Looking for roleplayers who can consistently write 150-500 words per post. Please be a lengthy RP writer who is either a switch or dominant. It's alright if you're a submissive writer as well but specifically I want to avoid passive writers who don't push the scene forward with every post. Bonus points if you can play your female characters as flirtatious or even slutty. I love it when RP partners add to their own character and have a soft backstory that they make up on the fly. It doesn't need to be well thought out but just something to vaguely reference to. Interesting and exciting concept, but disappointing execution. It would have been better if they didn't do the "dead friend is actually alive and is now the baddie" trope, and also if they had not killed off that character in ep 03. Well, at least there were some whumpy scenes.

Batman Prompt 12 - Idol Bruce

Bruce becomes an idol

Ok, I have no real idea for what this should be, but maybe

Either make up your own idol world setting or Bruce gets put into an Idol world (like a manhwa, novel, or something)

I like the second one the best

This one relies a lot on you rather than my normal prompts where I give at least a part or some type of story line.

I can't think of any :(

This will definitely be a young Bruce fic. How young? That's up to you (lots of this is up to you)

Know what? I just thought of a great idea to maybe add.

Ok, so what if Bruce has one or few of the kids that he has to take care of. It would be so cute! It would add something. He is training/is an idol and has to take care of crazy kids.

Definitely Dick, maybe Jason, and idk about the others. Don't add to many kids because Bruce should be on the younger side, and I don't like it when people add a ton of kids(as in little kids) to a story when it's not a pre-school teacher fic or something like that. Just too many kids. I would say at most 3, (but to me that is still too many, so maybe 2 at most.)

Oh, and keep and mind that this is Korea (maybe Japan, depending on what you want. When I think idol, I think Korea) and Bruce is American.

Now that we discussed the new movies coming in 2023, how about a list of the new shows I am most excited about coming to television and streamers in 2023? So I present the shows I am most excited about that are likely coming out this year (in alphabetical order):

3 Body Problem (Netflix) - From David Benioff and D.B. Weiss comes this science-fiction series based on a Chinese novel of the same name

The Acolyte (Disney+) - Taking place approximately 100 years before the birth of Anakin Skywalker is this new Star Wars series starring Amandla Stenberg.

Agatha: Darkhold Diaries (Disney+) - Kathryn Hahn reprises the role of Agatha Harkness in this Marvel Studios series co-starring Aubrey Plaza.

Creature Commandos (Max): This animated series is the kick-off of the new DCU's Chapter One: Gods and Monsters. Whatever that means.

Dune: Prophecy (Max) - Set 10,000 years before the films, comes this series about the origins of the Bene Gesserit.

Fallout (Amazon Prime) - Based on the acclaimed video game franchise comes this post-apocalyptic drama.

The Franchise (HBO) - From creator Armando Iannucci comes this new comedy about the production of a superhero film.

The Girls on the Bus (Max) - Melissa Benoist stars in this political drama about female journalists embedded with presidential campaigns.

Manhunt (AppleTV+) - Follow the chase for John Wilkes Booth in his historical miniseries series starring Tobias Menzies. The show is based on the non-fiction book of the same name, but unlike other books with shows based on them coming out in 2024, I actually read this one.

Masters of the Air (AppleTV+) - Who wouldn’t be excited for a new World War II mini-series from the creators of Band of Brothers and The Pacific?

Mr. and Mrs. Smith (Amazon Prime) - Donald Glover and Maya Erskine star in this series based on the 2005 film of the same name.

The Penguin (Max) - Colin Farrell is once again Oswald Cobblepot in this limited series that takes place a week following the events of The Batman.

Ripley (Netflix) - Andrew Scott is Tom Ripley in this new series based on the novel The Talented Mr. Ripley.

Shōgun (Hulu/FX) - Visit 17th century Japan in this historical drama based on a 1975 novel.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew (Disney+) - From Jon Watts and Christopher Ford comes this Amblin-style story set in the Star Wars universe starring Jude Law.

Looking back at the 15 shows on my New Shows Coming in 2023 list, I watched 6, haven’t started 6, and 3 are finally being released in 2024.

REVIEW: Monarch: Legacy of Monsters is an impeccable, surprising, exciting and almost perfect series

A concept that is very fashionable in the entertainment industry is parallel universes and multiverses, other places with almost identical characters, we already saw this concept more specifically with The Flash or Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on a large scale. This is very interesting when it is carried out well and the context is perfectly understood, each one has even had a name that evokes the franchise they represent in film and television, MCU, DCU, Monster Verse, this referred to what that Universal Studios wanted to do with its classic monsters that began with The Mummy (2017) starring Tom Cruise and although it was a freer version it promised that the following projects would give shape and meaning to this universe and it did not work. Although the term Monster Verse is in the public domain, it was Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures who knew how to take advantage of it since 2014 with the release of Godzilla, the North American version of the popular Japanese Kaiju. As part of this extended monster verse, Apple TV premieres a new series, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters in which we will see in more detail what has happened how this mysterious organization was founded, and what role it has played throughout. years in his supposed protection of humanity from those titans who are believed to want to dominate the planet.

What is the series about?

After surviving Godzilla's attack on San Francisco, a creepy secret once again surprises Cate (Anna Sawai). Amid monstrous threats, she embarks on a worldwide adventure to discover the truth about her father, her family, and the mysterious organization known as Monarch. Monarch: Legacy of Monsters as a television series is an excellent work that complements and contributes to that Monster Verse from the perspective of those affected by this destructive invasion of a colossal titan called Godzilla. The history of this monstrous character over the decades has caused expectations in different generations. The attempts to make it's North American version have had failures and major failures. Ronald Emmerich, under pressure from the studios, tried to do the same with his version of Godzilla in 1998 continued in an animated series that only had 2 seasons and intended to continue with its already terrible history. The reinterpretation of and the invention of new characters has given us the advantage of having something that we like as viewers and with which we can identify, some out of nostalgia and others because they know the modern versions of the classics have supported these projects that are ushering in a new era. Godzilla (2014) and Kong: Skull Island (2017) directed by Gareth Edwards and Jordan Vogt-Roberts respectively are the basis for this series to reveal the secrets of this organization called Monarch, which is a sub-organization created by the US government to stop threats. kaiju around the world, as expected, their intentions have a double meaning that we have already seen throughout these films. The series is currently broadcast on the Apple TV platform. It already has 3 episodes which are: 1. Aftermath. Cate (Anna Sawai) travels to Japan to get answers about her father. She discovers a shocking secret while in the past scientist Keiko (Mari Yamamoto), a young military adventurer Lee Shaw (Wyatt Russell), and cryptozoologist Bill Randa (Anders Holm) follow a theory that will lead them to discover that the myth of the titans that inhabit our planet is true.
