Free Grace Salvation
Free grace salvation means we are forgiven, justified, and saved solely by God’s grace, and not by any human effort or merit. All humanity is inherently sinful and unable to earn entrance into heaven. Our good works do not save. They never have and never will. Salvation is entirely a work of God. He offers it to sinful humanity as a gift, given freely and unconditionally to all who believe in…

here's a heads up for the next civilizational step - feudalism 2 ! you can already see it beginning to form. the centralization of states that dominated the 19th and 20th centuries (sidebar. considering switching to the french style when referencing centuries, in this case eg. XIXth and XXth - do we like ?) emerged at a time when the productive parts of the economy (laborers, natural resources, capital (real and money)) had a much tougher time moving around – not so much the case today. financial capital can move around relatively easily, increases in productivity and infrastructure have made it so that startup cost to for example build a new factory elsewhere are much lower than before, relatively speaking. people can move around much more easily (source: the tumblr dashboard, linkedin recruiters). we’ve already seen countries deliberately change their legislative systems in order to attract money and people from abroad – think city states and tax havens like singapore, dubai, monaco, belize. the national bank of lithuania (a country with a population of 3m) gave revolut (fintech company) a banking license which counts for the whole of the EU, so now there are something like 50m bank accounts registered in and insured by the national bank of lithuania. this kind of competitive advantage-seeking behavior will only continue (because as long as there are arbitrage opportunities, it will work). the easiest way for countries on the losing side of this trade to hedge their losses is to enforce a feudal serf-citizen status. a french passport will not mean a right to participate in the french political system, but rather an obligation to the state treasury. the US already does this – if you have a US passport, you have to disclose your income to the IRS even if you live and work elsewhere, and have that other country designated as your tax home; you have to annually disclose to the IRS all international bank accounts holding more than $10k (if you don’t, that’s okay. every bank you can think of (excl. in switzerland) voluntarily provides detailed info on every account held by US citizens – look up FBAR and the array of international agreements to support this). the UK has long struggled with people pulling out every penny and asset out of the UK economy because of high tax rates, and while there’s no chance france will pass a marginal 90% income tax rate over 400k EUR/y, the solution will simply be to put the money and declare income elsewhere – while still living and working in france. The only solution (from a state’s view) is the american model of you being a serf, and being subject to THEIR rules regardless of where you go
#the right honorable lord reese-mogg talks about this#almost certain china does this as well#also for context czech rep is tax heaven i fr have to get my citizenship sorted so i can move but still pay tax here

Citizenry of the Kingdom of God
Divine Citizenship Introduction Citizenship has its privileges, and unfortunately drawbacks. The type of passport you hold could either give you smooth access to, or hinder you from, certain parts of the world. Being a citizen of the Kingdom of God is no different; it comes with both its benefits and drawbacks. Yet, you have immunity and innumerable access to the world, albeit in the…

N. T. Wright on the Second Coming of Christ
While most of us are conditioned to think of the Second Coming as the beginning of our escape or rapture from the world, nothing could have been further from St. Paul's mind. Based on the Jewish hope of the Creator-God setting His world right, and the 1st-century context of Caesar as a returning king visiting his colonies, esteemed theologian N. T. Wright re-reads Paul's words with fresh power and insight.

anyways, instead of focusing all your energy on calling out Succession and the Last of Us for being anti-palestinian, here's some of my favourite media made by Palestinians 🇵🇸 and their allies...
Salt of this Sea (2008). Dir. Annemarie Jacir. Heist film set in Palestine about 2 Palestinians who help a Palestinian American woman rob a British bank who refused to give her the money her grandfather left her.
Netflix original series, Mo, created by Mo Amer. Dramedy about Mo, a Palestinian American without papers, trying to stay out of trouble until his US citizenship is approved (he's already been waiting for 12 years). This just got renewed for a second season!!!!
Farha (2021). Dir. Darin J. Sallam. Coming of age story about a 14 year old girl trying to survive the Nakba in 1948. Tw: settler colonial violence.
In Between (2016). Dir. Maysaloun Hamoud. A film about 3 Palestinian women, one of whom is queer, in their 20s living under occupation. Heart-warming story about friendship, solidarity and revenge. Tw: sexual assault.
In Vitro (2019). Dir. Larissa Sansour. Breathtaking short scifi film set in a future where Bethlehem has been destroyed by an ecological disaster and two scientists from different generations are trying to remember what happened. This film is pure poetry and I think about it constantly.
It Must Be Heaven (2019). Dir. Elia Sulieman. A charmingly absurdist film about Elia Sulieman seeing parallels to Palestine everywhere he goes as he tries to make a film about his homeland.
The Crossing (2017). Dir. Ameen Nayfeh. Short film about Palestinian siblings trying to cross an Israeli checkpoint to visit their grandparents.
Ramy. Episode 3 of season 3: 'American Cigarettes'. Far and away the best episode of TV of 2022, and also directed by Annemarie Jacir. Ramy goes to occupied Palestine to make a diamond deal with some Israeli brokers, but his horniness takes him to The Other Side. I think about this episode almost everyday, it's unlike anything I've ever seen.
Freedom Is A Constant Struggle by Angela Davis. A book of interviews and essays conducted by Angela Davis on how systems of racism and colonial violence are all connected, and how solidarity between communities of colour are vital, using the long-standing allyship between Palestinians, Aboriginal peoples and Black Americans as case studies.
As fine and good as it is to call out Zionism in media, rmr to also support Palestinians, their work and their art. Feel free to suggest more ❤️

Our citizenship is in heaven. Philippians 3:20
As believers in the Lord Jesus, we possess dual citizenship. Our temporary citizenship is on earth. We are here for a short time in order to live for Christ and make an impact for the kingdom. Our eternal citizenship is in heaven where we will live in the presence of God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, forever. Therefore, regardless of the times we live in, the trials we face and the troubles that confront us, let us continuously build our hopes on things eternal.
Lord, let us be Kingdom minded people, transform us through the power of Your Holy Spirit so that we we’ll display Your character always. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Hamas is a heinous, murderous, vile terrorist group that’s intent on killing Jews.
But you can’t say they haven’t been honest about their intentions. Their manifesto, the interviews they’ve given, and the way they try to brainwash children through schools and media content have all been quite blatant in showing their modus operandi.
However, despite their very brutal honesty, why do Hamas-sympathisers try so hard to make Hamas look like good guys by defending literal crimes in the most insane ways?
It’s worrying and also shocking as these hypocrisies are such common sentiments coming from college campuses, which were once institutions that honed critical thinking.
Do they think that “kill all Jews” is a code phrase for “we want our territory back”? How do you possibly interpret open calls for the annihilation of Jews in any other way than what it is?
Do they not think that kidnapping women, raping and torturing them, and parading their naked, mutilated bodies around town to sexually humiliate them while men cheer is sexual violence against women? Isn’t this a feminist issue, part of the MeToo movement?
“Think about the children!” Yes, but when babies are beheaded and burned, when 4 year olds are kidnapped and orphaned, is claiming that these are AI-generated images and ripping down the posters of the hostages thinking of the children?
They cry out about war crimes but ignore that raping women and taking hostages are literally war crimes.
They scream to boycott companies for their ties to Israel using devices with technology designed in Israel. Will they give up their life’s pleasures because of their ties to Israel? My money is on no, because it’ll affect them personally and heaven forbid they take up activism that actually would inconvenience them in the slightest.
They claim to be experts in geopolitics after watching one TikTok video and claim that this is about territory and not antisemitism while also saying that Israelis can just “go back to whichever other country they also have citizenship in”. While turning a blind eye to the multiple antisemitic attacks around the world, and calling Israelis “white colonisers”.
They also claim to be champions of mental health awareness, experts in the psychological mechanisms of mental illnesses and take cautions to avoid triggers and micro-aggressions so as to not offend those who have psychological conditions. “We should let those who actually have these conditions speak up about their experiences!!”
But then when it comes to actual psychologically stressing situations like being kidnapped and taken hostage, they suddenly can speak for the hostages and know exactly what went on based on the most vacuous, flimsy evidence? “Oh she’s in love with her captor, she’s smiling at him! They’re smiling and waving, they must have been treated nicely by Hamas!”
How do they sleep at night with these competing ideologies in their heads? What do they achieve by making all these seem like the actions of good people?
They’re like Hamas’ PR team and defence attorneys rolled into one.
No matter what crime Hamas commits, they’ll come up with justifications and make it look like some kind of beneficent act of humanitarianism.
It’s so exhausting trying to reason with people who don’t see reason.

Hello again dearest! I hope you’ve been doing well and that life has been treating you kindly ♡
With my second and third Uni midterms looming over me, I would like to request Yan! Izana, Ran, & Shin with a foreign darling~ One who is an international university student in Japan on a student visa
And if it’s not too long, I’d like a follow up of their darling taking them to visit their home country for the holidays since the Yan’s can’t bear to be apart from their darling especially when they would be overseas alone without them ♡♡
I've actually had foreign japanese students at my old school and uni though we weren't' close wish i couldve interacted more and maybe learned something from them hah
TW: YANDERE BEHAVIOR, MINORS DNI, BABY TRAPPING, SCUM BAG BEHAVIOR
Yandere! Izana Kurokawa
He was attracted to you right away, not even romantically or physically, just having been of mixed decent and then seeing someone who might relate to his own experiences interested him.
Became very romantically interested after a few interactions however, you had such a fresh perspective as a foreigner and some of the things he's had to live through seemed to resonate with you.
"Your step-mom was straightup evil. No kid should have to go through that, and I hope your kingdom is as beautiful as you make it out to be."
Hooked for life right away. And also distraught at the thought of you leaving, would constantly try to convince you to get a citizenship and just live here forever with him.
"Why even go back if I'm here?" Is one thousand percent serious, you've become such a huge part of his entire being so it must be the same for you right?
When you convince him to come with you on holiday home to meet your family though, something changes. You don't have to stay in Japan, you just have to stay with him.
As long as you're together than everything will work out. It wasn't like you could so much as leave his place without him being glued to your hip, good luck getting out of the country without him tagging along.
Yandere! Ran Haitani
He is sooo enamored by you. Fetishizing people because of their race is so goddamn gross but the fact that you're foreign definitely is what attracts him to you to begin with.
Ran is so toxic with it to. Calls you exotic like its some kind of compliment, tells you you're accent is soooo cute when you're doing your best to sound natural, makes fun of you for every mispronunciation.
But you don't know anyone in Japan and he's 6'1 so you put up with it. He's just so tall and pretty and he knows all the best spots in roppongi so of course you choose to suck it up.
Afterall, its not like it's forever. He's just your heavy and hot fling that you can go home and brag to your friends about, right? Wrong. He's sprung bitch and you're stuck with him.
"Hey, when are we going to your neck of the woods for this holiday?" "...We?" "Ya, I gotta pack and get my ticket soon, right?"
Hope you're ready to disappoint your folks now that you're bringing home this freak show. Don't forget his dream is to become a foreign celebrity so he wants to experience it all when he visits with you.
"Man, this trip is so much fun. I can't wait for next year."
Yandere!Shinichiro Sano
Worships you. He can't spit game for shit, but thankfully you don't understand him too well to begin with. It's a match made in heaven!
He doesn't make fun of you when you get your words wrong or fumble a sentence, but he does think its so cute. Shinichiro doesn't try to infantilize you but it does come off like that.
God the fact that you want him and you stick with him even though he's such a dork makes him love you so much, he doesn't even think he deserves you.
Hates it when you go home the first time. He can't even talk to you on the phone because of service issues, and trust me this dude was ready to take out loans for collect call just to hear your voice.
Bombards you with all kinds of questions like "Who did you see? Who were you with? Are you going back!?"
So my big headcanon is that he's a baby trapper. So when you talk about going next season he's already trying to figure out how knock you up.
Ends up fucking you with busted condoms (he poked holes) a few weeks before your trip because he needed to give you a VERY good reason to come back.
Just tells you "It's cause I'm going to miss you so much baby, I gotta get as much of you as I can. :)"
You end up surprising him with a ticket for him to come with you. He honestly could cry tears of joy, but he'll save it for when you discover his own little surprise.

HAZBIN HOTEL REWRITE: SATAN
Yes, I’m including the sins in my hazbin hotel rewrite. Anyway, here is my rewritten version of Satan!
Satan was born from the rage and fury of Roo. He has inherited her resentment and anger, making him the sin of wrath.
Satan was the first ever creation in Hell. The firstborn, which made him feel like he was in charge of all his siblings and imps.
However, that title of leader was snatched away from Satan once Lucifer and Lilith had fell to hell. Lucifer and Lilith weren’t the only ones who had fallen, other angels who supported their cause fell as well.
Lucifer blessed the imps and the sins with knowledge of who they were exactly. And he began to create their society of hell. The fallen angels, were given the title of royalty, because they fell along with Lucifer. Lucifer, the sin of pride, gave himself the title of king of hell, and Lilith the title of Queen of hell.
Imps were judged by their appearance and were treated like it as well. Before, they had been treated with respect and dignity by the sins before the angels invaded their realm. Now, they’re treated as slaves.
Satan & the other sins did not allow it. And they had immediately declared war. The war lasted for a century or two. Until Imps were given the rights they deserve, however, their treatment only went to a low class citizen. It wasn’t much better, but they aren’t slaves anymore.
Satan does not allow any mistreatment of imps in his ring, and he doesn’t like Lucifer or Lilith, he warms up to them. But that is all.
However he does adore their daughter; Charlie.
Satan created the policeforce for hellborns, while Lucifer & Lilith created the laws. All sins are the judge in the court. However Lucifer, since he is king, has the final power to choose if their guilty or innocent.
Satan does not see himself above his citizens and he interacts with them. Which is why, imps care more for Satan than Lucifer.
And, that is my rewritten version of Satan! Instead of being a totalitarian leader, he instead is a caring leader, and he cares for his citizens avidly!
Also, I believe that imps were not treated as citizens once the angels fell to Heaven because they took over hell as soon as they were in it. Even though they had no right to it, the sins and imps, however did. Hell was their land. Not the fallen angels. So, of course the sins did not allow the mistreatment of imps, who were technically royalty for being the second set of creations in hell.
It only lasted for a century or two because Lucifer is a prideful bastard, who doesn’t bow to anyone. Until the war started to become more harmful and deadly, than he relents and gives imps their citizenship. But, they’re seen as lower-class, and aren’t treated so well.
Progress is progress, I guess?

“A Man who is doing his True Will has the inertia of the Universe to assist him.” ― Aleister Crowley
XXI - The Universe Talon Abraxas
The World card points to the presiding wisdom which upholds life on this and all worlds. In most Tarot decks, it is a female figure that has become our standard World image. She originates in Hebrew, Gnostic, and Alchemical lore, and stands between heaven and Earth as the cosmic mother of souls, the wife of God, and our protector from the karmic forces we have set loose upon the Earth in our immaturity and ignorance.
The goddess of The World card invites us into cosmic citizenship — once we come to realize our soul’s potential for it. It announces the awakening of the soul’s immortal being, accomplished without the necessity of dying.
This card, like the Sun, is reputed to have no negative meaning no matter where or how it appears. If the Hermetic axiom is “Know Thyself”, this image represents what becomes known when the true nature of self is followed to creative freedom and its ultimate realization.
