Ideas for Quirk training for the yakuza guys? Maybe throw in Gentle and La Brava?
I'll stick with the Yakuza since I have more then enough ideas for them. Plus, I really like the idea of this being part of the Hero Haul AU and this is Kai taking his gang on a retreat in order to "build team work"
Hojo, Tabe, and Toya: Hojo would be making his crystals while Toya would be trying to pull them off of his body. In between them, Tabe would be trying to eat the flying crystals before Toya can catch them. This would train Hojo's production speed and durability of his crystals, increase Toya's range and pulling power, and improve Tabe's ability to catch and eat moving targets.
Rikiya and Deidoro: This two have a special job. They are two go around to where any one else is training and start harassing them, with Deidoro making them lose balance and Rikyia draining their energy. This not only helps train everyone else by add extra difficulty, but could help improve their own powers as well, like increasing Rikiya's drain rate and Deidoro's range.
Tengai: Since Tengai already has enough defensive power and can use his shields reactively, he doesn't really need to train those parts. What he could do is try to get better and forming moving the shields. Things like trying to slowly inch it forward to a certain point or trying to form the shield around other objects as a way to trap them within the barrier, improving his ability to control and deny an area.
Joi: Considering the only known limit of his power is the size limit of his power, he could try and take over larger objects and make them move around. He could try to take over small parts of larger objects. It be like what he did in the hideout, but on a smaller scale. Barring that, he could simply try to get better at shaping and controlling the objects, like trying to solve a puzzle box while he is the box.
Hari: Since Hari can't really train his power on other people without ruining a whole afternoon of training, the best choice for him would be to simply practice on dummies. Namely ones that are constantly moving around. This could help increase the speed and accuracy of his arrows, making the condition easier to inflict, Heck, it could even help grow the Quirk to the point where it can start working on objects as well as people.
Shin: While I do like the idea of Shin going around and asking people uncomfortable questions all day, I think his time would be served better elsewhere. Since so much of his power is based around questions, it'd be good for him to try and figure out better ways to phrase his words. He could also try and learn psychological tactics to try and dig for what would be the best questions to ask someone and how to best exploit their secrets.
Rappa: While I figure Rappa's training would involve him punching stuff, that's not the route I'm going to take. His training would involve him using his hands for literally anything else. Look, I've said that Rappa has been wasting his power and this would be a good chance. Things like rapidly doing tasks with his hands or using them to practice throwing's things. I don't care if I have to duct tape tools to his hands, he's going to do something other then punch things.
Kai: Overhaul was easily the hardest to come up with anything for. How can you go up any further from one of the strongest Quirks in the series. The only thing I could think of was the fusion aspect of his power. For all of his power, Kai's fusions seems very incomplete. Less perfection combination and more heinous hybrid. So maybe he could try practicing on some non-living objects, like trying to turn a bunch of metals into an alloy by trying to piece them together or something like that.

Remember that old high school chemistry experiment where salt crystals precipitate out of a saltwater solution -- or maybe the one where rock candy crystals form from sugar water? It turns out that your understanding of how crystals formed in those solutions might be wrong. A new theory "demystifies" the crystallization process and shows that the material that crystallizes is the dominant component within a solution -- which is the solvent, not the solute. The theory could have implications for everything from drug development to understanding climate change. "Crystals are ubiquitous -- we use them in everything from technology to medicine -- but our actual understanding of the crystallization process has been lacking," says James Martin, professor of chemistry at North Carolina State University and author of a paper in Matter that outlines the theory.

I resonate with Osho's perspective that whether someone loves or hates you, it is their own concern to deal with. Understanding your true self allows you to stay in harmony with your being, and nobody can disrupt your inner balance. Whether someone loves or hates you, it doesn't affect your inner state. This state of being is referred to as mastery or crystallization, where you become free from external impressions and influences.

This world lessens and diminishes, becomes maya, veil of hallucinations, as raw and rigid instincts stay unexamined but dangerously active, as unconscious violence of words and actions wants to pass as our true humane nature, as a norm...This world becomes big, heartfelt, expansive, real, as a filtering of mind, body and soul becomes a conscious effort, as a crystallization of existence, that is good habits, thoughts, feelings, behaviors that harm none but enrich become an option, where the beautiful inner meets the outer. Life is real as much as we are real. Life is an art. Each day is an opportunity. Each day demands a choice.

Winter Macro by Mcek Via Flickr: I used a piece of black felt on the ground to collect snow falling from the sky. I waited a relatively long time, about an hour, for the felt to cool down, but which also included a piece of plexiglass on which I placed crystals on. I also used a smaller piece of felt placed about four inches below the plexiglass to try to create the darkest background possible in-camera, but the plexiglass was wiped about once every five minutes because of too much snow falling on it, and that created smears that were wiped off. It was about twenty three degrees during the entirety of looking and photographing the snow, about two hours in total. The snow during most of that time fell in enormous amounts, but relatively slowly and was made up of an enormous variety of crystals. To get more than just a few worthwhile photos like this is usually much time. One thing that can be great is when the sky is overcast, which can make for perfectly diffused, even, lighting without shadows. It's especially great if during such time, it's either snowing very lightly or not at all and without wind soon after a snowfall. The lens used for this, the Mitakon 20mm 4X (set at F/5.6) for this photo is limiting in the fact that the magnification range is small or nearly nonexistent, meaning that to photograph large crystals such as stellar dendrites can take up about eight or more times longer and require that much more photos to be able to increase depth of field in post processing as well as to stitch the focus stacks into a large mosaic, though such a process can be done the other way around, which in theory might work but in practice is very impractical (focus stacking multiple mosaics). The use of less magnification has been a desire of mine (but not less than 1X) because it can in theory result in more depth of field and less light might be needed to achieve a perfect photo; in general, smaller magnification can make macro photography easier and, at least for depth of field, can make for better rendition of fine details.

Landmine x Crystallization?
New Quirk Name: Quartz Bomb
This Transformation type Quirks allows the user to make a series of small crystals glowing with warm colors around their body. The crystals can punch their way through brick and handle several direct hits without breaking. The user can cause these crystals to burst off of their body and fire out over short ranges. The user can remove and plant these crystals inside of other objects, causing the crystal to burst whenever someone gets close to it or the user activates it remotely. The user can move and shift the crystals around their body in order to shape the charge they make, like making one around their fist to make a more controlled burst. This gives the user a good defensive power, protecting both themselves and the area around them with their crystals. They can counter people's attacks with their blasts, leave their crystals around for traps, use them to make controlled explosions, augment their close quarter abilities with the blasts, or simply blind them with their bright crystals. Though the crystals themselves aren't that strong, both in their offensive and defensive abilities. The crystals can be destroyed from afar in any of their states, leaving the user exposed or all their setup null and void.

Researchers create innovative polymer wound dressings for painless and residue-free removal
Wound dressings should provide sterile coverage, protect the wound, and adhere reliably, while still allowing for painless removal. It is essential that the process of skin renewal remains undisturbed. A newly developed approach in wound care involves dressings that adhere firmly to the skin at body temperature but can be removed easily and painlessly with the application of a cold pack. Currently, the majority of self-adhesive wound dressings rely on a zinc oxide rubber adhesive system developed more than 100 years ago. The removal of these dressings can be very painful and may damage regenerated tissue.
