Gonna share here some comments that I found on Twitter about the space that Sammon had:

Jin:

"Jin character is to represent the normal ppl growing up in a normal family (wealthy fam & good environment) with the mindset of everything will be good, this world is beautiful just like what he has learned & seen but one day when he faces the real & big disappointment in life… and Dr. sam talked about the dynamic and the conflicts of Jin’s character"

White:

"White’s character is the real outsider who is a completely unfortunate person and he represents the innocent who got affected by Tee’s actions"

New's father's death:

"The death of the father of New and Non at their mother’s funeral was dr. sam’s idea and she said she’s so sorry for the trauma this scene created but she wants to push New’s character to the point that he feels the pain like suffering in hell"

Sammon's answer on whether Phee still loves Non:

Phee’s POV: Non cheated on him so it’s something that when time passes, his love for Non is still there but somehow faded away. Beyond that is Phee feels immense guilt bcuz he told Non to get lost and d*e

The Flashbacks:

Dr. Sammon said at first they planned to have the flashback since ep.2 of DFF. The original plan was the series will run in sequence with the flashbacks inserted along the way but they decided to change to have the first 4 episodes focusing on the present days without the background of the characters. After the past had been revealed in Act 2, the audiences will go back to find any clues left in ep.1-4 to connect the dots.

Sammon said in her opinion having to live knowing you killed your loved one is the worst ending of all so she gave the worst punishment to tee - cr. kiiramei

New & the ending:

Asked if a listener was sure that New was dead and said that at the end they are still in the house (but offered no clarification as to the fate of the characters or where in the timeline in the last episode 'still in the house' means)

Kreng:

Definitively stated that Keng is a predator and Non was being groomed.

Uncle Joe:

Was arrested and died

Non:

Non is artistic and New is academic kid. New focused on study so their Mom will not pressure Non, but it strained their relationship, which New plan to amend after returning from England. Non is typical who draw, write, manga etc. That's why the script is important for him. It's the first time someone believe in his ability, he got some friends in the way and also he want to show his parent that he also had something he want to do (art).

So apparently we're getting a second season of Make a Wish which is wonderful news because I really like JudoFluke and I enjoyed the first season a lot.

But also they didn't give this show any kind of international release and I had to hunt down individual episodes in bad video quality with fan subs (and what would we do without fansubbers? 🙏). I remember watching the last couple of eps without any subs at all because presumably even the fansubbers felt slighted.

This is such a cute and fun show and I hope it gets a wider release this time - maybe even with a proper re-release of the first season. 🙏

Guys, are we dumb? Am I dumb? Or does 4 minutes refer to the time it takes from cardiac arrest for the brain cells to begin to die?

If oxygen is fully cut off, it causes anoxia and the main risk there is injury to the frontal lobe - a person's memory.

Great essentially only has 4 minutes - the passing of the clock as we see it, now on 11:02 - until he can't be saved without his brain being damaged.

GODDDDD THE WAY KAN LOOKS AT TEW - whenever Kan flirts with Tew, he doesn’t know how it will be received, he is constantly gauging Tew but whenever Tew gives him a good reaction = Kan knows his flirtatious statement was received well, his eyes twinkles like two stars ⭐️w⭐️ as if he is in awe? It’s like Kan is mesmerised and surprised to see this softer side of Tew? But his flirting attempts are so awkward and I know for a fact it is the way it is (pretty sure the director made sure it would be awkwardly felt by the audience) because Kan is not entirely sincere when he is throwing those lovey dovey words out to Tew. But what makes me go crazy is that there is a mix of bluff and genuine feelings going on, and this mix is handled pretty well by the show IM INTRIGUED.

Fellows we should know it’s a red flag when someone love bombs you and I think this is kinda what Kan is doing right now except there are truly moments we see Kan whipped for Tew??? Oh my - Kan truly love to see what kind of reactions he can get out of Tew.

Kan even sends the 🥺🥺🥺 eyes whenever Tew throws out a suspicion on him like “you suspect me? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺”

My guess is that the later part would involved Tew having to choose if he believes in Kan’s cause or not and this choice will determine if Kan lives or not. It feels like Kan is a perfect scapegoat for the real murderer and the underlying plot going on and if Tew doesn’t come to his rescue, I think Kan might die.

A My Drama List page has been up for Euthanasia since Manner of Death ended four years ago, and I'm just so happy we are finally getting it with Tor and JJ because I know they are going to give us top-tier performances as they always have in everything else they have done.

Also, I'm always emotional for a Dr. Sammon piece.

So I'm even more excited that we are getting this at the same time as Sammon's first GL Petrichor, which I want to believe is color coded.

Much like I believe Spare Me Your Mercy is as well.

But even if they aren't, I'll be okay.

Because I could never hate a Dr. Sammon piece, especially when I'm getting Max possibly being a baddie in Petrichor.

Or a story about ethics and the gray areas between morally good and bad in Spare Me Your Mercy.

I appreciate Be On Cloud for holding it down with TWO amazing Sammon shows this year, but . . .

I've been seated for four years with my snacks, so I am more than ready to watch Tor and JJ play the Olympics of mind games with each other while falling in love as Kan and Thiu.

okay so I haven't seen the episode yet but apparently they all die at the end. That is kinda a better ending than 'only New dies' but it does not sit right with me. You're telling me the mentally ill guy killed everyone and then himself. I know the horror genre is filled with stories like these but by god, not in the year of our lord 2024! This show scares me. It perpetuates myths about people struggling with mental illnesses. And like is this going to have impact irl? IDK, likely very little. But we've been here. We've always been here. It's like Animal (2023) if the protag was ableist instead of a misogynist.

EDIT: So New didn't kill himself. The point does not change.
