Weathering the Storm: Eczema and Humidity in Singapore
Eczema, a chronic and widely prevalent skin condition characterised by inflammation and irritation, presents a distinctive set of challenges in the context of Singapore, a region where elevated humidity levels are the prevailing atmospheric condition. This article aims to delve into the intricate and multifaceted relationship that exists between eczema and the pervasive humidity in Singapore. By unravelling the complexities of this interaction, we endeavour to provide a comprehensive understanding of how the tropical climate in Singapore significantly shapes and influences the health of the skin for individuals grappling with eczema. Even everyday choices like selecting an appropriate eczema body wash in Singapore become crucial.
Tumblr media
The Humidity Dilemma: Exacerbating Eczema Symptoms
Singapore's humidity, an intrinsic element woven into the fabric of its tropical charm, assumes a pivotal and multifaceted role in both the onset and exacerbation of eczema symptoms. The perpetual excess of moisture lingering in the air intricately disrupts the delicate balance of the skin's natural barrier, creating a conducive environment for heightened vulnerability to issues such as dryness, persistent itching, and inflammation. In the intricate dance between the tropical climate and eczema, the humid conditions prevalent in Singapore not only act as a catalyst for skin discomfort but also serve to compound the intricacies involved in effectively managing this dermatological condition. Individuals already grappling with eczema find themselves navigating a landscape where the omnipresent humidity becomes a contributing factor, adding layers of complexity to the already challenging task of maintaining skin health in this specific geographic context.
Choosing the Right Eczema Body Wash: An Essential Element
In the battle against eczema exacerbated by Singapore's humidity, selecting an appropriate eczema body wash emerges as a crucial strategy. Opting for a body wash specifically formulated for eczema-prone skin becomes imperative. Ingredients such as ceramides and hyaluronic acid, renowned for their moisturising properties, prove invaluable in aiding the skin to retain moisture, a particularly challenging feat in a humid environment.
Skin-friendly Habits in Humid Singapore
Wardrobe Choices: Minimising Sweat Retention
In the pursuit of managing eczema in Singapore, strategic wardrobe choices play a pivotal role. Opting for light, breathable fabrics becomes crucial to minimise sweat retention, a known trigger for eczema flare-ups in the humid weather prevalent in the Lion City.
Consistent Moisturization: A Ritual for Skin Health
Consistent moisturization becomes a non-negotiable aspect of skin care for individuals dealing with eczema in Singapore. The application of a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic moisturiser immediately after a shower becomes a crucial step to lock in moisture and shield the skin from succumbing to the drying effects of the environment.
Navigating Lifestyle Choices
Temperate Showers: Mitigating Impact on Skin Health
While the allure of hot showers is undeniable, their impact on eczema in the context of Singapore's humidity cannot be overlooked. Opting for lukewarm water becomes a pragmatic choice, minimising the risk of exacerbating symptoms and maintaining skin health.
Mindful Sun Protection: Despite the humidity, safeguarding the skin from the sun remains paramount. Choosing sunscreens tailored for sensitive skin provides a protective shield against harmful UV rays without triggering eczema.
Stress Management: Acknowledging the interplay between stress and eczema is crucial. Incorporating stress management techniques into daily routines becomes instrumental in mitigating stress-induced impacts on skin health.
Tumblr media
Conclusion
Grasping the nuanced and intricate relationship between eczema and humidity within the unique context of Singapore's tropical climate empowers individuals to cultivate a proactive and well-informed approach to their skincare routines. In this dynamic environment, where atmospheric moisture can significantly impact the skin's equilibrium, every decision, ranging from the careful selection of suitable body washes to the thoughtful implementation of lifestyle adjustments, plays a pivotal role in fortifying the skin's resilience against the multifaceted challenges posed by the prevailing weather conditions. This strategic and conscious decision-making process contributes to creating a robust defence mechanism for the skin, fostering its ability to withstand the deleterious effects of the high humidity characteristic of the Lion City's climate.
As individuals dealing with eczema navigate these considerations, the amalgamation of thoughtful choices and steadfast adherence to consistent practices becomes a cornerstone for finding enduring relief amid the persistently humid backdrop that defines Singapore's weather patterns.

The Pumpkin (Spice) King
For the @steddie-spooktober day 24 prompt: Pumpkin Rated: T | Words: 945 | CW: None | Tags: established relationship, this is very silly, fluff Divider credit: @steddiecameraroll-graphics
Tumblr media
The clues had been there all along. Eddie should have paid more attention.
It starts with the candle.
“Why does it smell like a craft store in here?” Eddie asks the moment the apartment door has closed behind him.
Steve, half engrossed in whatever he’s scrolling through on his phone, shoots Eddie a quick, puzzled look. “What?”
“Like cinnamon sugar and spices. Fake fall.” Eddie sniffs the room speculatively. “This is what craft stores smell like every year from September to January.”
“Oh.” Steve rolls his eyes. “It’s not ‘fake fall,’ it’s just the candle I have burning.”
Now that Steve’s mentioned it, Eddie spots the candle on the table, one of the ones you get in a fancy-looking glass jar, the label of which proclaims the scent to be–
“Pumpkin spice?” Eddie utters, nose wrinkled.
“You got a problem with pumpkin spice?” Steve asks.
“It’s–” Eddie starts, then takes in Steve’s single raised eyebrow, registers the catty lilt to his tone, and changes tracks, “–barely September.”
If anything, Steve’s eyebrows get more judgmental, but he looks back to his phone, apparently dismissing Eddie as a threat to his fun, fall-scented good time. “They start selling these things in August," he says. “You should appreciate my restraint.”
“Riiight,” Eddie drawls, deciding to adjourn to the bedroom and leave the living room to Steve and his mass-produced miasma of imitation autumn.
Of course, it doesn’t end there.
Eddie barely notices in time, reaching for the pump of the hand soap by the kitchen sink and stopping just short of using it when the colors register. It isn’t the usual bland bottle with its inoffensive citrus and herb scent, but something brightly-colored, all orange and shiny silver. There are little wheat sheaves and pumpkins on the label, and the scent is, of course–
“Fucking pumpkin spice,” Eddie mutters.
Fine, okay, so there must have been some kind of sale at fucking– Bath and Body Works, or wherever the hell it is that sells this stuff, and Steve had temporarily lost his mind. Or something. Whatever.
Steve can go around smelling like something that wishes it could be cinnamon all he likes, but Eddie will not be joining him. He uses the dish soap to wash his hands instead. His eczema will not thank him later, but he thinks it’s a fair price to pay for his continued dignity.
(And if Steve eyes Eddie’s reddened, peeling knuckles later in the week, and the lemon herb soap reappears next to the pumpkin spice soap, well – that’s close enough to a win that Eddie will take it.)
Then there’s the coffee.
This one is technically the final nail in the coffin, but it takes a bit to really dawn on Eddie. He maintains that he had been understandably distracted at the time – largely because he only finds this one out by drawing the taste straight from Steve’s mouth.
It isn’t unusual for Steve to have been up and about for an hour or two (or three) before Eddie rolls out of bed on his days off; Eddie prefers to keep late hours, and Steve, as much as Eddie loves him, is a morning person. This had caused some friction when they’d first started living together, but it’s been nearly a year now, and they’ve managed to work it out. Often, their first kiss of the day tastes like whatever coffee Steve’s already been drinking.
It’s different today, though. Sweeter than usual.
Eddie hums, licking deeper into Steve’s mouth, trying to place the difference, and Steve groans, tugging Eddie closer by the hips, mistaking his curiosity for passion (and, well – it’s not not passion. Eddie can multitask).
“What’ve you been drinking?” Eddie finally asks when they pull apart.
“Pumpkin spice latte,” Steve answers, and then gives Eddie absolutely no chance to process this information, pulling him back in for another deep kiss.
It’s only later, back in bed when Eddie had barely even been out of it for half an hour, that Eddie has to admit to himself: his boyfriend is a pumpkin spice girl.
And that’s fine! Eddie can be mature about this!
Sure, it’s the sort of thing he’d sneered at back in high school—the conformity of the masses flocking to whatever seasonally-scented item corporations are hocking at the time—but he’s grown up since then. Someone’s preference for a certain flavor or scent doesn’t determine their worth as a person, et cetera, et cetera. Eddie knows this.
But still, he’s only human. He does have a breaking point.
“Oh, baby, no.”
“What?” Steve pulls his head out of the fridge, where he’s been putting the cold stuff away as Eddie unloads the grocery bags destined for the pantry.
Eddie holds up the offending item – possibly the most offending item he’s ever seen.
Pumpkin spice candy corn.
Steve blinks at him. “What?” he asks again after a long moment of loaded silence.
“Oh god, it’s already infected your brain,” Eddie laments, dropping the bag of candy on the counter and reaching for his phone. “I’m calling Robin, we’re staging an intervention.”
“Oh come on, what? They’re good!” Steve insists.
“Objectively, sweetheart, they really aren’t. But don’t you worry,” he leans over and pats Steve on the arm as he searches for Robin’s number in his contact list, “we’re gonna save you from yourself.”
(Later, of course, he’ll find out that Robin has already tried to break Steve of his tendency to buy anything labeled with “pumpkin spice.” His love of the stuff is ironclad. She tells Eddie that he’d better learn to enjoy the taste, or else give up making out with his boyfriend until Thanksgiving.)

Noah dating girl with atopic eczema
Soo I know this is very specific and probably not everyone is gonna relate, but as someone struggling with this condition and having big flare up this last month, I wanted to share this with you. It is important to me that this condition is spoken about, so feel free to slide in my inbox or message me if you want to talk about it.💗
*Atopic eczema is a condition that causes dry, itchy and inflamed skin. It is long lasting (chronic) condition and tends to flare sometimes. It is not contagious. The cause is unknown and there is no cure for it, only treatments that can make ot easier to lice with it.*
Noah learned about this condition when he met you.
You are used to living with it by now, but for Noah it's something new.
He sees it as any other condition and takes it very seriously.
He reads about it, because he doesn't want to make you uncomfortable by asking questions.
When you two met and it became more serious, you were scared that it will throw him off.
It's not contagious, but lots of people don't know that.
And because of that you get lot of stares and sometimes ugly comments.
When you started dating you were using your creams to make it better, but you HATE those oily creams, so you use them usually only when you know you will be in public and your skin will be seen.
As you two got closer you felt confident enough to tell him about it.
He was surprised, but just because he didn't notice it.
His reaction was very neutral, because he didn't see it as a problem, as you were scared he would.
Which was relief for you.
You stopped using your creams daily and it started showing more and more.
Noah asked some questions, mostly about how can he help, if it hurts when he touches you or if you want him to apply your creams for you.
Which was honestly one of your favorite things, him putting cream on your back and giving you a little massage along with it.
Those creams weren't so bad sinxe Noah started applying them.
But you have your ups and downs with this condition.
When it's really bad, it hurts.
It hurts like burns, and they're all over your body.
Noah makes sure you have water and your meds that help with the itching on your bed table.
He noticed that you're scratching yourself even in sleep, so he gave you one of his longsleeve t-shirts to avoid scratching yourself to blood.
He also started taking showers with you daily, because he noticed you always come out all bloody and bruised and the bathroom is like a fucking sauna.
That's because hot water triggers your skin, but it also feels really nice on your skin in the moment. But you're left with bloody hands and red skin afterwards.
So he showers with you to make sure you use warm water, not boiling hot water.
If you mention that some food or shampoo or washing powder triggers your eczema, you bet he will throw it out immediately and will look up options that are safe for sensitive skin.
When it's really bad and it effects you mentally (because it does) he showers you with love and cuddles.
He hates when it makes you cry.
Or when he sees you looking at your skin in the mirror with those sad eyes.
But what he hates the most is when you come home, obviously sad and he has to get it out of you, that someone at work said nasty comment towards your condition.
His heart aches when he sees you in long sleeved clothes almost every time you two leave the house.
It's not that you're ashamed of eczema, but you want to avoid those looks you get from strangers.
He also hates seeing you in long sleeved clothes at the band's concerts. Those venues get real hot really quick and he knows you're hot even if you say you're fine.
He makes sure to point out if your skin get's even a little bit better and he's all happy about it.
He helps you look for doctors that specialize in those conditions.
And he makes sure to attend every appointment with you, if you want him there.
He also uses it as a reason to go on vacations by the sea for a longer period than is usual, because sea helps with eczema.
Overall he helps you with everything, he helps build the confidence you lost because of this condition and he loves you unconditionally.
Remember that conditions like this don't definw you and you are beautiful and loved!💗

bathing
good personal hygiene is essential for overall health and wellbeing. this post surrounds regular bathing/showering, what it actually helps with and what practices you can consider.
regular bathing/showering helps prevent infections. when you wash your body, you remove dirt, sweat, and bacteria that can lead to skin infections or other health issues.
you should bathe/shower daily. this routine helps maintain cleanliness, remove sweat and keep skin fresh. daily bathing is especially important if you're physically active, live in a hot climate, or have a job that exposes you to dirt or pollutants.
some individuals may find it more beneficial to shower/bathe only every other day. this can work well for those with sensitive skin or conditions like eczema. it allows the skin's natural oils to replenish without excessive drying. another group that may choose this is those that live in especially cold climates.
adjust your bathing frequency based on your activities. after intense workouts, swimming, or spending time outdoors, it is essential to wash off sweat and dirt properly.
proper hygiene helps control body odour (bo). bacteria on the skin can break down sweat and produce unpleasant smells. regular bathing keeps these bacteria in check.
accumulation of dead skin cells can lead to skin irritation, inflammation, and sores. bathing helps cleanse your skin, removing these dead cells and reducing the risk of skin-related problems.
don't confuse bathing with other hygiene practices, such as washing your face or hands. these have their own importance and frequency.
so, what is the best way to bathe?
start by running the water to an ideal temperature. dermatologists recommend lukewarm or slightly warm water for showering. avoid extremely hot water, as it can dry out your skin.
before applying any soap, do a quick rinse to wet your skin.
use a loofah, washcloth, or your hands to apply bar soap or body wash. begin at your neck and shoulders, then work your way down your body. don’t forget your legs and between your toes.
if you’re washing your hair, apply shampoo to your scalp and the nape of your neck. you don’t need to apply shampoo directly to the hair ends; it will cleanse them as you rinse. a tip if you're washing your hair is to wash it before you wash your body. this can help prevent acne on the back and shoulders.
apply conditioner to soften your hair strands, paying special attention to the ends.
switch to lukewarm or cool water for the final rinse. this helps seal conditioner into your hair and invigorates your body.
towel-dry slightly before applying moisturizer to your body. moisturizing right after the shower helps seal in hydration.
as humans, we don't like to admit when our habits are up to par. you must master the basics! how are you supposed to grow if you lack a strong foundation?
i hope this post was helpful.

★ THE HICKEY PRANK ★
Tumblr media
You scrolled through Tik Tok mindlessly on FaceTime with your best friend Saylem in silence, until she broke it.
Tumblr media
“Nahh what this bitch said she got eczema” she laughed, trying her best to catch her breathe. “Send” you replied smiling, feeling the vibration of your phone in your hand while pressing the message in your inbox. “Get out, how am I making you cry you literally have a hickey on your neck!” The boy with blue sweat pants said, “What do you mean like it’s literally my eczema..” you paused the Tik Tok now screaming and laughing. “NOOO BRO BECAUSE SHE THINK SHE SLICK OH EM GEE THATS A GOOD ONE.” tears now leaking out of your eyes, “wait bitch” you sighed “Imma *gasp* do that to mine and see how he react” The idea made your eyes brighten, “Bitch you smiling like the Grinch right now stop” Saylem said laughing.
“ Girl I can’t wait, but anyways toodles I have a prank to set up.” “Mwah later boo” she replied hanging up, it was currently 4:56 and your boyfriend came home from work in less than an hour, so you ran to get your vlog camera that sat cutely in it’s red case and began recording. The curls of your lace front bounced while you ran to the kitchen, your orange victoria secret fluffy sweater and shorts set hugged your body, protecting you from the air conditioner. It was hotter than the devil’s ass crack outside, so you knew your boyfriend Eren would be hot and irritated until he took his shower. You pressed record and backed up, “alrighty.. 3..2..1.. HI LAB RATS, welcome back or to my laboratory you already know Y/n the Scientist in this bitch okay so” you interrupted yourself while giggling, covering your hand over your mouth and cackling a bit harder.
“Ahhhh my bad y’all okay so boom today ima do a prank on my lil boo thang and it’s gonna be this hickey prank, so me and my homegirl Saylem was on the phone and I was telling her.. and then she was tellin me.. hold on lemme remember the conversation.” You paused running to get your phone. “Alright imma show you the tik tok,” laughter escaped at the idea of your boyfriend’s attitude, but you needed to move fast since time did everything but slow down. “Okay im going to be using the Fenty Beauty eyeshadow for a darker effect and then im going to throw on some of this Morphy blush and then put some powder and setting spray because i need this shit to last for real.” You ran to your desk, rummaging through your makeup bag.
Finally you finished and checked yourself out in your hand mirror, then..the front door unlocked. Eyes widening, you cursed yourself for not setting up the camera, but you had an idea “okay guys” you whispered quickly, Eren called your name, and you heard the confusion in his voice since you weren’t there like usual to greet him. “fuck fuck, imma put yall in my dresser drawer and imma flick the collar of my sweater up, and hide it until he get out the shower, while he in there im gonna set yall up in the kitchen mkay bye.” Basically throwing the camera in the drawer, you did as you said you would and greeted your man at the front door. “Hey baby love!” you chirped as he kissed your cheeks, then forehead, then lips, “whats goin on gorgeous” he smiled, you missed him, and prank aside you did feel a little bad for the headache you were about to bring on his pretty little head.
Tumblr media
His bun was messy, chains hanging low on his white tee, he had on some simple black shorts, and his  white nike socks rested above his black cats. “Boy you smell like outside..awww my poor baby sweating go wash up” you said kissing his lips, wiping the sweat off his forehead. He placed his pouch on the kitchen counter and nodded, making his way to the bathroom and grabbing a towel on the way there, you listened for the bathroom door and when it closed, you grabbed the camera, ran to the kitchen and set it up in between your red blender, red candle, and red toaster. “Camouflage” you whispered. Maybe the matching appliances wasn’t such a bad idea. After about 20 minutes, Eren came out with a towel over his shoulder, in some grey sweatpants.
“Boy where are your drawls..” you asked looking up from your phone, you nearly forgot you were on camera. His white teeth showed as he smirked, walking closer to you, lifting your chin up to kiss him. “FUCK THE PRANK IS IN EFFECT” your thoughts were so loud, you felt as if he could hear them, and his sudden halt made your heart drop to your ankles. “Y/n L/n I know that this isn’t a hickey. You are on your period, and your head isn’t big enough to suck on your own neck when your fingering yourself.” “NIGGA?” you sucked your teeth at his remark “man move around, and I dont even touch my private areas..” you said getting fake mad. “Girl you think I can’t hear you in the shower.. and fuck you mad for stop playin wit me I know this shit is make u-“ he said trying to wipe the makeup off with his hand.
His eyebrows furrowed and looked at you, “babe stop it’s hurting I rubbed my neck too hard in the shower with that exfoliating rag i be using with my African black soap, but my skin smooth and you love that shit” you said in an attempt to butter him up. “Girl bye there’s no way that’s from a fuckin rag” he said now getting serious, “the fuck u been doing all day?” he asked, damn your act could have won you a grammy, but pause.. The fuck is his issue for real? “Wait nigga u think im cheating on you?” you asked getting up, moving his hand away from your neck “Yo I never not one time said that you was, but nah for real what you was doing all day that made you get so defensive?” This joke was no longer a lil jokey joke.. he really thought you would cheat on him for real? I mean in his defense that’s the point of the prank but unless he was pranking you on your own prank, there shouldn’t even be a “if” or “but” leaving his mouth.
“I was waiting on your ass to get home thats what I was doing” you said rolling your eyes, walking closer to the camera to catch his reaction. “ Eren is a smart boy, so he had you fucked up when he was trailing your ass, actually thinking you did sum. “Nah bro don’t play dumb wit me now the fuck was you doin? The mark is fresh , do I play with you like that Y/n?”  you turned to face him and you decided to play along, just for the camera… “So what if I was doing something, whatcha gonna do about it huh?” you asked crossing your arms over your chest. You gave him some of his least favorite sass, the same bratty attitude he always tried to control but to be honest, no amount of sex would let your mouth stop running, so he was always careful when it came to handling you. “Watch where you throwing that damn attitude. I am not a wide receiver so trust and believe I will throw it right back to your ass.
When you’re speaking to me, lower your tone.” his hands slid into his pockets. His ass is so sassy like this not-so-nigga wanna be a girl so fucking bad. However, the bulge in his sweats caught your attention..”He don’t got a roll of quarters in his pocket, so I don’t know what the fuck is lookin at me through his pants,” you said to yourself. This was when the realization that the video was boutta turn into a movie..ya know..the ones you get viruses from! “Okay Eren Yeager my deepest apologies,” you said smiling, rubbing your hands together like a teacher during a parent conference. Pointing your hand towards the red camera, his head followed,” My baby boo boo bear sweet cheeks vanilla muffin thick dick baby boy it is indeed a prank” you grabbed the camera quickly and ran for your life.
Eren didn’t lie about being a wide receiver but damn his ass ran fast, your final words to your audience was “HELP!” as you locked yourself into the bathroom, turning the camera off. “Baby I just wanna talk! Open the fuck up.” Eren knocked on the door, then slid his fingers under the bottom trying to get you, “Nah Gang baby not in here” you put on your manly voice trying not to laugh. The door knob stopped jiggling, but you heard a key enter the door knob and you had no choice but to hide in the cupboards under the sink. “Y/nnnnn where are you…” he asked, “Are you..here?” he said opening the shower curtain to reveal nothing, “I know your little gremlin ass can’t fit in the toilet, your forehead make the toilet seat stand up. His ass so fucking annoying.
Tumblr media
“Alright n/n you win..”, but then the doors to the cupboard flew open, and your ass so happened to be dragged out. The camera remained in the bathroom but you two were actually boutta make a film of your own, “you finna handle my ass aren’t you bae” you sighed in defeat, “Mhm” he replied before you could even finish, “You tryna make fake ones Imma give you some that you won’t be able to hide”……
If you didn’t already, click on the fuckin red words neow.
OKAY GUYSSSSSS I hope you guys liked this one!!! This was a request from @katsaresokool and like I fell in love with the concept!! Also I won’t be uploading as much cuz classes start next week, but I’m lurkin and watching. Always. ~ 𝓁ℯ𝓁ℯ!

I’m at the beach so it’s time for gentlebeard beach headcanons!!
Ed accidentally brushes his leg against some seaweed while swimming and freaks out. In his panic to get out he steps on a sea urchin (ouch!) and Stede has to do needle surgery on his foot to get the spines out :( (Ed is very brave)
Stede gets a sunburnt pink nose and ears and Ed thinks it’s the cutest thing he’s ever seen
Stede’s freckles come out more in the sun and Ed make it his mission to kiss every single one of them even if it takes him hours
Ed goes diving for the prettiest seashells to make into matching jewellery for him and Stede
More Ed sensitive skin headcanons 🥰:
The sensitive skin around his eyes always gets sore from the saltwater so he has to make sure to wash his face immediately afterwards
Again, saltwater against his body for too long makes him all rashy up the backs of his thighs where he’s been sitting. Stede makes sure to apply cream for him every night cause he loves taking care of him (also a great excuse to look at his husband’s ass lets be real)
When Ed’s eczema gets super itchy and inflamed Stede brings him a nice cool cloth to calm it and also helps distract Ed so he isn’t thinking about scratching all the time

Break out
Pairing: Becky Lynch x Fem reader x Rhea Ripley
Description: The girls help you deal with your eczema break outs
Tumblr media
You sigh looking in the mirror to see red spots on your face and chest knowing immediately by the burning and irration that it was your eczema acting up making you break out. Rhea walks in from the kitchen to see you grabbing lotion "You okay what are those?" you put lotion on the areas after she looks at them at first thinking you either had a small reaction to a certain brand of makeup or that you had started having hives but she remembered your eczema helping you wash the lotion off when you realized just how much worse it made the breakout spots feel as Becky walks up "Did you get poison ivy love?" the three of you had been in the woods on a camping trip a few days back and came into contact with poison ivy but you didn't get any reaction surprisingly despite becky getting some on her arms and rhea with a bit on her hands which were now gone and they thought you might have had a late reaction but once they saw what the red spots looked like and remembered your eczema then they knew what to do putting non scented Aveeno lotion on each spot after you showered covering and rubbing lotion on every part of your body. They kept a close eye on it growing worried when it grew redder and bigger looking like severe burns and hamburger meat with how raw your skin had grown over the past few hours gently wiping them with cold wash cloths and putting lotions that were vegan and easy on your sensitive skin helping you shower or bath in a milk bath to help your skin and when it all got too much giving you Benadryl which helped you sleep when it was all too much and helped you deal with the pain until a few weeks later when it finally cleared up staying inside for awhile before being outdoors again cautious of any plants or a lake where mosquitoes are but despite the occasional bug bites and a few break outs you managed your eczema better than before always being sure to lotion yourself up after showering every once in awhile and the girls were always ready to help whenever the break outs or any reaction from your eczema act up.
