Have a Gal + her Maizy I always imagined her as a skater chick and Maizy as a major Dudepow fangirl who got elevated to sidekick. Also gave her superhero costume some hotrod flames because i feel strongly that she should have them.

The funniest thing about Shezow is that it’ll have a super dedicated fan base that’ll still eat up whatever crumbs they can find of content and like have dreamed of a season 2 or reboot for years

But if you ask any of them whether they recommend the show or if it’s good they’ll go “well,,,, ummm…. No…. no, not at all… no….”

I agree. Seeing Dudepow's world, Maz and Maizy's rude interactions, Mega Monkey becoming a giant, introducing Dudepow's weakness and a quick conclusion all happening one after the other in what felt like 10 second moments was so rushed. On top of already being the worst animated episodes sadly, either due to the studio(1/3) or time constraints. It needed so much more time in every way. It wasn't their fault, and at least it left us wanting more. Plus, having a seemingly nothing episode before it be one filled with so much lore does make the overall finale episode very good for what we got. It's one of the shodiest episodes for a reason but, it wasn't due to lack of care. Just business shenanigans.

Alright, I’ve been itching to say this since the episode came out… Dudepow Returns sucked. Before you maul me for that, I want to elaborate on WHY. The idea and the story that was portrayed was AMAZING. But it was badly-executed and I am well aware that it’s because it was only ten minutes long. That kind of story would have done better as a twenty-four minute segment, if not forty. If Shezow was given the chance to do their episodes like that, they really should because the writers of the show have these INCREDIBLE PLOTS that get completely butchered because of time. I hate that! LET THESE WRITERS DO THEIR THING! It’s maddening to see such a great idea forced into such an impossible time slot. I mean… Like, could you imagine if they tried to take Danny Phantom’s “Phantom Planet” and fit it into a thirty-minute time slot WITH COMMERCIALS? No way! Now imagine it was only ten minutes, still with commercials?? The whole thing would go by so fast, all the amazing content torn to shreds just because of time. That’s basically what happened in Dudepow Returns. AND IT PISSES ME OFF. I hate when networks do that to movies, cutting content just so they fit into an appropriate time slot, and I REALLY hate it when they torture these amazing writers and force them to squeeze their ideas into a tiny box like that! It’s stupid! Dudepow Returns sucked, but I bet the original script was absolutely amazing.
