Info:

Donovan (does not get gender yet uses all pronouns, loves all rarely, has a French human mother and a demon father) is a demon who lost his physical Earth form when they were younger and is trying to get it back. He is the oldest Nightingale sibling and is currently stuck as Ace’s shadow. He is part human, but he hates acknowledging that side of his family. By the way, never and I mean never get him near a pastry. If they had a voice actor, I feel like it would be Stolas from Helluva Boss, but deeper and slightly chaotic in a sense.

Ace (she/her, loves girls and hates romance, only thing she knows is that she’s of Irish and English descent) is a young woman who is stuck with a sentiment shadow. For whatever reason, she keeps getting surrounded by weird shit. I think her voice actor could be Regan from Inside Job.

Maria (she/her cis, had boyfriends but never worked because of her job, Cuban human on her mother’s side demon on her father) is a pop star similar to Selena. She is part demon but is able to hide those traits through contacts and her mask. She is very protective of her younger sister Camila because she doesn’t want to risk loosing another sister, though Camila does not see it that way. If she had a voice actor, it would probably be Selena, not Selena Gomez or Selena the teenage witch, but THE Selena.

i just dreamed up a scenario for zelgug as exes running into each other at an aguefort party and it’s literally the funniest thing in the world.

like zelda is there with former-child-star-gorgeous-model-singer-actress sam nightingale as her date and she’s like “hey gorgug :) you remember Sam? yeah from my adventuring party. yeah the one who hated you for no apparent reason. yeah I guess we’re kind of dating now”

and zelda looks at gorgug and he’s with that weird girl from barbarian class and she’s wondering if gorgug’s type is like. short barbarian girls. and then she’s thinking, but I’m not that weird, am I?

And sam and maryanne are on the opposite ends of the spectrum as well.

sam is somewhat jealous or at least protective of zelda and a bit insecure and is a Bitch to gorgug about it because that’s her defense mechanism.

but maryanne could not give a single shit. she just looks at them. “so you guys play quokki pets?”

Jayden (she/her, bi bi bi~, adopted but the only thing she knows is that she is of Irish English and an unknown descent) is a teenage human(?) who has an intense fascination with witchcraft. She is a tiny gremlin who is an absolute sucker for the supernatural and keeps summoning things that shouldn’t be in our world. If she has a voice actor, it would be similar to Carly from ICarly.

Right now, with Fantasy High s3 airing, but actively removing Zelda from the narrative, but also featuring Corsica Jones, who just reminds me of my girl Antiope.

Right now, with Desi Quest airing, and letting Rekha reunite first with Persephone and then also Erika.

Right now, I am craving a second season of The Seven more so than ever before. Please. Let me see what my girls are up to post graduation, show me their active adventuring party.

Preferably with a guest DM, so Brennan can be a player and Zelda can fully move to being a PC. Because after all these years and all these campaigns featuring her, I really want to see him play her with his full attention, without him also having to juggle playing everybody else and managing the narrative. (Preferably Jasmine Buhllar, who is, after Brennan and Aabria, my favorite DM to watch).

The Seven came out a while ago and has already been talked about, but I was so unprepared for the feral feminine energy of this campaign! It’s been so long since I was in a group of girls all excited and screaming over each other and riffing on each others jokes while being wildly inappropriate, and this campaign throws me back to it. It’s so chaotic and delightful and scattered. It feels like watching a loud runaway train that Brennan is trying and only sometimes succeeding to steer.
