Some notes under the snacking issue of Sebastian post caused my brain to weeoweeo it way too much than I expected, so well here are the continuing of topic xd
Sorry it's an essay because I can't write succinctly
1. How did the evil corporation(insert it’s name please) feed?
As far as I’m concerned, the shady corpo experimented on him to check/make people to able to breathe under water. Keeping him alive was quite crucial to success so I think they would provided him with proper amount of of food or at least the full nutrient content preparation. However, it changed when his body started to rapidly mutate, grow and evolve into what he’s now. The vast increase in his need of food and the fact that the gills didn’t develop very well, due to the scientists not very smart move - mixing his DNA with atmospheric oxygen snake and whale, caused the team to shrink his portion and gave him bare minimum in form of drip-feed… Auch
2. How didn’t he die from literally any nutrient deficiency sickness?
As I said it before I do not know the lore very much only basis. So forgive if I mess up some facts about the events. Going back to topic, after the event of beating the life out of his guards/special troops everyone left the lab immediately. Leaving everything behind including the rations, which were sent there for the staff to eat, all kind of medicine - pills, drops, syrups, injections etc. and whatever crops left( no idea if in the game is any „farm” but the transport would be extremely expensive so I think they would love to slash costs especially when there are vertical farms which are efficient, cheap and easy to maintain and during evacuation they could simply destroy it if nothing like this exists there). He simply gain most of crucial elements via all those supplements. Especially via drips which are the least painful without activating all digestive track. I like to think the reason why his extra arm is in the bandages is the fact that he often injects himself with various needles and his veins are in horrible state. At some point point all these supplements will end and it won’t end well for him, but not yet. That’s solves a bit the issue of lack of scurvy, nyctalopia and any other issues alike. Here’s the misery fish and his banana bag of lovely Zn and vit C
Tumblr media
3. Another snacking issue
He is in constant state of hunger. No escape from it. The small human stomach ruthlessly dictates the size of his next snack and for how long he cannot eat, because it’s full, but it’s better to have at least one full than none. That could cause another big issue which is connected with the unconditional reflex - food in mouth equals activiting the synthesis of digestive enzymes and HCl in both tracks at the same time. Both are connected to one nervous system and the information goes to both, no matter if only one should start working. Not good situation, one belly is digesting itself, easy way to get ulcers or esophagitis, which not only are extremely painful but also deadly especially in his case with no health care or even chance to get any. He had to figure it out quite quickly how to make his eating as harmless as it’s possible. The easiest way I think would be simply some herby stomach drop, the one which highers the ph and stops HCl from being created. But I fear it works on human part- So he had to create strict timetable - when he eats, when he takes drops, when he can eat again. To keep the snake stomach in check and never letting it be fully empty and miraculously avoid the sinister autodigestive ideas of snake element. So his best friend is a tiny bottle of disgusting drops from a nurse office
Tumblr media
4. How not to starve to death with body like that?
Dense soup. Maximum proteins in the smallest velocity and in easy to consume and digest way. It passes both stomachs faster because tough long chains are already broken into smaller ones so it can be faster absorbed and used. It’s also very easy to make and can contain many ingredients giving the biggest diversity in one sip. Still starves because it’s not enough, but there is no better way :”)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And no he wouldn't threaten anyone that he would add them to his soup. He was a human and he exactly knows there are too many weird fellas out there. No way he'll risk getting new traumatic event, he won't take it anymore-
The last thing is this two sentences:
Tumblr media
Honestly I wasn't prepared to read something like this with straight face at 6AM. It wasn't in my weekly bingo card, but jup it made my day, thanks

Pepsi was first invented in 1893 as "Brad's Drink" by Caleb Bradham, who sold the drink at his drugstore in New Bern, North Carolina.
It was renamed Pepsi-Cola in 1898, "Pepsi" because it was advertised to relieve dyspepsia (indigestion) and "Cola" referring to the cola flavor. Some have also suggested that "Pepsi" may have been a reference to the drink aiding digestion like the digestive enzyme pepsin, but pepsin itself was never used as an ingredient to Pepsi-Cola.
The original recipe also included sugar and vanilla. Bradham sought to create a fountain drink that was appealing and would aid in digestion and boost energy.
In 1903, Bradham moved the bottling of Pepsi from his drugstore to a rented warehouse, and the Pepsi Cola company was formed on June 16th. That year, Bradham sold 7,968 gallons of syrup. The next year, Pepsi was sold in six-ounce bottles, and sales increased to 19,848 gallons.

Setting some basic anatomy rules for the insect-like creatures
Having a mouth not right at the front end of the body is not a problem if your food isn't going anywhere, but when your future meal can and WILL run your whole sirvival depends on plunging your teeth in it's flesh before it gets a chance to escape
One of the most common ways to achieve that, especially among airborne animals, is killing prey with a modified spear-like foreleg. Though the spear itself isn't venomous, predator's salivary glands may produce paralyzing (or other) venom which is spit on the spear and then carefully spread all over it before hunting
Some species have taken this ability to the extreme, also being able to inject digestive enzymes in the prey's body after catching it, waiting until it liquiefies inside and drinking the yummy flesh syrup later

staple desert culture cuisine
ensthirs originate in desert regions of their planet, and over thousands of years have cultivated a wide selection of foods and treats that are both easily available in their environment, and are a delight to consume.
(long post)
Tumblr media
Bahn juice
Bahn is a common fruit, it's large, watery and appetizing but protected by their thick shell, something like a combination of a coconut and watermelon. The flesh inside lines the shell in sections, and the hollow cavity in the middle is filled with a cold, sweet juice, which can be mixed with many other ingredients but can be served fresh and is often drank straight from the shell. It appears clear and green when still, but gains a thick white froth when shaken. The taste is comparable to earth sugar cane juice.
Tumblr media
Bahn meat (in kebab form, for this presentation)
Despite all appearances, and the name, this meat is not from an animal but from the aforementioned bahn fruit. The sections of this fruit are eaten in many ways, but it's still delectable plain and fresh. The texture and flavour is closest to mangosteens - very soft, very juicy, and very sweet in its own unique way. It's a flavour you wouldn't want to forget.
Tumblr media
Ce Bread
Ce (chee) is a hardy grain, purple in colour, that withstand any environmental challenge thrown at it and can proliferate throughout both wet and dry seasons. Plain ce lacks a distict strong flavour, meaning it pairs well with other foods, placing it as a staple in most diets. It is the ensthirs equivalent of rice or wheat. Ground dry ce can be mixed with liquids and then baked, like this bread, but it can be cooked in many other ways which drastically change its composition and flavour.
Tumblr media
Ce cookies
Another use of ce, these cookies are a common tradition that mean more than just a sweet treat. Ce cookies must be crafted together by family members, often between parent and child or siblings, it is a way to strengthen bonds. This can be to show forgiveness, express love and loyalty, or simply be a fun experience before dinner. Before being baked, a pattern, symbol or shape is carved into the top, such as these sun designs which are believed to bring good luck. Ce cookies are a popular choice of offering at religious events, or simply as a gift for new neighbours.
Tumblr media
Sticky ce bun
Slightly sweeter than che cookies, ce buns are an extra special treat, but are not generally reserved for any noteworthy occassions. Ce buns are made with very few ingredients: ce flour and water are used for the bun itself, and the stuffing is ce that has been boiled then cut up and mixed with a liquid similar to syrup or honey. When boiled, ce expands three times its original size and becomes soft and chewy, a consistency and texture similar to tapioca pearls used for boba. As a final step, the filled bun is wrapped in bahn leaves and steamed, which gives it the sticky affect and enhances the flavour.
Tumblr media
Soup..
Ensthir soups can be made of just about anything, the range is incredible, but this one seems to have a broth of some bright purple plant, with an addition of various roots and tubers to finish it off. The serving dish of choice is a clay pot decorated with easily accessible paints and dyes, making a simple dot and sun pattern.
Tumblr media
Lizard tail
Obviously not from an actual lizard, but close enough. Like most animals that share a planet with ensthirs, this creature used their tail as an extra fat storage, making it a better alternative to eating more meat and getting the same amount of fat. This tail has been cooked, but this is usually only for longetivity as ensthirs still possess the necessary enzymes for properly digesting raw meat (without contracting some mysterious disease.. most of the time).
Tumblr media
Jerky
A common meal staple in the dry season when food is less readily available, slices of meat are salted and dried then put into storage until they are needed. Meat jerky is not widely disliked, but it is also not loved by many and doesn't have an important role in ensthir culture other than survival.
Tumblr media
Dried berries
The vegan alternative to meat jerky, berries are also dried and stored until dry season but are used as more of a snack or side serving than the main course. Certain berries may turn out to be sweet or sour when aged, or perhaps earthy or downright bad, so an ensthir must choose their tiny fruits carefully when foraging. Families pass down knowledge of what the tastiest berries look like, and young ensthirs will make a challenge to find the best ones first when wet season comes to a close and stores must be stocked up.
would u eat any?!?!

porridge for champions (only)
you gotta prepare some of this the night before, so that the phytase enzyme in the buckwheat can get to work on the phytic acid in the oats to release the minerals and make them bioavailable and generally make all of this easier to digest and stuff.
combine the following in a jar or saucepan and mix it up:
oat flakes, however much you want to eat idk. you can play with the oats-to-water ratio to make more of a dry/fluffy or a wet/smooth porridge. the range is around 40-110 grams for one portion, depending on what you're going for. a tablespoon of oats is about 10g
½-2 tbsp of buckwheat -- i use raw crushed groats. less processed = richer in enzymes. crushed is a good balance between cooking time and enzyme content, i think
1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds, chia seeds or pumpkin seeds for extra nutrients, variety, texture :) (optional)
pinch of salt
water - soak em. enough to cover the oats etc + a lil extra bc they soak it up and expand. NB if you want dry/fluffy porridge then err on the side of less water, ie just enough to cover the stuff.
cover with a lid and leave at room temperature overnight.
cooking: add some fat. i love using fatty coconut milk or just coconut oil, or goats milk butter or even some kind of animal fat. i turn the heat to medium-high at first to get it all hot while mixing it, and then i leave it on low for a while. takes like 30 minutes or so
completely optional, i usually add some of these b4 i start cooking:
plain protein powder (im a fan of hemp protein personally)
maca and/or ashwagandha
matcha powder - ive really been liking this lately
collagen supplement (if u have an autoimmune condition pls look into healing gut permeability btw. even if u dont have digestive problems. ily)
carob powder my beloved. or cocoa powder. or both
or if u like savory porridge: curry powder, smoked paprika, leek, herbs, pepper
egg
& some possible toppings:
any kinda nutt butter u like <33
stick some chocolate in there and watch it melt
jam. classic
honey and cinnamon
coconut sugar syrup
berries, frozen or fresh
some reading materials btw:

Horseradish (Armoracia rusticana, Brassicaceae - Mustard Family)
an extended version of this materia media can be found on the Patreon - where I share some gastronomic/culinary commentaries on horseradish
"The root's potent smell can be attributed to allyl isothiocyanate, or Mustard oil, which is released when the plant's skin is broken or disturbed. Similar to other members of the Brassicaceae family, this constituent is also found in Brussels sprouts, Mustard, and Turnips."
"In Greek mythology, the Delphic Oracle told Apollo, 'The Radish is worth its weight in lead, the Beet its weight in silver, the Horseradish its weight in gold.'"
"To a worm in a horseradish, the world is a horseradish” - Yiddish Proverb
Gardening: full sun to part shade; well draining loose or sandy soil; regular water; room to spread and grow deep, often takes over more space than expected; thrives even when neglected; herbaceous perennial
Native Region: Russia & Eastern Ukraine
Season: autumn and winter (hardy to zone 5)
Affinity: sinuses, lungs, digestive system, circulation
Parts: roots and leaves
Medicinal: fire cider/oxymels, cold-water infusion, succus (fresh juice), cough syrup, poultice for sprains/injuries, tincture, culinary measures
"Grated horseradish mixed with honey [or vegan alternative]. After mixing, allow to stand to take off sharp taste. The [sweetener] is only used to make it more palatable. 2/3 horse-radish and 1/3 [sweetener], or to suit the taste. The ordinary radish, especially the black radish, may also be used the same way, or finely sliced and eaten alone as a salad. For consumptives who cough without spitting, give a spoonful every once in a while." - Special "Mucus-Eliminator" Recipe in Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System
^I like to add grated orange peel to help make it more manageable to taste^
Actions: diuretic, stimulant, expectorant, rubefacient, aphrodisiac, digestive, antiseptic (laxative), aperient, anthelmintic, emetic (in high doses)
‼when you cut into horseradish, its pungent smell can irritate the eyes and nasal passages, so it's better to do in a well-ventilated area or outside. It is more potent in its effect than onions. The taste is also very pungent, so you don't need much.
Energetic Uses (eg. flower essence, elemental rituals): FIRE ELEMENT - balance fiery nature, excite inner fire, move you beyond sense of being stuck/helpless, shine a light on blockages, release old patterns or thoughtforms
Indications: hoarse, persistent, dry cough; rheumatism; tuberculosis; kidney stones; parasite infections; cold; congestion
Analogs: wasabi, radish, mustard, brussels sprouts, moringa (Moringa oleifera)
Traditional Uses:
Ancient Greeks & Romans: rub for lower back pain or menstrual cramps, aphrodisiac
Middle Ages: asthma, arthritis, cancer, toothaches
Jewish: bitter herb for Passover seder
Native Americans: toothaches, menstrual cramps
British: accompaniment to beef and oysters, cordials
Scurvy preventative
Treatment for tuberculosis
Restoring color and freshness to skin (cosmetic usage)
Modern Ideas:
"The enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is a useful
tool for detecting antibodies in the molecular biology field."
"In 2008, researchers reported that they had developed a fire alarm for the deaf and hard of hearing by harnessing the strong smell of horseradish."
"Researchers from Pennsylvania State University announced in 1995 that according to their studies, using horseradish may help purify wastewater and tainted soils."

Pineapple Cucumber Juice: The Ultimate Refreshing Drink for Health and Hydration
Pineapple cucumber juice is not only a deliciously refreshing drink but also a powerhouse of nutrients. This tropical blend is perfect for anyone looking to quench their thirst while gaining a wide range of health benefits. Let’s dive into why this combination works so well, how to make it, and what it can do for your body.
Why Pineapple and Cucumber?
Both pineapple and cucumber are known for their hydrating and healing properties:
Pineapple: Packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and bromelain (a natural enzyme), pineapple is great for boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, and aiding digestion. Its natural sweetness also makes it the perfect base for a juice.
Cucumber: High in water content (about 95%), cucumber helps to keep you hydrated, while also providing vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, potassium, and magnesium. It’s incredibly refreshing, making it a perfect pair with pineapple in a juice.
Health Benefits of Pineapple Cucumber Juice
Hydration: Cucumber’s high water content helps maintain hydration, which is essential for skin health, digestion, and overall body function. Pineapple, with its tropical flavor, makes hydration more enjoyable.
Rich in Antioxidants: Both ingredients are packed with antioxidants, which help combat free radicals in the body, reducing oxidative stress and lowering the risk of chronic diseases.
Boosts Digestion: The bromelain enzyme in pineapple aids in breaking down proteins, making digestion smoother. This, combined with cucumber’s fiber content, helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.
Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Pineapple’s bromelain and cucumber’s hydrating properties work together to reduce inflammation and swelling in the body. This makes the juice ideal for post-workout recovery or for anyone dealing with inflammation-related issues.
Supports Weight Loss: Low in calories but high in water and fiber, pineapple cucumber juice is a great option for those trying to lose weight. It keeps you full, reduces bloating, and helps to flush out toxins.
Improves Skin Health: The vitamins and antioxidants in this juice help nourish your skin from within, making it look more radiant and youthful. Cucumber’s cooling effect can also help reduce puffiness and calm irritated skin.
How to Make Pineapple Cucumber Juice
Making pineapple cucumber juice is super easy and requires only a few ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
1 cup of water (or coconut water for extra hydration)
A few mint leaves (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, add the pineapple chunks, cucumber, and water (or coconut water).
Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner juice, add more water.
Strain the juice to remove the pulp if desired, or enjoy it as a smoothie.
Add a few ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavors!
Tips for the Best Pineapple Cucumber Juice
Add lemon: For an extra zing, squeeze some fresh lemon juice into the mix.
Sweeten naturally: If you want a bit more sweetness, add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.
Store properly: Fresh juices are best enjoyed immediately, but you can store this juice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Conclusion
Pineapple cucumber juice is the ultimate refreshing drink that offers numerous health benefits. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, hydrate better, or simply enjoy a delicious tropical beverage, this juice should be on your list. Not only is it easy to make, but it's also packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that will leave you feeling revitalized.

Well, that depends on the situation and health condition of your kid. If you come across a trusted enzyme syrup manufacturer in India, you may get enzyme syrup for your children that might suit them easily. But it’s not possible always to find a loyal enzyme syrup supplier in India and in this case, your toddlers might get some side effects. Let’s discuss it in detail.
Benefits of Giving Enzyme Syrup to Toddlers
If you get in touch with a leading enzyme syrup manufacturer to collect syrup for your kids, your kids may get several health benefits from it. Here are some advantages a good-quality enzyme syrup can offer to a child.
1. Cure Digestive Issues
Kids who have frequent digestive issues, and can’t digest any food naturally, digestive syrups are the best option for them. Digestive syrup cures bloating, gas and other digestive problems in kids.
2. Reduce Lactose Intolerance
Some toddlers suffer from lactose intolerance which means they can’t digest milk or any other dairy product. By breaking down lactose, enzyme syrup helps children digest any dairy item without any struggle.
3. Better Nutrient Absorption
Every toddler needs a high amount of nutrients for better growth. And as enzyme syrup helps in digesting all foods, including high-protein food as well, it offers the benefit of better nutrient absorption also.
4. Treat Constipation
When digestion becomes easy, the constipation issue also reduces a lot. If your toddlers are suffering from constipation problems because of poor digestion, you should definitely give a highly effective digestive enzyme syrup to them to give them relief from constipation.
Possible Risk Factors of Giving Enzyme Syrup to Toddlers
Everything has some negative sides too. And enzyme syrups are not exceptional to this. Here are some potential risk factors for kids if you give them enzyme syrup frequently or in high doses.
1. Allergic Issues
Some children may be allergic to some particular ingredients used in an enzyme syrup. So, if you give an enzyme syrup to your toddlers without checking to which your child is allergic, and without checking the ingredients of the syrup, this may create a serious health issue for your toddler.
2. Nausea or Vomiting
Sometimes children feel nausea or vomiting after taking an enzyme syrup.
3. Worse Digestive Issues
Sometimes an enzyme syrup creates worse digestive issues for your children instead of curing it. To avoid this situation, always try to collect enzyme syrup for your toddlers only from the best and most reliable enzyme syrup supplier.
Final Words
We recommend consulting a good paediatrician before giving your toddler any enzyme syrup. An expert doctor or paediatrician can gie you better suggestions on whether you should give enzyme syrup to your children or not and if yes then also doctor will always suggest you which brand will be good for toddlers.

9 Cool Health Benefits of Natural Honey You Should Know About!
Did you know that honey is not just sweet and tasty but also super healthy? That’s right! For thousands of years, people have used honey to help with everything from sore throats to boosting energy. Here are nine awesome reasons you should try honey – it’s way more than just a treat!
1. Honey is Full of Super Antioxidants
Antioxidants are like little superheroes in honey that help protect your body from things that can make you feel tired or sick. These superheroes fight something called “free radicals,” which can mess with your cells and make you age faster.
Tumblr media
Fun Tip: Add honey to warm water with a squeeze of lemon in the morning for a tasty, healthy drink!
2. Honey Can Help You Stay Healthy
Honey has amazing powers to fight germs and bacteria, keeping you from getting sick. It’s like a natural shield for your body! If you start your day with a spoonful of honey or add it to your breakfast, it can make your immune system stronger and help you stay healthy.
Try This: Mix honey with warm water and a slice of lemon in the winter for a natural “shield” against colds.
3. It’s Great for Sore Throats and Coughs
When you have a sore throat, honey is here to save the day! It coats your throat, making it feel better and calming those annoying coughs. That’s why so many cough syrups have honey in them!
Simple Remedy: Mix a spoonful of honey with warm water or tea for quick relief when your throat feels scratchy.
4. Honey Helps Heal Cuts and Burns
If you get a small cut or scrape, honey can actually help it heal! Honey fights off bacteria, which means it helps keep your cut clean and even speeds up healing. In fact, special honey from New Zealand called Manuka honey is used in hospitals because it works so well.
How to Use It: Ask a grown-up to put a little honey on your cut, cover it with a bandage, and see how fast it heals!
5. Honey is Good for Your Tummy
Honey helps keep your stomach happy! It acts as a “prebiotic,” meaning it feeds the good bacteria in your belly that help you digest food. Eating honey can also help if you have a tummy ache or acid reflux.
Quick Trick: Start your day with a glass of warm water and honey – your tummy will thank you!
6. Honey is a Natural Energy Booster
If you need a quick burst of energy before playing sports or doing homework, honey is a great choice. It has natural sugars that give you energy without a crash later. That’s why athletes sometimes eat honey before a big game!
Energy Boost Idea: Try a spoonful of honey with a banana or apple slices for a fast, healthy snack before activities.
7. Honey Helps Your Heart Stay Healthy
Eating honey has been shown to help your heart. It can help lower “bad” cholesterol and keep your blood flowing better. And the antioxidants in honey help protect your heart from damage, which is super important for staying healthy as you grow up.
Heart Tip: Swap sugar for honey in your tea or on your cereal to keep your heart happy!
8. It Can Help You Stay Fit
Even though honey is sweet, it’s different from sugary candies and junk food. Honey has a lower glycemic index, meaning it doesn’t make your blood sugar spike super fast. So, if you’re trying to eat healthier, honey is a better option when you want something sweet!
Health Tip: Add honey to plain yogurt for a yummy snack that’s good for you.
9. Honey Helps You Sleep Better
Do you ever have trouble falling asleep? A little honey before bed can help! It helps your brain release a relaxing chemical called melatonin, which helps you get sleepy. Honey’s natural sugars also keep your blood sugar level steady, so you don’t wake up in the night.
Sleep Trick: Stir a spoonful of honey into warm milk or chamomile tea before bed for a cozy, sleep-friendly drink.
How to Pick the Best Honey
If you want the best honey, go for raw or organic honey. It still has all the good stuff, like vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants, that can get lost in processed honey. Local raw honey is a great choice for getting all the health benefits.
Why Honey is a Super Cool Snack
Honey isn’t just yummy; it’s like having a mini-medicine cabinet right in your kitchen. It can help with colds, give you energy, and even help cuts heal faster. Plus, it’s way healthier than adding sugar to your food. Just remember, even though honey is healthy, a little goes a long way, so use it in moderation.
So next time you see a jar of honey, remember all the cool ways it can help keep you healthy! Try adding it to your breakfast, use it when you’re feeling sick, or just enjoy a little honey on toast.
