I'm done with the JNPR Vacuo designs but man Cinder really sidelined me like this outfit idea suddenly spawned in my head and I had to draw it out ASAP.

For this one I remained consistent to her "rogue pirate" design aesthetic in V6-8 but also incorporate elements of her "scheming seductress in red" aesthetic from V1-V3 as a way of symbolizing her 'return to form' at the end of V8.

I hate how she would always rip her left sleeve upon unveiling her grimm arm in her last two outfits, so I gave her sleeves that unwrap like a mummy's bandages. They're sewn with fire dust that she controls

Looking back at this, we all assumed Cinder’s body was completely scarred, but it’s just her eye and left arm. At least up to her torso, her legs seem to be fine

It was quite a fun challenge to draw Ash Cinderfall since I don't think I've ever drawn so many piercings and beetle features before! I'm currently working on the 2nd place winner's piece! (yes i go in order from 1st-5th)

The solace he finds is with his animal friends, his bookkeeper friend from town, the mysterious blank book that she gave him, the prospect of the three-night ball at the palace, and a certain handsome red-head with dark glasses.

Crowley couldn’t look away from him if his life depended on it, although he was keenly aware of the increasing number of eyes joining the Prince’s to stare at him standing frozen on the dais. As he realized that he was incapable of not answering the silent call of the bright Alpha below him, a calm washed over him, acting as a soothing balm over the jagged edges of his seething emotions. Just breathe. He inhaled shakily as he began descending the steps to the ballroom floor. Prince Aziraphale mirrored his steps, stepping forward to close the distance between them. The sea of nobles between them parted like waves receding from the shore as they moved closer. When Crowley drew close to the Prince, his hand slowly rose to settle in the Alpha's outstretched one. The Prince looked at Crowley's face searchingly. His voice was quiet yet ringing with intent as he asked, "May I have this dance?"

cin is a strange dracthyr physically, exceptionally tall, very elongated and slim, but extraordinarily quiet and stealthy. he rarely uses his own hands to manipulate objects in the environment and if he ever needs to pick something up or move a thing he most often uses his tail or manifests a few void tendrils to get the job done. his horns and the quills along his spine are actually sophisticated sensory structures, highly sensitive to the radiation of waves through the air— those made by magic or sound— and as such he is quite exceptionally aware of the immediate area. due to these cin perceives an extra ‘dimension’ more than most other creatures not unlike those that pick up on their surroundings by means of echolocation or such mechanics. the little ones all came to him by different means i haven’t settled on a name for the lot of them so I’m going to refer to them by their transformers names ( because this is just wholeass based on that ) but the panther is his oldest, the one who found him years before he and his kin were roused from their stasis. ravage had come to the hidden isles seeking a den and was surprised to happen upon the strange slumbering creature within an otherwise perfect cave. they quickly left. after a period of weeks watching the cave, without the thing ever rousing, the panther decided to risk the presence with the idea that, even sleeping, it would scare off other potential intruders and was largely correct. like cin, ravage is an incredibly intelligent and perceptive creature, adept at sneaking and getting places they should not be. ( ravage should be bigger in scale in this but they are fairly small for a panther regardless ) the owls are siblings, who had a nest in a tree just outside of the den, lively and often squabbling as siblings tend to do but fiercely protective of one another. when raszageth was freed and the storms began they were both injured and each lost one of their eyes when their tree was destroyed. cinder and ravage found them once he had risen and elected to aid them. for which they now stick to him wherever he goes, if not on his person than invariably somewhere nearby. frenzy and rumble are little delinquent adolescent whelp twins who escaped their carers and wandered out into the world looking for mayhem and adventure when they were brought to the dragon isles. where cinder, disoriented and suffering a bit of temporal dysphoria, happened upon them as they were being pursued by a protodrake looking for a quick snack. they clamoured beneath his wings and, having lost the potential for a conflict-free meal, the drake opted to back off when cinder stood his ground and repeatedly tripped up the few clumsy attempts to chomp. he has since attempted to return them three times but they consistently escape and eventually find him, calling him boss and asking what new bouts of mayhem they’re going to cause today.
