The same man that made it his goal to rape women, first by practicing on young black women in the ghetto. Then going on to rape white women. When choosing a partner, he had a pattern of choosing women of a certain look. These are the same stories of many black “leaders” in the “black community.” Yet, black women have historically fought and went out of their way to highlight the “beauty” of these men. Why do we erase the history of the harm they cause upon their own communities. Look at many of the women chosen by black “leaders,” they all fit a certain look. Community has never existed in this community. If these are the leaders we choose to represent us, then don’t be surprised when the non leaders perpetuate the same behavior. A community cannot govern themselves, when their leaders are corrupt and dangerous to their community. You cannot continue to blame another community for the short comings of your community, in order to change accountability must be taken. Let’s also not forget the stats on rape, teenage pregnancy and who actually impregnates/rapes these young women. The math ain’t mathing.

Raised Fists and Guns. These posters chronicle the story of the Black Panther Party, 1967-1970.
From the exhibit “Black Power to Black People: Branding the Black Panther Party” at Poster House, New York 1967 H. Rap Brown (Man with Match), Emory Douglas H. Power to the people: the branding of the Black Panther party
Cleaver for President, 1968 Designer Unknown
In early 1968, Eldrige Cleaver ran for president on the Peace and Freedom party ticket. He was nominated over Richard ‘Dick’ C Gregory, a popular Black comedian and far-left activist. At the time of the election, Cleaver was not yet 35 years old and therefore did not meet the criteria for running for president in the United States. However, because the constitution does not specify if the elected official must be 35 years old before or after Inauguration Day, he was allowed to appear on the ballot in select states

Whatever Happened To? Eldridge Cleaver
"You're either part of the problem or part of the solution." #BlackPanthers #history
In 1968, Eldridge Cleaver, Minister of Information and head of the international section of the Black Panthers, ran for president on the ticket of the Peace and Freedom Party. In 1986, the same Eldridge Cleaver ran in the Republican primary for a U.S. Senate seat. (He lost both times.) What happened in the intervening 18 years that turned a radical revolutionary into a GOP aspirant? Cleaver has…
