“Never have I ever slept with a Salvatore,” Bonnie says, pleased with herself as she grins pointedly at Elena and Caroline. As expected, they both drink, along with Rebekah and Katherine, and to everyone’s surprise, Klaus, Kol, and Elijah.

Damon’s eyes go wide, before he shouts “BINGO!”, drawing everyone’s puzzled attention onto him. “I’ve got the full set,” he announces proudly, and receives even more confused looks in return. “I’ve slept with all of the living Mikaelsons,” he explains, before narrowing his eyes, “unless you have another sibling stashed away somewhere,” he says accusingly, visibly relaxing when Klaus (as keeper of the caskets) shakes his head.

“No, darling,” Kol purrs, eyeing the elder Salvatore seductively, mostly to see which entertaining reactions he can pull from the doppelgänger. “Just us four left. Now tell us, who was the best? It was me, right?” He asks with a wide grin.

Stefan, staring gobsmacked at Klaus, asks him, “When was this?” Klaus smirks back. “Just a one night stand before we met, Rippah.” Damon rolls his eyes and interjects, “Like 1860, Stef. No need to get jealous - it was long before we turned.”

Elena eventually manages to gather her wits, eyes flickering around the room as she digests this newest information dump. “I’m sorry, what?!” She asks, shooting both Salvatores a hurt glare. “Since when are you two gay?” Stefan frowns. “I’m not?” He says, at the same time Damon says “Since never?”

“B-but…. Why?” Elena asks, disgust evident in her tone.

Damon pulls a face. “Look at them,” he points, the ‘duh’ implied, and Stefan nods along as his brother continues. “Why not? I highly recommend it.”

Pouting because his question remains unanswered, Kol asks again, “So, Damon, now that you’ve had the pleasure of bedding each of us, who’s your favourite?” Katherine snorts at the puppy dog eyes and fluttering lashes Kol gives. “Elijah,” Damon instantly says, tossing a saucy little wink towards the eldest Original.

“What? Why?” Kol whines, so not okay with being outdone by his big brother. “Well,” Damon starts, slowly trailing a finger around the rim of his glass, “for starters, have you seen how hard—“

“That’s enough, Damon!” Elijah says, blushing furiously. Damon looks back, innocently. “I was just gonna say how hardworking you are.” Turning back to the group, Damon grins deviously. “Plus, he’s got a huge co- “LALALALA,” Rebekah covers her ears in disgust.

“Collection of suits…” Damon trails off. “But seriously, that dick though…” He’s interrupted by a large hand slapping over his mouth, but he just licks it away. “I mean, what a ride.”

Who would the most mad about Damon and Rebekah? Who would support them? Would this trigger any other couples getting together?

I mean... probably Klaus? Motherfucker hates Rebekah dating anyone but especially people less than and Damon is as "less than" as it can get in Klaus' eyes.

Operating under the assumption that Elena and Damon aren't in love, Elena would be more concerned. She'd probably make more of an effort to be friends with Rebekah. If they were in love at some point, Elena would be peeved but I don't see her actually hating it or Rebekah JUST on that basis. Eventually, she'd get over it, especially if they were happy or whatever. Especially if they never actually did anything before Damon and Rebekah got together (which, in my mind, they start sleeping together pretty early on. It probably starts out of jealousy on both their ends, but the point is... nothing happens between Damon and Elena yet).

Caroline would hate it, Klaus would hate it, Elijah would definitely hate it, Stefan would be indifferent about it unless he thought he could use Damon to make Rebekah chill. I don't see anyone else reacting strongly.

As for support, uh... low on options. Alaric, ig. Maybe Meredith when she comes around.

Any other couples, I assume, you mean MFG x Mikaelson couples. Maybe Klonnie or Elena/Elijah (assuming, for whatever reason, Stefan and Elena break up regardless). That's kinda it, tbh. I'm also biased, because those are the ones I like. With Rebekah occupied, it'd be one less problem for forwood, so they would still be together. I don't think Matt was dating anyone but he'd also have one less problem.

Who is the bigger cuddler: Damon, but she loves that - genuine cuddling that doesn't lead to/require sex

Who initiates holding hands more often: it's pretty even

Who remembers anniversaries: Rebekah in a very passive aggressive way, BUT Damon does a pretty good job of remembering as well so he doesn't get in trouble often for missing dates

Who is more possessive: Rebekah owns him 100%

Who gets more jealous: Rebekah, but they have pretty decent communication and for once she actually feels secure with someone

Who is more protective: Damon, but he shouldn't be since she's an Original. She is protective of him in terms of Klays though.

Who is more likely to cheat: They have an arrangement, so neither

Who initiates sexy times the most: it's a tie on this one, slightly in favor of Rebekah towards the beginning if the relationship

Who dislikes PDA the most: they both love PDA

Who kills the spider: Damon

Who asks the other to marry them: Rebekah drops hints, which is very surprising for Damon, he never would have thought she'd want that. Once he knows though I think he would actually ask.

Who buys the other flowers or gifts: Rebekah buys him things often, it's hard to tell if she is being sweet or just enjoys dressing him the way she likes. Damon does flowers on occasion.

Who would bring up possibly having kids: Neither

Who is more nervous to meet the parents: Damon, since they are so murderous to vampires

Who sleeps on the couch when the other is angry: Damon, but Rebekah will angrily go join him on the couch in the middle of the night because she can't sleep

Who tries to make up first after arguments: They both struggle with insecurities and stubbornness in different situations, so it's really a toss up

Who tells the other they love them more often: Damon, it makes her smile every time

Damon’s not nice. 

He’s told her as much before this little affair started, and while she won’t giving him the satisfaction that perhaps he might be right about that. There are some moments, spare and passing as they may be, where Damon exhibits sudden (always sudden there is never a rhythm or rhyme to it, Damon does it as he does everything else . . .by his will), displays of kindness. Today is apparently one of those sporadic days. 

He carefully brushes strands of golden blonde hair away from her blood stained cheeks and tucking it behind her ear so that it is spared from stains. His index finger lingering on Rebekah’s baby face in a way that at first she mistakes for affection only to see him bring the finger to his lips and lick the remains of her meal from his nails.

The sudden realization makes her pout, her lips turning down in a fierce frown but she dares not breathe a word of why her mood suddenly drops. Her brow arches, “Did I say you could touch me Damon?”

Damon just licked his lips in anticipation. "Oh, you know how I like having things pushed inside me, don't you?"

“You can’t avoid me forever, Damon!” Elena warned. “Maybe so,” he admitted, “but I’m still gonna try.” He darted around her, blurring towards the staircase and sliding down the banister, mentally shouting ‘parkour’ in his head. Damn. He’d been spending too much time around the little Gilbert. And teenagers in general. “Parkour!” Jeremy cheered from the couch, cradling a bowl of cereal like it was a newborn. Yup. Too much time around teenagers, Damon thought as he rolled his eyes.

“I just don’t get it,” Matt grumbled confusedly as Caroline walked away. She wanted to talk to him. Now she was walking away? First Stefan yanked Elena from him and now Tyler had taken Caroline. He and Elena had been on the verge of getting back together until Stefan showed up and stole her away. And just when he was seriously reconsidering his breakup with Caroline, Tyler was suddenly swooping in and taking her from Matt. It wasn’t fair.

“Pretty boy?” Stefan spluttered. “Well, you are kinda pretty.” Elena shrugged into the mirror as she applied eyeshadow. “She's not wrong, brother.” Damon piped up from the doorway. “You’re a little bit pretty.” He patted his brother on the cheek and went to join Elena at the mirror, snatching her eyeliner with a triumphant grin. “I'm not pretty!” Stefan denied with a small whine. “Not compared to me, no.” Damon smiled sweetly, turning to reveal those blue eyes, now rimmed with black kohl.

damon: “My father used to say I had the devil in me, but really it was just my riding instructor.”

someone (jeremy) gets runic tattoos with elena’s doppelganger blood because they want to be the avatar.

“Oh my god, it’s a room full of Elijah’s.” “I had that exact same nightmare once.” OKAY but put that line in tvd and Damon then goes “Really? I had a sex dream about that.”

“you really are quite the little slut, aren’t you, Damon?” The velvety croon of Elijah’s cultured voice makes it sound all the more dirty, and Damon can’t help but let out a small moan as he nods. “Very good,” the Original murmurs, and oh fuck. Elijah can do whatever he wants with Damon as long as he keeps talking like that.

“That’s so hot.” - Damon, every day. Alternatively: “Anyone else a little turned on right now?” // any time he gets pinned to a wall, he whispers “traitor” to his dick.

like in theory sure yeah anyone deserves better than a salvatore it's a low bar but of the salvatores. and of the rebekah ships. i see that one working out long term the most they're both obsessive about people they love frankly and the codependent shit they got going on with their families is generally understood by each other even in canon when they're not together. like i don't think it's a "love at first sight" type beat i think it would start out actually as. a lot of barbed wire bantering and then fuck buddies and then because neither of them are fucking normal they'd fall into each other a lot or whatever but also they'd have hurdles to overcome but like. i'm going to be real if you're implying rebekah would care about what damon did to caroline i can't lie i don't think she would lmfao as much as rebekah preaches about girl power it only applies to girls she likes (hayley, cami kinda) or girls she wants to ally with (davina, bonnie, nh!elena) so damon's treatment of caroline would like. not matter to her by the time she shows up frankly. the most she would do is express disapproval about him using her IF caroline managed to get her on a good day because if she catches her on a BAD DAY it's just going to be jealousy and possessive shit. and even then the disapproval is like. "that was unnecessary of you to do. anyway"

so yeah. rebekah in theory deserves more than damon but in reality she wouldn't give a damn about what damon had done before she got there if she was in love with him. my main problem with dabekah if anything would be that they're both generally self obsessed people already and them being involved with each other would make them both a bit more insufferable actually but a small price to pay for them to leave elena and marcel alone i think

Yes, nonnie. In CW, sex = shirtless hugs basically. If they are feeling particularly frisky, you get O faces sometimes. (Remember Bex and Damon's sex scene? I think that was particularly dirty with all the A+ O faces.)
