its our first christmas as spousies !!!!!! we can't spend the holidays together but i promise u one day we'll be together. we've known eachother for nearly half a year now, and those months talking w u, being w u, knowing u, loving u, r months where ive nvr been happier.

Jowi has brought in presents for the family! For Makoto, a Buchimaru-themed robe, and a card with a date and time reservation for a fancy restaurant. How exciting!

For Rina, he’d managed to somehow get his hands on an autographed picture of the Phantom Thieves! Signed by the whole team! And a bunch of merchandise of her favorite heroes, also signed! But there was one more package left for him to give Rina. Something very special that he had saved for her to open after everything else.

"I told you your father got you some gifts," Makoto responded to the look of utter awe on Rina's face as Jowi handed her the gifts. She watched, comfy in her new robe, as her daughter opened the gifts excitedly.

"Look, Mama!!! How'd they sign it?? How did he know I like the Phantom Thieves? When did you meet them dad?!" Rina's excitement came with a flurry of questions about the gifts. Makoto shrugged and offered a sly grin at Jowi, knowing full well he'd asked her to sign the image of the Phantom Thieves a week prior.

"What do you say to your father?" Makoto reminded, immediately prompting Rina to thank Jowi and give him a big hug.

The last gift was a surprise. Makoto had repeatedly discussed with Jowi that her plan for raising Rina was not to spoil her (too much). She shot Jowi a concerned look as he brought it out.

“Merry Christmas, Mikan. I didn’t… really know what to get you this year, so… I talked with Karla about it, and I got you a makeup kit to help hide your scars… because I figured that maybe… you didn’t want to keep wearing those bandages all the time. I got you some warm pajamas too, but… you know.”

Mikan wasn't good at using makeup on her face - she always ended up looking like a clown and then crying it all off later anyway. But maybe... Maybe using makeup to hide her scars would work. Unless she was washing her hands more often or going swimming. But she couldn't wear bandages in those situations either.

"I've n-never tried using m-makeup on the scars... I'll probably m-mess up a bit at first but I'll try really, really hard to get better at it. M-Maybe Karla can help me learn?" She opened the makeup kit and glanced over all the paint pots and colours. She set the kit aside and admired the pyjamas. They were comfy and warm and perfect for the winter.

"Thank you, Jowi. This w-was so thoughtful. I love you, Merry Christmas~!" She stood on tiptoe to press a kiss to his cheek. "I h-have your gift! Or should I say gifts? I s-saved up a lot to buy them!"

She moved quickly but carefully to gather up the small mountain of gifts she'd hastily wrapped for him. "These are for you!!" Inside each would be various snacks she'd noticed he liked, basic t-shirts to wear (under the iconic hoodie), and other basics she knew he'd needed or used often. "It's n-not much but I know y-you could use these."

It’s (almost) Christmas! Karla has appeared to give her girlfriend a hug, and a present! Inside the gift bag Asahina is presented with is a gift card to her favorite donut shop, and a donut-themed one-piece swimsuit, much like the kind Hina races in!

"You didn't have to get me anything!!!" Aoi responded as she began tearing into the package. "But this is definitely, totally, the mostest bestest Christmas gift I have ever gotten! Thanks, Karla! I love you!!"

Aoi threw her arms around the other girl and planted a nice big kiss on her cheek. "I got your gift here!! Open it!" She handed her a box messily wrapped. Inside, Karla would find a beautifully hand-crafted charm bracelet with several charms attached already, including a small diamond-encrusted pool floatie and an onyx crow pendant.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!!!

i know not everyone celebrates something this time of year, but i personally celebrate christmas. i wanna say i am so thankful to have been able to meet everyone who has made my life so much better. i love you all and if i could send you all cookies and get you christmas gifts i would!!! i love you all so much and i can’t wait to enter the new year with you all by my side.

Every year my mom vandalizes a reflection calendar with pictures of Keanu to make a “with Keanu” calendar for her friend. These are some highlights:

He had a big task on his hands this year. A singular question that seemed impossible to answer-

How do you outdo a motorcycle?

Last year, only about a month into their relationship, he worked his ass off to save up enough cash to afford the down payment for her own Ducati. Wasn't exactly the same as buying her one outright, but that definitely wasn't in the cards for him, and regardless she still considered it a gift he gave her.

So how on Earth was he going to top that?

It was only upon reflecting on the past year that he found an answer. She had powers like his now, and she wanted to help him like the others did, but until recently he'd been... reluctant to let her. So perhaps his gift could be a gesture to commit to that, to letting her be his partner in fighting crime as much as she was in everything else. It may not be as grand as last year's gift, but... maybe it could help him make amends for pushing her away before.

"Merry Christmas, Koto."

He handed her a small white box tied up with black ribbon. Inside the box was a smart watch that seemed custom made, with a two round bits of plastic at the top that almost looked like ears. Turning it on would reveal an animated Buchimaru face.

"It's a pretty standard smart watch. Has a fitness tracker, supports all the usual apps, built-in reminders for events on your schedule, all that jazz. You can even swap out the ears and Buchi-kun for something more Majima themed if you feel like it. But it does have one unique function-"

He rolled up his sleeve to show he had a matching watch, though he clearly hadn't had the time to customize it yet. He then reached over to his wrist, and held down a small button on the side. Suddenly, her watch started to vibrate.

"These two are paired, using a rather sophisticated setup Futaba made for me. So whenever I send a ping to the system, if you just give this little button here a quick tap-"

He pressed the same button on hers, and suddenly the screen was replaced with a map, with a flashing little Spider icon showing his exact location.

"-it'll show you where I am. So if I'm ever in trouble, I can just hold the button, and it'll let you know. And the reverse is also true."

He'd also set hers to always be able to locate his, regardless of if he sent an SOS or not, as a way to give her some peace of mind. He did not however include the same feature on his, as a way to respect her privacy and keep him from being overprotective... as much.

"I know I've said this a million times since it happened, but I'm sorry I was being so... stubborn before. I was trying to protect you, but I ended up hurting us both. I'm... I'm only at my best when you're by my side, I see that now. So I made these so that even when you're not, you're only ever a button press away."

"And I swear on my parents' graves I'm going to use this. I'm not just going to leave it at home, or never press the button even when I know I'm in a rough spot. I made that mistake once before, and I don't plan to repeat it."

It was clear he was still beating himself up over his behavior of months prior. Which was typical of him, but this seemed like a particularly bad case. He was scared of losing her so much he nearly did anyway. Just... in a different sense.

"You're my partner, and I promise I'm going to treat you like it."

Christmas was usually a time for families to share a meal and lovers to have a romantic date night. Sure, kids got gifts and all that jazz, but the main event was spending a romantic night with your special someone. So of course, Makoto and Aaron had a night all to themselves planned. Cuddled up together in the attic, Makoto was surprised when he pulled out the small gift.

"I thought we agreed on no gifts this year?" She asked as he handed her the small box. "I don't have a gift for you!"

Despite that, she opened the box and admired the smartwatch as he made his long-winded explanation. Makoto's eyes darted up to look at him, her heart aching as he beat himself up over his past actions. She was partly to blame - Makoto had spent the whole couple of months refusing to speak to Aaron even when he tried to reconcile at first. She reached out, placing her hand on his cheek and giving him an encouraging smile.

"You didn't need to do all this for me," she replied. "I know you beat yourself up about our hardships. I know you regret some of the things you've said and done. I do too, but I'll always love you, Aaron. We might have our ups and downs but in the end, I'll always be here for you."

She leaned in and gave him a small kiss. "Thank you for this," she added, putting the watch on her wrist. "Merry Christmas, Aaron. I love you."

He feels the need to give her a present seeing that she sometimes takes care of him in the infirmary-- Whether it be his emotionally driven headaches, injuries from Ultimates who challenge him to fights, to even falling ill.

Her demeanor reminded him of a rabbit... So, a crochet rabbit. Cute, right? It even wore an apron similar to her. And a personalized medical bag stylized in menhara fashion to keep all her medical supplies in one place. @91cmspoilers

Mikan's hands gently traced the beaded eyes of the crocheted rabbit. It was expertly crafted and beautiful - she had to wonder if he made it himself or if he convinced someone else to. Not that it really mattered! She was just happy he thought of her.

"This is s-so sweet," Mikan said, admiring the bag next. "I r-really love it, thank you so much!" She continued to explore the bag, making mental notes on where she could store her various first aid supplies.

"I'll definitely make g-good use of this bag, and the r-rabbit is so cute! M-Merry Christmas Izuru!"
