you. Now. But how? He didn’t exactly have your number, and showing up out of nowhere wasn’t his style.
“I gotta figure this out,” he muttered, pulling up Dre’s contact on his phone. If anyone could help, it was him.
“Uncle Dre again?” Hailie asked, giggling.
Marshall smirked, pressing the call button. “Yeah, Uncle Dre again. He’s about to help your dad with something important.”
As the phone rang, Marshall leaned back, tapping his fingers anxiously on the armrest. Whatever it took, he was going to find a way to reach you.<3

Do you think that the autobots or decepticons might find any aspects of human technology interesting? it is technically less advanced, but it's also so drastically different that several kinds of power source exist for their machines, I imagine it would at least draw Shockwaves intrigue
I doubt they would find any one thing all that wild. After all, the internet is nothing new to them, nor is most of the tech humanity uses. However, with that said, I do think Cybertronians as a whole would be astounded by the stuff humans came up with an either used to hilarious/frightening effect or did not use due to the sheer wildness of it.
Example one: Spy cats with listening devices implanted into their skulls to allow operators to pick up conversations from targets without suspicion. To a Cybertronian, the idea makes perfect sense on paper. Get a beastformer, a minicon, or a cassette. Have them act more beast like and hang around to listen. Easy enough right? Well that's what they would think until they actually get to know Earth fauna. At which point I can see them becoming wildly confused with the entire idea and similar ones like it.
I do think the Autobots in particular would find radio waves to be fun. Largely because they can pick up no it and mess with it easy peasy. Bumblebee could use it to make voice clips, meanwhile the rest of the team just mess with the radio to be nuisances. Ratchet might use them on occasion to listen in to his favorite stations while out and about. Arcee and Bulkhead would find them fun for music reasons. And since Optimus is the way he is, he'd likely listen to country music or chime in to various police stations just to keep tabs while out driving.
As for the cons? I can see them finding humanity's attempt at building weaponry to be funny. Minus MECH, humans haven't been very effective at cutting them down. So I do imagine it is less of an awe thing and more mockery as they gaze down at the US Navy and their silly little boats. Or the US Airforce and their slow as slag jets. Starscream might have fun picking a few apart just to see why they suck so bad (in his optics at any rate).
