just an fyi that captain america: brave new world hired shira haas as a former israeli black widow (yes she's canonically israeli in the movie) and the cherry on top is that the actress herself was a part of the IDF despite being medically exempt from military service so be sure to boycott this disgusting movie thats really just u.s. military propaganda

what if of instead a single competent male character to root for, instead you got a CLOSE UP of a dog DYING VIOLENTLY, camera right up in the face and soft round canine eyes so you can see how sad and confused he is? what if the camera lingered? wouldn't that just be great.

Doctor Bloodbath (1987)
The terrifying tale of a low-budget filmmaker from the 70s who bought a consumer-level VHS camcorder and filled a tape with about an hour of random footage. Then successfully sold it as if it were a real movie.
Doctor Bloodbath is one of the few movies I've seen that makes me question if it should even be considered a movie. It's more like about an hour of moving pictures and sometimes sound which vaguely resembles a narrative, something that seems enough like a movie that a few unfortunate souls may be tricked into handing over actual money for it.

i’ve started babysitting for a VERY christian family which is great because they pay me a lot of money but as someone who was raised almost completely agnostic it’s kind of insane. the 2 year old keeps asking me to read her stories from the bible. (why are we reading david and goliath to a 2 year old????) the 5 year old told me today that he was going to bring his legos to heaven with him. he also has repeatedly told me that the lego spaceships he builds are stronger than jesus. (not sure what to say to that. do i deny it??? are things allowed to be stronger than jesus??) had to stop myself mid sentence today because i almost told them im not going to heaven which would DEFINITELY have caused several meltdowns. they’re also both completely fascinated by my nose ring

Easy: Boardinghouse (1982).
It was supposedly the first theatrically released movie shot entirely on camcorder, and it shows. It's just so miserable and boring, just a black hole of tedium.
I saw it, for the record, at my local indie theatre's weekly B-movie showing "Mondo Mondays," and later the presenter told me that it was honestly the worst movie he'd even consider showing there.
Which, if you know the caliber of movies they mostly show at Mondo, says a lot.
What would you guys consider the worst movie you've ever seen? Not something that's fun to make fun of, nothing you ironically enjoyed, I mean just an absolutely miserable moviegoing experience that you paid for, hated every second, and wish you had walked out of and asked for a refund.
For me, no joke, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. It did not even feel like a real movie to me. It made me see red! I was SEETHING with anger and annoyance throughout the entire thing, and I cannot for the life of me articulate why. I saw it once in 2012 when I was 15, I remember almost nothing about it now, but it struck a nerve with me like no other movie ever has before or since.
Tell me in the tags, which movie makes you disproportionately angry just thinking about it?
