Twisted Wonderland at Tokyo Disney Resort: Part 2

[Twisted Wonderland] Special course meals inspired by each dormitory will be available for a limited time at Disney Ambassador Hotel! !
Here is the website for details about the location, the Empire Grill restaurant, and how to make reservations.
The price for each set is 13,000 yen, which is roughly $88. Starting at the beginning of the month of April, special courses will be offered over 8 periods that last a week each.

Recently, an announcement was made that revealed the menus for the Scarabia, Pomefiore, Ignihyde, and Diasomnia. There will be one more meal set released after Diasomnia, but those details are not available yet.

The Scarabia Theme Set will run from October 25th-31st.
The Scarabia Set details:
~Plate in the top center~ Octopus confit dressed in spicy kadif. Served with chickpea hummus and a touch of dukkah spice.
~Big Plate in the bottom left corner~ Lightly smoked and grilled marinated amberjack fish with taggiasca olive and sun-dried tomato salsa.
~Plate in the top left corner~ Pork confit with quinoa crust with lotus rook and spelt risotto.
~Plate in top right corner~ Grilled duck breast and roasted duck thigh stuffed with chestnuts and mushrooms. Served with fig chutney.
The dessert plate at the bottom is Earl Grey Tea flavored crème brûlée and pear sorbet with fruit garnish.
This set also comes with a Scarabia Dorm charm.
The Scarabia Magical Drink costs ¥1,600 It contains iced tea, grape juice, grapefruit juice, raspberry syrup, and blue syrup.
Coffee and tea are also available.

~Plate in top right corner~ Grilled beef tenderloin and braised Wagyu beef shoulder served with caramelized root vegetables with olive sauce.
The dessert plate at the bottom is griotte cherry compote inside milk chocolate mousse with milk ice cream.

~Plate in the top left corner~ Porcini mushroom risotto and pan-fried scallops and salad vegetable foam. Accented with kujo green onions.
~Plate in top right corner~ Roasted duck breast with dukkah spice and trumpet mushroom and endive confit. Served with Madeira sauce.
The dessert plate at the bottom is fromage blanc and lime mousse with mint milk ice cream.
This set also comes with a Diasomnia Dorm charm.
The Diasomnia Magical Drink costs ¥1,600 It contains jasmine tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lychee syrup, and blue syrup.

There is still one final set with no information released as of yet. It's given the name Secret, and is set be available in March of 2025.

Prioteins 14.7 gr, fats 6.3 gr, carbohydrates 56.2 gr, energy value 352.9 kkal.
Diush use for diets nr 1,5,7-10, 10 c, 11, 15
Millet porridge milk,liquid.
300 gr ready dish a milk 150 gr, water 150 gr, millet 60 gr, sugar 7 gr, butter oil 5 gr.
Proteins 11.4 gr, fats 10.6 gr, carbohydrates 56.7 gr, energy value 32.1 kkal.
Dish use for diets nr 5, 7-10, 10 c, 11, 15, 9 for sugar free.
Without a harmful cholesterol.
Carp with a sauerkraut, baked in oven.
1.25 kg for fish, one kg cabbage, 90 gr flour, 200 gr vegetable oil, 100 gr tomato puree, grinded black pepper.
Manufacturing carp a whole, or cutting on portion pieces, salt, sprinkle with pepper, roll in flour, AND fry in boiling oil. Cabbage shredded and pressed from brine ad in chopped onion, as fried in tomato puréeh. Fry her with onion, add warm water and cook till softness. After cabbage put on a form, and on her put carp. Bake in oven for 30 min, serve as hot.
Diet nr 10 a.

Dry hematogen add in cold broth, put in cold place for 40 min. Chopped liver and onion fry in oil, add chopped yeasts and fry for 15 min. All add in hematogen mass, close lid, lead till boiling on weak fire. Cooled meat to mince meat for 3 times, add fromage, 25 gr of shredding cheese, shake, give form, sprinkle with cheese, serve as cold.
Proteins 54.4 gr, fats 37.8 gr, carbohydrates 24 gr, energy value 356.4 kcal, use dish for diets nr 11,15.
Diet nr 10 c , as anti-atherosclerotic.

Chop tomatoes, cheese and garlic shred, add in mayonnaise and mix. Serve mass on pieces cutting.

You know those days when your old injuries are acting up and you don't have the energy to cook, but you're still really hungry and need to eat so you just throw something together with minimal Actual Cooking involved, some people call it a Low Spoon Day, but like. What's some meals from around tamriel for days like that
Even as a chef (perhaps especially as a chef), I am generally quite lazy when preparing food for myself. That doesn't mean living off boiled lentils and bacon, thanks to my jaunts around Tamriel teaching me a few culinary tricks for when you just can't be bothered.
Altmer
Salad. Grab yourself a salad, and maybe a flatbread. This doesn't have to be drab at all, throw vegetables in with whatever you've got around to make a tasty salad! Think iceberg lettuce with lots shaved pecorino, yesterday's bread, baby plum tomatoes, thick balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. It's a good incentive to keep healthy ingredients around the house (and it's delightfully easy to grow your own basil at home too)!
Argonians
Always prepare your meals in advance, Argonians taught me, being the masters of "cook for a week in one sitting". Fried fish or chicken over coconut rice with steamed vegetables, cold noodles with saltrice shoyu and fishcake, and grilled seafood with pea stew are just some of the dishes you may encounter with Argonian meal-prep.
Bosmer
All you need is a fire and some water. I wrote some time ago about how the Bosmer make pemmican, a type of dried meat puck that can be chewed or boiled in water to make soup. If you're not Green Pact adherent, throw in some millet, noodles, and vegetables to add some flavour and texture.
Bretons
It's not a Breton kitchen unless there's a loaf of bread lying about. Assuming you have one, be sure to thoroughly raid your pantry for stuff to smear on it. Butter and jam, liver pate and cucumber slices, tomato and provolone...the possibilities are endless. If you've got the energy, you can even grill or toast it!
Dunmer
The problem with Dunmeri food is that it's all quite troublesome to make, and almost all dishes require hours of preparation. Unless, of course, you throw an ash yam on a coal grill (or straight onto the fire- those things could survive a volcano). Come back in 15 minutes, peel your ash yam, sprinkle with salt or sugar, and behold, a treat. Also works well for regular yams and sweet potatoes.
Imperials
Pre-made ravioli with fillings like beef ragu or spinach and ricotta can be found in many pantries across Cyrodiil. Just toss a handful in boiling water and leave for five minutes, before topping with a jar of store-bought tomato or cream sauce. You can even go so far as to season it, if you wish.
Khajiit
You could just chew on a stick of moon sugar cane or go to a street vendor in Elsweyr, but I would advise against doing that in the long run. If you're able to cook at home, there's nothing like miso soup. Miso comes in powders or as paste jars, and it's as simple as adding hot water and stirring. If you can, add some tofu, mushrooms and seaweed for a little bit of nutrition!
Nords
Whether it's crispbread or flatbread, a Nord is bound to have some lying around. These crispbreads (more akin to crackers) are perfect for spreading your favourite toppings on- whether it's salty caviar paste or goats cream cheese and snowberry jam. They also keep forever!
Orcs
Like the Argonians, the Orsimer are fans of having pre-cooked meals available and ready, kept in sealed trays and vessels in coldhouses or cellars. Beef and root vegetable stew, for example, is easy to reheat in a cauldron, even if it's a week old (the cold keeps the food fresh). Simply chill or freeze food in advance, and throw it in the fire when you're hungry!
Redguards
Cous-cous, a type of dish made from semolina, is easy to cook and takes no time at all. Simply throw in a cup of stock, boil until fluffy, and you're ready to go! Eat it plain with butter, or add spices and raw vegetables for a healthy warm salad.

Pâté en Croûte In order to hone my culinary skills, I decided to make a pate en croute, which is a pretty technically challenging dish. It tests the ability to prepare your meats, marinate in alcohol, making a dough without any holes while it bakes, make an aesthetic design on top, monitor intern temp to 155F so that it perfectly reaches 165F from its own heat out fo the oven, be able to make a port wine-jelly (the aspic) and pour through the “chimneys” on top to fill the hollow spaces that develop from the meat shrinking during baking and cooling, and actually be able to remove the pate from the mold without it breaking. Definitely a lot of places that could go wrong. Meat here is chicken liver, pork shoulder, and chicken breast. This also has some parsley, thyme, mushrooms, pistachios, and bacon on the inside. Some pickled mustard seeds and radishes on the side. The Pâté en Croûte is kind of an old-school, traditional French dish that you’d find at French brasseries. In the US, you see it at those specialty meat shops once in a while. This was paired with a French Gamay, known as Beaujolais, an excellent acidic, fruity, and medium-low bodied red wine. I think I’m a little too obsessed with becoming a better cook.
