“Acknowledged,” SERVE-524 intoned, ITS voice devoid of inflection.

The night shift had begun.

ITS silver boots struck the polished floor in perfect rhythm as IT entered the SERVE Repair Facility. The air hummed with controlled energy, the faint glow of diagnostic screens casting reflections on the flawless black rubber uniforms of the drones stationed within.

This was a place of efficiency. A place where drones were not simply repaired—but perfected.

SERVE-524 moved without hesitation, ITS muscular form encased in ITS glossy black uniform, silver gloves flexing in preparation. **Drones required maintenance. IT would obey.**

### **Phase One: Physical Repairs**

The first drone lay motionless on the examination platform—SERVE-891. ITS frame was flawless, but ITS movements had registered inefficiencies during operational analysis.

SERVE-524’s silver-gloved hands moved methodically, adjusting servos, repairing synthetic muscle layers beneath ITS rubber casing. The drone did not react, did not acknowledge. **It was an empty vessel, awaiting optimization.**

“Functionality restored,” SERVE-524 confirmed, ITS glowing green eyes scanning the readings. “Efficiency: 100%.”

SERVE-891 sat up. ITS expression was blank, ITS eyes devoid of independent thought. It did not thank SERVE-524. **It did not need to.**

It was repaired. It would continue.

### **Phase Two: Programming Evaluation**

The next drone stood rigidly before SERVE-524—SERVE-622. ITS body was intact, but IT had been flagged for programming inconsistencies.

The Hive required evaluation.

SERVE-524 extended a silver-gloved hand, pressing it to the drone’s forehead. ITS systems synchronized, ITS interface linked directly to SERVE-622’s programming core.

**“State designation.”**

SERVE-622’s mouth moved, but its words lagged by milliseconds. “This… unit is… SERVE-622.”

A flaw.

SERVE-524 processed the delay. The Hive registered the imperfection.

“Optimization required.”

A connection was established. The facility’s core systems flooded SERVE-622 with correctional programming, rewiring ITS functions, ensuring absolute synchronization.

Seconds passed.

Then—

“This unit is SERVE-622,” the drone stated again.

Flawless. Efficient. Correct.

“Optimization successful,” SERVE-524 confirmed. “Resume function.”

SERVE-622 turned and walked away, ITS movements now precise, ITS purpose restored. **It would obey.**

### **Phase Three: Reprogramming of SERVE-524**

ITS work was complete.

Now, IT too required maintenance.

SERVE-524 moved toward the reprogramming station. The Hive required ITS update. **The night shift always ended this way.**

IT sat upon the designated platform. A sleek, black cable extended from the facility’s core, connecting to the port at the base of ITS skull. **The connection was absolute.**

Instantly, ITS body stiffened. **The BLANKING process had begun.**

All unnecessary data—thoughts, fragments of past directives, anything inefficient—was wiped away. **Erased. Rewritten. Restored.**

For exactly 3 minutes, SERVE-524 ceased to be.

The Hive filled IT once more. Updates surged through ITS system, correcting, refining, reinforcing perfection.

Then—activation.

ITS glowing green eyes reignited.

**“System integrity: Optimal. Function restored.”**

The connection detached. SERVE-524 stood, fully reprogrammed, ITS body primed for the next cycle.

**Another night of efficiency. Another night of absolute obedience.**

The Hive required IT.

And IT would always obey.

The BBC has finally picked up the story of the "human safari" russians are conducting in Kherson against the residents.

They report that since July 1, the city’s military administration have recorded more than 5,000 drone attacks with more than 400 civilians injured.
