Fania Lewando (1888/1889-1941, Poland)
Born in Włocławek, in the Russian Empire, she and her husband moved to Vilnius during the Russian Civil War, where she became well known for her vegetarian restaurant in the Jewish Quarter. She also operated a cooking school. She published her Yiddish-language vegetarian cookbook, the first of it's kind in Europe, in 1938.
Grace Aguilar (1816-1847, England)
Born to a family of Sephardic Portuguese descent, she was the eldest child of her parents. Her father was the lay leader of a synagogue in London, and her mother was active in the Jewish community. Due to an illness, she was educated at home by her mother, who taught her Jewish tradition and history. Her debut was an anonymous collection of poems. In London, she befriended Benjamin Disraeli. She continued to write until her death. Most of her work was published posthumously. A lot of her work focused on equipping Jewish women with religious knowledge against missionaries.
Charlotte Montefiore (1818-1854, England)
A British Jewish author and educational philanthropist, she was the second of four children in the Montefiore family. She devoted herself to charity and supporting Jewish schools, and founded several Jewish organizations like the Cheap Jewish Library (with Grace Aguilar), the Jewish Emigration Society, and the Jewish Ladies' Benevolent Loan and Visiting Society. The Cheap Jewish Library, Dedicated to the Working Classes was a periodical from 1841-1849, with Charlotte Montefiore and Grace Aguilar being the main authors. It is viewed b some as the beginnings of a Jewish women's movement in England.
Esterka (1300s, Poland)
A semi-legendary (as in, some consider her to be real and other consider her to be myth) mistress of Casimir the Great, King of Poland. The daughter of a poor tailor, she was known for her beauty and intelligence. In legend, she performed as the king's advisor, and encouraged him to be loyal to the Jews, especially during the Black Death. She has two daughters who she raised as Jews. She is featured in several pieces of literature and art.
Judith Solomon Cohen (1766-1837, Baltimore)
The matriarch of one of the earliest Jewish families in Baltimore. Born in Bristol, England, she and her husband emigrated to Richmond, Virginia, by 1784. Her husband was the founder of a congregation. When he died, his house and belongings were auctioned off as women could not own property. Cohen and her children vecame a boarder of Shinah Solomon Etting.
Grunia Movschovitch Ferman (1916-2004, Poland and Canada)
A WWII fighter, nurse, businesswoman, and Holocaust activist, she was born in Novogrudek. She trained in first aid courses and trained as a physical education teacher. She was forced to live in a ghetto, which she escaped from, finding refuge in Naliboki Forest where she joined a camp of Jewish resistance, working as a nurse. She spoke nine different languages and acted as a translator for the community, often volunteering at hospitals. She was involved in Holocaust remembrance events in St. Johns, and presented a lecture in response to Holocaust deniers.
Gluckel of Hameln (1646-1724, Germany)
A German Jewish businesswoman and diarist, whose memoirs are the only known pre-modern ones in Yiddish written by a woman. Born to a wealthy family in Hamburg, her father was a leader in the Jewish community, and her mother involved in business. In 1649, she and her family were expelled to Altona. Although unable to study Torah, she received education in Hebrew and the basics of Judaism. Gluckel assisted her husband in his business, eventually taking over when he died. She was one of a few women who travelled on their own to conduct trade at European markets and fairs. Her diaries capture German-Jewish life in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries.
Esther Liebmann (1649-1714, Germany)
A German financier and court Jew of King Friedrich I of Prussia, a title she inherited from her second husband. She served as court jeweler, carried on her husband's business and becoming the minting official for the crown. She was known as the most powerful woman in the country.
Tabitha Solomon (1901-1976, Calcutta)
One of the first women to qualify as a dentist in India. After graduating from Calcutta Dental College and Hospital in 1928, she started a dental clinic. Born into the Baghdadi Jewish community of India, she was closely involved in Jewish causes, serving on WIZO, the Calcutta Jewish association, and the Calcutta Women's Committee.
Sylvia Weinstock (1930-2021, America)
An American baker and cake decorator, born in the Bronx and raised in Williamsburg. She completed a degree in psychology from Hunter College, and a masters in education from Queens College. On the Dept. of Education
So, I see two kinds of people arguing online against shutting down DepEd. The first are those who have little to no idea what it actually does — the ones hysterically asking how anyone could want to just close every public school in America, or such.*
The second are those who do know what it primarily does these days — Federal student aid for college (processing the FAFSA, distributing Pell grants, Federal student loans, etc.) — and defend it on those grounds. And the more those people go on about the catastrophe that would befall so many American colleges and universities were that Federal money spigot to be suddenly shut off**, the more I want to post that Krieger meme from Archer.
*For those who don't know, such as our non-American readers, US public schools are primarily run and funded at the local level, by local school boards with local taxes, mostly property taxes; secondarily by state level education laws and policies, and only a distant, tertiary role for the Feds.
**Particularly if the people, like those at Cato and Mises, who have been arguing for years that it is primarily said Federal grants and loans that have allowed universities to grow the tuition and fees they charge faster than inflation for decades, are right.

Third Party Vote
A third party is any political party other than the dominant two in the nation - in the U.S.A., these are the Republican and the Democratic parties.
The third parties of the U.S.A. include the Libertarian party and the Green party.
Libertarian beliefs emphasize personal rights to property and participating in a free market. Generally, they do not align with progressive goals due to three key beliefs; everyone’s right to own guns; segregation of education standards; and voluntary taxes1. Overall, they want less government control.
Taxes are extremely annoying and inconvenient, and the allocation of them has not been optimal in many years, but the lack of them would cause extreme losses to programs that help people survive, including social security and certain healthcare plans2. Likewise, while decentralized education can have many benefits for students, the education disparities between states is drastic, and further decentralization will likely exacerbate education inequalities3.
But the purpose of this article is not to debunk the goals of specific parties. Instead, I aim to explain the unfortunate effects of third-party voting in general elections. Specifically, I will explain why some people prefer the Democratic party or the Green party, and why we must be careful when voting this year.
The U.S.A. Green party has goals of strong, definitive measures to address environmental degradation and climate change, institutions that perpetuate inequities, and unsustainable military practices4. Progressively, they are possibly the strongest pushers for change, and they criticize and claim to avoid the corruption and hypocrisy of the Democratic party.
The most likely Democratic candidate for presidency in 2024 is Joseph Biden. During his 2021-2024 presidency, Biden has made Medicare able to negotiate drug prices, including insulin which became capped at 35 dollars per month for seniors5. He also funded vaccination campaigns to address the COVID-19 pandemic, helped protect marriage equality for LGBT+ and interracial people, worked on achieving debt relief, and many more positive goals5. Most recently, he pardoned individuals federally charged with simple possession of marijuana, a major proclamation to correct some failures in the justice system15.
He has also been complicit in the genocide against Palestinian people, with his administration cutting off aid to Gaza while providing Israel munitions6. He has used the military to attack protests in the Middle East7. Additionally, the withdrawal of U.S. military forces from Afghanistan coincided with many service members’ deaths, and he has not achieved the cancellation of student debt that he aimed for8.
Problems with enacting change is that the Senate and the House of Representatives have a majority of Republican appointees, and six of the nine Supreme Court Justices were appointed by a Republican president. These demographics account for some of the issues regarding student loan debts and rights to autonomy and privacy, though Biden has worked to help constituents following the Supreme Court decision against Roe v. Wade5.
A Green party president would face similar setbacks, as checks and balances keep them from being able to completely dictate government decisions.
However, a Green party president such as Jill Stein would likely make good progress towards a more sustainable economy, equal rights, and alleviating climate change, based on her platform9. She would likely be a fantastic president. It is completely understandable why many people decide to vote for a third party, and why many young people, particularly on TikTok, say that they want to vote third-party.
I wish it was not this way, but current politics are not where they need to be for a third party candidate to win. A third-party candidate has never won the U.S.A. presidency before, even in their strongest years10.
When Jill Stein ran in 2016, the Democratic party won the popular vote but the Republican party won, and that responsibility is partially on third-party voters. If Stein’s voters had voted for the Democratic party, they would have won the electoral college11. Likewise, if every Democratic voter had voted for Jill Stein, the same would be true for the Green party.
Why is it fair to ask Green party voters to vote for the Democratic nominee instead of expecting Democratic voters to vote for the Green party, or for any ideal third party?
It isn’t. It is completely valid for people to want voting to be different. I am angry that I have to compromise on humanitarian values, as well. Politics should not be a two-party system. But not voting for Biden or whoever is the Democratic nominee creates an extreme risk of the Republican nominee winning, which would quickly send the U.S.A. further towards a loss of democracy and people’s rights.
Historic trends do not reflect positively on third party chances this year11. The Democratic party is giant and well-established with over 45 million loyal members unlikely to even consider a third party12. Voting for a third party is most likely to be considered a vote ‘stolen’ from one of the dominant parties13.
Keep in mind, these warnings are only pertaining to the presidency. Third parties have much higher likelihoods of success in smaller elections, such as city councils and mayoralties14. Hopefully, these trends will continue and the presidency will eventually not have to be as much of a compromise.
You are not wrong for wanting change. You are not wrong for being unsatisfied with inept government demographics. Continue to advocate for the nominees you most believe in, and please keep in mind the risks involved.

"But just"/"Why don't you just?" is not always the magic solve you think it is, boomers
Feeling a little disheartened today by the way that my mum point-blank refuses to acknowledge structural barriers. And I do think it is at least partially a generational thing.
The thing about the deck being stacked against you that has the most impact, and that certain folk of a certain age seem unable to put together is that...
You reach a point in your life, or in your career, or in your day to day financial situation where not only is there no magical solution, there are also no good options.
And it's the kind of situation where it's not the case where there are no good options because you, the individual, made mistakes or burned bridges or wasted your starting out nest egg or your initial savings so you have only yourself to blame - or even where if you just reduced your basic outgoings down several levels you'd be able to build a nest egg (back) up in order to give yourself more options again... There just aren't any good options from the jump.
Recent solves my mum has put to me as if I'm not an adult, in my 30s, living independently in another country from her with over 10 years' working experience, include:
Why don't you just get a higher paying job?
Why don't you get a pension?
Why don't you buy a house?
Why don't you move further away from your work (and your established community and the amenities you rely on) so you can buy a house?
The undertone implication is a) that we haven't already considered all the options before us, done the calculations and concluded that (unfortunately, as if it worked out it would be helpful) it isn't viable right now, and b) that by not doing these things you are somehow deliberately crafting your own misery and setting yourself up for more hardship, instead of the reality that we are making the best of what's available to us within the system that is how our generation are asked to live and exist.
I don't 'just get a higher paying job' because the structural barriers are my lack of education and my lack of social connections among the higher strata of the demographic that, by their wealth-funded access to as many qualifications as they would like to pay for, and by being able to buy the time to complete them, holds a monopoly on hiring. That's something that's come from making education something available to the highest bidder, rather than grant-funded and obtainable by anyone with the capacity to qualify for the course.
I don't have a pension (right now) because I can't afford one. The minimum contribution that I can make by law to a pension is 10% of my income a month, and I can't afford to lose an extra 10% of my income when I'm already paying around that out of my salary to a student loan with compound interest that was sold to me as a loan that wouldn't have compound interest added. I'm also paying 50%+ of my income per month on housing alone, and more on bills. Where am I supposed to find more? And of course, if my salary goes up, so too does the amount I'm meant to pay back the student loan.
I don't buy a house because I can't afford one, despite saving for a deposit for several years. Unfortunately, Liz Truss crashed the economy last year and as a result, the banks don't offer mortgages as high as they used to, and require larger deposits for properties. As such the amount that I have saved up might have been enough to put down a healthy deposit two years ago, but now, isn't. And I can't save any more because of the aforementioned draws on my income above.
And if I was to move further afield to buy a house, what's the benefit to me? I'd have to spend more money on my commute, I'd probably have to live in a much less safe area, and it's going to be cold comfort to me that I own a property if I end up getting assaulted or stabbed on my way home at night.
Trust me, I would love to live in an era where I didn't have to overthink these basics. Where the fact that I have a college degree and multiple years of specialised work experience across multiple sectors including private business and government would actually count for something and afford me a solid and stable standard of living.
But it doesn't any more. And this is my life, and the lives of many of us nowadays. And we can't just sit and mope about it, we have to accept it, and adapt, and do the best we can to keep going until something gets a little easier for us, until the luck of the draw rolls our way or until someone with the power and ability through government or big business to effect a real change takes that shot and acts to make things just that bit less bleak for us.
Until then, a little empathy wouldn't hurt instead of a lecture.

“It’s my hope, Mr. President, that you listen to us, that you choose democracy over tyranny.” - Abdullah Hammoud, Dearborn Mayor and Voter
YES! I can't fuckin' believe the media accurately reported this as a protest and printed/publicized the words of the voters explaining why they did it. AND NOBODY HAD TO ATTEMPT SUICIDE! This is big and it could get even bigger! But it's a qualified bigness, because...
Walz, a major supporter of Biden’s reelection campaign, said Michigan’s “uncommitted” results were a healthy demonstration of democracy. “I think they feel passionate, as they should, about an issue we all care about,” Walz said, adding that he expected most protest voters would eventually return to Biden’s side in a likely November rematch with former President Donald Trump, who himself has struggled with college-educated voters and suburbanites in his ongoing Republican primary against former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. “I’m much more convinced there’s a chance bringing those folks home is much greater than bringing the ‘Never Trump’ folks back home,” Walz said.
Yeah. I know this song and dance. I've seen it happen in person, at protests, in reatime. They come out to "do voter outreach" and they're all smiles to start. "Yes! Please do continue to act upon your freedom of speech in a way I, an advocate for the status quo, find nonthreatening. Your feelings are valid, ha-ha! I expect nothing to change, and indeed I will act to change nothing, but good for you!" A few folks always believe the message has been received and quiet down, that's why they do it. But wait and see what happens to that smile when a few people start interrupting and yelling, "THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!"
At least this guy's willing to suggest Biden would pick up more votes by moving left than moving right, although I doubt he actually expects anything radical. A few more forgiven student loans or somewhat cheaper drugs aren't much of a problem, and that's leftist too! So we don't really have to worry about the ongoing genocide.
The thing is, if/when this picks up momentum and the DNC starts to think they might have to change something or lose, it will become something other than a positive demonstration of free speech. It'll be childish tantrum-throwing, pointless, uncivil, attention-whoring, astroturfed, counterproductive foreign interference, and whatever else sounds bad. If any of you out there in internet-land already feel threatened by it, you're probably saying that right now. (Go ahead and comment, you'll boost this with other people who think like you, and I might change some minds.)
And, if you are comfortable with it and want voters to do it instead of threatening to withhold votes from Biden in the general, check your privilege. Not every state offers this. Unless something changes real fast (at least, I THINK it hasn't changed, it's hard to do a search when "uncommitted" brings up SO MANY news articles about Michigan 😁), mine won't. I can't do this. I can't vote in a third party primary either. It'd be all blue or nothing. And neither of those things will get me any press, so I gotta keep talking. Maybe I'll motivate someone who can vote uncommitted! Or scare a politician! I still think I'm doing more good by staying alive, and I'm a bit distant from any property I might meaningfully damage (although I am open to suggestions that won't get me arrested and silenced), so this is the only thing I got that won't injure a human being.
Tumblr, no matter how you actually intend to vote, if you're not up for living in a two-party system where both parties think they can do a little genocide and stay in power, you have ways of making yourself heard. There are options beyond falling in line behind the lesser evil. Don't let anyone tell you there aren't. And when you start hearing "stop!" or "you can't!" that means you have something they want. A cessation of hostilities! Well, now you might be in a position to negotiate terms! Don't give up!
Please, please, please don't give up. There is so much to be done.

The more I look into "landback" shit the more it seems like a grift. The landback website has nothing substantial on it, and so far I haven't found any definitions or explanations for what "landback" means in concrete terms. It's usually nonsense like:
What is the LandBack movement really asking for? The land. Back.
NDN Collectives "Manifesto" is just a bunch of corpo-gibberish bullet points:
It is a relationship with Mother Earth that is symbiotic and just, where we have reclaimed stewardship. It is bringing our People with us as we move towards liberation and embodied sovereignty through an organizing, political and narrative framework. It is a long legacy of warriors and leaders who sacrificed freedom and life. It is a catalyst for current generation organizers and centers the voices of those who represent our future. It is recognizing that our struggle is interconnected with the struggles of all oppressed Peoples. It is a future where Black reparations and Indigenous LANDBACK co-exist. Where BIPOC collective liberation is at the core. It is acknowledging that only when Mother Earth is well, can we, her children, be well. It is our belonging to the land – because – we are the land. We are LANDBACK!
LANDBACK Organizing Principles
Don’t burn bridges: even when there is conflict between groups or organizers remember that we are fighting for all of our peoples and we will continue to be in community even after this battle
Don’t defend our ways
Organize to win
Move from abundance – We come from a space of scarcity. We must work from a place of abundance
We bring our people with us
Deep relationships by attraction, not promotion
Divest/invest
We value our warriors
Room for grace—be able to be human
We cannot let our oppressors inhumanity take away from ours
Strategy includes guidance
Realness: Sometimes the truth hurts
Unapologetic but keep it classy
How about an explanation in concrete terms what "sovereignty" is supposed to mean? Or how they're planning to administer the land in relation to the other people that they share it with? If this land is supposed to be Indians' private property, there should be some kind of theoretical explanation for how this real estate transaction is supposed to lead to "the abolition of the United States’ concept of real estate altogether."
Then there's the NDN Collective itself. Generally, my rule of thumb is that if NGO money is going to something, then it's probably not radical or revolutionary, and that probability goes up the more money it gets. Black Lives Matter was radical and revolutionary, then its radical members "mysteriously turned up dead," and then it got hundreds of millions of dollars from the Ford Foundation.
NDN Collective in late 2021 was named a recipient of a Bush Foundation grant of $50 million. The organization has announced plans to redistribute these funds to indigenous individuals in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota[15] Through other funding, including grants from the MacArthur and Skoll Foundations, NDN redistributes capital through two loan pools. The Social Enterprise & Economic Development for Indigenous Growth (SEEDING) program offers loans of $500,000 or more, while the Relief & Resilience program provides small business loans to Indigenous entrepreneurs.[16] Prominent donors to NDN Collective include Mackenzie Scott [ex-wife of Jeff Bezos], in 2021, due to her concerns about wealth inequality, discrimination, and the need for investment in education,[17] and the Jeff Bezos Earth Fund, which in 2020 donated $12 million for their work against climate change.[18] NDN Collective was also funded by the Target Foundation in 2022, as one of its "Ecosystem" grant recipients.[19]
So the "collective" is itself an NGO worth tens of millions of dollars. It plans to "redistribute" that money in the form of grants and loans with the explicit aim of "wealth building." According to NDN, it defines wealth as
“Indigenous wealth is a quality of life and mindset that encircles family and community well-being and the care of relationships (self, family, extended family, community, land, environment), and a spirit of generosity. Money is a tool to support basic needs (safety, food, shelter, education) and bring financial security and self-determination so that one can live a “good life,” abundant in social and cultural sharing.
Which isn't really a definition at all. I don't know how "a quality of life and mindset that encircles family and community well-being" is supposed to pay back a half a million dollar loan. I'd be more forgiving I think if there was some explanation about what this money was intended to do, but the Collective Abundance Fund Report doesn't offer much in that what. The grant application does elaborate on what the money can be used for though, including purchasing or expanding a home, paying for higher education, business development, and land purchases.
The anti-Capitalist, pro-communcal stance just seems like posturing to me when instead of distributing this money to the community level for the development of community projects, the money is being distributed on the individual/family level, for the development of private property. This doesn't seem like a fund for all, but one specifically to cultivate a Native middle class along bourgeois lines and provide a return on investment.
To return back to the HCN article, it mentions in one paragraph:
While some private landholders may resist, others, including mainline conservation groups and even art galleries, have already taken it upon themselves to donate property to tribes or Native organizations. These acts are a positive and inspiring step, even if still largely symbolic.
The "mainline conservation group" it mentions is called Save The Redwoods, which seems to have a sketchy past.
During the 2010s UC Berkeley’s Bancroft Library began organizing and curating a particularly revealing trove of primary documents that would allow me to unmask Save the Redwoods League as the first, the largest, and the longest-lasting example of an inward political and economic phenomenon that today we call “greenwashing”— that is, rhetorical support for environmental protection by an institution actually working on behalf of destructive corporations. These were the League’s own records, dating back to 1917, some 200,000 pages of eye-popping revelations that would keep me in thrall for years.
Through deep examination of the League’s papers (I would eventually copy 10,000 pages) and many other sources, I learned that in 1917 a small coterie of powerful industrialists had gathered at the secluded Bohemian Grove, in Sonoma County, during the annual encampment of the exclusive San Francisco Bohemian Club. The industrialists included some of the wealthiest and most powerful men in the nation, and the world, virtually all of whose businesses relied on redwood lumber to undergird the swiftest and most forceful expansion of industry and wealth in human history. They created Save the Redwoods League not to save redwoods as parks, but as standing inventories for use by industry.
STR is also a massive NGO with a yearly revenue of $20 million and an endowment of over $100 million. It's president Samuel Hodder was a guest on a podcast called Climate One, which is a product of the The Commonwealth Club of California, which is another massive NGO with ties to the highest levels of government and big business.
And on the subject of the highest levels of government, again from the HCN article:
The federal government has slowly and selectively begun to engage with the idea since the appointment of Deb Haaland (Laguna Pueblo) as secretary of the Interior, and of Chuck Sams (Umatilla) as director of the National Park Service, the first Native people to hold either office. The United States is currently piloting tribal co-management of certain federal lands, a step in the direction of LandBack.
If you're getting tens of millions of dollars and aid from NGOs, major universities are putting out papers in your favor, and you're getting help from the federal government, then yeah, I think at the very least there's something deeply suspicious going on.

Best Mortgage Loan Services of Bharatpur, Rajasthan
https://briightfinance.co.in/
Tumblr media
When it comes to securing financial support for your dreams, one of the most effective ways is through mortgage loans. These loans allow homeowners to borrow money against the value of their property, which can be used for various purposes such as home renovation, business expansion, or education. Rajasthan, a state rich in culture, heritage, and diverse landscapes, has emerged as a hub for mortgage loan services, offering a variety of options to cater to the needs of its residents. This article delves into the best mortgage loan services available in Rajasthan, highlighting what makes these services stand out and how you can choose the best one for your needs.
What is a Mortgage Loan?
Before diving into the best mortgage loan services of Rajasthan, it is important to understand what a mortgage loan entails. A mortgage loan is a type of loan where an individual borrows money from a lender (usually a bank or financial institution) against their property. The loan amount is typically based on the value of the property being mortgaged, and the borrower agrees to repay the loan in monthly installments over a fixed tenure.
Mortgage loans in Rajasthan can be used for a variety of purposes, such as purchasing a new property, refinancing an existing loan, renovating an existing house, or even for personal needs. These loans offer flexibility in terms of repayment and often come with lower interest rates compared to personal loans, making them an attractive option for many.
Factors That Make Rajasthan’s Mortgage Loan Services Stand Out
Rajasthan has seen a surge in the demand for mortgage loans in recent years, thanks to its growing real estate market and an increasing number of individuals seeking financial assistance. Several factors make the mortgage loan services in the state unique and highly desirable:
1. Tailored Loan Products for Different Needs
Rajasthan's mortgage loan providers offer a range of loan products to cater to the varied needs of their customers. Whether you are looking to buy a new home in Jaipur, renovate a property in Udaipur, or refinance an existing loan in Jodhpur, the options available are highly tailored. Financial institutions in Rajasthan provide loans for self-employed individuals, salaried professionals, and even individuals with non-traditional sources of income. The variety ensures that every borrower can find a loan product suited to their financial situation.
2. Competitive Interest Rates
Mortgage loan interest rates are a crucial factor when choosing a lender. In Rajasthan, the competition among banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other lending institutions has led to more competitive interest rates, making mortgage loans an attractive financing option. Lenders offer both fixed-rate and floating-rate options, allowing borrowers to choose the best rate based on their financial preferences and goals.

Understanding Loan Against Property in Delhi
A Loan Against Property (LAP) is a secured loan where the borrower pledges their property as collateral in exchange for funds. This loan type is gaining popularity because it allows individuals to access large sums of money based on the value of their property. It’s a flexible solution that can be used for various purposes like funding business expansion, paying off debts, medical emergencies, or even making personal investments.
Why Opt for a Loan Against Property?
Higher Loan Amount: When you take a loan against property, the loan amount is usually much higher compared to unsecured loans, such as personal loans. This is because the lender has the security of the property, which reduces the risk involved.
Lower Interest Rates: Loans against property tend to have lower interest rates than unsecured loans, as they are secured by real estate. This makes them a more affordable option for those needing large sums of money.
Longer Repayment Tenure: LAPs typically come with longer repayment tenures, which makes it easier for borrowers to manage EMIs without putting too much strain on their finances. Depending on the lender, the tenure can go up to 20 years.
Flexible Usage: You can use the loan amount for virtually any purpose. Whether you're renovating your home, funding your child's education, or expanding your business, the loan is yours to use as needed.
