In healthcare, the caliber of the professionals caring for patients can significantly impact outcomes. Whether it’s in hospitals, long-term care facilities, or home settings, staffing choices matter more than ever. Partnering with a staffing agency in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania that carefully vets its personnel ensures that only the most qualified and experienced healthcare professionals are assigned to care for vulnerable patients.

Having a job isn’t just about having something worthwhile to do. For most people, it is about achieving financial stability. It is safe to say that having a job enables a person to have a stable source of income. However, there is a lot more to jobs than the benefits that they offer. A career isn’t just about what you can get but also what you can give. People should contemplate on this before working with a staffing agency in California and other areas.

Btw if you come on holidays and stay at an AirBnb instead of an actual registered hotel I hate you personally. Not "I hate the gentrification and touristic massification and the way we can't live in our homes and are forced to move away because of tourism" in an abstract way- No, not just that. I hate you.
#I'm from a seaside town that has become popular with tourists who come for the beach and the mediterranean climate#and the typical whitewashed walls of mediterranean coastal towns#in just a few years the average rent has gone up so much that now the average rent id#*is over 1000€ per month#one thousand!#that's a whole salary!#in the past 2 years they've been building a new neighbourhood. they've destroyed the vinyeards to make a new neighbourhood that will make#the town 1/3 bigger than it is. that's a lot. but all those houses are luxury houses with private swimming pools for rich foreigners (we#already have 2 private British schools high schools and college(in the british sense)/baccalaureate where their kids go and never have to#interact with locals. I teach some of those kids and they're very prejudiced against locals and very bigoted against the catalan language#(which ofc they never bother to learn)#there's a law in catalonia that says that for every certain amount of houses you build you are obligated to build a certain percentage of#affordable housing. so in this new neighborhood they built the bare minumum affordable housing which is still too expensive for us#and since there's so few of them everyone is competing to get them. the city hall and the bank have had to make an official competition for#them but you only classify if the renr would not be more than 1/3rd of your salary which is impossible. my cousins who are in their mid 30s#and have been working a good qualified job for 15 years (and their partners too) are considered too poor to be considered for the#affordable housing#everyone is having to move out to other cities away from their friends and family and current jobs. the only jobs left here soon will be#mostly directed at tourists#and the only way to continue living here if you're a normal person and not rich is if you're an only child who one day might inherit the#parents' house#but we look around at what's happening in nearby cities and we see the next step which will be airbnb taking the houses that are left#in many places (I've posted about thia before) there aren't any flats for rent or sell anymore that isn't an airbnb#I'm still lucky in my town when compared to other places like Barcelona which are already full of the airbnb plague#actualitat#airbnb#tourism#touristic massification#gentrification

idk i just hope the tournament organizers see this (and tbh probably inevitably rome also) as a real wakeup call as to how scheduling goes and how they need to give them a goddamn break. i honestly doubt it because i do not think any organizers really give a shit about the actual players (otherwise this would probably not have happened tbh) but i hope they get it together
#this is unprecedented how many injuries we have like genuinely is this not terrifying to atp??#i think i heard rumour of dubai or someone being given a 1000 level tournament. NO!!! WE DONT NEED ANOTHER ONE!!!#and i know that no city will want to give up their tournament#but somethings gotta give we cant be putting these ppl through the fucking ringer every goddamn week#i think if tennis had a more unified business model (aka novak’s players union or something)#and players had a base salary (the way literally every other sport does) rather than only getting money if you play and win#then players would be allowed to have more breaks#and not rely on pushing themselves because they have to pay coaches equipment flights doctors etc etc#idk. i think about the logistics and business and economic end of tennis A Lot#also more standardized courts/balls etc is needed but i really dont know enough about the physical aspect as much#like obv i like having three different surfaces i think its unique and fun and the adjustment period for the players is not the worst thing#but even still theres so much variation between courts of the same surface even at the same event#and balls are different too i think#idk everything in tennis is so fragmented and disconnected#like atp and wta and then each tournament has vastly different organizations so theres so many competiting stakeholders#again. novaks players union is sorely needed#whoops i wrote an essay in the tags about sports business again whateverrrrr#tennis

applying for job is making me insane. fill out this horrendous online portal with all your work experience, don't make mistakes. upload your CV separately but if you don't fill out the experience on the online portal we literally won't look at it. we do have a shitty tool that tries to put your work experience from your CV into our portal but it will do it so wrong your head will spin.

What Are the Perks of Being a Healthcare Worker?

People make various decisions on a regular basis, such as choosing a home care agency in Pennsylvania. Oftentimes, these decisions don’t seem so serious. On the other hand, there are times when the choices that they make have a huge impact. If this is the case, it is best to carefully consider as much as possible. They must contemplate whether their decision would yield a positive or negative outcome.

then why don't you spend that money on abbott? help us make this school better, since you care so much
really appreciated this and honestly all that scene like very clear that the community knows the community best and like the improvements they want to bring aren't the only shit in the world that could create a new tomorrow because the teachers are already resourceful, smart, kind and trying to thrive under duress imagine what they could do with money and not with someone coming to replace them and tell them what to do and terrorizing kids in the process, grades are demonic when they're just used to diminish kids like do teachers, principals, parents don't see that? how degrading it is to become a number and not even have the words for the rage of it
and like i really appreciate abbott elementary making a point of showing us how different students have the lessons adapted to them and how much effort the teachers put to go back and try again and like how little emphasis they're doing on academic prowess through grades and prefer to show us the kids enjoying learning like just that and even so they do talk about the world put in preparing them for tests so you know that the motivation can come from learning itself because there's joy in it and there's all that to connect but like the most important thing is that they care about the kids and they find many ways to use teaching with it to help in other places of the child's lives as well as the community in turn and it's all connected like the way the kids are treated in charters is how the world would rather treat everyone as well, as scores to cull, and with the rise of eugenics i cant stop thinking how ready is the culture to dehumanize other people over scores and what they deserve to live in the world for it too when a lot of success reflects power and money rather than actual intelligences and even then intelligences can be cultivated like christ im so
