if you have access to a pool (private or public!) get some weighted water friendly items to dive for and retrieve!

spend lots of time in all kinds of water, goldens love it! if you have some safe lakes or rivers nearby, you can have a blast in nature, and in the water!

get some dog toys to play with!

help your friends/family/etc look for things when they loose them! its a subtle way to help with that retrieving instinct!

wear lots of yellows/golds, or maple-y reds if youre a more reddish golden retriever!

make/commission a therian mask!

go to a dog park! watching the dogs play, getting meet and pet them, and just generally connecting with them can feel really amazing!

practice vocals!

make yourself some people-safe dog treats!

get some chewellery to remind you of chewing on bones or toys
