HI. sorry this is late i was at a poetry open mic. but i have ur answer! shoutout philza nation discord i crowdsourced them for answers cause my brain was so broken by today's lore /pos

I think there's a few important aspects to his character that you'd wanna focus on beyond the like. Typical phil cubito-ness. the first is hc!phil's relationship with time.

"hardcore Philza writing that rings true to me often has a really chill, almost meditative element, especially with regards to time and completing things. It doesn't really matter whether he finishes today, there's always tomorrow. He's not going to give up or get frustrated (redstone sometimes excluded lmao), he's not intimidated by the idea that something's going to take a lot of time or effort." @the-arctic-commune

I'll be paraphrasing some of my other friends who contributed (thank u ty, xeph, rakk, and talon!!), but i felt like this quote is a standout in terms of how hardcore phil operates...there's no real end date to his story barring some accidental disaster that will cut his life short. he's free to take his time and lose time entirely as he works on his projects. ccphil before has spoken about (and implied today with the qphil lore) that being in hardcore causes some time dilation issues - what seemed like a week to the crows was Weeks upon Weeks in hardcore time. but for hc!phil, that time passes all the same, and it's not really a stressful thing within hardcore. the time is gonna pass all the same.

also, hardcore!phil is an archeologist. within the canon as it's currently establish, hc!phil isn't the one building those big projects. he's uncovering them as he moves through the world, maybe you could view it as restoring them, but he spends his time uncovering the histories of the deities and what happened before he arrived in this world. he views the world as something beautiful to be observed rather than something he's creating, if that makes sense.

aaaand also hardcore phil is easily the most carefree of his cubitos. he's still got plenty of classic phil anxiety and wouldn't take unnecessary risks, but he's the only living thing he has to keep track of in this world. this enables him to be a bit more of a bastard than other worlds - the most likely to "coo at an animal and then kill it to laugh at the crows" in the words of @manmadesunshine lol.

and he's also the most carefree because he's able to fly, of course. you can't ever forget the flying <3

any other hc!phil loreheads r more than welcome to add on!!! but i hope this gives someee subtle flavoring to ur hc!phil writing!

QSMP Digital Artist - Ate and left NO crumbs ever omg. The amount of detail, varying styles, and epic scenes are my favorite. The variety of art styles for QSMP artist is like just going to a buffet to browse and they're all special little dishes made with so much love.

QSMP Tradtional Artist - HOW CAN YOU DRAW/PAINT SOME OF THIS STUFF?? Watercolor paintings of QSMP bulids, notebook spreads with cute little details, the fact that you can draw traditionally at all. All so talented.

QSMP Beginner Artist - NEVER GET DISCOURAGED <33. Everyone was a beginner at some point and seeing people improve over time with their art is so cool. I consider myself still a beginner even though I've been drawing for a couple years now lol. There is still so much for me to learn, and the fact how kind the qsmp art community is makes me so happy. Keep improving, your art looks great <3

QSMP Fanfiction Authors - I don't know whether to compliment you or ask for my therapy payment (/lh). So many authors have ripped my heart out and left it out to dry and others are like a bucket of fluff and joy. I love both of these. The writing quality is genuinely amazing on so many of these. I love to visualize when reading and with all the details it's basically just watching a movie.

QSMP Web Weavers - You guys are AMAZING. Finding so many quotes, transcripts, fanarts, aesthetic photos, and being able to combine them in a way that represents characters so well is beautiful. Not to mention the fact how your able to put credits for everything in an easy to find way??? Perfect.

QSMP Moodboards/Stimboard makers - These are so cute aaaa. I love seeing them, all the little collections of photos or gifs of characters I like is very fun.

QSMP Poll Accounts - I LIVE for taking polls. It's just fun to have a place to put an opinion you had for yourself that you didn't know how to put unprompted on your own post. Seeing results after a while also makes me happy to see what as a general consensus the fandom is on.

QSMBLR and QSMPTWT users - Transferring information from one hellsite to the other, I admire anyone who can survive in the discourse trenches and come back with account updates.

QSMP Clip accounts - I love seeing silly clips of cubitos, and especially those with transcripts and translations. It's a lot of effort and I admire that. Gives me so much info I would've missed otherwise.

QSMP translators - As someone still currently learning the other languages, it is so helpful when people translate it. Sometimes your brain just hurts and you can only read your native language. Also anyone who translates things from English to other languages, yes please make it for other speakers.

QSMP Multi-Shippers - It's so fun to see these, yes give your cubito 7 different romantic/platonic partners. You guys collect ships like Pokémon and it is inspiring

QSMP Cosplayers - I respect cosplayers so much. The wigs, the makeup, the costume, the PROPS?? All take so much work it's amazing to see final products. I reccently tried making a scythe for one I want to do, and I was struggling. Y'all are so cool.

QSMP Character Analysis Posts - Keeping fanfiction accuracy and my personal view on characters as close to canon as possible. These help so much when I need to look for a character I haven't watched much and easy to read.

QSMP Livebloggers - Save me from losing track of lore when I'm busy. I swear some of you just never sleep (please do but thank you for information). The amount of stuff I can figure out from vague post of combined livebloggers makes it much easier to know what's happening. Most of my mutual liveblog a lot and it saves me so much time <3

QSMP Rebloggers - KEEPING THIS FANDOM ALIVE‼️‼️ Tumblrs algorithm is based on reblogs, accounts that are just lurkers rb stuff ily. Hell yeah man, take all the cool stuff and share it.

QSMP Animatics - Movie night exists because of you guys!! Sometimes you all make me want to sob violently or laugh till I can't breathe. The differences in each video is so fun to see. The effort in each one is just beautiful too, animatics are NOT easy.

QSMP Editors - The fact that people can take a cube game and turn into epic/sad/cute edits with a few clips, transitions, and audios astounds me. You guys are so cool and I love seeing them. Also the fanart edits are so sick, finding the best ones to match.

QSMP Fan Video Creators - Stuff like the Federation Welcoming Workers Video, that one cucrucho cereal video, things like that. Quality is usually amazing and all the unique takes or camera work is epic. Idk what else fits in this genre but I just wanted to mention it.

QSMP RP Accounts - Seeing other people's takes on characters are so interesting and fun to see. RP is a skill I need to work on and it's done pretty well with these accounts. The amount of detail y'all can put is insane.

QSMP OC creators - Cringe culture is dead, I love seeing people make their little characters interact with eachother based on the QSMP. Keep it up and pls share it.

QSMP 3D Animators/Modelers - I never expirence more joy than when I see a 3D model of a qsmp rat spinning around. Also any 3D animators your dedication is insane. I tried learning 3D animation once and that was a STRUGGLE.

QSMP Vod savers/YT summaries -Actual lifesavers, there is no way I could've been apart of this community without them. Watching a few videos a day about what happened on the server makes it easier for me to actually do other things. Also that one person who made a QSMP2023 summary in UNDER 10 minutes, you are insane and did such a great job.

QSMP Accounts in Different Languages - QSMPBLR is heavily more English speaking than other languages, and when people main tag with post in different languages it makes me so happy. This was the point of the server, to let people post in whatever language they wanted. It's also fun for me to practice and try to translate it for myself.

Uuuuhhhh anyway!! Bedrock Bros bc we love Bedrock Bros in this house!!! Phil got discovered/fought his prodigy/got betrayed a little later than John did in AR canon, so Techno met baby Tommy a few times. Tommy's blue sweater coming from Techno was what we agreed on I think!

Anyway even though Techno felt betrayed by Phil being a spy, I think his feelings are a little different than Yassen. With Yassen it was pretty complicated, with him already being committed to Scorpia/the morally grey(like, really really dark grey) side, still being grateful to John for saving his life, etc. Meanwhile Techno would betray the Eggpire for one corn chip- if said corn chip was Phil. He was just angry Phil never told him.

Also, staying with the Eggpire means he can keep an eye out for Phil's remaining family, so that's what he does till one day he sees Tommy(Techno had been keeping track of him so he knows what Tommy looks like, but the kid looks exactly like Phil anyway) in a... rich kid boarding school?? And he's going by Tommy Outit(/ref)??? Bruh???

Tommy, of course does NOT recognize Techno and he's like Why is that guy looking at me like he recognizes me. Meanwhile Techno is bluescreening bc Hey. Hey Kristin? Why is your son doing spy work? Kristin???

Wake up babe, new spy au stuff just dropped

König and Horangi are kind of separate from the main storyline but do play a very important part somehow, (again lol).

König was in an underground fighting ring (run by two, very well known and detested by us, Americans cough cough).

Horangi worked there but didn't fight, instead had some general duties like keeping track of bet money etc etc.

They knew each other and were fairly close, if I may directly quote Hype, "they were each other's softness in a world that only gave them hardship for a while".

That was of course until Horangi got in trouble. It's canon that he's a "dogshit gambler" so who knows. Maybe he got too cocky, maybe he bet on the wrong kind of guy, maybe he couldn't pay his debt and Graves threw him in the ring instead.

Maybe he lost and had to pay the price otherwise.

Maybe that's when he got his scars ("You act all tough and you can't even win a fight? You call yourself tiger yet you don't look like much of one to me, maybe we should fix that, huh?")

Maybe that's when Nik finds him (when he was doing god knows what, probably trying to get info about Shepherd's dirty business for the team) and takes pity on him.

He has to call some big favours and pull some strings but he manages to get the poor boy out of there.

Takes him off the grid in some little village in the middle of fuck knows where, Eastern European countryside to heal both physically and mentally.

(Horangi is the first to bear witness to the most horrendous down bad pining behaviour from Nik on Price's urgent visit for a few days.)

When Horangi completes his Training Arc™ and goes off again he does end up doing shady business again but this time things end up a lot better for him and he manages to actually own a whole ass casino in the end.

He's very cool and badass and rich and stuff. König is a pathetic wet cat.

They meet like, a decade or so later after König has also managed to get himself out of Shepherd's ring and heard about Horangi from rumours.

He's very pissed off because he thinks that Horangi abandoned him and rose to power through Graves' help and initially he goes to confront him very angry.

Horangi doesn't recognise him at first (it has to do with the mask but when and what kind of mask he wears is still a wip, all I know is that he wore a different kind back then) so it takes a bit of miscommunication, some pining and a lot of bottled up feelings spilling over until he realises why König's angry and apologises again and again explaining how much he didn't want to leave him behind and that he would've contacted him if he could.

Once they've figured their shit out, they set off to find the 141 and co as temporary allies due to a shared interest (Shepherd and Graves' crumbling to the ground).

They're actually there in The Gala when shit hit the fan and Soap was shot but didn't manage to talk to either of them before disaster struck so they don't get in contact with them until a month or so later.

1: What was the first episode you’ve seen? Episode 1 because I intentionally looked for the show to watch it after seeing clips of it online.

2: What’s your favorite episode? Episode 1. It's one of my favorite first episodes of a show ever and I really like how well it introduces everything. I love other episodes of the show of course I just think the first episode did a great job and should get more praise for that!

3: Favorite Irken? I like the main character a lot but if I had to choose a second favorite uhhh the Tallests as 1 entity I can't choose one over the other

I recently made a long comment on the Irken propoganda poster fanart (and made my own fanart based off of it), I like the Corrupted Data 99% one (and made my own fanart based off of it), I like this sketch dump of Tallest Zims bc it's cool and bc of the comment "all I do is lie to myself" which I quote all the time now, this FnF song video that I keep trying to do a full version of because the OP said I could but haven't gotten around to it yet, and a bunch more I don't feel like tracking down lol.

9: Do you write for the fandom? Well I make comics but for fanfiction I've made one, short ZaDr fic but in character somehow

I've watched his Twitch streams (he might still be doing that every Monday?) and sometimes when he searches stuff up he ends up scrolling past fanart and doesn't acknowledge it lol. So not really, he's not as mean a guy as the fandom seems to demonize him wrongly as. I actually think meeting him would be pretty cool!

12: Do you like pairings? If so, which? I mean aside from ZaDr I like RaPr and basically am open to any if ppl write it in a way I like. Those two I just enjoy in particular.

13: Do you believe there are any canon pairings? Like, intended by the writers? I don't remember any prominent characters dating canonically no lol.

14: OTP? ZaDr. I watched episode 1 and shipped it immedietely after their first interaction XD If that's not a "One True Pairing" I'm not sure what is.

15: Favorite enemies? (Tak and Zim or Zim and Dib… etc) Does enemies to lovers count? Idk I am more of a HELPLESS ROMANTIC type I am only into enemies if it's charged in some way XD Otherwise it sticks out to me less so nothing really comes to mind that easily.

16: Favorite Tallest of the four? I can't choose Red or Purple it changes every day! I like Miyuki and Spork but come on they don't have that much screentime and Red and Purple have far more changes to be funny lol

20: Do you ever do crossovers? I had some Gravity Falls crossover sketches back in 2021, and I've done a few crossovers between characters in my own discord servers sometimes, but nothing large/prominent.

21: Any parts of show that actually scare you? Probably not scare but definitely disturb me. I'd need to rewatch it to remember.

22: Any parts of the fandom that actually scare you? I'm very sensitive as a person and have anxiety so people scare me easily!

23: Part that made you laugh the hardest… I'd need to go clip hunting for that! Good news though I recorded myself watching IZ with a friend in 2021 and am slowly editing the clips so I'll find out eventually.

💥 What is one canon thing that you wish you could change? Ofh - where to begin? There is so much, but off the top of my head, I'd change these things: Open Heart: The entirety of book 3 would be scrapped - it was such utter garbage, I really don't think the writer ever looked at book 1 or 2. Pretty much every character had arcs that were so completely OOC. The whole Bloom storyline was ridiculous (hence, it's not in my HC)... that is NOT how things work in US healthcare; that would have never played out like that. (I swear, fanfic writers do more research than PB writers at times.) But, if you're going to say, "I do what I want," fine, but then make it good, and it wasn't. The only good thing about 3? That's where I fell for Tobias Carrick. lol Crimes of Passion: I'd pretty much leave CoP 1 as is, but there would be so many changes to 2. First, Juliana would have had a real cause because the one she had was lame. They set her up to be this activist for the people... and her cause was to let me help the king's illegitimate kids that are already royals. (Shakes head)To quote @thosehallowedhalls... Carolina (MC) would have been COMPETENT. I could see Trystan not being 100% there, but the dumbing down of both characters was sickening. Oh, and Trystan wouldn't be an out-of-control horn dog who was like, "Oh, our lives are on the line, but what do you say we go into that closet and get busy!" lol I would have utilized Olivia Nevrakis more. And part of me would have liked a juicier story with Juliana. The angst potential if she had actually been alive but being held captive, or hiding, or something. I have more, but I swore I'd keep this short lol Wake the Dead: I'm in the process of rereading this now, so I'm going to get back to you. I know it got a little off track after chapter 13, and it definitely could have delved into the emotional impact of things (like MC/Sister's storyline) more, but I don't remember anything that horrible - but I remember mild annoyance. So I'll report back lol

👓 What helps you focus when you write? I like to be alone and in a place where I won't have a lot of interruptions. I have ADHD, so sometimes focusing is very difficult, but you know what works for me if it's really bad? Putting in earbuds and playing brown noise.... not white, not pink, just brown!

🐇 Do you write for yourself, for others, or both? When I started, it was for me. After being here for a while, it sometimes became for others, and I found it didn't make me as happy. I didn't enjoy the writing process, and in the end, my work was impacted. So, I went back to writing for me... which is where I am now... and I'm much happier there!

I like to think the Railroad is a pretty tight-knit place and everybody gets along fairly well

Like Deacon says: "We're just one big dysfunctional family... with guns!"

That includes meals together, game nights, domestic sleepy mornings, whatever comes to mind

Game nights are... interesting to say the least

Reminds me of this incorrect quotes post I have accepted as canon (Carrington's Great Jenga Tantrum)

I constantly see Carrington cutting up big hunks of meat at one of the benches in his area so on top of being their doctor he probably also cooks

He tries to make enough food for everyone in HQ and will chase down anyone trying to avoid taking care of themselves and give them a plate

Some agents think it's a waste of time because everyone is on different schedules but Carrington really likes it

He keeps track of any allergies as well as general likes and dislikes and tries to make something for everyone

Deep down he has a soft spot for all the agents in the Railroad

If someone's clearly struggling he'll be quieter and more patient with them

Says he doesn't like working with kids or animals but acually is really good with them

Mentioned this already in another headcanons post but him and Deacon get along well!

Deacon actually trusts him a lot (for Deacon's standards)

Most of the others (Tom, Drummer Boy, Glory) have a habit of spilling information Deacon tells them because they don't understand just how private Deacon really is

Carrington takes patient confidentiality very seriously and understands that Deacon doesn't really let people know anything about him, not even the basics

Carrington probably knows Deacon better than anyone else at this point, and he's the only doctor Deacon can comfortably go to

You can often find Carrington collecting and working through crosswords, word searches, sudoku, or any other word/number games

He likes keeping his brain sharp but reading hurts his eyes, so puzzles are the second best thing

In Switchboard they had a table dedicated to a 1000 piece puzzle

I feel like he's the type of guy to accept and keep ALL gifts given to him, especially from children

I think you may have talked about this before, but I was wondering what your ideal living situations for the LOV trio will be after the series ends? Touya will go and stay with his family I guess, but what about Shigaraki and Toga? Will they live with All Might or Aizawa or someone to get their footing back in the world? With mandatory hangouts with the kids and at the Todoroki residence of course (for some reason I've had the image in my head of Shigaraki on a bike with Toga behind him, and he just keeps ringing the bike bell over and over outside of Touya's window like hop on loser, we're going shopping...)

I have talked about it before but I always try to sugarcoat what I think will happen so people don't jump down my throat.

But, I'm beyond that now and I don't care. Plus my predictions really haven't changed since like...early 2021.

Let me start with saying that, yes there is always the possibility of the hospital ending, where the LOV get institutionalized to "heal", but I personally have a lot of issues with that and hope it doesn't go that way. And, for the reason I don't see it going that way, is that the readers (us) and the kids won't get to see the immediate payoff of their decision to save. It feels a bit too close to "oh try to keep it realistic!" Fuck realistic. Let them heal with the power of newfound friendship with the hero kids and family (for Touya). Jeez.

Anyway:

Touya:

Touya I think will go home. Plain and simple. I think he'll be with his siblings and his mom in the new house Endeavor built for them.

Toga:

I think Toga will end up at UA. I think there is more than enough existing content to lead up to this. Of course it could easily not, but again, these are my predictions.

Toga being the only villain who is high school age is an indicator. Toga being obsessed with the UA kids is another big indicator. Even after having found healthy bonds with the LOV members, she continues to reach out and try to get close to Ochacko, Deku, and Tsu. It's relevant enough to her character for the author to go out of his way to point it out in a volume extra, because he couldn't clarify it in the panels—

—and then there is extreme unlikelihood that she and her family will want anything to do with each other ever again. There’s also the fact that this drawing now exists, as if to say “hey, what if? 🤔”

I expect Toga to be integrated into the Deku friend group too. Like this is a canon friend group I 100% can and do see happening:

The jump festa drawing basically showed me my vision without me even asking 😂. So I think there is a lot of precedent set for her to end up at UA, under Aizawa's watch* (expanded on below).

Shigaraki:

Shigaraki I think will be another Eri situation. Aizawa gives him a place to stay and slowly heal at his own pace at UA, but also contribute to and participate in life things. I think this is the most ideal and also likely, because in this scenario he's around Midoriya and Bakugo. Given Midoriya's track record of keeping relationships with the people he reaches out to and saves (Bakugo, Shouto, Kouta, Eri), I don't think Shigaraki will be an exception to this. And I expect having Midoriya around is gonna be an integral part of his healing journey anyway. I always expected that from the get go, and that hasn't changed. I expect him, Bakugo, and Midoriya to have a life long friendship also. I think we'll see that it happens.

Also, another small little detail I find kinda funny, Shigaraki is also kinda fixated on UA? Lol, he watched the sports festival, which is fine, but what's funny to me is that during the Re-Destro fight he went out of his way to quote their fucking motto 😂:

Literally why quote a high school that you never attended, your most hated icon/idol/symbol teaches at, and that your nemesis attends. If not to just, live for it in the moment LOL. Like....just more little hints that he wants to be a part of the bigger, acceptable part of society. It's just funny.

**Okay, following up on Aizawa. Sigh. We're still waiting for the manga to touch on this. But this whole speech here is just so on the nose:

"You have to fight" is exactly something that needs to be said to the LOV between the being saved, and the ending the war. They need to be told what Aoyama here is being told, before everything concludes.

Then this:

It's exactly something that needs to be said to the LOV at the end, after all is said and done. It's the perfect speech they need to hear, right before they start their lives again and head into the scary unknown, in their new environment, with new people, new circumstances. It's just....too perfect.

The fact that it was Aizawa who was the one to say it, to Aoyama who is feeling loads and loads of regret, and feeling irredeemable and hopeless, and the fact that Aizawa briefly thought of Kurogiri during this speech, all of this is what leads me to expect Aizawa to play this type of role at the end.

And then, a less credible reason but still worth noting imo--Aizawa's clear, obvious, blatant inspiration character from Naruto:

--played this role EXACTLY. Played the "you're pardoned, but don't fuck it up" role. He's the one who gave the "Normally you'd be punished, but the only reason we're all alive is because of you, so you get another chance" speech. So like...I expect nothing differently from Aizawa lolol.

For the LOV in general, I absolutely expect everyone to keep in contact with each other. I've said it over and over and over and ov--

I've said it a million times but I expect an FMA-esque ending where we see that everyone got their own happy ending, but also stayed in each other's lives.

Anyway those are my predictions and what I hope for. I'm gonna save this post so that I can come back to it later and see how accurate or off it turns out to be lol.

Ethan opened his eyes with a sinking feeling this Thursday would be out of the new ordinary. His bed was cold and empty. There was no cascade of black hair unwittingly waking him up with a gentle tickle on his skin, no tender caress begging him to stay in the sheets a tad longer.

Another surprise awaited when an overfamiliar appetizing smell hit his nostrils, forcing him to rush out of bed in order to investigate the unexpected scene.

The missing piece of Ethan's morning routine was dancing her way through the kitchen, wreaking sweet havoc with a pile of dirty dishes and different ingredients scattered all over the kitchen island, just to cook a tower of flawlessly fluffy pancakes – now proudly placed on display near the oven. They looked perfect, but not as perfect as Tiffany in the weak morning light; her dark wavy hair falling down on bare shoulders, in contrast to the lacy white lingerie set that flaunted all her curves. She was swinging to the tune she whistled to herself, oblivious of the lurking admirer.

„I don't think I'll ever get used to this view.” Ethan's voice got her spinning around in a flutter to face him. He was leaning against the fridge, an adoring smile playing on his lips as his eyes were roaming over her silhouette. She flushed furiously under the intensity of his gaze, trying to hide the sudden clumsiness of her movements with a sheepish beam.

„Your girlfriend cooking breakfast for you in nothing but her underwear?”

He eyed her intently, biting his bottom lip before he answered with a poker face. „My kitchen in disarray.”

Tiffany shook her head incredulously, as she strained the freshly made raspberry sauce through a sieve. „Trust me, it'll be worth it. And don't worry, I'll clean everything up later, Doctor Terminator.”

„It already is.” He pulled her body close to his, causing her back to collide with his chest. „I can't believe you're still using that nickname.”

„You have to admit it's catchy.”

„Mhm. Do you need any help?” His arm draped over her shoulder, hugging her tight.

„Sure. There's a dozen of pancakes waiting for you. Hope you're ready for a sweet death topped with whipped cream and a home-made raspberry sauce.”

„I didn't plan on falling into a food coma, but you had me at pancakes. Meaning yes, I'm ready.” The powerful combination of Ethan's soft lips and his scratchy chin glued to the sensitive skin on her neck, peppering her with featherlike kisses.

„Someone's clingy today.” She gave him a loud peck on his forearm.

„I'm starving, Tiffany.” A husky whisper rolled in her ear, the words followed by a gentle bite that sent a red-hot shiver down her spine. She chuckled to herself.

„Good! I was genuinely scared that you'd hate the idea because of your love-hate relationship with pancakes. The sauce will need a few minutes to cool down a bit, and then – Oh!” Tiffany stopped dead in her tracks when the hard evidence of Ethan's hunger pangs pressed against her butt. She dropped her jaw in surprise, slightly amused by the realization she didn't get the hint quite right – it was a different kind of appetite. She spun round to face him, the wicked smile suggested she was more than eager to play along.

„On second thought, I suppose we can have a taste of what will be served today.” Never breaking the gaze, she dipped her finger in the whipped cream and offered it to Ethan. He licked it clean, keenly watching Tiffany's face turn crimson red.

„Not bad for a mixture of fat and sugar. Though it's far from what I expected to be on the menu.” Tiffany raised her brows, fake offended, her expression elicited a hearty chuckle from Ethan.

„Well, aren't you a picky eater, Doctor Ramsey? Luckily, I came prepared.” Her finger dived into the bowl with raspberry sauce. „Try some of this.”

„Mmm, delicious.” He gushed, his tongue slithering around her finger. „But yet again...That's not what I crave the most.”

”I wonder what would that be...” She bit her lip seductively as she reached for Ethan's hand. He swallowed loud and moved a bit closer just when she slipped his thumb into her mouth. The provocative movement had his imagination run wild. „Aren't you gonna tell me?”

„Tiffany, I...” Ethan failed to articulate his thought, too absorbed in sinful visions almost melting his brain.

„Tell me what do you crave, Ethan.” She demanded and he suddenly felt even weaker. His thumb got trapped in her mouth again, her other hand massaging his inner thigh through the material of his pants.

An intimate silence washed over them as they stared at each other, basking in the glorious feeling of these small gestures of affection. Ethan shook his head in wonder, his mind racing. He wanted to tell her. He was certain she knew that already, probably even long before he had realized the nature of his feelings...And yet, his words failed him, offering a blank space instead of a proper way to name the drums echoing in his heart at the very thought of Tiffany. He quickly gathered himself, stood straight and cleared his throat.

„Enough chit-chat, we're on a very tight schedule. Stand up.” With a little help from Ethan, Tiffany jumped off the countertop and hooked her arms around his neck.

„God, you're impossible.” Ethan heaved a long sigh in response, right before their lips melted into a deep, fervent kiss.

Cutting to the chase, Tiffany turned her back to Ethan, colliding with his body. Without any hesitation, he entered her with a hefty push, filling her up in a way she'd never experienced before. She was perfectly accustomed to his size, but the standing position was brand new to them. She didn't expect that a slightly different angle could leave an all-consuming, almost agonizing feeling of fullness before he even began pounding her. A series of vehement whimpers escaped her mouth without her permission. Her chest heaved as she struggled to control her breathing. If it wasn't for his firm grip, her legs would surely give up.

Ethan immediately noticed the unconcealable shift in her demeanor. He cupped her cheek, slowly pulling out of her.

They exchanged a blithe smile, reflecting the dizzying sensation of each other's presence. His lips brushed her forehead in a sweet kiss just as he began moving inside of her.

He started off slow, pulling in and out as gently as he could, keeping her steady in his protective arms. Her previous remark proved to be right – she was insanely tight and dripping wet, her scent and unrestrained moans only adding to his arousal. He knew he wouldn't last long.

„You called me baby.”

Ethan stared at her perplexed, his brows frowned. „No, erm...I didn't?”

„You totally just did.” Tiffany's laughter filled the room, the sound shook him to the core, along with the realization the pet name might have accidentally slipped through.

„No, you probably misheard that.” He stuttered an evasive reply, that earned a well-deserved scoff.

„Don't try to deny that you called me baby for the first time, and it happened – let me stress that – during sex.”

„Stop it. Let's not make a big deal out of this. We still need to get to work.” Ethan countered, hoping that the final argument was meaningful enough to end the cross-examination.

„That's a very convenient excuse, Mr I'll Casually Avoid Any Uncomfortable Topic. You're right, though. We should hurry up with the proper breakfast. But let's take a quick shower first.”

„Together?” He cocked his brows, sceptical about the idea.

„Yeah, why not?” Her index finger twirled around his nipple.

„We're already running out of time, we can't afford the further delay.”

„I thought you like a challenge, baby.” She pressed a wet kiss on his chest and broke the embrace. Ethan watched her walk off towards the bathroom with a tantalizing sway of her hips. He took a sharp breath, his eyes followed her every move, scanning her naked form up and down. When she reached the bathroom door, she shot him a sultry wink and disappeared behind the door. He shook his head, transfixed and defeated, muttering to himself.

There have probably been soooo many this year that just, don't even hold residence in my mind anymore but I'm going to give it to The Mercer Legacy because while I did start it, lord knows I never finished it. I'd still like to, I think, the inspiration just isn't there at the moment!

Now see this is just an impossible question! It's been a long year and I am absolutely shit at keeping track of every fic I've read, not that I'd be able to pick one favorite anyway. So, I'm not gonna. I am, however, going to put the recs under the cut bc this got really long oops

Right now I'm on a pretty big Harry Potter kick (Fremione specifically, atm) so there are gonna be the most of those, sorry lol.

Favorites from the HP Fandom:

Defectors - James/Lily/Regulus where rather than die in the cave, Reg fakes his death and defects to the order. It's got wolfstar angst, sirius and regulus estranged siblings angst, and just lovely potter triad fluff (but also some angst for them too, it is a war after all). I would die for every interaction Reg and Harry have. Jegulily was simply not a ship I knew I needed in my life but I am forever obsessed after this fic!

The Family Potter - what if Petunia and Vernon died instead of James and Lily and Dudley went to live with the Potters? Oh. My. God. I truly will never ever ever be over this fic it just,, wowowowowow. It presents such an interesting new dynamic to explore between James and Lily and their nephew and creates an entirely new dynamic between Dudley and Harry than we get in canon. It's all just,, *chefs kiss*

Reparations - Draco/Harry. Listen, I'm not even a drarry fan. I came here for post-war healing, Harry becoming a healer not an auror (one of my favorite hcs), and a Draco redemption arc. I got all of that and infinitely more. The preexisting characters are portrayed beautifully and the original characters that fill St. Mungo's are so compelling and lovely!!

so just give me one more night - Fred/Hermione fake dating. I am a sucker for a fake dating trope and I'm also a sucker for Fred and Hermione going to the Yule Ball together. To quote myself in my ao3 bookmark: This is everything. They’re everything. I can’t believe they invented romance ugh.

don't you know you've got the best of me? - Fred/Hermione. I'm actually still finishing it up right now (started it yesterday) but oh my goodness is it amazing. It's a complete retelling of the series but if Fred and George had befriended Hermione early on. I'm absolutely obsessed with the dynamics Hermione shares with the twins, Lee, Alicia, Angelina, and Katie as well as the shift in her dynamics with Harry and (especially) Ron. Just,, 12/10 and I'm not even finished yet!

It's not Sunset Cis either - an incredibly large collection of trans!sunset curve fics all set in the same universe! I actually haven't even read them all but every single one I've read has been phenomenal!

The Spotlight's Your Hiding Place - Willex and Boggie enemies-to-lovers (with established Juke and Flarrie), social media fic. Anxiously waiting for each new installment of this was practically torture but fully worth it. Made me scream "Fuck Caleb" more times than I can count. (By the same author as It's Not Sunset Cis)

Cross My Heart - Luke x Reader social media fic. Bianca sprang this on me out of the mf blue and just, holy shit did they do an amazing amazing job like she- that's my spouse y'all and I'm truly not just hyping it up because I love her. They really did the best job and the dynamics are all so fun!

Can't finish this list without a Marvel mention:

The Avengers vs The Peter Factor - I've read a lot of MCU fics this year what with all the new content, but this one just hits the spot (probably because it's so removed from all the loss in canon). It's a good old-fashioned Avengers living together in the tower fic with a heavy emphasis on how much everybody loves Peter Parker. Each chapter is dedicated to a character falling victim to what Tony has called The Peter Factor, there are no survivors. It's still being updated (right now there's a Field Trip storyline happening) and will eventually feature the newer characters to the universe!

I know this is only barely scratching the surface of fics that I've read and fell in love with this year but I think it's a pretty sizable list as is 😂
