I'm sorry Carmen Sandiego fandom for this one

So basically Dr. Bellum decides to take matters into her own hands and creates a poison(with Lady Dokuso's help) to finally stop Carmen Sandiego. However, it goes wrong and it ends up making some kind of virus. There's no cure either, so they're all fucked. I'm not exactly good at horror so basically just imagine them as Dandys World twisteds but worse.

According to the wiki:

Team Red each have a V.I.L.E. counterpart.

Carmen = Paper Star

Player = The Troll

Zack = The Driver

Ivy = The Mechanic

Shadowsan = Lady Dokuso

And you know, Team Red has a family bond in a way. 😈

im going to be so honest here i think carmen sandiego would’ve been 10x funnier if almost every character had some sort of complex of thinking that ANOTHER character was closer to carmen than they were.

tigress scoffs when she learns paper star managed to steal the acme card from carmen [oh come on she let THAT freak get the better of her? … why do they fight like that. what’s so special about her. i could do that too carmen i’m BETTER than her let me be your number one enemy]

paper star pretend she doesn’t care that tigress and carmen have a history together [whatever i was in a class with her two. what do you mean carmen didn’t ignore her. they got to spar together that’s so unfair how come she was so muted in my year. i’m obviously a better nemesis]

devineaux thinks julia and carmen secretly meet up (they do) [what was she doing in miss argent’s office… have they MET UP SECRETLY? miss argent got to INTERVIEW CARMEN AND I WASNT INVITED?? shes had opportunities to bring the thief to justice WITHOUT ME??? how could they do this] (he’s a little confused)

julia is jealous of how often devineaux has actually caught carmen while investigating [how is it he always runs into her and i don’t??? is she avoiding me?? how is he so good at finding her?????]

Carla walking into Roy’s and just being all “right gang how are we breaking Lisa out of prison” and everyone just WTFing her. Like. Her pure and driven insistence that OBVIOUSLY she didn’t do it because she is so innocent and strait laced and right and full of justice, and therefore we need to help her. She so steadfastly believes in her and genuinely can’t understand why more people don’t care. Girl is down. Bad. I love this.

i think that’s what gets me so much is how we’ve ended up here from the roy storyline where he was falsely accused. like, a) for carla to be vehemently defending/believing in the woman who arrested roy and b) the fact that literally no one else knows lisa like she does?? carla has just publicly established herself as lisa’s number one in so many ways—to kit, to roy, to ed—and she does it all without thinking because hey, it does concern me. and she will be the one to clear lisa’s name even if no one else will. god!!!

I went to the store today to pick up some water and earbuds. That’s all that I intended to get, but there was this PURPLE CRESCENT MOON PLUSHIE AND SANDALWOOD & SMOKE CANDLES THAT WERE 50% OFF!! Needless to say they also went into my cart simply for being Jude-coded. The candle smells amazing btw. Do you know how long I’ve searched for those? Ever since I’ve learned that he smells like smoky sandalwood…that was months ago. Everything I found before today was sandalwood and musk, or sandalwood and vanilla. So, I’m a happy woman rn (๑>◡<๑)

huh. just wanted to point out that this guy

actually has a hidden cameo in the title sequence—twice. First he’s talking to an A.C.M.E. agent here (wherever ‘here’ is; I couldn’t find any famous floors matching the background)

and then he’s climbing the steps of the Temple of Kukulcán in Mexico.

Not sure if it has any significance beyond getting a little extra mileage out of a character design, but it’s neat to see him pop up again after the role he played in Black Sheep turning against V.I.L.E.
