i've been working on something this week and was just happy i managed to do that so thought i would share :> slight enw spoilers

‘Twas simple, after that, to fall into the haze of domestic bliss that overcame the two of them for the next few days. Corisande showed her around the island, her hand in theirs as they toured together. They dipped their feet in lily-filled ponds, jumped across the cold streams that carved the land on their way to the sea, stood atop cliffs with beautiful views that Corisande painted for her with words. Corisande pointed out all her favorite spots for foraging, marks on trees that marked her way back to the cabin, and where the island’s animals often liked to gather. They kissed beneath the loud rush of waterfalls, in the mouth of caves home to glowing crystal formations sprouting from the ground, under leafy palm trees, their backs pressed to the rough bark. They spent much of their time on the beach. Corisande packed lunch and they sprawled across a blanket on the shifting sand. They ate, read, lay together under the sun, the breeze lifting off the sea enough to keep the heat at bay. Sometimes they walked, hand in hand, the tide washing over their footsteps; other times, Corisande swam while Y’shtola read, waiting for the moment they returned and pressed their cool body to hers, both of them laughing when Y’shtola tossed her book to the side. They talked, as well, of course, about the usual things. Books they had read recently, recipes Corisande wanted to cook for Y’shtola to try, the progress on Y’shtola’s book and what the other Scions were doing with their newfound free time. There were topics they did not discuss, things that made Corisande pause, disquiet, before kissing the back of Y’shtola’s hand and leading her somewhere new. When the conversation brushed against them, Y’shtola did not pry. She let herself be pulled into their lap, pressed into the blanket, the sand warm beneath her, their lips and hands temporarily eliding her concerns. Corisande would come to her when she was ready.

Well I’m vaguely basing them off of the six maidens in four swords, so I have a vague idea of what they look like?? I started with that anyway, and also looked at how they look in the manga since their designs are pretty.

But anyway yeah, I tried drawing them, but they need some serious work. This is the general idea I have of them tho!

ok hi i need help bc im learning italian still so i can reconeccted with my lost culture and all ive been learning to roll my rs and bc i was raised in fucking ohio i'm having a hard time but thats not why i need help i need to know why i can perfectly roll my r when saying brazil but with no other word ever what magical affect does it have

I was just wondering what is the 2nd juror curse? I've seen it in the tag but I don't know what it is?

It’s been a running joke that a massive fan favorite always gets evicted as the second juror. I’d argue that it started in bb20 but that would mean including Kat so imma say it really started in bb22 with Da’Vonne but only really gained traction after Joseph got evicted during Dyre Fest. Other HGs affected by said curse would include Derek X in BB23 and Cory in BB25, and if noms look the way they are leading to be tomorrow someone may be joining this esteemed panel on Thursday

(even though by technicality he’s not hit by the curse since Jasmine left before him but it was still the same week so it counts I guess)

Love is a Battlefield is a best friends-to-strangers-to-enemies(?)-to-friends-to-lovers trope HDBFJND that sounds crazy but Renjun is a jealous mess and he (accidentally) got a blessing/curse to switch his life around and kinda ruined everything (reader forgets who he is, the only way to get back to his old reality is by the ✨true love’s kiss✨ in classic fairytale fashion) I hope everyone enjoys it~

She waited a few beats, at least until the sound of the door closing indicated the customer had finally left the premises. When she finally let her fingers release the hold on her mug, Corinne felt the tension in her body loosen its grip as well.

She stood and walked over to where Jay still stood behind the counter. Gently laying her hand over her friend’s, she offered a soft smile. “Well, you certainly kept your cool with that one.” She said. “I mean, of course you know I’d have provided bail money if needed…” Corinne knew she didn’t have to finish her thought.

“You okay, is it time for something stronger than coffee yet?” She gave Jay’s hand a squeeze before letting go.

There were few things and people that Jayden could rely on when it came to support of any kind. Her mother, her two older siblings not by blood, Tabby and Gamble. But of all of them, Corinne was probably the only one who could say that she truly understood the struggles Jayden went through. Tabby being a close second. 

Jayden took a deep breath, laying her head on the taller woman’s shoulder. Seeking that all familiar comfort after the draining experience of getting yelled at for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person. At least cops hadn’t been a threat this time. 

“I know you would have.” She would not only offer Cori the same thing, but even go find one of her more expensive suits and play the otherside of the courtroom for a change. “It is past the time for something stronger than coffee.” 

In fact, Jayden could foresee a sudden plan forming and making her smile. Lifting her head back up she took Cori’s hand again and started to tug the woman along.

“We are going to the spa. I’m ordering mimosas, and asking them to hold the juice.”
