Prenuptial Agreement
No one should get married without a Prenuptial Agreement in place! It doesn't matter how much or how little you have, you always have to protect yourself! You are making the biggest decision of your life to marry someone.
And second and sometimes third marriages—and the extended families that sometimes come with them—require financial and estate planning. Forty percent of new marriages include at least one spouse who was previously married. A Prenuptial agreement is especially a necessity when getting married after the first time.
There are two key issues every Prenup should address:
The first is how the assets will be divided in the event of a divorce or a death. The time to address this is before you get married. Divorce rates for second marriages, third marriages, etc. are even higher than those for first marriages. While you hope this marriage will work, you just never know. You should have at least three to six months before the wedding to work out the details and have the Prenup finalized.
The second is deciding how your personal accounts and other assets, such as real estate will be kept separate after marriage. It's crucial that you keep them separate.
Typically a Prenup will spell out what each partner is bringing to the marriage—including income, real estate, retirement savings—and whether each asset will be treated as separate or joint. Most important is that a prenup can shield one partner from any liabilities accumulated prior to the marriage, including student loans, credit card debt, and alimony and/or child support. It is very important that how to treat debt should be decided prior to the marriage and in the Prenup. In the event of a divorce, sometimes courts try to divide debt equally between the two parties. You have to be sure to protect yourself.
Any gifts given during the marriage should not be considered marital assets but should belong to the person receiving the gift.
More than one-third of adults said Prenups make smart financial sense, according to a Harris survey. “The time to plan for a divorce is not when you’re in a state of hate,” says Suzie Orman. You can’t fully protect yourself against a marital heartbreak, but at least you can protect your assets.
Be sure to have a divorce attorney write the Prenup. Just any attorney cannot know the specifics that have to go in one. It has to be done right so there are no loopholes. Unfortunately, in today's world, Prenups are being challenged in court.

Prompt 227
There's not much known about Realms beings.
Which is understandable, seeing as it's called infinite for a reason. But it still causes a problem when people are trying to properly learn about something. Maybe try not to cause an interdimensional accident or war.
Something no one wishes for.
So Constantine is THIS close to laughing and screaming hysterically when a cult's summoning goes wrong and summons what he's pretty sure is a Baby Realms Being.
Which probably means Mama is on the way.

Hello, Neighbor!
[Transcript Below]
Pallomine
"The tiniest neighbor in Welcome Home, Pallomine Playful has plenty to learn! They never grew out of their baby-face, nor the curious and excitable attitude that came with it. While they may not always be able to sing along with their neighbors, their trusty crayons are there to spell out the rest."
According to uncovered scripts, Pallomine seems to be an infrequent visitor to Home. Something akin to a special guest character, not much is known so far.
In the show, it seems Pallomine was introduced to cover more sensitive topics such as getting hurt or a fear of thunderstorms. It is also of note that they are often depicted having a sweet tooth.

strahm to me is super german (im german and also strahm is a german name) and this is funny because he cannot hold his liquor and he also Doesn’t like beer. he is a chronic chainsmoker but he’s never smoked weed. recovering alcoholic so he hardly drinks anymore + this is why hes such a lightweight now. a blunt and a blowjob wouldnt necessarily fix him but it could put some things into motion

Did you know that Modi had a wife?????
Oh my god I just read about it and that piece of shit treated her so badly
Poor her
i think everyone knows that. he acknowledged it before his first term (so while submitting his participation for he 2014 elections). apparently he was forced into it by his parents when he was 18 and the marriage was never a "real marriage" as in it was never cosummated. he left soon after. his wife continues to live as a married woman tho cause they never divorced/annulled he marriage, he just left. she even said (in an interview around 2015) that if he calls, she will go to his oath taking ceremony. :(

New Year’s Resolutions
Many of us start off the new year by making New Year’s resolutions.  It’s a great tradition that has gone on forever. Unfortunately, most of the "resolutions" we make we will never keep. The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to think about how we'd like to improve our lives. Don't set your goals too high, because you are setting yourself up for failure.
One of the first things you should do to start off the new year is to unfriend your ex!  Whether it is your ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend, ex-husband or ex-wife, an ex-lover, or someone who has been negative energy in your life—the old-school way of going cold turkey and cutting off all contact with that person is the best way. The effects of remaining Facebook friends with that person (or even simply keeping an eye on their activities online) can disrupt a person's ability to heal emotionally and move on with their lives. Delete them now!
Among the top ten resolutions each year are financial goals—such as getting out of debt or saving for retirement. Your financial goals should take top priority. Carrying too much debt is bad for anybody.  You should  make a concerted effort to pay off all your credit card debt. Then you should consciously try not to pull out your credit card so quickly to pay for something. Think about this:  if you had to write a check or pay cash for it, would you buy it? You would probably think twice about buying it and probably not do it.
Saving for your retirement is also very important.  The more you put in, the more you will have when you need it.  Regular investing is the key. Social Security may not be there when you need it, and it doesn’t pay that much anyway.

"there is so little canon info about the marauders" and yet you guys somehow managed to make fanon sirius and fanon remus a complete antithesis to their canon counterparts. they share exactly 0 traits. the venn diagram circles titled "canon sirius" and "fanon sirius" are barely touching. how?? how did it happen??

What is it that Frank dislikes so much about Jesse? Besides the eye color thing? And what does he see in Zane that he likes him so much?
Okay the Zane thing is not nearly as important as we’re all making it out to be, it’s just another tick mark in his short-sightedness that utterly needles at Jesse
But let’s see:
he doesn’t like that Jesse wants to be a magician because he doesn’t think it’s a lucrative career (especially compared to what Miranda gets into)
he doesn’t like the fact that Jesse wears so much pink/dresses slightly feminine sometimes
he doesn’t appreciate Jesse’s lack of friends for years and years but then doesn’t take particularly well to the ninja (least of all Lloyd of course, and with slight Zane exception)
he subconsciously blames Jesse for what happened to Miranda (“you had ONE JOB”)
he likes Zane for being so ‘put together’ and having a leadership role in the council and for how politely he speaks and being super smart in general (things Jesse normally isn’t, at least from Frank’s pov)
He keeps imposing his vision of what Jesse ‘should’ be onto Jesse (another reason why Jesse struggles with how he’s perceived)
and if anyone read the Royal!Au (which only about five people do), you’d already know he’s homophobic/biphobic too :V
He’s very emotional unsupportive and unavailable when it comes to Jesse (again, stemming from the whole “I don’t think this is even my son anyway” thing) but is also way too rigid with his own worldview and perspective

There's a point at which disliking Rebecca just falls into vastly tired women-hating tropes lacking any nuanced thought and part of this fandom's definitely made it there
#abuse mention#inspired by seeing the tv tropes page. and then people praising it#brief summary of parts of the tv tropes page would be *she was an awful bitch who deserved to die*#like can we have some perspective#some consideration for where info on her comes from. those characters vested interests. the fact that all of this is then filtered through#*i*. you think i is reliable here#ich and maxim are weird and fascinating and i love them as fictional characters#but i hate how horrible and downright stupid the rebecca hate has got#and i dont like her anyway#but phrases like 'utterly selfish narcissistic bitch' who's husband killed her in a 'righteous fury'#because divorce would have 'destroyed manderley' (bullshit) and she 'rather had it coming' because she was 'utterly rotten'#just say you dislike women and go jesus#thats not even all the quotes i hated on the page#its excused with well she was an abuser/maxim's a victim of abuse which is headcanon.#which i still dont rhink justifies the stuff being said but more importantly#its as easy to textually back up maxim being an abuser as it is rebecca#and he's the one with structural power and she's the one who's been murdered#he's also the one with all the power to shape the narrators views. because he's alive and rebecca's been murdered.#which will affect how the narrator reports events and conversations thoughout the story#my headcanon? sure but just as supported by the text as the other interpretation and i dont belitted and victim blame women to do it#and in no way do i think rebecca's perfect. I think the level of awful you think she is is based on personal interpretation#and that maybe in a public fandom space/website and not just your own blog not talking about women like might be nice
